I really liked the hotel! A great room with a stunning view. Conditioner. The buffet is simple, but very tasty and satisfying. Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are free, there is enough for everyone. There is no intrusive service on the beach. The thermal natural pool is a separate bonus of this hotel.
The territory of the hotel is strictly guarded. There is a shop nearby with good prices, wine and Abkhazian beer.
Wi-Fi is free, it catches perfectly even on the beach.

Nice, clean hotel (so far). Varied and delicious food, just like at home, never got hurt. But I strongly recommend everyone not to drink water in the dining room, after it I felt a little sick. There is a decent cafe on the territory, the menu is small.(kebabs,khachapuri,pizza, snacks and drinks). There is one regular pool and one thermal pool (the thermal pool is monitored by Adgur, he told everything, showed it, a very friendly and interested person). The sea is clean, on the beach they offer to ride a banana, a cheesecake, a hydraulic scooter. There were enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, but not always. The staff is normal, but they react strangely to criticism. The cleaning is bad, you will have to ask, for 8 nights you have never changed the bed linen, again, you will have to ask. Floors are not washed, they are wiped with anything. I'm shooting one star for this, but overall the impressions are very good! For groceries, it is better to go to the store outside the territory, near the gas station (3 minutes on foot), where there is a walk, you can also hang out if you wish.

there are warm memories of the Black Sea pearl, the hotel is new, clean, the rooms have everything you need, the food is varied, the staff is polite and responsive, the sea is within walking distance, I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of waves, swimming pools on the territory, one of which is thermal, Spa treatments are not cheap, but this is a real relaxation! For such money on the Black Sea coast you will no longer find an institution of this class! And the therapeutic thermal pool on the territory is van love! If the owners are reading me, there is a very short playground, preferably fenced. Slides and 2 swings are enough. It is also necessary to solve something with the railing on the balcony- a 4-year-old child climbs between the bars already running. Someone will fall out, then you won't wash off. Although I agree that parents should keep an eye on their children, but still. Everything is very tasty and fresh in the kitchen. Wishes: at least sometimes eggs are not made into an omelet, but boiled or fried. And put local fruits and berries - because medlar and oranges, for example, cost the same. Well, it's just completely out of the range of fiction - I would like a coffee machine).
But overall, you guys are doing great! And I am very glad that my beloved eastern Abkhazia is developing.

Pros : clean sea, few people (especially if you move away from the beach near the hotel), clean new renovation, food, kind dogs, therapeutic thermal pool, nature, weather.
Cons: maintenance staff. I personally watched how the conflict with an elderly woman on the beach developed, you always need to be able to resolve the conflict, not develop it. I hope this woman got home safely. And there are many more unpleasant situations, to put it mildly, starting with transfer drivers and ending with maids. It is difficult to describe all this correctly, dear readers can only guess)).
The visitors are drunk, screaming, in the cafe at the hotel, not living in it, but coming to swell up.
There are no umbrellas near the pool and at least on the beach.
Music beats at night from cafes and discos at the hotel, screams can be heard on the 10th floor, etc.
Do not take excursions near the hotel, they absolutely do not care if you come back alive or not! There are no seat belts in the car, while driving you hit your head on the roof (it was cut off on a jeep), the male driver does not go with you to the waterfalls, but points the direction, they say the waterfalls are there! If you fall off the mountain, I think they will stop on the quiet and continue to invite their own excursions.
I strongly recommend that girls not go to this area alone.
In general, if you don't care what kind of people surround you, you are not an anxious, conflicted person, always smiling and restrained despite the rudeness of the staff and residents, a couple of men with you are jocks, and in general you don't care about your safety, you can safely go to this area. We were in Gagra, surprisingly, but there are generally other people there, more benevolent, still a more developed tourist city of videmo.
I would like the hotel managers to work with the staff, I did not meet such a concentration of honor and arrogance in one place.

