Not a bad hotel, gorgeous sea. But it feels like the Turks are already saving a lot. For example, everything was included ultra, and imported alcohol for an additional fee. The food is average, there seems to be a lot of food, and half is tasteless. In short, Turkey is no longer the same, and it is already cheaper to relax in Dubai.

We had a vacation in Turkey for the first time. The hotel was chosen due to the circumstances at that time, and seeing all these reviews, I was afraid to settle in it. But in fact, everything turned out to be very decent. We got a family garden room - beautiful and clean, cleaning was done every day. There were no insects in the room. The air conditioner was working properly.
The beach is nice. Maybe we were lucky, but there were always sun beds. The sea is clean, the fish did not bite.
About food and drinks. There are always queues for the buffet during lunch and dinner, but as for me, this is more a question for the guests. There is quite a lot of delicious food, but it is monotonous. We have selected potatoes/rice/pasta from the side dishes, and schnitzel /steamed fish/chicken nuggets from the meat. There was a real shortage of normal salads. Watermelon, melons, lots of cakes, ice cream are available. Sometimes there is a queue for drinks too, juice is like juice, cola is like Cola. There is also a queue at street food, there will be no burgers like at McDonald's, but they are delicious at home. We chose Asian A la carte and we didn't like it. I also didn't like how we packed lunch for the tour - two plums and a sandwich with cabbage leaves and cheese.
I can't say anything about alcohol, I don't drink. The animation is very so-so, but we were not interested in it.
In general, our impressions of the trip were positive, but we are unlikely to return to Turkey, we did not like the mentality, and the rest was not at all budget-friendly, as everyone around us said.

A wonderful hotel! We are currently staying at this hotel. The attitude of the staff is wonderful, except for the bartenders in the lobby (apparently tired). Very beautiful territory! That's it! Dirty dishes, dirty elevators and generally desolation everywhere! There is no alcohol in the bar in the room! Half of the bars didn't work at all! Animation is zero! The food wants the best! Restaurants suck! The beach has not been cleaned in 12 days, not once! Dirty mattresses on the sun beds! I don't care about vacationers!!! Change the manager and attitude to work!!!4 years ago- this hotel was a fairy tale! There is no 5-ki right now...a maximum of three! I had a rest in May 2023.
The hotel is wonderful. Cozy clean rooms with balconies, our family occupied 3 rooms, so we were able to assess the condition, repair, order and cleanliness in all of them :)
We rested with children of 6, 4 and 1.5 years old.They gave us a supplement for the baby. a crib without our request.
The cuisine is diverse, I did not have time to try everything in 8 days, the restaurant staff are all, both cooks and waiters, very attentive and friendly. There is a place to have a snack on site, including hot meals, almost a full day, not to mention drinks, ice cream, etc. but I found brewed coffee only in one place, by the pool :) There is a children's menu, and a dietary (not very diverse) one is also present.
I haven't visited the Spa, but visually it doesn't even look bad.
The beach is not big, it is equipped with different types of sun beds and awnings, there are even houses for 2 sun beds.
And special thanks to the animators!!! Those who are vacationing with children, I recommend from the bottom of my heart! Julia and Jeanne studied with the children all day, and my granddaughters are just delighted with Minidisko in the evenings!!!

The hotel falls short of 5*
The average is 4*.
The choice of food is quite meager and monotonous, the rooms in the garden, although also after cosmetic repairs, but it is clear that they are tired.
No one responded to the request to make a shower head in the room and Wi-Fi.
There is almost no animation, sluggish evening programs, no guest shows.
Of the 10 declared bars, 4 are open and cocktails are made only in two: the lobby and by the pool. Accordingly, you will not go to the lobby bar in swimming trunks from the beach or from the pool, and therefore there is one pool bar in the afternoon where you can drink cocktails, a queue is formed in which you can stand for 10, 15, and 20 minutes.
But the stunning sea and a rather pleasant entry into the sea, small pebbles.
I would not return to the hotel and would hardly recommend it, unless to those tourists who have not been to 5* or have not been to Turkey at all

The hotel itself is not bad, we lived in the main building on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious, the towels were cleaned and changed every day.
But everything spoils the food - disgusting quality, no assortment, and most importantly, everything is organized in such a way that you have to stand in a huge queue for rations.
And a complete mess with sun beds on the beach. And the sea itself is magnificent!

We had a rest at the end of May 2023. The service suffers – everyone looks down on it, the variety of fruits is also not pleasing (only apples and oranges, I will find them in Moscow without problems). The rooms are tired, although it says that there was a renovation. There was almost no animation, part of the team had not arrived yet. To each of these remarks, everyone shrugged their shoulders and said "well, it's not the season yet" (we spent our whole lives vacationing in Turkey in early May and everything was always fine).

