We had a rest from 29.08-07.09. We really liked everything! The room had a view of the sea and mountains. The food was delicious, there is everything, turkey, duck, beef, chicken. Vegetables, fruits are full of everything. The room was cleaned every day, the minibar was constantly replenished. The staff is polite, everyone smiles, they communicate partially in Russian, in English, there were no problems in communication. Of the cons, this is a Wi-Fi connection, as everyone writes below, it does not work. For us, the elevator was not a problem, although we lived on the 4th floor, we went down on foot, up by elevator, well, you ride a little back and forth, we all perceived with a smile, it's a vacation)) The beach is great, big, sun beds were found at any time, the sea is clean, warm, gorgeous! The hotel is located in principle not far from the center, 10 minutes on foot and you are in the center. There are a lot of shops along the way for every taste. Thanks to the hotel staff for an unforgettable stay!!!!)))

The ticket for 3 came out 220t.r. The hotel is declared as a 5-star hotel with ultra all-inclusive meals. The cuisine is monotonous, the alcohol is local. The rooms are clean and cleaned frequently. The staff is quite responsive.

The hotel is very small. There are huge queues in the restaurant, the choice of food is very poor. It's dirty, the waiters do their job badly. In bars, the choice of cocktails is limited, very different from the originals. There are no evening shows. Very boring. A 3-star hotel. I won't go here myself anymore and I won't advise my friends.

We are currently staying at the hotel. Very nice new room in the main building, large bathroom, lots of jars. We settled before 14.00, took into account all the wishes of the reception 5. Excellent warm sea, but the beach is not well maintained, the pier is in disrepair. Dirt is very poorly cleaned all around. The bar counters are sticky and dirty, the tables are sticky and dirty everywhere. The main restaurant is very poorly cleaned. The food in the restaurant is not delicious. The fish is terrible. There is practically no meat, there is no seafood in sight. There is a shortage of glassware, and even that dirty unwashed one often, paper cups are offered instead, even for tea and coffee. There are not enough ashtrays, and those that are clogged with cigarette butts and are not cleaned. Extremely unskilled staff in restaurants and bars. The lobby bar is in terrible condition. There are no normal imported drinks at any bar except the lobby, and even there they constantly say that it's over. Even the Turkish sparkling wine is running out. Evening animation for an amateur (for example, tonight is a chanson evening performed by a singer aged 65+).The hotel is boring, especially in the evening. The declared level of 5* ultra all inclusive, categorically does not correspond.