We rested for the first time together with my husband in the Black Sea pearl from September 19 to 28, 2024. The name of the hotel justifies itself, the only 16-storey building in Ochamchira stands out for its height and most importantly - the sea is 50 meters away, a charming view from the balcony. We lived on the 6th floor in a double Standard room. Everything is clean, well renovated, there are 2 elevators. The room has a hairdryer, air conditioning, clothes dryer, TV, refrigerator, bedside tables, double bed, wardrobe with hangers, table, glasses, chair, 2 stools, towels. Shower gels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper were brought daily. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed once. The food was served buffet style, very tasty, homemade, the choice of food was great. The pool from the source is wonderful, its visit must be coordinated with a therapist, there are contraindications. The embankment is beautiful, the sea is clean, there are few people, it is a paradise. A vacation for those who want peace and unity with nature. We were not very lucky with the weather, because it rained most of the rest. There are sun loungers and parasols on the beach. Cows, horses graze nearby and a lot of good homeless dogs walk around. The hotel has a representative of the Biblio Globus company, from whom you can buy excursions. There are shops nearby. In general, we really enjoyed the rest and want to come back again. I would like to note that the transfer from Sochi to the hotel takes a very long time. We hope that the airport in Sukhum (57 km from the Black Sea Pearl) will start operating from the new year, which will greatly facilitate and speed up the process of delivering vacationers to the hotel and back. The best place on the Black Sea coast (for those who appreciate a relaxing holiday) Clean, new rooms, good food, polite staff, empty coast, clear water with small pebbles is in the middle of August. There are also two pools with 40° thermal water and fresh water, clean and does not smell of chlorine. I recommend rafting on the Kodor River from the excursions. Of the cons, it's far from the border, but it's worth it. If you need a night of fun festivities, then this is not the place.

We were in the Black Sea Pearl at the end of September 2024. Everything is at the highest level, without exaggeration! The staff working there are great fellows, their work is a lot of work.
There is a large swimming pool with a water temperature of 25-28 degrees, a thermal pool. The sea is 3 minutes away. We had a sea view from our room, which we really liked!
Three meals a day, the menu selection is huge! The food is very tasty!!!
There is a cafe on the territory, meat, pastries-it's just a Cannon Bomb!!!
Special thanks and thanks to our escort during the whole vacation, Beslan! He showed us all the sights, we saw all the true beauty of Abkhazia thanks to him!!!

We were settled promptly, we were on an excursion from Sochi. We served dinner, buffet, very satisfying and there is a choice. The sea is very close, animation, two pools. One thermal. There was also a delicious breakfast in the morning. One disadvantage is that the elevators do not work well. There are only two of them. It's not enough for a 16-storey hotel. The local market is sparse, but spices and fruits can be bought. I really liked the food: fruit for dessert and tea- but you need to stand in line. Sometimes there are not enough dishes. The hot is always varied: mashed peas, beans, fried chicken, chakhokhbili, gravies, cutlets are all very tasty. Lightly salted cucumbers are delicious. Tea, coffee, a little meager for breakfast, but everything is delicious. Also a big plus is the presence of a swimming pool with thermal healing water. Before using, go through a therapist for free. The expectation of price and quality was very pleasing. There are treatments - I visited a massage and a therapeutic bath, I really liked it. There was a lot of foam in the bathroom, it was cool. Animator Inga conducted interactive activities, games, exercises, it was fun and interesting. In general, we are delighted with the trip, there are many impressions and memories. Conflicting impressions: good location, fresh renovation, pebble beach next to the hotel, 2 swimming pools (one with thermal water - for example, it's good to sit in it to relieve muscles).
There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, although you need to dig in the umbrella holder yourself.
BUT LITTLE THINGS spoil a lot:
- there is not even a toilet paper holder in the standard room
- There are no simple hooks to hang a light jacket in the hallway.
The food in the dining room is normal, like a buffet, you definitely won't be hungry! BUT at breakfast, you have to endure the battle for glass mugs to drink tea. THERE ARE just NOT ENOUGH OF THEM! And when asked, the Administration just shrugs.
By the way, the hotel has no stars.
P.S. After talking with the Administration, the next day both the toilet paper holder and the hooks in the bathroom immediately appeared. There is a reaction.

A new hotel. Very nice staff. Nice beach. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, a dryer, a kettle. Excellent location. Wi-Fi catches perfectly everywhere in the hotel and even on the beach.
And now about the cons:
1. The hotel is frankly unfinished. There is no greenery at all on the territory. Tiles are still not laid everywhere. There is no canopy over the thermal pool.
2. Thermal water has an unpleasant smell and it is not from its chemical composition.
3. There is no mirror in the hallway in the room
4. The food is monotonously tasteless or greasy. To be honest, I have not met any such food in any hotel in Abkhazia.
5. It was cold in the economy rooms, the heating was turned on only on October 20. Bathrobes are also not included in these rooms and were not even given to rent for money.
Guys, you have an empty hotel and haven't you already been able to simply offer to move to a warmer room and give this unfortunate bathrobe. For me, this has become a huge minus, those customer orientation is 0, which is very strange for such a level of hotel. And the cherry on the cake was the trash can that burned most of my vacation and the stench was terrible in the rooms with mountain views. The photo is not fog, but a shroud from a garbage can.