This is one of the terrible hotels in Kemer. I do not recommend taking a trip here. It is suitable only for those who have not eaten anything sweeter than carrots. I hoped that the impressions would be better on the second day, because the fatigue from the flight affects the first, but no. By points:1. The room was given a good, updated one (probably this is the only plus). 2. Refrigerator in the room with drinks: water gas. , Fanta / cola, plain water (no beer) replenishment for some reason for one🤷♀️ 3. Food: quiet horror, study from the entrance, there is no choice, but what to eat is vegetables in different cooking options, from hot yesterday there was only grilled fish at lunch, in the evening chicken on grilled (only bones), everything is really nothing (and this is not a quibble). The food is at level 3, I've only seen this once, when I went to a distant 20 years ago at 3*. 4. Alcohol is not even close to All in, and certainly not ultra. There's nothing like "over" at 18. The hotel is interesting with an unusual multi-level placement of bars and pools. I really liked everything. They were not hungry, the sea was clean. But I want to warn those who come here to constantly swim in the warm sea. There are a lot of fish in the coastal zone, I read that this is a sea carp, maybe I'm wrong. So they bite hard. It makes me bleed. So we spent a couple of days on the beach, and spent the rest of the tour by the pools. And so everything is super. I liked the vacation.

Among the advantages: cleanliness in the room and on the territory, friendly staff, helpful, there is an opportunity to eat all day, very beautiful nature, everything is conveniently located and close, both in the hotel itself and around it. The interior of the room is beautiful. The room has everything you need, including a kettle and a tea set.
Minuses. The territory is small, there is nowhere to walk in the hotel itself, but it's nice to get out and walk to Kemer, to the neighboring village of Gyunyuk. The food in the main restaurant was 50 percent edible for us. A small selection of meat dishes for dinner and lunch, one or two, one fish. There are many snacks, but few of them are familiar to Russian taste. There are simply no traditional salads like olivier, meat salads. In the resoran, you need to hunt for appliances, since they do not always have time to set the tables, and the appliances are not freely available. We have to wait for the waiter to bring it. There is no coffee machine in the public domain. Over tea-coffee, etc.drinks should be in the general queue. In September , there are 5 people , on average , in it. The animation is inactive. We did not see any interesting entertainment programs in the hotel itself. The water in the pool is a couple of degrees colder than in the sea. It was a minus for us. Apparently, not only for us, since there were always at most 2 people swimming there. Ala-kart restaurants can be visited 2 times a week. You need to record it right away, otherwise you won't get in. Turkish is delicious, but Italian is nothing at all. The air conditioner is built into the wall and is not regulated by the strength of the air jet and the direction of the jet, it rattles. The temperature is adjustable.
The main disadvantage is still the taste of food in the restaurant and a small selection of meat dishes and their taste. But I have something to compare for the better, maybe someone will like it.

The hotel does not correspond to 5*, in some places it does not even pull to 4*.
There are huge queues in the dining room. Standing in line with plates for dishes, like unemployed people for free soup, does not correspond to a five-star hotel in any way. The quality of the dishes is low, mostly stewed and boiled, hamburgers are generally not edible. Many dishes circulate like this: what is not eaten at breakfast is put out for lunch, what is not eaten at lunch appears for dinner.
I found out that the bed linen should be changed on the 3rd day a week later when I asked myself. It's the same with the mini bar: when you ask, they start replenishing.
The staff is not always professional, and employees are in no hurry to admit their mistakes.
In general, there is a feeling of saving on everything.
One of the advantages is the location of the hotel, a large beach and the surrounding landscape.
I do not recommend this hotel, and I will not return there myself.

I put two only for the beautiful interior and convenient location from the center and the sea..and so I would have put 1 to this hotel ... they settled us in the farthest room, asked us to get closer, refused... we noticed a trend that Europeans lived in rooms from 30-60, Russians from 02-30... the receptionist was a blonde boorish smoky, with a pack of cigarettes in her hands, at the reception she did not want to change the room at all, she swore with other guests because of the light bulb, in raised tones… this is the beginning of the rest ... further on the food ... tasteless by 90%.. the chicken is dry, the fish is dry, the shrimps are oak, the omelet with tomatoes is always peppered ... and there are too many tomatoes ... we rested in both 3 and 4... it was tastier there... no animation! The blonde was only actively conducting aqua-Jim... the brunette generally walks in circles, winds up doing nothing, creates the appearance of work ... the boy is visible in the evening when they play for 30 minutes and that's it! It's very boring ... but the neighboring hotel always has loud music, from the balcony you can see how they dance there… We dreamed of getting to them 🤣 I never recommend this hotel to anyone! The best thing about this hotel is the rooms. Stylish, and at the same time cozy. An excellent faucet in the shower with a wonderful water pressure. A hair dryer with excellent power.
Wi- Fi catches with varying success either in the room, on the beach, or absolutely nowhere at the reception, it seems to be stable.
There was no animation in early June. During the week, 1 time live music, 1 time Mr. Hotel and that's it. During the day, aerobics, darts, bocce - as usual.
There is practically no territory, compensated by the proximity to the center of Kemer, 15 minutes at a calm pace🙌
Meals for 3+ (queues for chicken) There is little variety, no frills. Drinks and ultra all inclusive for 2 people. There is an active children's club for children.
The hotel is absolutely not 5*. If we consider it as a 4*, then without claims
P. S. Vacationers are mainly Poland and the Baltic States.
They smoke everywhere!!! This is terrible! There are no separate smoking and non-smoking areas!

