A small, cozy hotel.Clean territory.Delicious food, you eat on the outdoor veranda overlooking the sea.The rest is suitable for people 45+.T.k. discos and there is no animation.It's already lights out at 22.00 :) For a relaxing holiday.We liked it.One disadvantage is the proximity of the railway.

The food is terrible grass sausages (the food is very bad). The service is also not very good: -they asked for help with the door that was broken and did not help, although they said they would do it + they bring water and toilet paper.
The rooms are all old and don't look good. Some rooms have windows in the toilet, and sometimes they didn't even have curtains and had to make curtains themselves. Everything is clean (except the sea). The location is TERRIBLE!! To get there, you have to overcome a terrible road. There are railway tracks nearby (workers) trains often run (every 2-3 hours) sometimes it is very noisy, especially at night. The pool is normal and comfortable. Another minus is the bad Wi-Fi in the 2nd building!! I also went away from the food in the dining room. The beach is very neatly equipped with huge fittings!!

Vacationed with my husband for 32, 35 years. From 19.09 to 27.09.2023.
The hotel was specially chosen with a heated swimming pool, on the 1st line, closed territory.
We were very satisfied with the rest!
Room: we had a 2-bed room in a wooden house, you, a small refrigerator, air conditioning. Everything is clean, cleaning every day, 2 bottles of water are put.
Meals : 2 meals a day, breakfast + dinner.
Breakfast - sausages /sausage/cheese, omelet or boiled eggs, cheesecakes, sweet bun, always cottage cheese, milk, kefir, cereals. Porridge. Tea bags, coffee 3 in 1.
Dinner: pasta/potatoes/ buckwheat or rice, chicken in nut sauce / casserole potatoes with meat / vegetable stew / goulash / pollock. Soups. Fruits : oranges, apples. Salads- vinaigrette / carrot in Korean / olivier.
The husband never stayed hungry.
The food is fresh, they cook quite tasty. Can be compared with a normal Turkish troika)
Sun beds are free. The territory is well maintained.
There is a mini grocery store.
There is a cafe. The prices are adequate. The menu is not big, but everything is delicious. We ate pizza, khachapur, dumplings, khinkali. I especially liked the trout on the grill. The staff is nice, hostesses ✨
It's very cool that the 1st line - out and the sea, huge eucalyptus trees, fluffy palm trees.
The first service is dinner. We arrived at 8 am and waited for the cafe to open at 10 to eat. They settled in quickly because the room was ready. Someone waited until 14:00, as expected.
The receptionists are responsive and nice guys!
There is a laundry service. 50p is a thing. Very convenient. In buildings 1 and 2 there are massage chairs, 100r -10 minutes.
WiFi in the rooms, near the pool. Stable, good. It doesn't catch on the beach. We bought a sim card aquafon megahit, for 1200r (there is a cheaper tariff) The Internet is everywhere with it, convenient - in the city you can see the map, the rating of the cafe.
From the hotel to New Athos is about 4km. There is a bus stop nearby, there is a regular bus - 50p per person. Taxi 300r. You can also catch a minivan for 100 rubles / person - they offer to slow down themselves.(They just usually have a side job on the way)
We got from the border by transfer (minivan) in an hour.(Yandex wrote 2.5 hours)
Our room for 8 nights with 2 meals a day, cost 41,000 for 2, with transfer and insurance.
I think it's gorgeous!
The budget vacation was quite a success.
Let's go back to the hotel again - 100%!

