The water park is good, but it's high time to do at least cosmetic repairs. The hotel is also pretty shabby. We lived with friends in several rooms (suites, junior suites), everyone's condition is not very good. They laid out a sofa bed, and behind it just turned out to be a shit! You can live, but not for that kind of money. It is a pity that the management does not support the status of this wonderful place.

Nice hotel! We checked into suite 301, everything is fine, but after the aqua park, my wife went to the shower cabin, and the mixer does not work there and there is a blockage! We called the reception and got an answer, like everyone had already gone home)) Repairmen! We asked to be moved to another room and we were moved to a Bungalow at no extra charge! Thank you, the room is very nice!

In general, the hotel is guaranteed to correspond to the three-piece, clean, cozy rooms, the room, although small, but definitely cozy, maybe we were not very lucky with the room, I mean the bathroom, but the screws sticking out from everywhere, with which they tried to fix something stuck out from everywhere. The Lebyazhy Water Park (Minsk) is an ideal place for active recreation! 🤩🤩🤩 Half of the water park is under the roof, half is under the open sky. Both parts have pools and slides, and both parts of the water park are open all year round. Even in winter, you can swim out of the room and sit in a huge barrel of hot water.
The slides are amazing, there are options for different ages and different levels of courage😁 We tried everything)))
In the evening, multicolored lighting turns on in the pools, it's beautiful, like in a fairy tale🥳
It is worth noting that even on weekends, when the water park is visited by the most people, there are enough places and inflatable cheesecakes for everyone.
I think even if we had visited only this water park in Minsk, the trip would have been worth it. I really, really liked it.

The slides are cool! Take the cheapest ticket for 4 hours and ride only on them. Eat and rest go to another place.
I do not recommend taking an expensive ticket with saunas. Saunas are not about anything at all, if they have 40 degrees, it's good. The pool and floors are dirty, it's scary to walk without slippers.
The service in the cafe is very long. I didn't feel like eating until they brought the food.

We were with our family in August 2022.
It's great that there is no queue to enter the water park, because my family and I were residents of the Hotel.
In the water park there are slides on the street, one of them is gray where you need to ride a TRIPLE circle, because the weight is more than 70 kg. only THERE is no SUCH circle. Rescuers in response to where to find such a circle, answer: they are very popular. We were there for 8 days and went to the water park every day and in all these days we have never seen such a circle. Because the ego is really not there.
There are a lot of people on the slides, there are 20 minutes for sure.
If you want to take a ride without a queue, then at 21.00 you can take a ride faster. If you do not live in a hotel, then you will stand in the water park for more than an hour. There are even more people on weekdays than on weekends.
And we arrived to check in at 14.00 and so that we were settled, we stood in line for an hour next to the reception, because the queue is common, not according to coupons.
And so we lived in a separate 2-storey house. Everything is fine.

It is better to go on weekdays. If on weekends - early in the morning or in the evening, otherwise there are crowds of people and terrible queues.
As an idea for development - to organize the lifting of buns on high slides automatically. It's a pleasure to carry yourself up the stairs.

In fact, if you want to go from another city to the water park, it turns out that accommodation is free, and the water park is for a day at a price of 4-6 hours. There are excellent two-storey bungalows on the beach. Of the disadvantages, there is a poor choice for breakfast.. And there are probably long queues at check-in from 13 to 15 on Saturdays. I recommend arriving early, getting a voucher for us to go to the water park and go swimming while your room is vacated and cleaned

Clean, tidy, bright rooms. The room has a refrigerator, TV. Of the cutlery - only 2 glasses, it would not hurt to add forks, spoons. An extra bed on a slippery armchair is not a very comfortable option, you move out with a sheet. The plumbing is working properly. A big plus is that the room rate includes a visit to the water park, which is actually why we chose this hotel. The restaurant does not have bad breakfasts at an affordable price. The location is not the most convenient, it's a long way to the nearest shops. In general, I recommend it, and I would come here again.

