We had a rest with a friend from 01.07 to 10.07.I liked the hotel, clean rooms, linen change on schedule.The attitude of the staff is friendly.The food in the dining room was excellent, everything was fresh and delicious.The staff is respectful.Thank them very much.
We were not very satisfied with the beach.There are few umbrellas, there is nowhere to hide from the scorching sun.Garbage is not being cleaned, plastic glasses, beer cans are lying around, even used syringes were found.There is no boardwalk in the sand.
The territory of the hotel also left a bad impression.All the grass had dried up, the young plantings were not watered, although fresh water was constantly gushing from the hose in one place, and the grass was green there.There is a lot of dry foliage from eucalyptus trees, which no one has cleaned.The territory of the hotel is like a scorched desert.Spoils the impression of the hotel.The hotel manager needs to pay attention to this!

Great hotel, my family and I liked everything
Towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days, the room is cleaned every day, everything is always clean in the Lobby, in the room too

Cons: we drove in quickly, before 14:00, but the rooms are old, repairs are needed everywhere. There is dampness in the shower, rusty shelves in the bathroom. Cleaning was done 1 time in 5 days, (the floor was washed), the curtains are dirty, the walls are stained with blood from Mosquitoes, cobwebs everywhere.mosquitoes are terribly biting. There is only one elevator and you have to wait for it for a very long time, it can accommodate no more than 3 people. There is either chicken or pork in the meat canteen (Muslims have nothing to do there). The husband and mother -in-law simply could not eat from the smell of pork . The beach is stone and it is inconvenient to go there with children without special shoes, and it is already deep near the shore. There is a beach cafe on site, where delicious pizza and French fries are served.We 've been eating there for 5 days . Children's animation is very peculiar (cartoons could not be turned on in the children's room), the animator near the fountain just turns on the music and comes exactly an hour later, turns it off, takes the column and leaves. There are a lot of dogs on the territory, it is forbidden to feed them. The lack of sun loungers and umbrellas was more annoying. We've had fights over them so many times. The pool was muddy and green, but when it was cold in the sea, I had to swim there.In general, the hotel, as it claimed to be a three-star hotel, works at this level. The price and quality are consistent. I do not recommend it. We're not going any more, for sure.

We lived in Napre from 06/16/24 to 06/24/24. Excellent hotel. All the staff are friendly and polite. The rooms are clean. The food is like at home. The pool is clean. The sea is literally two steps away. We were lucky with the weather too. This hotel is good for vacationers with children (of different ages). The only drawback is the lack of a kettle in the room (you can't drink coffee in the morning, in the evening you want to drink delicious tea on the balcony, but you won't work either) and unfortunately after closing the dining room there is nowhere to take boiling water.It turns out that it is tied entirely to the dining room. Of course, there is a restaurant nearby, perhaps this is what it is aimed at, so that vacationers go to the restaurant.

I give five stars, as the overall impression is very good, more advantages.
What I liked was the excellent room stock, there are rooms and two-room family rooms, there are also two-bed rooms, spacious rooms equipped with everything necessary (wardrobe, refrigerator, bedside tables, TV, air conditioner, hair dryer) a chic balcony where it is pleasant to spend time in the evenings (on the balcony there is a table and two chairs).
The location of the hotel is from the border, five minutes and you are there. The hotel is on the first line, very convenient and the view from the window was amazing. Friendly staff, Very tasty food, no one went hungry, thanks a lot to the kitchen staff!!! There is a eucalyptus alley on the territory, where you could walk in the evening. There is also a cafe on site, but you can only sit there to drink tea, cocktails or beer, Those who want to dance go to the Parus cafe (10 minutes along the beach or 15-20 if you walk down the street). The beach is wide, with a full load of the hotel, there was enough space for everyone, you could accommodate a large company, take photos and not disturb other vacationers.
Now to the wish, what would you like to improve: room cleaning, should be every other day, linen change every 4th day. In 11 days, we had our linen and towels changed once, and the room was cleaned twice. The pool was clean when we arrived, after 4 days the water turned green, so the pool was not cleaned anymore (while we were at the hotel). I would like the hotel to develop in step with the latest developments, many guests come with their Sup boards and there is nowhere to put them on the territory of the hotel. I really wanted to dance after dinner, it would be great to have a disco by the pool, not only for children, but also for adults. There was a great lack of wooden racks on the beach along the sandy part.
The vacationers who occupied the sunbeds with towels were very annoying, and then did not come to the beach at all!!! When the hotel was fully loaded, it was more than 400 people, there were not enough sunbeds.
Will we return to Napra again, of course!!! It was a wonderful 10 days of rest!!!

