We were in the Aquazone on 12.01.2025.
The number of locker rooms in the locker room is not designed for the number of visitors. People have to put their things on a bench. Lockers 30 pcs. The room is 3x3 meters, there is nowhere to turn around. There are few deck chairs in the Aquazone itself. The hammam and sauna are crowded with people. They literally sit on top of each other. Sauna for 6 people, but 10 people enter it.
Sauna floors are slippery. In my presence, people fell down twice when they came down from the sauna shelves.
The tile floors near the pool are dirty.
There is no deep marking in the pool, it is dangerous for children.
The service is below the baseboard. No change of clothes, no steam, no food. The administrator needs to be changed. I do not recommend visiting the Aqua zone.

We came to Minsk for the New Year. We stopped at the hotel on 12/30.23. After a long road, we didn't want to go anywhere, we planned to have dinner and relax. But we were surprised by the refusal (( The restaurant was preparing for a New Year's banquet and all forces were thrown into its preparation... we were recommended to go to the store 7 minutes from the hotel. We came to the room and did not find slippers and bathrobes, although the SPA hotel. Our request was answered "if there are any left, we will provide it." We were lucky to be provided. The bathrobes were clean, white, but "crumbled", the room was like snow from them)). Towels are not provided at the SPA, take them with you from the room. On 31.12.23 we decided to visit the SPA. The area was too small for such a hotel, the pool was full of people and there were a lot of children. There is no pleasure. Breakfast is a buffet. We didn't like them at all. It seemed like there was a choice, but not tasty. The pancakes were with cottage cheese, ham and cheese, like yesterday's ones. There was no fish at all, but chicken kebabs for breakfast((
The parking lot is multi-level next to the hotel, but there are also places near the hotel itself. We parked at the hotel, it was convenient. Nice spacious reception area, with a beautiful photo area and a Christmas tree. The staff, by the way, is not friendly, no one says hello. Only the cleaning lady on the floor greeted us (
We didn't get to the restaurant for the New Year's banquet either, there were no seats... The hotel is not bad, but we need to improve the service.

Who gives a rating of 5, I do not know why, I will write a detailed review: when checking into the room (it was open when we approached, maybe this is their practice), the hair in the sink in both bathrooms, walking through the room in white socks, they turned black. You can judge for yourself about the cleaning. Before going out for a walk from the hotel, they asked the reception to bring slippers, the girl kindly wrote it down and said they would bring it now. Upon returning, there were no slippers or cleanliness in the room, we called the reception to bring them to us, the girl rudely replied: come and take them yourself, there are no maids! There is also no refrigerator in the room, although the hotel is 4*!!! Will we come back here again? Of course not, and we don't recommend it to anyone. I would add that the breakfasts leave much to be desired… This hotel clearly does not meet the stated stardom and service.

Quite a decent business hotel, a little far from the center, but if you are by car, then it's not a big deal. We had a spacious room for 3 adults and a child. Of the cons: they forgot to congratulate their sister on her birthday, but after the reminder they corrected themselves, however, a day later. There weren't enough big towels for everyone.

We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel. For several years, we enjoyed both accommodation and service.
Something has broken in the last 2 years... I can't call the staff polite, neither hello nor goodbye, nor how to help ...
Bathrobes and slippers in the room only on request (they are present a priori in the description of the room). There was no refrigerator in the room, but the room fee did not decrease. There was no warning that this service was missing. At the reception they said that now there are no refrigerators in the rooms, which was not true (passing by other rooms, they saw the presence of refrigerators in them).
Room cleaning now consists of adding hygiene products, just once in a few days of accommodation. Garbage removal only once during all the days of your stay!!!
You can forget about the rest of the care for the guests... At
the same time, it should be noted that the quality of breakfast remained at a good level. The SPA area is as good as ever! And the hammam got rid of unnecessary odors.
It is with great regret that we say goodbye to this once wonderful hotel...