We had a rest with a friend in late August - early September 2022, 6 nights. 1. The sea is gorgeous. Clean, around the mountain, the pebbles do not leave unpleasant sensations in the feet, it is tolerable even without slippers. Your own beach, your own pier. The disadvantage is that there were often not enough sun beds, as well as mattresses. Places are occupied from early in the morning, so if you go to the sea by 9 o'clock, there is a high probability that you will not find a free sunbed. At 7-8 in the morning, it is possible to take a sunbed under a canopy or umbrella. The mattresses are not particularly clean, the sunbeds are in good condition. In general, there are no questions about the beach. 2. The rooms in the garden are quite old, it's clear – they had cosmetic repairs, unlike the main building. The electricity was turned off once, they tried to set up the safe for a day, the drawer in the chest of drawers did not close. There were quite a lot of problems with the room, but when they came to the reception to ask to change the room to the main building, they answered positively, if there were available rooms. If you choose this hotel, it is better not to check into the garden, a 5-star room does not pull. 3. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. We tried to help with any issue, although there is clearly not enough staff, one works for three, especially the waiters. If there was any problem with the same safe, everything was solved with one call to the reception. In general, the staff is a solid five. 4. The bar, as for me, is excellent. Good alcohol, delicious cocktails. One works around the clock, the rest until 22-23 pm. The bartenders are friendly, positive, there are no questions about this either. 5. I liked the food. Here, my friend and I were a little divided, there was not enough seafood, national pastries and choice in general for her. I liked everything for the most part. Considering that it was my first time in Turkey, the food seemed varied and delicious to me. In short, you will not starve. 6. The territory is good. Several swimming pools (without heating, at least in our season), the main restaurant, street food, spa complex with good massage and sauna, stylish lobby. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the sea, the first line. 7. But the trouble with animation is. As for me, the young people here will obviously be bored. The only good thing is that at 23:00 they gather a group at the Kemer nightclub (aura), about $ 10 per person for transfer and escort. We did not use this service, we went by ourselves. In the evening, depending on what you get: karaoke is not bad, the contests are so-so. Daytime animation also suffers: mostly animators show pseudo-work, greeting guests by the pool and on the beach, but there is no animation itself. There is beach volleyball, there was darts once, but contests by the pool were never held. There is a lot to work on, the animation is noticeably disappointing. 8. The contingent is mainly couples, elderly people, families with children. The hotel is suitable for family holidays, but young people should probably look for something else. 9. The location is good. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the center of Kemer, other hotels are located nearby. On the one hand, a secluded, harmonious place, on the other hand, not far from "life". 10. Shower towels are changed every day during room cleaning, beach towels must be changed independently at the spa if necessary. Overall, the rest was a success. There was not enough animation – this is a fact, there were often difficulties with sun beds, problems in the room also did not pass us by. However, the gorgeous sea and good location have covered up many shortcomings that the hotel would be worth working on. I would say that the hotel is a good four.

Now I'm lying in this hotel, beautiful views of the mountains and the sea, the food is varied, there are no crowds, you create yourself. There are sun beds, there is one unpleasant moment-there are no canopies for strollers and walking on the beach, it is not convenient to walk on small pebbles. For this, a minus star.

Honestly, I am shocked by the hotel.The hotel is 30 years old and it is very visible.Russians are settled in villas.In the villas, just everything is broken, from the bathtub to the balcony.At the reception desk, a Turkish man immediately extorts money to change the number.We were especially "lucky" to be given a room in a villa on the ground floor, where crowds of ants were waiting for us, who even lived in the bed.In general, the hotel is dirty and needs a renovation.Waiters are fundamentally unsuitable, self-service everywhere!There are almost no forks and knives in the restaurant, you have to run and look at other tables.I'm not talking about evening animation, it doesn't exist at all.Karaoke is turned on for you and you entertain yourself.Alcohol is diluted with water.

Mid-November 2022 Winter concept of the hotel. 1) Since the beach season has already ended, we chose a hotel with a good SPA. And we were very disappointed! The indoor pool turned out to be no warmer than the sea, the Jacuzzi was broken, steam was only on top in the steam room, and my feet were freezing, the stones in the hammam were very hot, so it was difficult even to lie on a towel. 2) Entertainment included light animation 3 times a week (local artists performing in the lobby). 3) "All inclusive" has turned into three meals a day, but drinks can be taken in bars all day. The food in the restaurant was for an amateur (as everywhere else), there was meat, chicken and fish. No crayfish or shrimp, nothing seafood, just fish with and without bones. For the first three days there were even different fruits, and then there were only oranges, tangerines and apples. The most unpleasant thing in the restaurant is the lack of appliances, finding a clean fork and knife is a whole quest. The waiters don't care much about it either, and they haven't even brought tea/coffee once! All drinks in the restaurant are in regular glasses, even hot tea! The restaurant's veranda is gorgeous, overlooking the sea, but there are cats everywhere! 4) There are no comments on the room, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, the linen is clean and white, everything is in the bathroom. There is a safe in the room and it works. There is also a kettle and tea/coffee. The mini-bar is replenished. 5) The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained, the outdoor pools are closed. There were still sun beds on the beach. The location of the hotel is convenient, near the bus stop, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Kemer. And another convenient plus is that you can leave your suitcases in the suitcase room, and if you want, they won't even be expensive for you. In general, we liked everything except the SPA.