A wonderful hotel. It consists of three buildings and a cafe-bar on the coast. A large park with Plane trees and Cypresses. The staff is nice and friendly. I would like to mention Julia's hospitality. Who met us on arrival and escorted us to the room, and treated us to oriental coffee. Wonderful, without any frills, but very tasty food. And variously cooked.
Our room was on the mountain. (This is our wish) and we saw from the room how the sun rises from behind the mountains, and a little bit of the sea was also visible. We were lucky.. The same cannot be said about the people who lived in the next room on the right. They have a view of the wall of a new hotel under construction.

Vacationed with a friend in October 24 at this hotel. We liked everything! The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the linen and towels were clean. It was changed every 4 days. There were no problems with cleaning either. The maids are very smiling and attentive!
I want to express my gratitude to Julia, the receptionist at the reception! Calm, polite! I solved all the issues instantly! Additional information was needed. room cleaning- the maids came in five minutes., they could not adjust the air conditioning themselves- the master quickly came and fixed everything! The whole hotel is based on it! Well done!
I also want to say thank you to the girls in the dining room! Always in a good mood, friendly! If someone spilled or broke something, everything was quickly cleaned up. If they saw that something was running out of food, they immediately brought a new portion! And, of course, many thanks to the chefs! Everything was very tasty and homemade! We rested at this hotel from 06/18.24 to 06/25.24. My husband and I really liked the hotel:
1. Good location - we lived in a new building C, literally 20 meters from the sea. There is greenery, peace and quiet around, exactly what we needed. There are many shops with everything you need near the hotel.
2. The entire hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. As is often the case, there was no rudeness.
3. The territory of the hotel allows you to walk and breathe fresh air without going outside, you can also book an excursion or photo shoot right on the territory, cosmetologist services are available.
4. Our room was quite cozy, with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea. The rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed once every 3 days. The room has a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV.
5. Food is the most basic and the main thing is that we were not caught by rotavirus. They were very afraid of this, because, unfortunately, no one is immune from this in these parts. The food itself is very tasty, cooked with a soul, homemade, someone will say canteen, but you are not in Turkey. Someone wrote about the fact that at 20:00 all the staff comes to eat and thereby interferes with the guests. Of course, I'm terribly sorry, but actually dinner is there from 18:00 to 19:30, and what you ate there at 8 p.m. and someone interrupted you is definitely not a problem of the hotel. Thanks a lot to the chefs for the delicious homemade food and to the working girls who kept the hall clean and brought food on time when it was over.
6. The pool is equipped with everything necessary, clean, the water in it is warm, divided into children's and adult zones. Of course, there is plenty for children to swim there.
7. As I said, the sea is literally 20 meters away. The hotel has its own private beach, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, the water in the sea is crystal clear, you can see the bottom of the sea and even fish and harmless jellyfish. There is a restaurant-bar on the beach. We took cocktails there, they were very tasty.
The only thing we didn't like was that you can't always swim safely in the sea, because people are constantly coming on jet skis, and until they find customers for skiing, they start driving around near the shore, thereby preventing hotel guests from swimming calmly, as well as relaxing on the shore. But again, I don't think this is the hotel's problem, because you can't block the sea with a fence.
In general, I can recommend this hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay. We liked it, maybe we will consider this hotel next time.

