A hotel with a small , clean, well-maintained territory . The sea is warm , beautiful , the beach is pebbly . It is inconvenient to enter from the shore on the rocks . There is not enough bridge with handrails for people with disabilities . The pier is always busy with towels , and the hotel guests are walking somewhere. In the restaurant, they pour tea into glasses with lipstick . They don't wash well. There are not enough cups and saucers . The staff is friendly. Very helpful, helpful Lily at the reception. It helps with any questions , whenever I turn to her . We lived on the 4th floor , on the side where fish is grilled, etc. - all the smells go to the room. Despite this, I liked the hotel for its location, the sea , mountains , greenery , flowers , air, all this lifts the mood

The kitchen is a delight! This is a restaurant! The reception is Russian-speaking. We weren't in the main building and it's so gorgeous! Parties can be heard from the main building in the evenings, but it's quiet there. Stylish rooms. They even give thread, a shoe spoon, cotton swabs and nail files, the bar was regularly replenished in the room. There might be trouble with the water, sometimes it wasn't hot, but it didn't matter. The room is gigantic, with access to the basik. 1st floor. The bars on the territory are super, cocktails are really better than they will make in a cafe. THERE ARE REFRIGERATORS WITH FREE WATER THROUGHOUT THE TERRITORY. The territory and the number of guests are commensurate. There are no crowds, soups are delicious. Clean towels, bathrobes, perfectly cleaned everywhere. The food is really a full day. There is a bar where you can have fries or a burger after dinner. There are towels. I would say he exceeded all expectations. There is a water park for kids! It's great with the kids there! Insanely culturally and really relax🫶

The hotel is generally not bad, but it looks more like 4 stars. The food was monotonous, there were few sunbeds, and I had to get up very early to get something decent. Good animation, entertained both during the day and in the evenings. The rooms of the garden room are a complete disappointment, they are not rooms, they are mini rooms for hobbits. The rooms in the main building are nice and spacious. The pools are good, the entrance to the sea is pebbles.
On the last evening, we saw an unpleasant sight, in the evening, when it got dark in the beach bar, by the way, there is an ala kart restaurant there, rats were running around the tables. We saw such a sight for the first time, it's good that it happened on the last day. And so, it will do, but for this price you can find a better hotel.

Personally, we liked it. People complain about the bad food, but I didn't notice that. There is always plenty of everything and they report. There is no branded alcohol, only for money. The beach with a pier is excellent, the entrance is normal. The rooms are cleaned daily. I do not recommend Garden type rooms.

The hotel is declared as the 5th check-in.
1) The water park does not have an employee at the bar. During the 10 days of rest, the lifeguard came to the slides only once. The rest of the days I just turned on the slides, while hanging a red flag (not responsible) and he left. The children were rolling upside down and standing up without supervision. We rode on the pads of the sun beds.
2) There were small ants in the room. An employee was sent from the reception to etch them, but nothing helped..
3) There were wild queues for food in the dining room. The tasty things were sorted out quickly, and then they were not brought. No one took the dishes and leftovers from the dirty tables.
4) The beach is very small. You need to walk over hot stones to the shower - there is almost no wooden flooring anywhere.
5) there are so few sunbeds that at 6 a.m. there are almost no places on the beach. And at 8 a.m., everything is already busy by the pool.

7) there is a constant smell of something sharp in the kids' club. Perhaps with detergent. The contests are the same. Children get bored. At the contests, the children are not divided into the promised groups! 4-7, 8-12 years old. And girls of 12-13 years old "compete" with 4-year-olds. Diplomas are only 1,2,3 places . Kids are often upset and in flight. The club's teacher Julia stubbornly explains that a 4-year-old child can beat all schoolchildren. Lack of teaching experience.

Our vacation at this hotel ends at the end of June.I really liked the area, the beauty is on every centimeter , everything is very , very clean , everywhere is clean .The room was in the garden, we chose it specially, simple, but quiet... Pros: the rooms are very decent in design. The bathroom and plumbing are quite normal. The sea is gorgeous, very close.

We really liked the hotel when we vacationed there in the summer of 2023. The hotel has everything on site - bars, a swimming pool, entertainment and a lot of greenery. The burger shop is open around the clock. The restaurant feeds very tasty and satisfying. The territory consists of two blocks - a large hotel with a large swimming pool, and something like guest houses with a slightly smaller pool. There is also a water park area. I recommend the second option for families, it's quieter there. Overall, a very nice hotel with a good location and a great beach

I will not list the advantages of this hotel, immediately to the cons. There are a lot of cats, for whom it is as if the guests themselves did not feed. They take out whole plates, when you see it near your room, it's a disaster. We lived in a 2003 bungalow on the ground floor. We achieved only that from the hotel that we cleaned at least a little. And the most unpleasant thing, gentlemen, is hot food. Soups zero, porridge zero (on water), meat (any) zero-dry., fish zero-dry except salad option. Of course, they didn't stay hungry, they were saved by street food, everything is fine there. For all the time, we ate normal food at a beer show that was arranged right after lunch ))))))))))))? There I think they brought a chicken from the grill, because there was simply no such thing during all the stays at the hotel.
And so, for us, the hotel is normal. Rooms in bungalows without renovation .

