A good breakfast. Good territory. The hotel + water park combo option is convenient in one order. Of the disadvantages for me: 1. The cost of living is high. 2. We lacked a kettle in the hotel room. 3. There is no passage from the water park (although they are located on the same territory to the hotel, I had to circle the MKAD for 20 minutes).

It is positioned as a hotel with an aqua complex. In fact, the hotel is separate, the Aqua Complex is separate. Moreover, you will not be able to walk in slippers and a bathrobe. The aqua complex is about five hundred meters away. And this complex is citywide (perhaps even republican))), and the hotel is rather attached to it.
The hotel is located on the outskirts, if you need a center within walking distance, you are not here.
The hotel itself is not bad, but not outstanding either. The room is nice, the bed is nice, the bathroom is normal. The staff is friendly.
Breakfast was not included in the price of our room, it was paid separately. The breakfast is passable. On the 4th.
They chose it precisely because of the Aqua Complex, hoping to cover the advertised spa along the way. It didn't work out. The spa is booked in advance.

We rested for three days, we were delighted with everything. Cleanliness, order, everything is at the highest level. But on the second day, inexplicable things happened during breakfast. We ordered 4 soups and mashed potatoes with a cutlet, as a result, after 30 minutes they brought 2 soups, barely warm. After 40 minutes, 2 more soups were brought. Another 30 minutes later, after they made a remark to the girl in the lobby bar, they brought mashed potatoes with a cutlet. It's cold. They asked to warm it up, as a result, they brought it hot only after another 30 minutes. Breakfast lasted for 2 hours. The mood is ruined. What was going on in the kitchen is not clear. Mysticism. Although there were not many people in the hall.

A very comfortable hotel for those who want to combine their stay in Minsk with a good rest. A visit to the water park for hotel guests is available at any time. It is better to go there for the opening when there are few people, during rush hours it is crowded, there is a long queue on the slides, all the fonts are occupied. The hotel itself is standard, the staff is friendly, but the rooms are very poorly soundproof, in the evening you can hear the conversation from each room)
Breakfast is included in the hotel buffet restaurant, you can have a good meal in the morning, the menu is not very varied, but you will not stay hungry. But I do not recommend going to this restaurant in the evening - the price tag is inadequately high, and the quality is average.

We were at the water park with the children, we really liked it. The hotel has ordinary rooms, but I would like a better place to relax (there is no kettle, I had to go down from the third floor to the cafe for boiling water, one chair for a double room). The staff and service are good. There is a cafe and a restaurant on the ground floor, but their prices are expensive (we took food with us and bought it in the store. The water park is within walking distance from the hotel.

At first, I had a positive review about the hotel a couple of years ago and I came here year after year with dogs to the exhibition and at the same time for a good rest. There is a separate surcharge for dogs, everything is as it should be.
This year the hotel has disappointed.... I couldn't rest or even go out to eat properly, because the hotel called and forced me to come to the room to sit with the animals. And all because there were children on the floor who were raging in the corridor near our rooms and the dogs reacted and could bark periodically. On the last day, I was generally threatened that the children were afraid that the dog might bark outside the door.... What??? It's an animal, it can bark during the day, it's normal. It would be one thing if we disturbed someone's sleep at night, but during the day, when everyone is hanging out at the water park, dogs interfered... Despite the fact that we also pay for the room and the surcharge for dogs is considerable. Then why do you place animals with yourself, if this is such a problem for you now. I emphasize that years earlier there were no problems, no one pulled me during the day and everything was fine.
As a result, the rest was just wildly spoiled. I suggest you settle on a separate floor so that everyone is happy, by the way, I also offered this, I was ready to move in and move to any place, if only they would let me eat quietly at least once or take a walk away. Unfortunately, we will not come to you anymore, as well as a large number of other owners who have also stayed with you before, they will also no longer come. You have broken off our "friendship"

I visited this hotel with the type of accommodation - a bungalow (this is a two-storey house with a terrace and a barbecue), a very convenient and profitable accommodation option for two families with children! Accommodation for children under the age of 9 is free of charge, the standard payment for the bungalow includes accommodation for 4 adults; important! That when staying in a room, you can actually visit the water park for free for two days and it is very profitable!!! The house itself is very comfortable: there are two bathrooms, two TVs and a full kitchen set (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, set of dishes and appliances); the house is in order, the sleeping sets are neat; another plus: the car can be parked directly at the house; near the house there is a forest park area and a pond (thrushes); I highly recommend the price, the quality is fully consistent!

In fact, when we had already settled in the bathroom on the second floor, there was a spider web on the chandelier on the doors. The staff at the reception is polite, they help with the food delivery call because the local cuisine is quite expensive, and they do not call back to the Russian delivery SIM cards, the mattresses on the beds are killed by time, springs dug into the side all night, the whole mattress was tracked a long time ago. In general, the impression remained terrible for one night at a cost of 15,000, before the water park was much better, we will not go anymore and will not recommend it to anyone

We lived on the 4th floor, in order to wash the ass of a child who went to the toilet, you first need to drain the water for 10 minutes, at least, and only then it will be warm, and so every time, we washed our hands with cold water coming from the street, because while you wait for it to merge, the children will already grab something with dirty hands!!! We went to the water park in the evening, I clarified at the bar, "will it be possible to have dinner at any time?" I was told that at any time and everything that is on the menu can be ordered, as a result we returned at 21.30, we wanted to feed the children, and we were told that the kitchen does not accept orders until 22.00, that's a twist, there were just no words!!! The maids are great, very nice women, the cleaning is on top. Will we come back again??? This is a big question, with the new tariff it is unreasonably expensive for the sake of the water park, especially since the day of arrival and the day of departure to the water park and you do not go, but the money is paid

The first time I was in Minsk with my husband, we are from Moscow. I don't understand why the hotel gets 2 stars?! It is located in a picturesque place, a forest, a lake. The hotel itself is very cozy, warm, clean. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious, everything works. The water park is generally a separate topic!!! I've been to all the water parks in Moscow, Turkey, and Crimea. I've never liked indoor water parks. It was difficult to get me out of the water park at the hotel. The water park is super. It's better than in Moscow for sure. There are a lot of cool slides and a great area with different saunas. There are no crazy queues for them. I especially liked the cafe and bar, very tasty food. You save a lot if you stay at the hotel itself, there is free admission for vacationers. The hotel is two stars, but at a high level. We were on New Year's Eve, had a great rest.