Everything is beautiful in the picture...., but in fact it is radically different. I can't say that the hotel is terrible, but it completely does not correspond to the stated 5***** and, accordingly, it is not worth the money that I paid for it. When I checked in, there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room. Shampoo and toothbrushes are not given. I had to look for where to buy it. Room temperature water is flowing from the hot water tap. You can rinse off quickly, but you can't wash your head anymore. There is a bunk bed in the room. A couple or a large person will not be comfortable. The room was given a triple room, designed for a family with a child. The territory is small, the beach is small. There is nowhere to walk on the territory. Everything is old and shabby. In the restaurant, the dishes are chipped, and the plates and furniture are shabby. The furniture itself is the cheapest and very cheap. The buffet is meager. The menu is monotonous. There are constantly not enough dishes.The feeling of a scoop does not leave. The Internet is very bad. The question is about the quality of the staff. When I came back from the sea, I found that the maid had left the door of my room wide open, and she had left a long time ago. Everyone passing by could see what was in my room. And the laptop doesn't fit in the safe. In the restaurant, when lunch time was over, and I was finishing what was on my plate, the staff clung to me and politely pointed to the exit.

Avoid this hotel. Now (August-September 2023) my wife and I are "resting" here - a lot of negative impressions. There are FEW canopies on the beach and all the sun beds are covered with towels. No one cleans them once an hour, contrary to advertising promises. If you have not occupied the place directly under the canopy, at 10:30-11:00 you are already lying in the sun. The bars on the beach and by the pool have only beer and vodka. And any cocktail will be made for you with vodka (cuba libre, mojito, in general any)! But first, stand in line. There is also water in cups of 0.2 liters to take. There is no water in the bottles! A normal bar is only on the lobby. Only there is a coffee machine with grain coffee, powder vending machines in the restaurant. There seems to be food in the main restaurant, but there is no choice of meat. There is not much choice in salads either. There are not enough plates - they put out plastic ones. They don't have time to clean the tables, you go after the appliances yourself. Pancakes/pancakes for breakfast? Forget it! An omelet? The same way! Outside the restaurant, there are only burgers (without sauces), fries, pasta and chicken rolls. Ice cream is pure chemistry in cones. There is no factory one. The room is not very "tired", there is hot water right away (main building, side sea view). We don't know what's going on in the garden, but two times people demanded to change their room to another one. The pool at the main building is normal, but there is no shallow entrance - there is a branch of the children's froghouse. Climb a few ladders or train yourself to get on the side by force. The contingent is mainly Poles and Arabs. There is nowhere to hold a show with dancing or acrobats in the hotel, the stage is small and without an upper frame. Only karaoke, live music, disco and bingo. The hotel does not hold out for 5 stars. Previously, Crystal Aura, Orange County (before it became 18+ and expired) and Acre Kemer (aka Barut Kemer) lived on this street. This hotel lost to everyone by one wicket. Compared to Barut, it's a total hole.

We are currently at the hotel on 05/15/2023. They were moved from the main building to a separate building with a room, the phone, safe, Wi-Fi are not working!! Nothing works, the staff is rude! It 's creepy!!! There are no people in the hotel, but at the same time they refuse to cross!!

We had a vacation together with my husband in August 2019. Everything is great. The food is delicious, there is a large selection, and most importantly at any time of the day. Plenty of alcohol, cocktails at different times in different bars. The pools and the sea are clean and warm. We lived in a garden on the 3rd floor with a view of the water park, everything is wonderful. Cleaning every day, the bar was replenished as needed, there was always enough. Entertainment every day (in the amphitheater, on the pier, by the pool). Will we come again? Yes!

