There is a dining room on site, the food in it is monotonous, does not match the price. We thought to eat in a cafe on the territory, the food there turned out to be even worse! We are having a rest with mom and daughter 6 years old. For us, the worst thing was crossing the border -1.5 hours, it's a tin. They began to drive up to the hotel, the mood generally dropped, BUT then the mood only began to improve. The check-in time is indicated from 14.00, and we arrived at 12. We were settled right away. Everything was explained, shown, and told. The room is clean, cozy, has a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, table, balcony. Wi-Fi catches in the room perfectly, on the beach a little worse. We are satisfied with the food, the menu is different every day. The only thing missing is fruit.The sea is 20 meters away. We like everything very much. For a quiet, family vacation, just what you need. There are no strangers on the territory or on the beach and this is another plus.

Terrible hotel. The ticket was bought for almost 184 thousand for four people. It turned out that it was just wasted money. The room has dirty bedspreads and curtains. There is no hair dryer in the rooms, no chairs. On the day of departure, the children and I were kicked out of the room at 12 o'clock, and until 15 o'clock we "walked" in the heat until the bus arrived. The food is terrible. Unsanitary conditions are everywhere. Cats and dogs walk between tables during breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Children are constantly trying to pet cats and dogs. The horror!!! Dishes with chipped edges, washed by hand. It is fraught to leave things in the rooms. Just before leaving, the child's things were missing - shoes, leggings. They informed the reception - zero emotions. Except for the clear sea, nothing good.

The place is good, only their own go separately from the city. The city is a couple of km away, you can get there by minibus or taxi. Minus the service at the boarding house level, there is not enough food, rooms for 3, there is no entertainment, young people are bored here, only pensioners

I absolutely did not like it! I do not recommend it!!! I booked a room in advance through a tour operator for a 2-bed PC in a 2-storey cottage. Upon arrival, it turned out that by some mistake the room I had booked was occupied and I was placed in a room below the category without compensation. The next day they moved to another room, but also not to the one that was booked. The room smelled bad because of problems in the bathroom. As a result, the rest was spoiled. I will never book this hotel now. Since I am a travel agent myself, I will not advise my tourists either

There are no fruits in the dining room.two apples in a week.watermelon cutter.3 pieces of plums.with milk, kefir twice for 50 g. And once cottage cheese.there is no entertainment for both children and adults at least in the evening. The toilet in the room buzzes like an airplane at night. They did not, although they applied. The cottage was not provided according to the specified in the tour card. They said he was busy. As soon as possible, we will relocate.He lived in an ordinary room.Well, here's a short review.

The obvious plus is a private beach. The power supply system is not very convenient. The restaurant's menu is expensive for Abkhazia. And the offered sets are not worth the money, especially the breakfasts. The rooms are clean. On respeshen, the eternally scared staff solves the constant booking jambs. In general, everything is fine, unless you need 5 stars.

the location of the hotel does not correspond to what they write. the room was disgusting, there was a smell from the sewer in the bathroom. There was no hot water at first , then there was no cold water ... the administrator was asked when there would be water ..I answered , wait ..will be soon.. but it was never given at our time of residence. the reception staff are not Slavs at all. I do not recommend going to this hotel

I liked the nature, the territory is beautiful, but not well-groomed. from what is stated on the site, it corresponds to reality by 50 percent, the service wants the best, there is a banner with a hotel on the road, and how to get to it is a mystery to solve.
