We checked in on 09/16/2023 with a child of 11 years old. His sleeping place was an armchair-bed. Very tough. Bed linen was brought for him 3 hours after check-in. I had to wrap the blanket in the duvet cover myself. There was no pillow. Fortunately, there were 4 of them on the main bed. A thin mattress pad is not for this chair, of course. I laid the bedspread in three layers. In general, I did not like the service. It is not provided for children, although it is a hotel for a water park. There are carpets everywhere and stained everywhere. It's not a very tidy hotel. The room is unbearably hot, the window is wide open and does not help. The breakfast is adequate, the staff is polite. We're not going to spend the night there anymore.

Cons: there were no slippers, bathrobe, dental kit. Mold in the bathroom, hard bed, cheap repairs. The restaurant was on spec. Maintenance. Despite the time of 22:00, we were not served, a very unpleasant story.
Pros: large parking lot, wonderful park for walking. And a great guy at the bar, who eventually fed us, though with sandwiches (but at that moment they seemed to be the best in life).

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, at my level - everything is fine, especially if the main goal is a water park, clean enough, minus - on Saturday the check-in is very long, a lot of people gather, someone takes a queue, someone does not... In general, we could check in not strictly at 14 o'clock, but as the rooms are being prepared, as an option.

The rooms are very small, the location is convenient only for the water park, 5 minutes walk, and for free, only pay for the spa if there is something to do! Towels were changed every day, generally clean, but there are no soap accessories, even drinking water is not worth it, for me this is a fat minus!

We were at this hotel from 26.05 to 28.05. We booked a Suite. With a room rate of $ 200, you need to buy slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo. Bathrobes are not provided, the rooms are poorly cleaned, the shower cabin has not been washed. They didn't bother to fill the extra bed for the child, they just brought the laundry and put it on.
For breakfast, you will be fed pasta, buckwheat, potatoes, omelette and fatty sausages. 2 kinds of tasteless porridges and that's the whole hot breakfast. And it will be the same every day.
There are much better hotels in the area both in terms of cleanliness and service. We were forced to stay because we had paid for the reservation in advance and the payment was not refunded to us.

- SPA for a fee, you can not return at the exit and the choice of saunas is too small (in St. Petersburg, the SPA area is much more extensive, included in the ticket and is not limited in time and frequency of visits.
- there is a strange atmosphere of coercion at the food court - an elderly lady forces young employees to work, who are clearly not eager to serve visitors quickly.
- the most important disadvantage is draconian sanctions for being late at the exit even for 1 minute, for the last half hour you have to nervously watch the clock to catch the children on the slides, collect them in a pile, change clothes, find a photo in the photo database, pay off and have time to jump out of the turnstile, which will only accept your the bracelet. Those who are used to Russian realities will be unpleasantly surprised by a fine with a delay of 5-10 minutes)
According to the hotel. Since accommodation gives free access to the water park, 2 stars do not bother anyone and the excitement is great, everything is booked earlier. We arrived without reservation and were offered only separate houses for a family (2 adults + 2 teenagers), or booking 2 rooms on the trail. day. We chose the second option, checking into the Victoria 4* hotel, in which, in fact, two separate rooms cost the same as a house in Aqua Minsk. Therefore, it was probably worth staying in the cabin. But this way we got the opportunity to compare 2 hotels. As a result, I will say that I liked the rooms in 2* Aqua Minsk more than in 4* Victoria. The renovation is more modern, lighter, more cozy - but this, of course, is for an amateur.
Of the cons
- the hotel and the water park are separate buildings, you need to walk through the territory, run in slippers and a towel only in warm weather)
- there is a huge queue at check-in, people come 2-3 hours before the start, taking up the queue and the new arrivals are very surprised when the check-in starts. As a result, you lose up to 4-5 hours from free water park time (from 12 to 22) immediately upon check-in, and in the morning, if you are on 1 day, you need to run to 8 in order to have another 3 hours of tumbling before 12. In general, we had enough time, but the second time I would rather spend the whole day from morning to evening
- meals are not included in the room rate, and the choice of food in the hotel restaurant is small and unreasonably expensive, it is better to go to the city
- with room service, overlays happen - for example, a double bed, and a duvet cover lies on a single bed. The blankets are rolled up in bags in the closet, and it is not clear from the existing stains on them whether they have been disinfected in any way?
- the most unpleasant moment, although not decisive, is a completely frostbitten bartender at the reception desk, all questions are answered in semi-syllables with an obvious reluctance to do anything. In general, Minsk has faced this more than once, indifferently boorish, completely unfriendly communication with guests, very reminiscent of Soviet manners, especially among the generation over 40.. In St. Petersburg, they have already managed to get out of the habit of this..
As a result: visiting Minsk for 3 days left wonderful impressions, the city, culture, cleanliness, new buildings - everything is wonderful, and the water park is the highlight of this trip!
