A place where you can spend your vacation. Get ready for the morning wake-up calls of the local handsome peacocks. The economy rooms have a TV and air conditioning, a toilet and a shower cabin. The only thing that was depressing at first was the TV not working, and maybe for the best, there was more time for walking. If the trip is without food, get ready to pay about 700-800 rubles more money per day for a buffet. There are also a couple of cafes working late on the territory, there is a restaurant on the beach. If you are interested in local drinks, food and other things (clothes or swimming circles), it is better to go to the market in the city. Souvenirs are also cheaper to buy in the city. It's a good place to relax. The beach is nearby, the sea is excellent. There is local Wi-Fi on site, which is very helpful if you do not want to purchase local SIM cards.

It is very uncomfortable in the second building: old plumbing and shabby furniture can be tolerated. But the constant noise from the road until three in the morning, music until 23.00 is very uncomfortable for those who want to sleep. Very cozy detached brand new houses. For holidays with family and children, I think it is convenient. The food is simple, but you will not stay hungry. The beach is across the street (convenient underpass), clean. If desired, you can walk to the beach with sand or find a place without crowds.

We had a family vacation from August 10 to 22 in the two-room Suite.
After checking into the room, we looked around. Visually, everything is fine. The floor is washed, the air conditioner is on. The maids greeted us warmly.
That's all.
The sink is dirty, by the way, no one has washed it during the thirteen days of our stay! The shower stall is also dirty. There is a centuries-old layer of dust on the glass shelves, the dishes are dusty, there is dust on the table. I practically didn't show the TV, well, let's leave that out, you're not going to watch TV. The sofa is broken, if you spread it out and lie down for two children, then it constantly falls to one side. We took a cot for the child. It is impossible for them to sleep together.
The bed is double. There are two mattresses on it. What for? Both are leaky and dirty. Thank God, at least the bed was made clean and towels were given.
The dryer on the balcony is wooden, it also turned out to be broken.
There is a lot of food in the dining room, if you are not picky, you will not be hungry, that's for sure. But all the food is seasoned with spices, in many dishes there is cilantro, even in the cutlets inside.
Fruits are given. Apples, melons, watermelons, pears. But it is always a shame for our "hungry" people, they swoop, push, put them on top, do not eat and leave them on the tables.
On the third day, we were struck down by rotavirus. All in turn. It was a nightmare. It turns out we weren't the only ones there. And more than half. Only rotavirus or poisoning, who knows ...
a separate topic about excursions. If you want to see something, buy excursions in the "Aitar" itself. A very nice woman sells them, and the price is a little cheaper. The city is full of fraudulent travel agencies. We just ran into such people. Be careful. This person will certainly deceive you. He will take you on an excursion and ask for an astronomical sum for what he took. Mayak travel agency. I am attaching a photo.
All the shortcomings were completely blocked by this beautiful Abkhazian nature, palm trees and amazing plants are all around, flowers are blooming, it's beautiful around, the soul is already rejoicing!
Even the chirping of cicadas, which we got used to on the 5th day, was no longer so annoying!
But in general, the rest is not bad for its price. The sea is warm, the weather has always been pleasant. Children's program in the morning and evening, discos, cafes on the territory, a very tasty boat with an egg or as they also call khachapuri in Adjarian.
Buns and a banana on the sea. The family is working. Nikolai and his son Rodion are engaged in water attractions, and his wife works in the morning with the children on the second floor by the sea. Excellent specialists!

The hotel itself is of course a real scoop, but also everything is clean, the staff tries - 4. The dining room is solid - 2, not a convenient distribution location, the food is only semi-finished products, there is no fruit! One of the advantages is the indestructible nature and the clean sea.

A large area, tended, flowers, lush shrubs and trees..everything is even signed! The food is varied, for every taste, but the buffet is not organized. The queues are 20 minutes long, there are no trays to collect everything at once. Dessert plates, you can't put everything at once, you have to stand for several rounds to take it for yourself and the child! Guys, and this is during the pandemic! Regulate this issue! There is no need for pandemonium even at normal times, especially now!

The dining room, everything is fine, I didn't even expect it. The territory is old Soviet, everything is fine in the old way, even peacocks walk. We washed the floors in the room every day. It is necessary to clean up more carefully in places the old dust lies. The first building is much better. We lived in the second one. Everything is the same as before, but tolerable. The beach is pebbly, everything is fine. Sun beds are free of charge.

The suite with two rooms for 4 people turned out to have one bed and two flaps, one of which broke on the 2nd day, was with wooden lintels. I lower the screw-in screws instead of hooks in the bathroom and the absence of even a hint of a curtain. There is no living in the room, only sleeping, adjusting the water- who knows how. Separately, about nutrition, this is a complete trash, huge queues for the second, at any time of serving food, a meager menu, there is no variety, only overcooked horns or a mixture of old and new spaghetti and not often, we got caught for dinner and then for lunch in 12 days. It seems to be the same. There was nothing but apples and vegetables. The soups were fine, you can eat them. The porridge got worse every day. Coffee is cheap instant. But the coolest thing is the serving of dishes, the queue lasts 20 minutes and it's not a fact that you will get it, at the end, for example, lunch, there was another menu. And there is no menu at all. In the rastorans, if you can call them that, the serving of dishes is more than an hour, and it's not a fact that they will bring what they ordered. I highly recommend it to fans of a comfortable, relaxing holiday - majors and lovers of nightclubs will not like it here, for which there is another plus - there are no violent ones. Great place! An inexpensive vacation in the best place in Abkhazia near the presidential residence. A boarding house built in the 60s named after some Komsomol congress. To be honest, the expectation exceeded reality) a good boarding house, a closed territory, there is a dining room if meals are included, a cafe, a stall everything can be bought from food and things (swimsuit, slates, etc.) the room is cozy, reminded Khrushchev of his grandmother, but I liked the balcony, a huge table there, a refrigerator, and a wooden dryer... You can step to the sea with your foot, you can get to the city itself by minibus in 10 minutes, 7-10 minutes to the center, we walked for about 30 minutes. Be careful when ordering dishes with two prices (supposedly a large price with some additives, a smaller one without them): When calculating, it is the highest of the two prices that can be taken into account, even if they have submitted at least one. There is also a very interesting khachapur dali, I would call it "Find cheese". I didn't really like the food in the dining room (they promised not what they had) and the renovation in the individual rooms was too bad for that kind of money. We lived in expensive cottages ourselves, everything seems to be fine, but I realized the air conditioner (during the trip I was asked to clean it 4 times, so no one came) and not a convenient staircase to the second floor. The beaches themselves are well-groomed, but one thing was noticed when they arrived, they announced that they could leave towels on the shislongs so that other people would pick them up, but they were taken by aitar's employees and given for money, and the towels were attributed to lost things. So there are more minuses than pluses)

We have been going to this heavenly place for many years. The boarding house is located at the exit from Sukhum. It borders the Sukhumi Arboretum Park. Therefore, it seems as if you live in an arboretum. Lots of greenery, the sea is across the street (there is a private underpass to the beach). Not so long ago, the chef changed, and now the food is like at home. Friendly staff, excellent tour service. The territory has everything for recreation.

Arriving at the boarding house, we were disappointed. The room is completely different from what we were shown, gloomy, we tried to stay there as little as possible. Food is a separate moment.We had everything included.I'm fine with regular food (soups, porridges, etc.), but since they were fed there, it's just terrible. By the middle of my vacation, I stopped going there, my stomach couldn't take the food. The buffet is poorly organized. One big plus is the sea is a step away from the boarding house. I will not recommend this boarding house to anyone and I will not go.