We stayed in hotels for 2 weeks. They lived in the main building. The room is nice, one double bed and one single bed. Modern renovation. Clean bed linen. A high-sided shower. We had no problems with cleaning and changing towels.
Umbrellas have been added to the beach, but you need to take a place under it at 6 a.m. or earlier) There are a lot of sun beds. The entrance to the sea is rocky, mostly everyone is wearing sneakers.
Now in more detail about what did not impress at all:
1. The territory of the hotel is not fenced. Everyone swims in the pool, even local children.
2. There are no smoking areas. They come out of the dining room and immediately smoke on the benches. It's not very pleasant.
3. Buffet.
Every day of the week has its own menu.
For breakfast, everything is more or less standard (eggs, 2 porridges, cottage cheese, cereals, pasta, sausages). But even at 8:30 for some reason everything is cold!!! Except for porridge and tea.
The offer of the hotel administration to postpone the start time of breakfast to 8-00. What is happening at 8:30 is terrible. If breakfast is earlier, then this will not happen.
Lunch is great and even salads are probably superfluous.
The suggestion is to transfer salads from lunch to dinner to the menu. Why? I'll explain now.
Supper. Everything is very modest and often without a choice. And it's cold again. For example, chicken wings and 2 side dishes, not counting pickles. Where's the buffet? Where are 2-3 meat dishes to choose from?
I was very surprised by the pasta in the navy and the dumplings purchased (not self-made) for dinner at the buffet.
There is coffee for dinner, but no milk.
Pastries - purchased cookies, waffles, honey cake.
For some reason, black bread is only at lunch.
There's probably kefir left over from dinner. Why not bake pancakes/fritters in the morning? There are a lot of children in the hotel. There is always condensed milk, sour cream, jam in the morning.
A wish is to review the lunch and dinner menu. To solve the issue of heating food. Then put the microwaves on so that you can warm up the food.
Overall, the hotel has left positive memories. The sea is gorgeous here! The hotel staff is polite and tries to help with everything. But the buffet is very weak. They write correctly in the reviews - you will not stay hungry, but....I would like the administration to take into account the wishes. The girls in the dining room are smart. They're trying.

In general, everything is fine for a family, for an inexpensive vacation, but for those who have visited Europe many times, Abkhazia will seem like Nothing, but nature is Soooooooooo!!!!! The main thing is that the yarn is pebbly , it cuts your legs very much , Believe me ! Take rubber goloshes or whatever they are called, because cut your legs is a fact!!! And look at the weather in advance, we were a little unlucky, there was cloud cover and rain from 1.07 and it was really cold in the evenings. I liked the room, it was cleaned daily. Upon check-in, shampoo and shower gel were immediately put in the shower, there is a hair dryer.there are no electric kettles in the room, there are only glasses. The elevator worked constantly, the light was not turned off for 10 days. The water in the pool is the purest!!! The food in stovola is normal, of course not like in a restaurant, but there is a choice, the only thing that we did not like- soups, broth and second courses are not hot, but slightly warm or even cold, there is no place to warm up at will, there is no microwave!!!

The room was in building B. The room had a sea view. Everything in the room is made convenient for guests. The food was good in the dining room. I didn't even have to buy fruit. What was given was enough.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024. Check-in was later in the 8-storey building, they gave a lunchbox. The rooms are relatively newly renovated, furnished and equipped, but everything is dirty, especially plumbing + the corresponding smell from the toilet, later they themselves were filled with disinfectant. There was no cleaning for 10 days of stay, they asked the maid to wipe the dust with a rag. The hair dryer was declared, but it was not there, they said that everything was broken, so take your own. Also take clothespins for drying clothes, otherwise you will look for things on the lower floors. Full board meals, tolerable, classic breakfasts, 2 soups, 2 salads, 2 cold side dishes for lunch. Soups and salads are delicious, meat is not edible! Dinner is like lunch, instead of soup, broth with breadcrumbs. Fruits: apples, oranges, cut into small slices, unripe plum was given 2 times. There are terrible queues in the dining room, swearing, there are not enough tables, although, after reading previous reviews, they went much later than the start of the meal, in short, the issue is not being resolved.. The territory is relatively large, but not well maintained, the grass is scorched, flowers are planted in some places, but there is no watering. Wonderful and fragrant eucalyptus trees and a fountain near the dining room save you. The pool on the 4th day of our vacation turned green, stank of chlorine, but few willing children swam. The sea is wonderful, the beach is pebbly, there were not enough sun loungers for everyone. However, they were afraid that water scooters, bananas, cheesecakes, boats, etc. could pass over the head, because a special territory is not provided for these purposes. Be vigilant, especially if with children! There are not enough staff, who are there, they were not very friendly when they left, they did not even say goodbye, they did not give the lunchbox ordered the day before, saying: "Not anymore." We won't go any more!

