Not only are the guests given towels with holes and all the sofas and ottomans in the room seem to be soaked in dust (but I was ready for this, I read the reviews about the hotel before buying the tour), but they also demanded money from us for the allegedly broken washing machine. It was like this: we went to the sea with our family for 12 days, chose an apartment specifically so as not to pack a lot of things and had the opportunity to wash. I load things into the washing machine, try to close it, but it won't close. I call the reception, the master comes, says tomorrow. Ok. The next day, in the evening, nothing is fixed. I call the reception, another master comes, says in 5 minutes he will return and silence.... On the trail.One day, a call from the reception desk, they say come, I'm coming, they ask 200 dirhams (6t₽) for a broken latch, which costs 250 Russian rubles on WB. I explain that I didn't break it. And in order to break down the door of a closed washing machine, you have to be a bodybuilder, no less. In short, not only could I not fully use the hotel services for which I paid, but I had to arrange three more days of showdown with different representatives of the hotel.. and in the end, I hand-washed my underpants for the whole family and wore a stained T-shirt.. The impression of a vacation was ruined... it's a shame, because Dubai is cool and the sea is cool!! I would like to ask Biblio Globus not to send tourists here..

I had a rest in November. I chose a hotel based on its location. We settled in quickly, we didn't have to wait. Regarding the cleaning of the room, one cleaned well, it was immediately noticeable and changed all the towels, and when it was not his shift that was visible, the cleaning was different. As for the food, it's certainly sad. The restaurant itself resembles a diner. I took breakfast and dinner, but I regretted it. It's not tasty. There is something to compare it with, last year I rested in another hotel, unfortunately, there were no places there anymore, now I understand why. A man smoked very often for dinner, it was not very pleasant to sit in this smoke of tobacco. And the "cherry on the cake" photo attached is a cockroach in the room, this is certainly not compliance with sanitary standards. I do not recommend this hotel and I no longer choose it myself.

The hotel itself is old, it really needs renovation. The service is good, the food is semi-Russian, soup, something like olivier, we were well-fed, there is always something to choose. Chicken, seafood dishes or just fish. Meat meatballs, goulash, pasta - in different ways. In general, everything is edible, except fruits-I have never eaten such bland ones (watermelon, papaya, Melon).

We visited this hotel in September 2023. I really liked the location of the hotel. There is a metro nearby, literally 5 minutes away, which is convenient for traveling around Dubai. The number is as shown on the website (photo with a green headset). Everything worked. As we wrote below, all the amenities and water are replenished every day. They asked for slippers and bathrobes - they immediately gave them. Our goal was the sea and walking, so there is no question about the number. Yes, the windows faced the road, the riders could be heard in the morning. The sea is a walking distance of 23 minutes, the bus from the hotel was used once. Firstly, he leaves around 10 a.m., we are used to being at sea by 8. Secondly, he travels for about 15 minutes, since there are traffic jams around 10 a.m. The pool was visited a couple of times in the afternoon. There were always free deck chairs. Towels are provided by the pool, they can also be taken to the sea. I've seen umbrellas given out to hotels, though I don't know if it's paid or not. Metro and tram are within walking distance, 300 meters from the hotel. The food is good, it looks like homemade, without frills. Both for breakfast and dinner there were always vegetables, two or three types of side dishes, as well as meat and fish/Seafood. Desserts and fruits. Juice, water. We've never been hungry. Yes, these are not Turkish feasts, but we didn't need that. The hotel had a restaurant and a delivery service. I will attach a photo with prices. As it is, there are enough cafes and shops in the area for any purse. Excursions were not taken at the hotel. They didn't want to go far, but you can see everything else for yourself. We used the subway. The neighbors bought a 5-day tour on a double-decker bus (read about 60 dollars per person on the Internet) they liked it. It is also one of the ways to move around the city and get guided tours. You can enter and exit there an infinite number of times. As for the location of the hotel, it is good if you plan the sea and shopping / walking. If you take it closer to the sea, it will be further to the metro. As we were told, this is the third line, I do not recommend considering it further from the sea. Their roads are wide, with bumpers - you can't just cross. They also drive in circles by taxi.

We had breakfast in the room, gathered groceries, and bought everything ourselves. Eggs, croissants, chicken, fruits, vegetables, freshly squeezed juice. It definitely wouldn't have been more expensive if we had taken breakfast at the hotel. Close to Marina moll and Carrefour shops, as well as Marina embankment.