We came for the second year in a row to rest for the New Year holidays and, in fact, to celebrate the New Year itself. The hotel does not quite match the 4 stars. Well, you are not up to the 4-star service! The hotel is located about a 30-minute walk from the center along the avenue, and on the other side of the avenue you can walk through the park, along the lake and river along a very picturesque road to the center, but then the journey will take about an hour. The rooms are large, the beds are good. We had a triple room. A full double extra bed. The hotel charges money for refueling an extra bed and for bed linen for an extra bed (blankets, pillows). The linen is clean. But they never changed it. There is a good hair dryer in the room. There are bathrobes, a refrigerator, a kettle, and cups. This year they cleaned more often than last year. A good spa, but it's bad that it takes a very long time to wait for coffee, tea or something to eat from a bar or restaurant. And it was necessary to pay immediately, immediately. Well, people in swimsuits, cards in the room. Why can't I open an account with a number?? This is a normal practice. Well, the New Year itself. Actually, that's why we came to you this year. And.... Complete disappointment! Last year, there was a great match between price and quality. This year you are raising prices exactly twice! And you reduce the quality exactly twice! The food is worse! There was no service at all. Well, I don't want to look for napkins, plates, fish, or a cake on New Year's Eve! The sweets disappeared altogether around 2 a.m. and were no longer brought. There were no waiters, dirty dishes were not taken away! Where have they gone in a year? The number of guests was much higher. Well, the worst thing is that we booked a table on November 25th. Three times the message mentioned a high chair. At first, we had a woman in a red suit with an evil face on the list for a long time. Why arrange a queue at the entrance to the restaurant on New Year's Eve and put such an unfriendly hostess? It's New Year's Eve! And again! Three times we indicated in the message that we were going to have a child, why put us right at the pump??? It's on purpose so that we don't come back. We got it. Only positive emotions.
The rooms are cozy, clean, and well renovated.
Daily cleaning and water in the room.
The price includes access to the SPA area (1 time per day, without time limit). Swimming pool ~20 meters, hammam and sauna.
Breakfast is paid (I had it) ~ 1000 Russian rubles per person. Buffet, there is everything to have a hearty breakfast. I was satisfied.
The "old town" is about 30 minutes on foot, near the park and the shopping center.
In general, I recommend it!)

I used to stay in Victoria 2 quite often, the previous time was probably five years ago. In general, there is a huge gap between the last time and now. I'll probably describe what's happening now. The suite does not pull 4 stars from the word at all, the drain plug does not work in the bathroom, the towels are washed. The breakfasts are just terrible, after visiting them there was no desire to visit the restaurant. Spa is a separate conversation, with room occupancy at most 20 percent, there are no places for procedures. As a result, even after getting a massage, the qualification is heaven and earth with what it was. In general, it is not worth the money from the word at all. Now you need to puzzle out which hotel to change Victoria to.

Of the disadvantages, the lack of a sufficient number of hangers for outerwear, I had to stuff my down jacket into a small locker for personal belongings, speaking of these small lockers: they work disgustingly, almost all visitors have a problem with locks and codes, you enter a password to open the closet, but it does not fit, since one key stuck and pressed several times.

I liked the location of the hotel, near the shopping center "Castle". There are several bus stops to the historic city center. The rooms are very spacious and clean. There is tea, coffee in the room, and hygiene products in the bathroom. The breakfasts were not impressive (some dishes are not very tasty), but the choice of dishes for breakfast is normal. I liked the pool, but not only vacationers at the hotel come there, but also from the outside, so sometimes it's crowded. But, for me, these are all minor disadvantages, so I definitely recommend it to my friends.

The rooms are good, especially two-room, mom was in the standard, we are in a two-room apartment, the view from the rooms is gorgeous on Victory Park, but the unfriendly girls at the reception and a very modest spa (a hamam is a 2-3 m nook, with the effect of warm steam and a mosaic slimy in mold, it's just a horror, the cleaners don't know about mold remedies absolutely) this is a huge fat minus.
The breakfasts are good, questions only to the staff at breakfast, both coffee machines did not work, were clogged with waste, the staff walks by as if nothing had happened, as well as by dirty plates.
And finalochka is not a working spa , which no one will tell you about when you check in ! You arrive early from an excursion to go to the spa and nothing works!
The reception does not work around the clock, that was a shock. Only girls who don't know anything.