Vacationed with my family in July, the room was overlooking the sea.
On the positive side, we will undoubtedly attribute the staff's reaction to emerging problems, they
are solved in a matter of minutes.
The territory of the hotel is good, yes, there are scraps from the "shameless woman", but they are on the grass, not on the paths, which, by the way, are cleaned every day.
The rooms are wet cleaned every 4 days, and towels are changed every 2. Near the hotel there are several shops whose prices do not differ much from Russian ones.
The food is not exactly a buffet, but you will leave well-fed, the assortment is small and delicious. Breakfasts are hearty, dense, sometimes even lunch was skipped because they were full.
There are enough sunbeds on the beach, but the cunning ones throw towels and leave for half a day, there is one solution - throw them off!
The pool is nice, large, and there is also an area for kids to splash)) The situation is the same with towels- there is no one for a long time, so throw off your place.
Now perhaps the main disadvantage: Dogs!!!!!
Since the hotel is located in the village, the dogs are right there, honestly such a neighborhood is annoying, despite their kindness. During the entire stay at the hotel, the dogs did not bite anyone, and the administration "on paper" forbids feeding dogs. Vacationers feed them.
The result is this: The place is cool, it's not far to the border, it's easy to get from the airport (train station). The hotel is perfect for families with children, the elderly, and just young people. Everyone will find something to do. We will definitely come back here!

We stayed at the hotel from July 1 to July 11. An absolutely homely and peaceful hotel. The territory is quite large, but not closed and there are not a small number of strangers both on the territory and in the pool. Of the advantages of the hotel itself:
1. The territory of the hotel is large.
2. The room was in building C on the 2nd floor. The room is clean, the walls are slightly scratched, but not critically. There is a hairdryer, 3 towels per person, including beach towels. The maids are great, very nice.
3. The beach is private, there are sun beds and umbrellas. The water in the pool is clean, there is a zone for children and adults, a lifeguard is on duty. At lunch, music plays by the pool. The girls in the dining room are great.
Of the cons:
1. The diet in the dining room is meager: 2 salads, 1 side dish and 2 meat dishes to choose from, tea, coffee and jelly, or compote. We weren't hungry, but we didn't really have a choice. The dishes are dirty, there are chips.
2. Stray dogs are not aggressive, but there are a lot of them.
3. Boats and bananas are sailing too close to the beach, there must be some regulations...

We had a rest with my husband from 08.10.24 to 14.10.24. During these 6 days we ate pasta for life! In general, the food is fresh, but there is practically no variety. I've memorized the menu. Going to breakfast, lunch and dinner, I already knew what salads, vegetables, fruits, and slicing would be served. From vegetables: tomatoes and cucumbers, from fruits: oranges and apples. As I understand it, they have already closed the season, apparently. They were checked in with swearing from the staff, as by 14:00 the rooms were not cleaned and not ready. Upon check-in, we saw dust on the shelves. Unfortunately, it's not pleasant. The double bed has the most sagging mattress. Hello back pain by the end of the rest. The bed linen and towels were changed three days later. We lived on the 6th floor with a mountain view. The elevator has broken down once these days, but it's not critical - I went to the beach and rest. We were lucky with the weather - five days of sunshine and only on the sixth day it began to rain. We had a great swim and sunbathed. The pool is clean and warm. Nearby you can change into beach clothes. The beach is made up of large and small pebbles. I did not regret that I bought aquashouses. The sea was clear, but it depended, of course, on the weather. The morning is clean, after lunch the wind and the mud and jellyfish are washed up by a wave. There are indeed a lot of dogs all over Abkhazia. But we didn't meet any aggressive ones. There are small grocery stores nearby the hotel. There are also benches with various accessories. There is zero variety. It is better to go to the center of Tsandrypsh to the market, but it is better to go to another city, for example, to Pitsunda.