The territory is large, well-groomed, swept every morning, magnolias, palm trees, grass. The embankment was demolished in winter, and it was restored during our time. The pool is clean, warm, no blooming! There is a Playground nearby, as well as a kiosk with small change, but the prices are of course... You can walk to Primorskoye, an hour round trip, there are shops with normal prices, a pharmacy, a market.
I didn't like the catering specifically. The food is delicious, although not very diverse, but it is difficult to stay hungry. At the distribution, the poor girls are knocked down together, and you could stand in line for an hour, because there are a lot of vacationers! There would be someone to give away, for example, a mamzel from the bar. We talked to the manager about it, but he doesn't give a damn, apparently. The barmaid came a couple of times, but it wasn't much use. It needs to be thought through! Because spending a couple of hours in line for food is not such a good time.
We lived in eco-houses. It's clean, cleaned, soap, towels, etc. Of the disadvantages, there is no dryer for things, only a rope was brought, the shelves in the bathroom fell off, there is nowhere to put gel, brushes, etc., as well as a towel rack is not provided for such terry towels.
But the main sea is nearby, sun beds, and you can go to the pool. The staff is friendly and courteous. And the music didn't scream at night. So I will definitely come back here and recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

Very inconvenient location. There is only a taxi to any locations, i.e. the closed territory of the hotel, and then nothing (. The beach is narrow. A strip near the concrete wall. Breakfasts and dinners are so-so... I didn't even eat sausages, sausage and omelet ((( One of the advantages is the pool (but !!! without a children's area), entertainment for children and film screenings. You won't feel the flavor of Abkhazia here (, you won't take a walk. We went to New Athos for a walk , to the shops and to the market. They took my soul away there)

We went with our family on July 15, 2018, on vacation at the Anakopia club, the advantages are only nature. Now about the cons, the food is very bad, porridges, cutlets and meat are spoiled, there are no fruits, and a vegetable salad with some kind of seasoning that can not be eaten + the cooks cook everything disgustingly. There are only caramel candies for tea. As a result of the spoiled meat, they were poisoned 4 times.In addition, before leaving, they stole dresses from his wife right out of the closet in the room.

We were at the Anakopia Club in 2015, after reading reviews about holidays in Abkhazia, the first feeling was safety, since the entire territory was fenced and there were no extra people, the beach was clean, animators for children, good food, discos in the evening with performances, it felt like we were in Turkey. The overall pleasant feeling, I can't even remember the negativity. What is the smell of eucalyptus trees growing right on the territory of the complex. We'll be happy to come back sometime. I want to see what has changed.

From May 13-23 , 2021 .The rest is wonderful, the sea, the sun and beautiful nature.we were placed in a bungalow, the food was not a buffet, but there was enough, there is a cafe.In cloudy weather, we went on excursions, after walking we ourselves went to the cafe to taste the local cuisine. Smoked trout and my husband liked shish kebab the most.The rest was a success and most importantly it is a gift to which we found returning from the village.Primorsky is not far from the hotel at the garbage dump, I found a small sick tortured puppy for about 2 months, barely got her out of there, picked up a poor tiny frightened creature and I already had no doubt that she would be my friend!The receptionist allowed us to leave her in our bungalow on the condition that we take her for ourselves, and we took her! We went through a lot of difficulties with sending St. Petersburg, but on May 30 she was already at home, my girl Dorina was treated for a long time , but now we are half a year old and have not a new life and many friends.Thank you to Abkhazia for a wonderful holiday, for the helpful staff and for my gift!!!!

