A vacation that we won't forget (but really want) Marina View Hotel Apartment: 10/10 if you like to suffer If you still don't like it, then 2 stars is the ceiling (more about it later) There are places that don't want to see you so much that it would be better to just write about it at the entrance. But for all 9 days we honestly tried to find the advantages. Staff The check—in was brisk - I mean, we waited cheerfully for two hours until we were given a room. And then they cheerfully dragged their suitcases down the corridor, because they didn't offer any help here. At the reception, it's like in a clinic: slow, cold, even without a damn smile on duty! And at first they gave me an extra bed so that I wanted to lie down on the floor next to it and not suffer. Number Everyone delicately writes that the furniture is tired. But it's too much(!!!!) gently. For a check that they issue in a day, it's even a shame. The cabinets won't close, the handles fall off, and there's no balcony. The view from the windows of the neighboring building — that's Marina View for you! On the third day, the most exciting thing started - the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking. And do you know who cared? That's right, just us. Everything was fixed on the last day before our departure (no longer for us, but for the next guests) There is a washing machine, just like in the photo, they didn't lie!! But without the powder. However, with a reminder that you can ask for it at the reception. You don't have to try, by the way. There you will be sent to the supermarket. The omelet is not ready yet, but it is already served. They even managed to ruin boiled eggs. Waffles and pancakes are served every other day, so that you don't relax. Instant coffee. Tea bags dangling right in the communal teapot. Orange juice is a lottery. Half of the days are acceptable, half are diluted. The same set of ingredients is used every day. During the week of rest, we managed to try all possible combinations and even got tired of them. Tables are not being cleaned, appliances need to be searched. The whole “restaurant” is a canteen from the time of the late USSR, with the feeling that you are eating leftovers from yesterday's dinner. Beach Transfer to the beach at 10:00, back at 12:30. It takes about 20 minutes to walk there. Aesthetics at the beach - Anapa 2005. It's very narrow, the sand is dirty, and there are algae in the water. Camels make their mysterious rounds with pouches under their tails at intervals of once an hour. And bonus: the Indians, who supposedly admire the sea, but in fact take you on video while you are lying in a swimsuit. Location Let's hold on to the last good thing!! Metro, malls, Marina — everything is nearby! Every whim is within walking distance. There was something to distract myself from thinking about the unfortunate choice of the hotel. Guide If you suddenly book through Al Khalidiah Tour, change your mind! The guide dictated the terms of the meeting to us, was rude in correspondence, and then stopped contacting us altogether. As a result, an envelope with information about the transfer was simply thrown under the door. The verdict If you like to suffer, welcome! For the rest, we advise you to simply choose something else.

The bedding is synthetic, it creaks disgustingly, the windows do not close tightly, so the noise from the highway is very clearly audible. On the plus side, it's clean, the staff is friendly. During the whole vacation we were only by the pool, took towels to the beach. The hotel is well located. There are many cafes nearby. The shops. Metro 6 stops and every day you can watch singing fountains. The gorgeous embankment where we rested. We walked along the embankment to the Ferris wheel. It's a pity that it doesn't work. The furniture has lived long enough, in some places there are shabby coverings, the smell of slight mustiness or dampness (as I understand it due to the constantly working air conditioner and the lack of ventilation of the room, because it is above +40 ° C on the street), some problems with the bathroom in terms of slow draining of water, in some places rusty plumbing, (as I have a rusty shower head). The remote control from the TV with the battery compartment lid falling off, but carefully taped)))), which still fell off))) The view from the windows is magnificent, right on all the charms and skyscrapers of Dubai Marina, and even the famous Dubai automatic subway, but the windows themselves have not been washed for a very long time. In terms of communication with the staff, it's a sin to complain, some of them understand Russian, some are trying to understand and help you in every way! It's a sin to complain! Therefore, I read some reviews that the staff is not particularly friendly, like passing by they may not even say hello - this is all not true !!!)) For example, they helped me to bring my things to the hotel right from the transfer, while the registration was going on, they invited me to sit in an easy chair in the lobby and brought a glass of soft drink from the restaurant for free. Despite the fact that check-in at the hotel starts at 14.00, I was checked in earlier, around 10.00 without any problems.