We were in the middle of May 2023. I liked the rest. Judging by the early negative reviews, the hotel has improved, and the renovation has been beneficial.
The hotel is on the first line, the sea is very close😍
The territory of the hotel is cozy, green, includes a beautiful swimming pool, which is cleaned every day, a good yoga/exercise area, overlooking the sea, additional food outlets with tortillas, burgers, pizza, cakes and delicious Turkish ice cream. Everything is included in the UALL. There is also a "hookah bar" on the territory, but probably payment is separate (we are not getting carried away).
Spectacular views from the territory: mountains on one side, the sea on the other. 😍
The clock tower is 15 minutes away at a leisurely pace along a pretty busy street.
The room is cleaned every day, towels and cosmetics are changed.
Bathrobes, although not provided by default, are given to everyone on request! There is just a return rule: the day before departure, the bathrobes are taken away.
The mini-bar in the room is replenished daily: pepsi, fanta, two mineral waters, two canned beers.
Coffee is from the machine, but in the lobby bar they brew, among other things, Turkish coffee.
Visiting an a la carte restaurant of your choice once upon arrival for 7 days or more is free of charge.
Each type of room has its own charm: rooms with a view of the pool and partial views of the mountains and the sea🔥in appearance, but the shadow side and if you do not close the balcony in the evening, animation can be heard.
The rooms facing the other side are sunny, and also partially overlook the sea and the mountains.
It's all about the main body.
The garden rooms are located in other buildings, separately in their courtyard, it is more intimate and quiet there. But at the same time, these are not "backyards" because the garden buildings have their own separate decent pool, sun beds and the hotel's water park is located there!
We are ready to return to this hotel again.

Entertainment is different every week.
But the Kitchen is a huge disadvantage. breakfasts, lunches and dinners are not very diverse, half of the dishes offered are simply impossible to eat. If the fish is Red, then it is overcooked and dry. If the chicken is dry. Rolls for breakfast are the same dough with different powder. Porridges, soups, pickles, sausage of disgusting quality. Burgers at the bar made of cheap minced meat with a tasteless bun.
On Mondays, crayfish were served-excellent and shrimp, large of good quality, but overcooked, rubbery and tasteless, dry.
For breakfast, you can take an omelet, which the cook prepared individually, but often it turned out to be burnt.
Replace the team of chefs, redesign the menu and everything could be much better.

The hotel is just terrible.
I'm afraid I can't even list all the disadvantages.
1. Food. There is no choice at all! The child has nothing to eat. Be sure to bring cans for children. All you had to do was ask 10 times to cook broccoli and so on. The potatoes and carrots were all half-cooked. Empty plates from the communal table all the time. They don't take out such a stream of people.
2. The tables are not served. Terrible queues at the restaurant. The mugs are dirty, the plates are dirty too.
3. Take towels from the sun beds. We went swimming in the pool, so the staff took our towels. And there is nothing else to do on vacation, how to go look for and figure it out. Supposedly there is not enough for everyone . So whose problems are these??? Would you like to buy more?
4. The deck chairs are just awful. These pillows get insanely hot.
5. The bar. The coffee machine is always not working. The queues are simply unrealistic. Poor guys, they don't take out the flow of people.

We had a rest with young children on June 14-23, 2023. The flight went smoothly, without delay, we were taken to the hotel in an hour with a 10-minute stop at the gas station. We checked in right away, at 10 a.m., thank you for that!
Standard garden room, 1st floor of 3. They are located separately, in their own courtyard, it is green, comfortable and quiet there (although you can hear the smells of sewage from the main building).
The weather was not hot, it rained for a couple of days, there was a small storm, but I managed to swim 2 times a day. Then the weather improved, but there were small waves in the morning. Beautiful sea, clean (pebbles), small fish, has its own beach and pier with sun loungers, where you can eat. There are several bars on site, a Playground, its own small snack bar 24/7, the rooms are served perfectly. Very beautiful view of the mountains, pine trees, lots of greenery. Good location, 5 minutes from OldKemerBazar and LC Waikiki, 15 minutes from Migros (near the mosque).
Spectacular clean pool.
Pleasant and polite administrators, and all the staff, are happy to welcome children. The hotel has Russians, Ukrainians, Estonians, Serbs, Germans, Kazakhs and Turks themselves. I didn't notice any differences in service.
About the food, I can say that it is quite high-quality, but monotonous. Of course, there is always something to eat, there is also a children's table: boiled vegetables, meat (sometimes spicy) food in jars, a blender, a microwave. There are even porridges with milk, but the Turks still do not know how to cook them, like our traditional soups :).
There were enough desserts, but they are also quite monotonous (for our taste). Delicious pizza, fresh pastries, Turkish ice cream by the pool.
The rooms are cleaned daily, clean, but sometimes they forget to update the bar; tea/coffee (but we did not ask, they are disgusting). Russian-speaking guest relation Maryam would like to highlight separately, she solves absolutely all questions and problems, thank you very much!
We signed up and visited A la carte Italian - I liked it. The music is pleasant during the day, there are night discos, but you can't hear them at all in the garden, there are a lot of activities: shooting range, tennis, bow, etc.