We had a rest this year from June 5 to 11,we were very satisfied with the rest,the rooms were comfortable,we lived in eco cottages,cleaning every day,garbage was cleaned regularly,towels were changed,one-time gel soap,hair dryer.The pool is gorgeous, at first there was a slightly cool sea, we swam in the pool, then in the sea, the beach is a good meter of pebbles, then sand.The food in the dining room is good, varied,there is a choice, the staff is friendly, a very cozy hotel for a family holiday..Athos is a 10-minute taxi ride away for 300 rubles, you can buy all kinds of excursions.In general, I liked everything, the sea, nature, silence, what else do you need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I had mixed feelings after visiting this hotel.
1. The sea is very close and it's gorgeous, of course its own beach and promenade (plus the beach is of course pebbly, but after a meter the sand begins).
2. The pool is large and clean. But the pool, which was supposed to be heated, is dirty and blooming, and I was betting big on it, since I was traveling with a small child who was afraid of the sea because of the waves.
3. The food is like in a regular dining room. We didn't go hungry.
4. Remoteness from the city is both a plus and a minus. There are no pharmacies, which made life very difficult for us, we had to go to New Athos. And you can only get to it by taxi. There are only two cafes to choose from, where the meager menu selection is disappointing. One stall where there is a lot of small stuff.
5. The playground is in terrible condition, the harvests are green and dirty, but maybe it's the season, although I think September is another month of vacations. It was raining when we arrived and it was impossible to approach the site because of the solid mud.
6. We had a room in a cottage on the ground floor, there was no view, only on the neighboring house. But in general, an ordinary room, it's just a pity that it wasn't cleaned every day (and I'm talking at least about taking out the trash).
Well, in general, as I said, a completely average hotel.

We had a rest in May 2022, since the opening of the season and after the change of manager.We were among the first to stop by. Everything is just perfect! And the hotel and the service and the food! The beach is two minutes away. I would like to say a special thank you to the girls Milana (who met us) and Lisa and Hachi in the kitchen! Everyone is very polite and friendly! After reading last year's reviews, we drove at our own risk, but we didn't regret a single gram that we stopped here! Now if you have a vacation in Abkhazia, then only here!!!

The hotel is still developing. There is a lot to add, the place allows. But we were at the beginning of the season, I think that by the end the sauna will start working and animation will appear. The rooms are good, the renovation is relatively new, clean. The menu is meager, but overall tasty and satisfying. There were very few vegetables and fruits. And water! They were constantly buying, because there was no drinking water in the rooms or in the dining room. The sea is good, clean, the beach is pebbly, you need slippers for swimming. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel, only by car. The pool is quite spacious with warm water. There is a shop, a bar and a restaurant on site. There is a place for children to play: slides, swings and a swimming pool.

- Disgusting food (I have never eaten chicken stomachs, chicken tripe, etc.), forget about vegetables and fruits during rest, meager pastries for one tooth, forget about meat (except see above, which is difficult to call meat), portions at a minimum (if you ask for something to add - they look like a wolf, you can not). Tea and coffee bags are specially registered. There are constant queues in the dining room whenever you come. The power supply is "0" stars.

We rested at Anakopia hotels in October 2022.
The hotel is remote from civilization, in order to get to the village you need to get on the road and catch a passing car. Of course, you can take a guided tour, we also did that. But for those who want to take a walk in the evening, it will not work here.
I recommend that you choose your place very carefully and think about what you expect from your vacation.
We lived in ECO houses, this is a separate story and it's just a nightmare.
On the website, ECO houses are located in the central part of the sanatorium. In fact: we were settled in a house that is located remotely and on the very outskirts of this wonderful sanatorium!! We did not expect this at all!! The "bonus" to our house was the terrible smell from the sewer, which accompanied us all 7 days of our stay. The staff cleaned the rooms, but it didn't help. Either there are some problems with the sewage system, or else the locals convinced us that this is their water, with an admixture of boron, that it is always cloudy and of course it is useful. Our body also felt all the benefits of water, and on the third day of our stay we had poisoning. We had brought the whole set of necessary medicines with us and we coped with it quickly.
After such stress for the body, we stopped going to the dining room, we didn't want to eat at ALL!! Well, no one was worried about us! Don't go and it's good, the products are healthier!
Food in the dining room: the food is primitive, the food is not delicious (how can you cook such a ... beee ... from good products). There is no dishwasher and it's terrible!!
Accommodation in rooms: dear hotel managers, if you think that white towels are your business card, then bring these very towels in proper shape. Mattresses on the beds are in silk covers, it is impossible to sleep on them, the sheet is constantly slipping. Have you tried sleeping like this yourself??!! A mattress pad is necessary for a silk mattress, so that vacationers feel comfortable! But apparently the managers of the hotel do NOT know what comfort is!!!
You can write for a long time about NOT ARRANGING a house! I would safely call these ECO-houses a country house with amenities! No more!

