It's a pretty good budget hotel. A little tired, but generally clean, cozy, the room has a kettle, coffee/tea maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, washing machine. The food is delicious. Without any special frills - fish, meat dish, pasta, rice, potatoes, seafood. Fruit salads, delicious pastries. In principle, it was enough. There were no bracelets - when you enter the dining room, you call the room number. On request, towels for the pool, no bathrobes ((, a cot for my daughter was requested, a clothes dryer. We had a dryer machine..comfortable. The parents have no..and they were judged on drying in the bathroom. There are no balconies. It's a minus for us. The location is convenient - near the metro. Nearby there is a Carefor, pharmacy, Marina mall, where there is also an alcohol market;) (in the underground parking lot...just shhh))) The hotel is a solid four in my opinion.

The excellent hotel is very cheap compared to any other hotel in the area. The perfect location, it's always beautiful everywhere. There were 2 toilets in the room, but there was no hose in the shower, only water was flowing from above, and it was terribly uncomfortable with a baby who needed to wash his ass... you can be patient for a couple of days, but it will be very difficult for 2 weeks... there is a small children's pool and there is no such thing around the pool because of the weed, very practical and convenient. The hotel is perfect It's a little old for repairs, but you won't even notice it compared to the rest of the comfort. I wouldn't recommend buying breakfast. There is no choice of food, if you eat little or are selective, then it is better to buy something in the store that you drive for breakfast. Save a lot of money

But, thanks to the fact that they often cooked in a hurry right in the room, there was a lot of money left. The location is simply gorgeous. Within walking distance of the JBR beach, a chic boardwalk, metro and tram. You can get to any location very quickly, which we did. The Marina Mall with shops and a food court is 100 meters away. There's a supermarket and a liquor store. There is a swimming pool, gym, sauna on site. There are free transfers to the beach and mall. Many people say that the rooms are tired and a little shabby. There is such a moment, but it is not critical. Everything is compensated by cleanliness, service, convenience and location.

If you are going to cook something yourself, it is better to bring a sponge, a rag and some detergent from home. There is a washing machine (unused), iron and ironing board. There is no dryer, things don't dry well. The air conditioner didn't stop working. Reception desk. There are staff who speak Russian. Upon check-in, they offer an umbrella for 30 local. Don't take it. It is better to go to the beach early in the morning immediately after breakfast and before sunset at 5 o'clock. TV. There are no Russian channels. We took the console from home. Dishes - frying pan, plates, saucepan, mugs. The room is quite cozy and the size for 3 people is normal. We only took breakfast - for me, it's the worst breakfast I've ever had - satisfying, but extremely monotonous. Every day there are potatoes on the side in different forms, boiled egg or scrambled egg, sausages. chicken or something meat like sauce with minced meat or meatballs. Juice - sometimes delicious, sometimes water with water. Croissants, waffles and cupcake are delicious. But 11 days is almost the same thing. Every day we threw out food, and the staff consistently ignored us. Rather, the master came regularly, turned the temperature control knob with a smart look and left. We didn't want to spoil our mood, to swear, and only every day we were reminded of our problem and were surprised by the service of the hotel.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach, not at a fast pace. The beach is urban. There is no changing room on the beach, and no feet to wash. Take an empty bottle to get some water and wash it later. If you want more comfort, then go further to the left, there is a paid toilet with a shower. And there are paid beach amenities all around. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is not even bad. In the afternoon, in the heat, it was very useful. Beach towels are provided in the same place. I can't say anything about the food, we didn't go. We bought ready-made food in the store, it was enough for us. There is a large refrigerator in the room, everything will fit. There were no slippers or a clothes dryer in the room, and in June, nothing dries without it. I asked at the reception, they brought everything. There are dishes, but there is nothing to wash them with. The room is nice, but tired. It's time to change everything, especially the furniture. But there was excellent water pressure. This time they didn't take any chances, they ate at a nearby Dubai Marina supermarket. Well, there are also a lot of different pleasant places nearby. The room itself is very bad!!! Maybe, As they say, it all depends on the price, but do not forget that this is the Marina center!!! The laminate is swollen, the walls are shabby, the furniture is old, one boiled water was poured in the shower, not diluted with cold water! I had to go down to the pool on the first floor where there are showers to wash up! Well, in general, for the level of Dubai and the center in the form of the Marina district, everything is very shabby, dull, and shabby! By the way, we filmed and discussed all the conditions in advance! My wife and I, and an 11-year-old child, specially rented an apartment with a separate room and a hall with a sofa! Keep in mind, all these are wet dreams that you will put the baby there! the child definitely won't fit on the couch. all the chairs are specially of different heights and to make some kind of bed, forget it! We had to pay 140 dirhams extra per day, we rested for 8 days, and the bed cost us almost 1,000 dirhams, that is, note that we had to pay 25,000 for the rest for the child! The location is great, close to the metro. If you need a taxi, the concierge will help you call it and it will be 20-30 dirhams cheaper than in Yandex for sure. In principle, we liked everything, they clean it well, they put water on every time they request cleaning. They change the bed linen. The room had everything you needed, we had a deluxe suite with two toilets. Refrigerator, plates, microwave are all available. The only thing I needed was an iron, but the cleaner gave it out without any problems.

We have stayed at this hotel three times. Convenient location ,near metro /tram ,as well as Mall, supermarkets (fresh orange juice 20 dirhams per liter,pineapple sliced 13 dirhams )The beach is 15 minutes away.The alcohol store is about 20 minutes away.The room has a kitchenette , microwave, stove, washing machine.Tableware.They always leave water /tea/coffee bags. Decent breakfasts and dinners .Nearby there is a cafe Grill&Chill - affordable food.
