We were at the hotel at the end of the season. The manager and almost the entire staff of the hotel showed by their looks and actions that we were not welcome here. The hotel was being prepared for closing in front of guests. First, the mattresses were removed, then the umbrellas were collected, the pools were turned on, the pool was not included in the spa. There was less and less food every day, there were clearly not enough dishes, and only one of the three coffee machines was working. And to top it off, the ultra all inclusive turns out to include only wine and beer.

Hello, we are currently at the hotel, our tour is from October 10th to October 22nd! We are here under the motto, JUST TO SURVIVE! On the third day, my husband is lying in the room with serious poisoning, sorry, it's pouring from all places!
I have vacationed in Turkey and in 3 stars, but I have not met such horror. Terribly polluted, not cleaned territory, bare lawns, everything is covered in leaves and everything is broken + mold, darkness... Everything is squalid, old and creepy! There is no animation, there was no wine at dinner yesterday, there is no whiskey today! Shame on you! To come here is to spoil the whole impression of your vacation! The canteen is full of unsanitary conditions, everyone puts food on themselves, there are no protective equipment, apparently the hotel has not heard about covid. There are dirty plates, dirty glasses in the dining room, you can't find forks, a couple of waiters, they don't have time to do anything. There is nothing to eat except vegetables, there is no meat, only chicken, sometimes well cooked on the grill, sometimes burned, as luck would have it. Today at lunch there were just cheap fish heads in sauce, I'm just shocked. There's nothing to eat.
Don't be fooled that it's a five, God grant it's 3+.
Everything in the room is covered in ants, we bought chocolate in the Dutch fries, so in two days the ants devoured it, a whole anthill in the closet.
I adequately assess the hotel, I have something good to say, let's say the sea is great, but the hotel has nothing to do with it, the beach itself is small, the sun beds are all shabby, old, the mattresses are torn.
The room in the main building is well normal, the curtains are stained, everything is streaked, the paint is peeling, ants, but in general it's just normal.
Our family, like all vacationers at the hotel, just fell for the reviews, do not believe a normal adequate person cannot leave a good review of this hotel in good health! It's time for me to write my review. It will be voluminous as the rest was spoiled, to put it mildly . I am by no means a spoiled tourist and I do not write filth sucked out of my finger, but when you pay for a 5-star hotel and want to take a break from the hustle and bustle at the hotel, on the beach, and you get it ... you start to get bombed.
I started writing a review while still at the hotel on the second or third day and then supplemented it with an asterisk (*)
I've been to 10 different hotels in Turkey (only 5 stars) and there is something to compare it with) I have also traveled the world (Egypt, India, USA, Cuba, Thailand, Sri Lanka, ... etc.) but I have never met such a "five-star" hotel anywhere, although I do not like these hotels, it is better to be a savage)
Let's start in order
1. This is not 5 stars from the strength of 4 with a stretch, but maybe 3 (I did not know how it was there). It is worth changing to 4 stars so that people understand where they are going and are not disappointed .
2. Internet WiFi . go.but full (if you plan to work, then forget it). Even in India (for some reason, it was with this strange one that I wanted to make a comparison ) the Internet is everywhere better than 2 times, even mobile . Kamon is 2021, and the Internet, it feels like there are constant problems on the line via modem) And judging by the reviews , everyone had such a problem , and the hotel administration just didn't care😑 * I supplement the review - Since I was catching the Internet at the reception, I met a lot of people who also complained about go.еный there is no Internet except at the reception , but even there it works intermittently .
3. Food. First impression: I would not say that it is bad, (the most tasteless thing is the fish it has always been! Fried herring or something else , as I recall the taste , immediately rolls up ). In general, if you compare the food with any other five hotels, then this one was the worst in my life. The range of food is very meager and monotonous. I can 't say anything about alcohol , I didn 't drink . The only time I tried a cocktail with my girlfriend a couple of times , and it seems to me that it was not prepared by the bartender , but just a person who does not understand anything about proportions and how to cook them . * I supplement the review : they gave me "sushi rolls " once , it's not clear what they were made of , but such a go.I haven 't tried it anywhere , only rice and nori were understandable . It seems to me that they put their vile fish in the rolls (they would be ashamed to put it on the table ) I couldn 't swallow it , I spat it out ( I just love sushi outside this hotel ) . *I supplement the review: the food can be divided into edible and non-edible (that it is delicious is out of the question), I can highlight sweets and then, according to my girlfriend's reviews, there is still a normal dener, it is offered next to the pool at lunch, vegetables and bottled water are also normal . (: ( I was on a diet ) .
4. The beach. This is a separate song👎 ) I have not been to Crimea or Sochi, but the photo from there reminded me very much of this beach. The coast of the beach is strewn with stones and pebbles and it is not very comfortable without slippers. I do not recommend visiting the beach so as not to spoil your vacation.( the worst beach in my life , I didn 't go to the beach , I didn 't swim in the sea )
5. Swimming pool. The water is icy (probably made so that people would not swim ) but here my negativity is unjustified , maybe I 'm cold . The pool is clean. There are always places . * I supplement the review: the temperature of the water not only outraged me, but most people. Moreover, the water is cold in the indoor pool.
6. Rooms . It 's relatively normal here. The norms are cleaned (but without swans on the beds), the bar is always replenished. * I supplement the review: but again one thing, there is no sound insulation. There is a disco under the windows of the main building every evening and you have to fall asleep to this disco). I did not really like the balcony - it is fenced on the sides with ordinary railings, not walls. If you like to chat with your neighbors and be in the palm of your hand, then you will like it. Gels and shampoos are replenished every day - we give a plus for this . And for the sweet it's karaoke ) the blue screams out of place and if you want to fall asleep earlier , forget it ) *I add to the review : karaoke was bothered for only 4 days , maybe the singers left or lost their voice . But everything can happen again 🤞 The music plays until 00:00.
7. The territory .It is very small and poorly cleaned . Bottles from yesterday 's drinking party are on the tables in the morning . The time is 9 a.m. the staff passes by and does not notice. (Photo attached ) Garbage on the canopies of the roofs was also not cleaned by anyone for the whole week that we were here (photo attached ) in billiards cues and table tennis rackets are not even used , but it feels like they were brought from the garbage . "5 star hotel"
8. Staff. I read from someone here that he is unfriendly . This is not the case (now ) , or I did not notice it, but everyone is smiling and trying to help. * I supplement the review : not all the staff is normal, but most of it, the rest were "recruited by ad" .
Bottom line: Not 5 stars, I would give a stretch of 4.
If you have already vacationed in 5-star hotels, then I do not recommend visiting, there will be complete disappointment for the time and money spent. I absolutely do not understand the people who write positive reviews about this hotel. Either it 's too early for you and you didn 't rest in the normal fives , or you are the staff of this hotel )
In general, when I'm resting somewhere , at the end of my vacation I wonder if I'll come back here again or not , I'll tell someone and recommend them to visit . There is a firm no, I DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting. And if my review is read by tour operators, then do not poison tourists here , or at least warn them that there is not even a five-star smell here . We had a good rest. There are disadvantages, but everything was changing for the better before our eyes. The staff is friendly. There was no language barrier. The set of words and phrases necessary for a stay at the hotel was learned by the staff. As for the review I read about the dishes, there is such a thing. The bottom of the plates is not always clean. But there are always snow-white tablecloths. Everything was fine with the food, although I wanted more fish. I was disappointed that they found out about the excellent hammam at the hotel on the last day. The reason for this was that on the first day we were sold a hammam in Kemer and there we received an expensive service ($ 150), it was not worth it and after receiving a negative experience, we decided that the hammam in the hotel should be avoided. Excellent price-quality combination, very decent 5. The food is excellent, always varied, a lot and at different times. The hotel is located right on the beach, spacious rooms (I recommend the main building), towels are changed every day, linen is changed every few days. The staff is trying very hard and it feels good, which is very nice. A wonderful SPA center. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Kemer. Among other things, covid measures strongly make themselves felt in the sense that you will not be able to impose something on yourself on your own, so you have to stand in line even if the person in front of you is served a dish that you do not even need, this is provided that only one serving employee is placed on each table with food. I would also like to advise you to come to each meal on time, because as the hall fills up in 30-4 minutes you will have to stand in a long queue to at least get into the hall, not to mention the aforementioned queues at the tables.
Bottom line: thanks to the hotel for trying to wean me from the constant habit of sitting on the phone and enjoying the benefits of modernity - after all, I'm on vacation, so I need to rest. I put 3 only for the relatively good food and cleanliness of the exterior and interior of the hotel.