The rooms are shabby, straight old, although they look decent in photos and reviews. Air conditioners do not work in all rooms, and if they do, they stink of dampness. Cobwebs on the ceiling, very dirty in the room. I'm writing about the garden rooms. In the dining room, I can't call it anything else, there are always dirty dishes, greasy chairs, ants crawling on the tables. There is nothing to eat from the word at all. No, there's a lot of food, but it's not tasty. There is no animation. Rested from September 25 -7 days. Turkey as a whole is able to provide tourists with a full rest. According to the hotel we spontaneously selected 1 day before departure, I will say this-in this price category, the hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The first coast, relax, swim, eat to the brim and of course the bars that are waiting for you throughout the hotel. Quite green and well-groomed, felt at home. The water in the pool is cool, but in contrast to the temperature of the sea water, it is even refreshing. Animators, all our girls are CLEVER in one word. The only negative is that the disco is not very good, but you just need to change the conductor there-no one dances, and he likes himself pressing buttons, it seems at work, and what 2 - 3 people dance to his repertoire - don't care. In general, we liked everything very much. I want to warn tourists who will gather at the GIZA TUR travel agency, which is located at the exit from the hotel across the street diagonally to the left - the guys are impaling tourists to the fullest. The Kebab manager (this is how he introduced himself and the only one who speaks Russian perfectly) at a tour cost of $ 45 will certainly throw $ 15-25 into his pocket and do not think that by appealing to his conscience, he has it. I strongly do not recommend buying excursions there (go through several agencies and only then make a decision). We visited this hotel for the third time, in 2019, then we really liked the hotel, especially the beach. Last year we were a little disappointed, but this year we decided to visit this hotel again. Compared to last year, there are advantages, the rooms in the main building are well renovated, the beach with canopies, the pier, the sea is gorgeous (we were at the end of August). The food is normal, they feed you somewhere all the time during the day, fruits are freely available. I didn't like the beach bar, the bartender had a broken coffee machine all the time. Cocktails are served at the 24-hour bar...They're not delicious, the lobby is better. Of the imported drinks, only whiskey bells. Of course there is no hair dryer in the room, it is problematic to dry your hair. Room cleaning every day, replenishment of the mini bar every day too (water, mineral water, beer, pepsi, fanta, coffee, tea). My husband and I liked everything, we didn't go to entertainment, but every day there was some kind of program. In general, I recommend the hotel for a relaxing beach holiday.

We checked in on 31.08. The hotel pulls on a solid 3! It is absolutely not worth your money for 8 days 250,000₽(we arrived together with my sister )The room is located near the trash, from where a disgusting smell stinks every day! It's impossible to breathe. The outlets in the room itself are not working. The room is very old, Garden Room category. The buffet is a separate topic. The restaurant smells damp, the smell alone makes you lose your appetite. The cutlery doesn't seem to be washed. The tables are always dirty until you tell them to clean up. The hotel is not worth the money.
Of the advantages:

Minuses:
There are places on the territory where there is a persistent smell of faeces. Broken souls by the pool and on the beach. There is very little space for sun beds. There are no paths on the Pebbles and sand on the beach. The murdered pier. Tasteless food. There are no mosquito nets on the balcony doors (in the garden building). The staff does not keep order on the territory - at night drunk vacationers swear and swim in the pool in the garden building.

Everything is cool, we only take the Garden. We always take only the upper floors (the loggia is hefty with two sun beds). Animation for children is good, but not particularly adult, but it was more people who were lazy, although the animators are not very active. The food is generally delicious, but there is no variety and seasonal fruits are very lame, it's better to come at the beginning otherwise you may not have time to grab. The contingent of vacationers is local, there are many Ukrainians and Latvians, few Russians and Belarusians. The result is a good place, but the overall impression is 4!

The menu is not that meager, but I have never seen such a thing in Turkey.Everyone goes hungry, well, or the option is to eat only grass.
Of the advantages: the hotel itself has a good beach, a decent lobby, and good rooms in the main building.But if you want to lose weight, please come, there is nothing to eat.

Excellent hotel by the sea, friendly Russian-speaking staff. A varied buffet, cozy rooms, an excellent spa salon, we had a good rest there.

Great hotel! There are two huge disadvantages > 1. The sports are fucked up 2. The guide: "Rafael" is a fraud (do not buy anything from him)