In general, everything is beautiful. Benches for relaxation. But there is no entertainment of any kind. It is boring and monotonously dreary. There is nowhere to go in the vicinity. A couple of shops with huge prices compared to Russia.. Now, as for the food. Three meals a day. The buffet. But everything is not tasty and the same thing, almost every day. The choice is not big and monotonous. Pasta, cutlets. A couple of salads. Apples, oranges. There is no baking. The same cupcakes. In general, I didn't like it. We're not going here anymore. Last year we had a rest at the Lit Fund. It's a completely different matter there, the food is delicious. Diverse. Lots of pastries and goodies. It reminded me of Turkey. We had a vacation with my wife on the 20th of October 2024.
Transfer. We got from the airport to the border by bus with transfers of 40 + 72 rubles per person. After the border, civilization ends and you get to the end of the 90s. Touts, minibuses - cramped, tubby Mercedes sprinters, waiting for more than half an hour until the full cabin is filled, rain, 200 rubles per person! 2 minutes (!!!) drive along the Sukhumi highway and a 750-meter march and you are at the hotel. Later we found out about a taxi from the hotel to the border for 500 rubles.
Number. I got a very good one - corner, triple! The seventh floor out of eight. Three floor-to-ceiling windows facing both sides! The mountains, the school, the main entrance to the hotel, a bunch of cypresses, eucalyptus trees and others come into view... The sea! It is especially impressive to watch the sunset from the sea! The usual radiators are missing. It was raining when we arrived and there was nowhere to dry, we were saved by air conditioning at +26 and wet clothes under a stream of hot air. There is also not enough drinking water and a kettle. The bathroom is decorated with dark tiles and a dim light bulb, because of the moisture, it seems that chrome is coming off the plumbing. Water supply - hot/cold water, raises the question of chemical water treatment, is there any water here at all? There is a subtle smell, of course not chlorine)))
Sea. The first line! Nearby! The entrance is on a pebble, quite large, after 5 meters the bottom can no longer be reached. I didn't use special shoes, the stones are round, why do I need it at all - I don't know? The water is muddy, the wave is big. Rocking on the waves be healthy! When I swam in the sea, I was absolutely alone in it (as far as the eye can see) I swam every day both in the morning and in the afternoon, the water temperature was 22 degrees (so according to the forecast on TV they said). For some reason, the changing room is located 100-150 meters away (next to the pool) and it is not very comfortable.
Food. It suited me. Breakfast is two types of cereals, cottage cheese, eggs, cheeses, sausages /sausages, two types of cookies, tea, coffee, milk and always pigtail cheese (although I would rather eat it in the evening, with beer). Lunch two soups, two side dishes, meat or cutlets. There was a pearl barley! This is a huge plus! And black bread, for some reason only at lunch, and cookies are not served at lunch. Dinner is almost like lunch, only fish plus kefir. Oranges, apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, jelly / compotes, tea / instant coffee, sour cream, sauces almost always. The only thing I didn't find was vegetable oil for dressing vegetables. There are spacings and plates of different sizes to collect food, after eating it is necessary to take everything out the window. Among the disadvantages - non-hot "boiling water", low temperature in the "coffee machine" - 63 degrees! To me, it's just a "filler". As a result, I eat more modestly at home!
Rotavirus. Not detected, washed his hands before eating, did not swim in the pool - only the sea, rinsed his mouth with bottled water + mouthwash after brushing his teeth.
Sun beds. No one occupied it at 5 a.m., a lot of free sunbeds throughout the day. The beach is clean and free, there are no crowds of people!
Power outage. As many people write and complain here, I was mentally ready for many hours of gatherings in the dark, I kept a lantern at hand. But in fact it turned out that they turn it off twice a day for 5-10 minutes maximum! (in the morning around 7-00 and in the evening - 21-00 +/- half an hour). Maybe it's some kind of switching. It didn't cause any problems at all.
Dogs. There are really a lot of them here. A maximum of 15 individuals were counted, of various colors and mixtures. But they are friendly, if they growl, it's at each other. Sometimes they go into the dining room, from where they are regularly kicked out. I am neutral about dogs, but their constant presence has shifted my attitude in a negative direction, alas.