We rested in different hotels in Kemer, but there was no such mess anywhere. The rooms were not cleaned at all on the 5th day of rest, we went to the desk clerk and asked for cleaning on the 6th day, a man came and cleaned who told us that he was not a maid at all and so they sent him to clean it, replenishing the refrigerator with drinks is generally a separate story when we checked in the refrigerator was empty the next day they put 4 people on 1 bottles of 0.3 cola fanta and 0.2 water, I tell him we are 4 people, he gives me disposable cups and says the norm and the next day again no one refilled anything, but as for nutrition, I will say one thing for 12 days there was really nothing to eat for breakfast omelet rolls and cheese very salty it is impossible to eat. We have only recently returned from this hotel in Turkey. I'm writing a review while all the memories are fresh :)
I was on vacation with my parents, they are 50+. I decided to take them on vacation to Turkey, as we try to travel to this country every year. We originally planned to go to another hotel, but since the price for it has increased, the tour operator suggested considering the option and going to the Alkoclar Exclusive hotel. The word "Exclusive" hotel does not define in any way what we have understood throughout our stay :(
About the pros and cons:
Positive:
- The hotel is located in the city of Kemer and close to its center (15-20 minutes on foot). In the evening, you can always take a walk, there are many shops and bazaars, there are also branded stores LC Walkiki, Flo and DeFacto. If you plan to buy clothes, then take a look at these stores first - their prices are affordable, the quality is good, and there is a large selection. There is also a Migros and Carefurr store - these are grocery stores where you can buy coffee, sweets, halva, jams, juices and much more at pleasant prices, as they are set by the state for local residents.
-The territory is compact and green, there are many places where you can sit and relax. If you have small children, then you don't have to be afraid of losing them - they simply have nowhere to get lost there :)
- There were always enough sunbeds on the beach! In the season itself, when there are a lot of people, it's good!
-Delicious local ice cream - though only 3-4 types, without much change, but still!
And now about all the disadvantages of this hotel - there were quite a few of them! Considering that we managed to see the hotel, it does not pull at all for 5* :
- Garden Rooms: we were offered a room on the ground floor. There was a smell of dampness at the entrance to the room, which we were able to ventilate only after a couple of days! There was mold in the bathroom and every morning, and sometimes in the evening, ants came to the sink in search of something! The bathroom door was missing and the watering can was broken. They refused to replace the room, as the hotel was overcrowded - only for an additional payment of $ 20 per day you can move into the main building.
- They cleaned poorly and once every 2 days, the towels in the room were torn, even when they were changed to new ones
- Tiles were broken under the awnings, where there is a row of sun beds, and throughout the rest, no matter how much we went to the reception, no one even came to glue it!
- The food is very monotonous: we are not gourmets and not very picky, but we expected some variety in a 5-star hotel. Fruits were quickly disassembled, if meat or delicious fish were fried, then in the first half hour the hungry residents of the hotel swept everything away! On the Fish evening, we did not go to the main restaurant for dinner, but judging by the reviews of vacationers, the fight for mussels and shrimps was life and death!
- The service is very weak - the waiters take a long time to clean the tables, the cocktails are cooked tasteless and everything is "off"
- Massage in the spa area is unreasonably expensive and low-quality (there is something to compare it with, in other hotels they did both better and cheaper). In the sauna, some hooligans broke the pieces of wood and no one came to fix them until the end of the rest! (again, we were treated every evening with this problem).
- Animation is ZERO! I've never seen such boredom in a hotel before: the animator does not have a uniform as such, so you can't tell them apart if you don't know them by sight, from entertainment - gymnastics, pool games, boccia and darts. Sometimes they invited me to volleyball, as a result there were three cripples :(No one is engaged with children, only during the evening disco two girls appear and dance different dances with the kids. If you expect to relax with children and a little from them, this hotel is not for you!
- Evening programs - two flops, three flops. The only normal events are karaoke night and Victory Day, which the hotel tried to celebrate better to the best of its capabilities and budget.
To sum up: if you want to have a good rest, actively, with or without children, eat well and enjoy not only the sea, but also the hotel, its territory and entertainment - THEN YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT HERE!
If you don't care and you only need the sea, the sun and the proximity of Kemer at hand, then it's better to choose neighboring hotels and not play roulette!