The hotel is gorgeous for Abkhazia. The first floor is completely given over to the Spa area. You will find a procedure to your taste (baths are not an estimated amount, massages, wraps and scrubbing, a cosmetologist who conducts all the procedures you can imagine, a therapist conducts an appointment and much more. They say Abkhazia is a country of the SOUL... I would call it a split soul - light and dark!
I'll start with the bright one: the hotel has 16 floors on the first line and we got room 1210 with a sea view. I have been living in Sochi, Tuapse since 2003, but falling asleep to the sound of waves is the first time! And the smell of clean sea air was so exciting that I woke up early in the morning in good health and it began by admiring the seascape from the balcony of the 12th floor. Only the sea, no screams from cafes, it feels like you're on a ship. And the balcony reconnects with nature even more. By the way, there is a clothes dryer on the balcony!
About the room- fresh, clean, modern, soap and soap are available, except for hair conditioner, hair dryer, pillow is average, but you can sleep, the mattress is comfortable. There is no kettle, but we took a thermos and took boiling water at the reception at any time.
The dining room is a great meal for a Swede 3 times a day, but take your cup with you, not always enough for everyone :). Fruits: persimmons, tangerines, pears. Baking is great. Tables with sea view!There is no fuss. Everything is decent, the only drawback is there is no background music.
Animation: after such abundance, there is no way without it- and here ....tatatatam!!!! She is almost in one person a wonderful coach Inga (exercises in front of the pool) daily at 10 am- believe me, I know a lot about gymnastics. For some reason, I imagined her to be different,, retired,,,), but Inga gave this out- for 3 days of my stay, I dreamed right in the morning to get to her as soon as possible, and then jump into the pool with thermal silicon water, which is also illuminated in the evening!
About the pool - a clean, pleasant entrance without the usual stairs, which is very convenient for children and the elderly, not to mention the disabled and those who do not know how to swim at all. You can just lie on the bottom step and enjoy a comfortable temperature. When it's +11 degrees in the air on November 4, and 40 degrees in the pool.
Disco- yes, not for young people, but 5-10 percent of it is there, so everyone danced, and it depends on both the music and the disc jockey, again Inga slowed everyone down. The only bad thing is that it was in the reception foie. Why not make a dance floor on the second floor, next to the dining room?
Yes, there is also a paid step aerobics - 1 lesson 450 rubles.
A free salt cave for the first time, then for 400 rubles - beautiful, but I did not feel the salt.
And there are Sooo many spa treatments that I didn't have time to go to in 2.5 days, but anyway I wasn't going to, there are more than enough of them at home, I wanted to enjoy the thermal bath and nature.
Nature is a beautiful paved alley along the beach with all kinds of benches and rockers. The entrance to the sea is accessible to everyone, there are no pebbles! Very small shells mixed with very small pebbles resemble sand, I think it will be super comfortable in summer.
And now about the dark side of the Soul of Abkhazia - hungry, abandoned animals, greedily ate bread, even cats. It's just not possible to look at it. Yes, I bought food and bread, but you can't feed everyone, and it's a terrible sight! For some reason, booths have been built in Turkey for homeless animals, and feeders are lying in parks. And here!!!- well, you take vacationers, so you need to allocate them to animals so that our hearts don't hurt! A very unpleasant aftertaste from this. So they also wrote, do not feed the animals / a fine of 5 thousand. I took off one star for that.
City: I would call it an urban-type settlement- there is nothing to see- a consumer goods market, several shops and many pharmacies and beauty salons)
And now how to get there: you can take a train to Sukhum comfortably, and then transfer from the Sukhum market to a groove and count bumps for 1 hour and 20 minutes on all speed bumps:(. I thought my liver would pop out of my throat. Duru and I sat in the back seats. And then a local Abkhazian asked if I would mind if he smoked. After 20 minutes, I moved forward to the vacant seat and he lit up anyway, which stank all over the slot, and in the end he threw the butt on the floor, putting it out there.The driver didn't take the cigarettes out of his mouth either. Moreover, pazik was with local children and women who were apparently used to this.
Would I go again? 70/30 : if only in summer and autumn and on a normal transfer.

I really did not like the fact that they do not feed in the dining room upon arrival, they offer to buy breakfast for 650 rubles per person. we ate only at the second hour of the day. When you left, they said that there would be breakfast for us only in the morning. In general, the hotel is not bad, but next time I will look for something closer to the border. Pensioners are resting here now, I think 90 percent. Perhaps young people with children have a vacation in the summer. We are happy with the rest. We didn't have enough volleyball, but when we left, we were already completing the volleyball court, we didn't have time. 2. We went to the baths, the pearl and the hydro massage. Zhemchuzhnaya was fine, very pleasant indeed. But this is something to do with something. They almost cooked it. There was boiling water, they asked to turn it down, it got hotter. The employee got it wrong. But we have dealt with this incident.
3. Abkhazians. This is generally a separate topic. We wanted to go to the market. A lot of harassment, even when you rudely say that we don't need anything, leave us alone. Well, in Abkhazia, in my opinion, everywhere, this is probably the people. There are some people in the hotel who want to look into your cleavage. I saw myself how the girls get out of the pool and are followed by greasy glances. Not everyone is happy about it.
4. There are a lot of dogs, they drink from pools, follow you around. I have nothing against it. Some people didn't like it.
In general, we liked the rest, the sea is close, there are pools, the rooms are clean, and the price tag is quite low. But we are unlikely to come back here again)

We stayed at this hotel from the 5th to the 15th of September 2024 with a family company.
This was our third visit to Abkhazia, and for the first time here we were greeted by such a warm sea, from which we did not want to leave!