Great place! The staff is helpful! Everyone is smiling.Practically most of the staff speaks Russian.

The indoor pool is cold and filled up only after June 5th. There are not enough places by the pool, the beds are very densely packed, but you still need to book places in advance. Some rooms have a sewer smell. Wi-Fi traditionally works poorly and not everywhere. The beach is made of stone, although the travel agency said it was sandy. The territory of the hotel is small, there is nowhere to walk. Don't expect silence either. Parties are held daily until 12 at night in neighboring hotels, which do not allow windows to be opened at night. On the penultimate day of the stay, the party was located right under the windows of the main building, and all rooms with sea views "enjoyed" the DJ until 12 at night. The closed window naturally did not save. Of the advantages, I can note the size of the rooms, they are really larger than in most hotels. Good room cleaning. If there is a problem with the room, they offer relocation. The rooms have a good view of the sea and mountains. The hotel is perfectly located: the center of Kemer is a 15-minute walk away, from the hotel you can catch an express bus to Antalya and back, which is much cheaper than a taxi. There are many shops with fruits, souvenirs and basic necessities near the hotel. Almost all the hotel staff speaks several languages. The entire reception is Russian-speaking.

We had a rest in mid-September 2023 - it seems to be a velvet season, and the feeling of staying at this hotel is as if we had time to drop by just before it closed.
When choosing a hotel, we were guided by the availability of sports entertainment. In fact, the animators gave a "volleyball" ball for half an hour, and then it completely broke. The football field was empty because the animators could not organize a game among the vacationers. Table tennis meant an uneven table with the cheapest wooden rackets with a stripped surface. In short, the only sports were water polo at night, exercise, yoga and aqua aerobics, which people barely gathered for. There is billiards, but (pool).
As for food, it is very monotonous, meat and chicken are always dry, and what is grilled is skin on bones. The fish is also bony, but the taste is normal. They gave crayfish once. Also, once they laid an Italian "a la carte", which at first pleased, and then they brought a flat round cracker instead of pizza. In the afternoon, they give ice cream, which suspiciously stretches like thick caramel.
The result of cleaning the room upon check-in left much to be desired (some pills under the bed with a lot of dust, splattered mirrors, hair on the wall in the shower), and even after a couple of dollars did not help.
The mini-bar in the room is regularly updated, but you can not count on imported alcohol in this hotel.
Wi-fi catches normally only at certain hours or in certain places such as the lobby, the room will constantly shut down or not work at all.
One of the advantages (for which, in fact, we were traveling) is a transparent warm sea, you can jump from the pier, the sun beds were always free. If you stand in the water on the shore, fish bite, and mark the wounds on the skin.
The contingent of vacationers is mainly pensioners, with fewer families with children and young couples (Russians, Poles). Evening animation - either there is no animation at all (they just turn on the music), or rotten bingo/karaoke, there was live music once.

My 3rd trip to Turkey and the most enjoyable! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms in the main building are renovated. The kitchen is a perfect story, the food is like in a Michelin restaurant, better than at home with mom, everything is delicious, fresh, the menu is varied, baby food in jars for children, kebab, kebab, turkey, red fish, alcohol is really elite, no turbidity, Baileys are so real, juice from a package, not what- that's upi concentrate or compote. The most delicious fruits: cherries, nectarines, watermelons, oranges, these are just what we managed to taste. A paradise for sweet tooths, desserts for every taste. Coffee from the coffee machine, my love! In general, there is a solid abundance. No one bothers, everyone smiles and speaks Russian. New deck chairs, mattresses and towels, everything is perfect to the smallest detail, including musical accompaniment. I call this a sincere service, honestly, I was expecting the worst knowing Turkey and the local all inclusive, I was looking for flaws... I didn't find them in this hotel. The hotel itself has no advantages. There is no hot water, there are no bathrobes, and the range of food does not correspond to any stars at all. Cooks don't know how to cook even an elementary chicken. It is impossible to be on the open veranda of the dining room because of smoking guests. Apparently, the staff does not want to limit smoking in the restaurant. There is no animation for guests of all ages. This is my first, but also my last visit to this hotel. There are no complaints about the sea and the beach itself, but this is not the merit of the hotel. On the next visit, only to another hotel on this coast.

But we were just shocked by the food in these five: the menu is of the same type, there is only one meat dish for lunch and dinner (there is no choice from the word at all) and to take this dish you need to stand in line. The restaurant itself is poorly cleaned: the tables are wiped with paper from previous eaters, the appliances are apparently poorly cleaned. On the buffet, dishes are not updated as they are consumed. I strongly advise against it!

We stopped at the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning. They immediately put bracelets on our hands and sent us to a restaurant for breakfast, where our meeting with Lily took place. Lilia immediately checked us into the room, for which she is very grateful. The room is on the 4th floor almost by the sea. The room and the hotel itself are lovely. We didn't want to go to the largest hotel, so it met all our wishes.