We rested for two nights . The composition of the family is 2 + 1 (5 years old).
Check-in. Not fast. But not critically.
We go into the room.

They asked for an additional one. bed. She's not here. A call to the reception desk. The answer is, but everything should be - isn 't it?! No. Why invent something? Tell me honestly. Right at check-in. We will do everything you asked for now. I understand that there was no prepayment and why bother. But in those 15-20 minutes while we were being checked in, it was possible to pack the room.
We immediately noticed that the mattress is soft. But the first night, due to fatigue, did not affect sleep in any way. But on the second night, the softness of the mattress already brought discomfort.
By number. The cutlery is specifically teaspoons black from coffee, there was a straight piece of coffee.
Refrigerator is one name. It doesn't work. It can be used exclusively as a backlight. The light bulb works when turned on and that's it. The instructions of the hotel indicate a temperature of 2-8 ° , on the refrigerator itself 8-14 ° ! You will decide. In fact, it's room temperature.
We wanted to go to the SPA.
Please provide towels, as they will have to be changed after the visit. Go to the SPA and we'll change it.
We went. Please change it - the time is approximately 21-00. Answer. If available, the maid will bring it. No, wait for the morning.
The maid comes (I did not hear this, I washed the child from bleach after the SPA) - I actually work until 16!!! The question is, then what do you do at work if your working day is over. At the same time, there is a sign in the bathroom- we change towels and bring accessories around the clock!
And the apotheosis of our stay is the SPA itself. I'll call it the ass-ass spa. It's too crowded. We didn't get a clothes storage box. Probably people from the street, in order to place all their things, take 2-3 drawers at once. Normalize the boxes in this case. Let's move on. The pool is relatively large, there is enough space there. And here are the Jacuzzis and saunas ... we stood in the sauna for 10 minutes to get in. People were standing in front of us taking procedures. In the Jacuzzi, of course, whoever came in first in the morning stays there until closing time. And very chlorinated.
The only thing that deserves a rating is Breakfast. Strong 4. Even 5 can be supplied.
About the reception desk.
For two days, Saturday and Sunday, I have always observed only 1 person! On Monday, there were 2 people at breakfast and check-out. This is definitely a 4-check-in hotel!???
Now I have definitely visited all the Victorias in Minsk (except for the new one on Nemiga, it seems) - the best thing was then on the way out of Minsk- at the Arena.

We rested for several days in an excellent hotel in Minsk, located near the Castle shopping center. The center can be reached quickly, opposite is a magnificent park. Nice solid room, spacious, bright. For guests there is a SPA center with a decent range of free services, a gym. My impressions are very positive.

We lived for three days in a standard room with two beds. The room is huge, clean, and bright. The bed linen is fresh, almost new. The plumbing is sparkling, everything is working. The corridors are just as clean and quiet (or we just got lucky with the neighbors).
The SPA area can be visited once a day, the time of stay is not limited, you can enter in the morning and exit in the evening, if you do not get tired of 1 swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, a Finnish sauna and a hammam.
The breakfasts are good, without frills, but there is a choice and everything is delicious except coffee.
There is a huge, very beautiful park in front of the hotel.
There is a shopping center within walking distance.
Now about the sad part. The staff is upset. Not once in three days has anyone said hello. The feeling that guests walk around the hotel in invisible hats, the staff does not react in any way. We were in Belarus for the first time, they asked at the reception what options there are for calling a taxi, the girl replied "Only through us", but in fact it turned out that Yandex works perfectly.Taxi. In the restaurant, the employee simply ignored the greeting and the question asked, walked past, and later drove a rumbling trolley between the tables to collect dishes (as in Soviet canteens), while about 20 guests were having breakfast in the hall. The SPA was more or less responsive, questions were answered, but there was no question of any pleasant service.
You can park your car in a small parking lot directly at the entrance or in a nearby multi-level parking lot (free of charge for hotel guests).