I am currently vacationing at this hotel. Positive: Beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The weather is good. Tour operators do not respond or do not want to respond to complaints from tourists. Provided that the price of both groups for vouchers is almost the same. They did not warn in advance that the concept was so severely curtailed. I have been to other hotels in the same period of time, but I have not met such a boorish attitude towards people who provide income to hotels and companies. It is not recommended to visit under the closure of the hotel. If you want to relax, it's better to choose other regions. The attitude towards Coral has deteriorated decently, although their services have been used more than once. Those who were in the top five in other regions, do not even look at this hotel with one eye. The price-quality does not match. The number of stars is 4. And that's a stretch. We had a rest with family and friends from 10/28/2011-10/05/2011. The hotel , of course , can hardly be classified as a 5*) . But here it must be understood that for the money that a 5* ticket costs, it cannot be) . Among the advantages: the sea is clean, there are pools), slides for children, the food is quite edible), the room in the main building where we lived is spacious, cleaned regularly, the minibar is free. Of the cons: Wi-Fi is unstable, that is, it is not. The beach is small. Umbrellas on the beach are traumatic!! Sharp clamps are sticking out!! Tall people need to be on the lookout!! The air conditioner in our room was very noisy, maybe someone will not be very pleasant to sleep. A la carte restaurant is a separate song. I do not recommend it. It's better to eat normally in the dining room, where all the food is freely available and you don't have to wait!) It's a long drive from the airport to this hotel. Traffic jams take 2-2.5 hours. The territory of the hotel is small. Outside the territory, within a radius of several kilometers, there are mainly shopping malls with Turkish sweets and local souvenirs. There are Koton and wykiki shops where you can buy clothes. In general, the hotel is normal, but it is not 5*, rather 3+ or 4

We returned from this hotel yesterday))We were vacationing with my husband and my adult daughter.The room was on the 6th floor with sea and mountain views.We arrived early in the morning, checked into the room at about 10 o'clock))Wi-Fi is not stable in the room.Everything else is fine: the sea and the beach are beautiful, the hotel staff try their best for vacationers)))food for 5, delicious and varied))what the restaurant staff imposed did not bother us!!I was pleased with the live Music at the dinner. If you like a cozy green area, the proximity of the sea and a friendly family atmosphere, come here!!

I am currently vacationing at this hotel, and this is the most terrible vacation!!!! Although 2 years ago I liked everything relatively, and I decided to come back here and regretted it. People are all horrified and disappointed. Everyone is complaining and swearing at the reception, demanding what they paid for. But alas. There is no milk, do not add it to tea or coffee. There is no alcohol now either. They say Finish at the bar. People have nothing to drink. Only beer is available. You can find food, you won't stay hungry. But it clearly does not pull at 5. Disgusting smelly fish like herring or mackerel. Dry chicken breast on skewers 🤦♀️ It is impossible to eat. The soups for 7 days were all disgusting. One day there was mashed mushroom soup, it is still edible. Poor children have nothing to eat at all. Boiled carrots. Undercooked rice, sometimes broccoli..... This is their children's menu.It's terrible. All children eat French fries or pasta.....which is clearly abnormal, but alas, their parents have nothing else to feed them. Now the bars do not work around the clock as stated, although it makes sense for them to work since there is nothing to drink in them anyway 😁 The pools are icy everywhere, you can't get in. The beach is also terrible, there are no decking, they were removed, the stairs were cut off from the pantone, now you can't buy from it. There's dirt everywhere. There's dirt on the chairs, dirt on the tables. People paid for all inclusive , got nothing 😂 There are not enough staff. Although he is very friendly. To clean the room in the Garden, you need to contact the reception. Otherwise, they forget about cleaning. Do not spoil your vacation and do not spend money on this place. If someone tells you that this is a 5* hotel, do not believe in any case!!! A huge hotel in a very, very small area!!! How could you make only 2 elevators to a 5-storey complex and if you are going from the room, then it is problematic to wait for the elevator, because in order to get from lobi to the street, you need to take the elevator and the elevators all the time ride from 0 floor to -1 (to the street)!!! Regarding Wi-Fi, there is a separate story, it works in the lobby and 20 meters from the lobby it is almost impossible to get to the Internet further, if you hope to go to bed before 00.00, then you will hardly succeed, the entertainment program of the hotel (music) hammers until 23.00 so that the dishes in the room bounce, and after, when the program ends, you continue to enjoy the program of the neighboring hotel!!! The sound insulation of the rooms is a complete failure!!! If there are children in the next room or someone has an alarm clock, then you definitely won't be able to relax!!! The breakfasts are always the same and on the third day you no longer want to go to them... Lunch and dinner are more interesting, but everything served from the buffet line is cold, well, they have heated dishes... No way... A separate story is the staff, I could not imagine that in 5* it is allowed to use the guest facilities of the waiter, bartender, cleaning... The beach is like in all of Turkey, terrible pebbles, although they promised imported sand!!! And the density of people is just off the scale, thanks that even though the sea is really clean and warm, but here we are more grateful to nature... There are still a lot of situations that helped to understand that Turkey will never again.... It's like going to a mass market, you don't give away a little money, but you get disappointed, you seem to be resting, but some little things constantly make you nervous...