We just returned from this hotel. We had a rest from June 7 to June 16. 3 adults + a child 3 years old. It turned out to be a super vacation! The hotel corresponds to everything that is written about it on the website.
An excellent large swimming pool (a gathering place for all vacationers), everyone hangs out around it, get to know and communicate) Both children and adults bathe in it. It's clean, tidy, and warm. A very pleasant place.
They give beach towels, change them if necessary without any problems. But you need to ask about them at the reception.
In the dining room, three meals a day is not a buffet, but the food is very tasty and varied! For breakfast there are two types of cereals, cheese, sausage, homemade cottage cheese with sour cream or condensed milk and other spices. Tea and coffee.
For lunch there are always two soups and a varied side dish, always with beef patties, and chicken in different types and sauces. + Salad.
Everything is delicious for dinner too. Vegetables are stewed and tomatoes and cucumbers separately. Moussaka and stuffed peppers were given several times.
In general, the food is homemade, very tasty cooked! Thanks to the chefs for this! You won't stay hungry for sure! We really liked it and went to eat with pleasure. The only thing is that there is no fruit. But you can buy them on the territory or by walking about a kilometer to the highway
The rooms are cleaned every day. They give soap, shampoo, shower gel in bags, they do not regret anything. If you need to change towels, you need to inform the reception about it and everything will be changed without any problems.
The territory of the hotel is large, there is a place to walk. The sea is immediately at the exit from the hotel. Small pebbles. It is better to buy swimming slippers
There is no sewer near the hotel. There are algae in the sea, but this is not a problem from the word at all.
Each room has a kettle, TV, wardrobe, bedside tables. The rooms are well renovated - clean plumbing. It's nice in the shower. Nothing was leaking, and no puddles formed in the shower. We were in room 204 in the building where the reception is on the second floor with a shared balcony. You can buy excursions at the Alliance Tour Hotel. The prices are reasonable. We went to Sukhum overnight for 800 rubles per person. Everything is fine.
The administration is very good, polite and kind. They respond to any request immediately! Well done! In general, all the staff is very good! Choose this hotel - you will not regret it!

I don't know who writes positive reviews, but the hotel is at 1 and then for the fact that the sea is nearby, this is the only plus. The room leaves much to be desired, they lived in the "ecodomics" as they call it, everything is falling apart, the old bed towels are stained, they change yes on the 3rd day of rest. We waited for the beach on the 3rd day, apparently there is not enough. Cleaning the room every day and giving out a lot of toilet paper, at first we thought why then we realized ... Food ... half of the hotel is sick with rotovirus, most likely due to washing dishes manually and cooking from local tap water. The girls try to cook, but it turns out so-so. Broth on a maggi cube and the like. You can eat porridge and Eggs in the morning. Otherwise, it's absolutely terrible, I want to eat, but of course you can't eat this. It's far from the city, there's nowhere to go, there's a highway nearby and that's it.