It's not the first time we've been to the water park, and it's getting worse and worse every year. Repairs are needed not only for some rooms, but also in the pools themselves, both children and adults, all had their hands and feet cut, due to the fact that there are no tiles in places, everything is falling apart quietly. Also earlier, when checking into the hotel, it took two hours arriving at the water park 5a the next day, and calling the reception in the morning and specifying the time, we were informed from 10.00 to 12.00, going with the children, we were turned back to the water park, because it works from 12.00. The reception informed that paying for the bungalow, the water park is a bonus, "thank you" for that. In the water park itself, on one of the single indoor slides, I, a 50 kg girl, had to walk!!!in the slide, the water pressure was very weak, the cross was 11 years old, she said that she did not immediately get off it, she had to push off. The exit to the street to the barrels is closed, due to roof repairs, and as the staff said, it is possible by the summer.Cleanliness in room 4, blood on the base of the bed, dirty table.
In principle, there are no questions for the staff, everyone can make mistakes with time, they are all very kind and friendly there, but the administration with their funny excuse that the water park is a bonus, well, as if someone goes to this hotel just for the sake of the hotel and not the water park.

What can I say? The prices are capitalist, and the service is socialist. The external gloss is deceptive. The hotel is very tired, although there are traces of renovation - the wall was painted along with the headboard. Everything seems to be clean, and the staff is very polite and tries, but a lot of little things irritate and make the stay uncomfortable. The sink was leaking in the room, the spot lamp for reading one did not work because of a broken button, the second because of a falling light bulb. The breakfasts are poor and monotonous. The one who praises, it seems, has not eaten anything sweeter than carrots. Otherwise, how can you consider a good breakfast, where one oatmeal, a cold omelet, three pancakes for everyone, sausages, an indistinct sausage and the cheapest cheese. There is no question if they did not take money for it, as in Moscow hotels. There is no emphasis on authentic national cuisine, but draniki could be added. Lunches and dinners on the menu are also not impressive, prices are higher than the vaunted Cook and even Cornflowers - they take advantage of the fact that there is nothing else within a radius of 2 km. Therefore, I advise you to prefer the Litvina restaurant 2.5 km from the hotel to lunch and dinner in this restaurant, and on the way to it you will see a bunch of bakeries. One of the advantages is the location in the middle of a nature reserve, you can walk a lot and breathe the air, admire swans, andatras. Well, to be glad that it costs not 30 thousand a day, as in the Beijing, Merriot and Renaissance hotel.

I will not share the enthusiastic reviews about this hotel, I put 3 with a stretch. You can stay here ONLY because of the aqua park included in the price. The memories are fresh, because I returned from the hotel yesterday. Everything is modest, even more than that. The hotel is 2 stars, so there are no slippers, bathrobes, shampoos, etc., in general there is nothing, not even a water cooler on the floor. They will not bring tea to your room in the evening, you will go to the bar for it yourself, they will pour you a tiny teapot, give you cups without saucers, and they will offer to pour sugar from a common sugar bowl and there are no spoons either. It's a whole quest to get it all up to your room and then down again!!! At the reception, the young ladies apparently do not know how to say hello, only the cleaners will greet you (so the administration can swap these workers!!!). Compared to the very tasty food in every eatery in Belarus, the hotel restaurant feeds terribly. There is no ventilation in the rooms, you can only open the window, I don't even know how people relax there in the summer. Conclusion: it is cheaper to pay for the aqua park separately, if you need it, I do not advise you to stay at this hotel.

For the fourth time, a family rented a house for two nights with children, June 2023. Apparently, this is the last time. Of course, only because of the water park nearby. In the winter of 2023, the management of the hotel changed, more effective managers came, and everything became sad. The price tag for the house flew into space, as if to Dubai. We used to pay 80 euros, then 100 euros. This time they gave 500 euros for two nights. At the same time, the hotel removed delicious breakfasts (although they were paid) and included free ones in the price. The result is an ordinary scoop, the breakfast is just disgusting. We had breakfast in another place in general, it is not possible to eat boiled pasta and potatoes. Worse than an army canteen😢
The girls at the reception do not solve questions, they act according to the instructions with the main result "no". They don't even smile anymore))
As a result, we are looking for a new hotel for trips to the water park. Even with free access, the aqua hotel is not worth the money.