We went to the hotel after reading positive and laudatory reviews. Iiiii.....I made a mistake for the first time in my life. I and my family have never had a worse holiday. Do not believe the laudatory reviews, there is not even a shred of truth in them. We just returned from this hotel today and I'm glad to be home!!!! It was always very sad to leave — when the vacation was over, but today I am glad. You can't talk about 5 stars here, 3 without + (according to the number of towels in the room — only 3)There is only one positive thing — repairs have been carried out in the main building, but even then not everywhere on the terrace in the restaurant there are breaks in the wooden flooring, the boards are fastened and the tables "shake" when even a small child approaches. Cleaning the room is disgusting, there are tangles of hair left by previous guests in the shower, dust and dirt on the floor (my husband walked barefoot — his feet were always dirty and dusty), dust and sand on the table — and nothing changed during the entire stay. The mini bar — when it was replenished, when it was not and what it depends on is not clear (tips were left regularly). The territory is very small for such a large number of guests, as well as the beach —the sunbeds are so close that, as they say, "the mouse will not slip through." BUT the most "pleasant" thing is the all-inclusive meal. The food is not only not tasty (from the word at all), but also often with a "whiff" — especially grilled fish. For the first time, the whole family, and there were 4 of us, "lost" 1.5 - 2 kg of weight. Ie, lost weight in all-inclusive hotels!!! In the morning, all the hot dishes were cold for breakfast (they just didn't turn on the heating). Porridge, for example, hercules flakes filled with milk (they probably do not know that porridge is cooked, and not just pour milk), omelets burn all the time and the smell of smoke is near the cooking place—it hurts the eyes. At lunch and dinner, it is not possible to approach the distribution due to the large number of guests — you stand in line for literally everything, and this is provided that almost ALL dishes are located in direct access. The staff goes without masks, cooking is carried out without gloves-which covid? All drinks are poured into paper cups (namely cups) and if the drink implies a certain dosage, for example a cocktail, it will be poured into 2 cups (one does not fit). There is nothing good to say about cleaning the restaurant at all. If the first one came, the tables are set, the appliances are there, he was late and came later to "get" a clean table, chair, appliances, napkins — this is your problem. If someone dropped something on the floor (watermelon, tomato )…. No one will clean up — they will lie there until someone slips and starts to get indignant and then puts up a sign — it's very slippery, but they won't clean it up. The hotel staff is not happy with you, from the word at all.... the words "hello", "thank you", "please", "good morning, afternoon, evening" (no matter what language) are not known to them, and there is no need to talk about a smile here. In general, the vacation is ruined. I hope I will never (EVER) return to this hotel and will definitely write a complaint to the tour operator.