I usually do not write reviews, but here is a special case, I would like to warn those who are considering this hotel for a vacation.
Of the advantages, I can note:
1. The territory is quite large, more or less well-groomed, has its own swimming pool, the sea is literally two steps from the room, the beach is pebbly, periodically cleaned of algae and other debris. There are a lot of sun beds and they are free. There are also many shops on the territory.
2. Refrigerator in the room and cafe on site. It was just a salvation, taking into account the provided meals at this hotel and the consequences. There is also a shop, also on site, you can buy 5-liter cans of water, all kinds of chocolates, chips, crackers, soda, etc. The prices, of course, are not cheap.
3. The staff is quite pleasant and sociable. I would not say that they are cleaned with high quality, but nevertheless every day.
This is the end of the pros and you can move on to the cons…
1. The first and biggest disadvantage, which in fact ruined the whole vacation, is the food in the dining room. Having already read the reviews in advance, I was very distrustful of this food, but still one day I decided to eat this food. I ate broth from a broth cube for dinner, salty enough, there was also pilaf with someone's hair in a plate, I did not eat. Soon the whole family regretted that they had eaten there. There was no water for a day, it is not clear what and where the dishes were washed and whether they were washed at all. They caught rotavirus, lay for two days with a fever, exhausted, vomiting and more. There were also scandals due to the fact that other guests were poisoned. Fortunately, I had enterofuril and extra money with me, when it became easier, we took a taxi to the pharmacy and to the supermarket for normal food. This holiday has already been overshadowed. After that, we ate the purchased food in the cafe on the territory, delicacies are not cooked there, but compared to the table food it is very tasty, I especially liked khachapuri and trout on the grill.
2. The condition of the room. When we first moved into the room, it was about 3 a.m., so it didn't matter where to sleep, the main thing was to go to bed as soon as possible. But we were terrified of the bathroom. There is very little space, literally 3 steps can be done, there are no shelves where you could put accessories, put everything on, so to speak, a window sill, a loose faucet in the sink, a place to take a shower, I don't even know what to call it, just a tile with a drain and a curtain. When we washed for the first time, the floor was completely filled in, on the second day the rotten curtain rod came off, we had a rope with us, they built something like a cornice out of it, hung the curtain below so as not to flood the floor. They did not contact anyone, the staff, of course, is good-natured, until you address the problem. In the room itself there is a TV with 12 channels, 4 of which are working, all sorts of TV series are playing on 2, and the rest are just news. The linen was changed every 3 days or so, the towels were also, everything was always with some stains, it was not very pleasant to use.
3. There is Wi-Fi, but it is weak enough, I caught it best at the reception. So in order for the connection to be at least a little better, I sometimes had to go out on the balcony.
4. The proximity of the railway, literally in front of the hotel. Trains make noise when they pass and may even get an unpleasant smell, although it depends on where to live, we lived in the very first building in which the reception is located.
Conclusion: everything fluctuated between 2 and 3 stars, but still decided to put 3, because at the beginning of the holiday there was bad weather, thunderstorms and showers, but this is not the fault of the hotel.
I would never visit this place again, and I do not advise you, after the first few days you really wanted to go home, if you are considering this hotel for a vacation, it is better to look for a better place, and if you have already booked a ticket, then stock up on money (especially cash), water, normal food, patience and it is better not to eat in the dining room. Try to pay attention first of all to the advantages, maybe the rest will go well) and you can also visit some interesting and beautiful places!

vomiting (sorry for the details). This information means that you DEFINITELY need to take medicines for rotavirus with you!!! The nearest pharmacy is only in Novy Athos, medicines there are 2 times more expensive than in Russia. There is no first-aid kit and a medical worker in the hotel, despite very frequent cases... The most they can help you with is to call a taxi to a pharmacy or to a hospital in Gudauta. And be sure to get insurance before crossing the border. It costs a penny, but it can really help out if this or that sore happens.
Wi-Fi. It is free, catches well throughout the territory. The password is at the reception.
Excursions. A representative of a tour company sits in front of the main building and offers a variety of excursions. We took a day trip to Sukhum. We were promised a car with air conditioning, in fact there was a minibus with open windows for cooling. According to the time, they promised 2 hours to the market and 2 hours to the embankment. In fact, 1.5 hours market and 1 hour embankment and everything is fast, fast, running, running. The market is dirty, there are a lot of people near it, the prices are quite high. I recommend going further, there is a large family store with low food prices, if I'm not mistaken, the name "Wet Nurse". On the embankment, we managed to run into the famous restaurant "Nartaa". The prices are not very high, the delivery is 15 minutes. It's quite tasty. We took a boat (medium-sized enough for 3, very satisfying), tangerine juice, local beer.
Transfer. The transfer from the hotel to the Adler railway station was ordered from a representative of the tour company. The cost per adult is 1200 rubles. The car arrived with a slight delay, 10-15 minutes. 7 seater clean, white minivan with air conditioning. They were delivered quickly and accurately.
Conclusion: you can go here for sooo picky people, for a quiet and relaxing holiday, if you take into account all the nuances and prepare well. The price tag for such conditions and the quality of services provided, in my opinion, is quite high. On Rosa Khutor, for example, for a smaller amount per day, you can relax in the same 3*, with greater comfort and less risk for life and health. But everyone decides for themselves based on their tastes and preferences

