I didn't like ANYTHING!!! The hotel does not correspond to 5*, at best 3*. The rooms are all shabby, the towels are torn, the plumbing is constantly out of order. The territory of the hotel is dirty, the plants are not cared for, everything is dusty. I'm not talking about food at all: only apples and oranges were given from fruits. Strawberries were 1 time in a week, which created an unhealthy environment among tourists. There is no variety. How they rested there with young children, I can't imagine at all: no milk, no yogurt, porridges were only for breakfast, and then it was evening porridges that were not eaten, filled with milk. The spa area is a separate song... On the first day, I paid for a block of 5 massages - $ 200. I did 2, then due to the fact that I was burned, I couldn't attend them. On the last day, I went to the spa and asked for a refund for unused treatments. They told me that they were not going to return anything. I went to the local Security service, described the situation, and they promised to settle the situation. When I got to the appointed time and waited for them for 2.5 hours, I was told that the money would not be refunded. But!!! I can have 3 massages as paid for (this is 5-6 hours before check-out). I've been to many countries, BUT I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH A MESS. THE REST IS IRREVOCABLY RUINED. I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE.

The air conditioner worked disgustingly, practically did not cool the room.Probably, the entire air conditioning system did not work, because the stuffiness was felt in the public areas of the hotel:the restaurant, the lobby... did not like the food, you need to change the cook.A huge number of ruined products.The grill is always overcooked.Salads are not edible.You can only eat vegetables and greens fresh., well, and turkey and chicken stewed.There is a shortage of dishes and wine glasses, there are no teaspoons.The wine was served in faceted glasses.The waiters do not have time to clean the tables for the next visitors, they have to engage in self-service in finding appliances, clean napkins and other things serving the table.We were at an Italian restaurant a la carte.Maybe we were unlucky with the cook again, but I couldn't eat anything, it would seem, simple dishes:Caesar salad (horror of horrors) and so on... There are a lot of broken sun loungers on the beach, beach towels have been in need of replacement for a long time. In the evening, due to the non-working air conditioner, I had to open the balcony door.It is impossible to fall asleep due to the blaring music of the neighboring hotel until 24.00.The rumbling drowned out even the TV and was very annoying. Of the advantages:the room was cleaned well, the mini-bar was replenished daily, the room is spacious,beautiful sea-view from the 4th floor, the sea is very clean and warm.A wonderful pastry shop on the 0 floor next to the bar.Friendly staff.Delicious pizza. The absence of "bracelets" on the hands makes you wonder how to distinguish "your own from others".Sometimes it was thought that "outsiders" had infiltrated hotel bars and restaurants. I am ashamed to recommend this hotel to my friends.

I am currently staying at this hotel.Of the advantages, this is the first line, the hotel practically stands by the sea.Now the cons.The hotel is old, looks like an elderly woman who has a hole in her tights, her nails are peeling, mascara is running, etc. We arrived at the end of the season, the hotel stops working on November 1st, so there is no animation here, nothing is fried for dinner.I want to mention separately about the food, it's for three.There are several trays, but it is impossible to find just a piece of meat in them, if there is something with meat, it is hidden in stewed vegetables.None of them!!! There is no gin in the bar.She asked me to make a gin and tonic, and they poured something pink.My husband asked for tequila, but there was also no bar.It seems that we are finishing and finishing what is left.But we are looking for a positive, and this is wonderful weather and a beautiful clear sea!!!!

It was in June 2019. The price does not match the quality. Level 4 stars, not a five. The food is bad: there is no variety for breakfast: fried eggs and pancakes every day, there is a huge queue for soup (they do not know how to cook), they do not have time to clean the tables. There are problems with water flow in the rooms, water is pouring out of the shower onto the floor. The minibar is being replenished. There were no comments on cleaning the room. In general, the hotel needs renovation.