Vacationed with my husband on 08/13/2020, for the declared 5 stars, the hotel does not match. They settled us in separate houses (bungalows), when placing us in a room, (they asked us to move to the main building, they said $ 20 per day, but they refused us, citing that there were no places) the lock on the door did not close, the balcony was also broken, dust and dirt everywhere, when contacting the hotel staff,they said they would fix everything, but there were no results. There is no Internet in the room, only outside the room, but also in the main building and even on the beach.The rooms are not cleaned daily, only with repeated complaints, they started cleaning daily. Complaints from applicants are received daily, the complaint book at the reception is not closed. So also the leg fell off the bed.The flight was at 23.15 on the last day, it was changed at 9.25 pm, i.e. one day was gone. But there are also advantages: the staff at the hotels who serve the visitors are all well done, special thanks to them. There are several bars on site, the pools are clean, the area is generally well maintained, lots of greenery. There is a free sauna. The food is generally not bad. In general, the rest was a success, the only thing I do not recommend is rafting excursions, (called 4in1: this is kayaking on a mountain river,jeep racing, cable car descent, and fishing) Brought us to the very inferno at 12.00, I received numerous burns to my body, when rafting on the river, jeep racing is open 4-wheeled vehicles in which you just walk along a dusty road, passing 2 puddles, then a cable car 500 meters and finally fishing in the pool.