Anakopia Club is the most terrible!
Who cares what's going on here, read it. We will attach a photo from the hotel. Read the reviews below! This is NOT A HOTEL, this is DARKNESS!
1. The most terrible food, it's not even a dining room. Sticky pasta and sausages for 99 rubles. It is simply not possible to feed a child here.
2. There are 20 sun beds on the beach, not a single umbrella. There is no shower or changing room.
4. There are several sun beds by the pool, there are no free ones. Stray dogs are swimming in the pool.
5. Complete unsanitary conditions
6. Children have nothing to do, everything is broken and very life-threatening.
7. Rooms. we booked a suite, and we were given a room for 4 people with one bed and a cot (child size) according to the administrator, we do not have extra space available
8. The hotel manager is an extremely aggressive lady, and if you have any complaints, it's better to keep quiet, because when they start telling her that it's not possible to live in such conditions, she responds:what will evict you to the street or ask your friends to come and show you the "real Abkhazia"

We rested for 9 days in August. The sea is super, like fresh milk!!! The food is disgusting!!!!!! Prepare for vomiting and diarrhea for the first 2.3 days.... Everyone goes through this. The child had a temperature of 39.2 and vomiting, they tried to call an ambulance through the administrator, without result. I had to call a taxi and go to the hospital for digging. The rooms are poorly cleaned, but the bed linen is changed often. Boler, hot water constantly.The territory is well maintained and clean. There is no entertainment for children, the playground is in poor condition, the large pool is not very clean, and the small ones for children with slides are dirty. The setting and the sea is rocky, but then the sand. There are a lot of sun beds and they are free of charge. There is a shaded area under the eucalyptus trees, just a paradise!!! There are 5 channels of television, there are no children's channels. There is no animation! In general, how the hotel advertises itself as a "Vacation with children" is a lie!!!! If you value the health of your children and your own, do not visit Abkhazia during this period from July to August. Rotavirus is in full swing!!! There are a lot of dogs and cats on the territory, they also interfere with rest. On the territory there is a smell of sewage, hydrogen sulfide sources, nauseating! The prices in the cafe and bar are high, and the food is half-baked.....

I do not advise anyone: terrible unsanitary conditions, a hotbed of infection and viruses. We were not the only ones who got sick with rotovirus infection, we were tied to the room for several days and missed all the excursions, and there is nothing to do there without them. We went to see the beauty of Abkhazia and swim in the sea, but the sea was exciting, dirty and contagious!!! And the excursions were sick. There is no point in going on vacation with such a threat to health! The next day after returning home, I also got sick with covid, I probably picked it up there too (((dishes and appliances are dirty (washed by hand), tables are not wiped. The only advantage of Anakopia is its location and territory, but this was no longer pleasing after all that had been endured. In general, Abkhazia is very dirty and not equipped, and the people, I'm not generalizing, but I'm only talking about some of the people we've encountered, lazy, irresponsible, like to chat and gossip. This is also very unpleasant. They cannot even preserve and maintain in decent order what remains of the USSR and what nature has given them! I was there in Soviet times, I've been everywhere, I know how beautiful it is, but this trip has crossed out all past impressions!