Guys, you don't have to read the previous reviews, because the owner changed half a year ago and the hotel is absolutely not the same! People are shocked, in fact, the hotel is now barely pulling in 4 rooms. For the first time in 7 visits to Turkish hotels, I have to communicate with the managers and chefs of the restaurant! The hotel is tired, dusty, dirty! It's April now, we were taking the children to swim in heated pools. The indoor pool was not turned on for 3 days. it came to a scandal. They're not going to turn it on outside. They blame it on the rains. Although there are none. And experienced tourists, who have been vacationing here for several times, talked about his work even in winter! The kitchen!!!This is a separate story!The plates are dirty! It's scary to take it in hand.  If I had come to Turkey for the first time, I would probably have been satisfied with everything. But. In the morning, raw pancakes, raw eggs, lack of milk, etc. will be waiting for you. The chef himself is now running around us and sending the boy to the store to buy us milk. This is not normal! Nothing is replenished, although breakfasts, lunches and dinners are in full swing. Lunches are scarce, there is practically no meat, because if you come in an hour, everything will be sorted out. And it's the same fish all the time. I'm not talking about tortillas, ice cream, or a grill. They are not there!!! You need to beg for a hamburger at the bar on the ground floor. Not all people even know about it. Sadness Service. The staff has completely changed. Turks who do not know Russian at all are working. They're trying. Animation is trouble. I already cried at the children's disco. 2 girls and 2 guys. In a word, the guard. We entertain ourselves! All that is left in this hotel is only bathrobes with slippers (and those that need to be begged) and replenishment of the bar every day. That's it! Of course, there is no imported alcohol. Everything is local. The bartender at the pool is very brazen! The beach is not ready at all! House! It's a shame for people who overpay such money, hoping to get into a decent hotel. This is the first time I am writing a review, because I am very outraged!!!

There used to be Amara, everything was fine. Now another owner, another name, has ruined everything!!! The food is terrible, the liver is fried every other day, queues are everywhere, not a restaurant but a canteen. The hotel has run out of champaign!!! And he was gone!!! Ice cream on the beach, good, ended in half an hour, dirt everywhere, it's disgusting to sit at the table in the beer bar, they don't clean, dirty tablecloths in the dining room, room cleaning is terrible!!!! And all this for such a lot of money!!!! Everything is old, furniture, tables, wooden floor on the street!!! I do not advise anyone to go to this hotel!!!!

I arrived on the evening of 10/23/2018 and learned from the guests and staff of the restaurant that the hotel is closing from 11/01/2018! I was surprised that the tour operator KoralTrevl and the Online Tours travel agent did not warn about this!!! The hotel was completely not provided with food and drinks for the Ultra All Inclusive program!!! Restaurants are closed by appointment for 4 pcs, there was 1 left, which was not possible to get into. There was practically no entertainment, karaoke was held a couple of times. From 26.10, the pier began to be dismantled and it was possible to enter the sea only from the shore (in short, there were thunders, knocks and melancholy everywhere). The situation is terrible and not comfortable!!! The owners of the hotel did not treat their guests like human beings!!! I regretted that I could have taken a ticket to a nearby hotel much cooler!!!

We were from 05/6/19 to 05/19/19. the first three, four days the hotel was semi-empty.there was no animation, there was not much variety in the restaurant, after May 10 everything was normalized, the hotel was full of food and alcohol at the level, animation too.the room was cleaned every day, the mini bar was replenished, the bed was changed.I recommend the hotel.I'll be back again

We are not ready for the opening of the season (repairs, few staff, almost no animation). The rooms are not bad, the cleaning and replenishment of the bar is stable. The food is average without frills. The beach is small, pebbles.

I was at the hotel in 2018 in early April. In 2019, also in April, she returned, brought her husband, and showed him a great hotel... and there is no great hotel anymore. I don't know what happened, but the level dropped below 3*. And there is no desire to return anymore. Very sorry.

We had a rest from 04/03/2019 to 04/12/2019.There is no animation there, none of the swimming pool heats up, the furniture is normal, the territory is undeveloped after the winter, everyone carefully hides that the hotel was closed in winter, there is no meat food, judge for yourself what this five is, thanks to this hotel I do not want to go to this country!

Great Hotel.Animation for adults with 5 points, various contests, live music, and just for fun.You definitely won't be bored.The contingent of people is completely different.Which shows and raises the level of the Hotel.The person knows his business and place.The beach is clean, there is always a free rod.In general, it's a pleasure to have a vacation.We were with my husband for 9 nights.from 1.07.2018 to 07/9/2018 Remained .satisfied.