We visited the Gravel Hotel for the first time, before that it was Amara, then Alcochlar. Alcochlar tried to imitate Amara somehow, but Gravel... it has nothing in common... of course, the hotel requires major repairs, but can cleanliness be maintained? The toilets of the hotel are dirty, the smell of urine does not always have liquid soap and toilet paper. But the food deserves special attention. It's just a horror!!! We are eating fried herring for the fifth day, there is simply nothing else for lunch!!! There is no meat, no chicken, no sausages...And this is an all- inclusive five 🙄 The hotel is below the baseboard

This is one of the best hotels we have visited in Turkey. When we checked in, we were asked to move into 1 building, (we were 4 couples) we were settled in 4 different ones. although there were a lot of empty rooms where we checked in. But we didn't get hung up on it. Apparently they expected us to go and beg. I was shocked by the food. I hardly saw any meat.Mackerel fish every day and dry.We were in May 2019. Strawberries were given in small portions for a dog fight. And it's something about a hammam. After the beach, we went to the hammam for about 16 hours. The lights are off. There are no towels, no shampoos either. It seems that they are offended that they are not for a massage. There were no animators at all. A dead hotel. I've read the reviews, well, I think it's picky people writing. And I had to write it myself. And about the tortillas that the Turkish woman cooks, this is something. During the week of my stay, I decided to go for a flatbread 1 time. Usually, there are such good-natured smiling women in other hotels. And here it's like Migera, with such an angry face, swearing something in her own language. One flatbread in one hand, no longer gives. One woman wanted to try it with both cheese and herbs. She's yelling at her. It's a horror. Why write that 5sv. And ultra all inclusive. It barely pulls at 4.

The hotel is nice, close to the center. The plage is super! I liked that there is not only a shared kitchen, but also many small cafes on the territory where you can also have lunch. The rooms have a good view. The only thing I didn't like was that the lock in our room periodically broke, sometimes it didn't close at all. And once we found a bunch of ants on the balcony.

Hello, I was at the hotel from 27.06-12.07.I'll tell you, don't read bad reviews. The hotel is for 4, but the staff is trying very hard.I came with my son, we later became friends with people from Minsk, they have been flying here for 8 years in a row. We also rest only in the top five, but here nature, mountains and animation cheer you up, which deserves praise 5+++Thank you guys and a big hello. Kitchen 4, but a very big request to our compatriots, PLEASE GO TO THE RESTAURANT TO EAT IN NORMAL CLOTHES AND BEHAVE NOT LIKE IN THE VILLAGE!!! It's not nice to watch when they go to eat from the beach in shit ditches, and then they also write reviews that they don't like the service!!! The territory is very beautiful, everyone speaks Russian and will always help. For children, you don't have to worry, there are game rooms for them and they are engaged with them. The only thing is that the administration needs to change the beds. The most important thing is who comes to relax, the sea is gorgeous, the food is varied, the air is unreal. Every evening there is either live music or a party. We lived there in this hotel and became friends as a family!!! I highly recommend you and please behave yourself, although no one will tell you, but from the outside do not disgrace the country because they love and wait for us there. Nice hotel. All staff speaks Russian. The hotel has two swimming pools, its own beach, pier, you can always find free sun beds, decent food and a lot, (around the clock all food, fruits, drinks and alcohol are not only local but also imported for free) past the central restaurant, there are four more restaurants (Turkish, Italian, fish, Japanese), where you can book a table for the evening, a 24-hour bar with food and drinks, good animators, an amphitheater where performances for children and adults take place every evening, a night disco and karaoke every day, a spa center with a swimming pool, a hammam, a steam room, two saunas, a gym. The rooms have everything from bathrobes and slippers to tea and a kettle. The hotel is located in an urban area, so in the evening you can stroll along the beautiful shopping streets. In general, the hotel justifies its five stars!

I really liked the hotel. Cozy rooms, practically no audibility. There are several pools on the territory, a lot of greenery. It is located in the city of Kemer, one kilometer from the city center. There are mountains all around. It's a very beautiful place.

The animation is just 0 the staff is rude the rooms are good the sea is super the food is solid 4 the bar somehow pulls at 3. The hotel itself does not pull at 5 + it is somewhere 4.

Excellent hotel, good alcohol, three types of beer in birgarden. The staff is friendly. Lyudmila (the hotel's guest relations department) made a special impression. She immediately responded to all requests and was very pleasant to communicate with. True, the program and animation are a little weak, but really, maybe the end of the season has already affected.