Beautiful: nature, sea, 1 coastline, the view from the window is a delight! Food: buffet style, cooked in a canteen, but tasty and suitable as a dietary meal. There are 3 beautiful pools, 2 of them are thermal and therapeutic!!! There is animation. The spa is great and not expensive. The cost of living with 3 meals a day and taking into account all services is Fabulous!!!!!!!!!

We had a rest in September at this hotel. Of the advantages, only the sea is clean, warm, and the beach is close to the hotel. There is a lot of space on the beach. And that's where the advantages end. We drove from the airport for 5.5 hours. And they take you back to the airport 10 hours before departure! The hotel is new, but there is very little space in the bathroom, there are no shelves for towels, soap, etc. A lot of imperfections, inconveniences. The service is at a minimum level!!!Cleaning is reduced to replacing soap accessories and cleaning up garbage. Towels are not changed. 2 elevators for 16 floors, overloaded, have to walk. We lived on the 12th floor. There are a lot of flies in the dining room, The food is economy class, everything is the cheapest - peas, stewed cabbage, buckwheat, burnt omelet, everything is cold and tasteless. Instant coffee for breakfast. Tea is the cheapest in black and green tea bags. Fruits- fresh apples and plums. There is no greenery. From vegetables - cabbage, carrot, beet salad. Olivier was incomprehensible and there was a vinaigrette. There was chicken and pork stew. Fish for dinner is disgusting - small, dry, bony pollock. For dessert, if you're lucky, you'll get 1 cake, the simplest. That's why we sometimes went to the cafe next to the hotel. 1 cooler for 16 floors at the reception! And sometimes it was empty! We also went to this hotel because of the thermal pool and spa center that is here. But! It turns out that not everyone can swim in the thermal pool. And in the spa center, I wanted to get treatment, I came to the Vichy shower and because of a malfunction of the watering can, they poured all my things over me along with the phone, which miraculously managed to be saved! The beach is pebbly, coral slippers are needed, but this is a small thing. Sunbeds on the beach without mattresses, towels that you lay down do not soften the rest. It would be better to make paid sun beds, but with mattresses! The nature is beautiful there, you have to go on an excursion to see it. We went to Chernihiv. We really liked it! There is a long promenade near the hotel where you can walk. There are a lot of stray dogs on the beach and on the promenade. The rest did not turn out as I wanted. And this is apart from the fact that on the 3rd day of rest I got sick with rotovirus and lay with fever and pain for 3 days! Out of 10 days - 5 days swimming and sunbathing, 2 days on the road. In general, I would not recommend such a vacation to anyone! It is better to pay extra, and go to Turkey, and relax comfortably. And it will be cheaper than in Abkhazia.

Elevators obviously can't cope with the number of people who want to get to their places of residence. For us, after the cakes, it was probably even a plus, walking through the forest- fitness)))
But I was very surprised about the room - for 9 days they never changed the bed linen and towels.
A blanket with grief- in half they demanded one for two)))
The sea view from the room is gorgeous, everything you need is available.
The balcony doors in the rooms are sagging- a gap of about 4 cm, in the evening there are insects in the light, the wind whistles like on an airplane)))) We asked the administrator a question - he said that he could not help in any way - leaving the door in the window position was the best option.
The sea is very clean.
There is not a single toilet and dumpster on the beach, the beach is not fenced, huge skinny, bald dogs greet vacationers with hope.
The hotel is very large, there are not enough umbrellas and sun beds for everyone, our people do not lose heart - they get up early, run, choose a serviceable umbrella near the guard house, drag it to the sea.
The freshwater pool is clean, good, there are toilets and showers and sun beds, the depth around the perimeter is 1.5 meters, but you can't hide from the sun, there are no umbrellas, from the word at ALL.
There is also a pool with hot thermal water, the descent is good with wide ladders, the entire length of the pool, but all the ladders and the bottom are in green slime...
The infrastructure is not developed. Vegetation is sparse.
There is animation - a very positive lady exercises at sea in the morning, amuses children with activities during the day, and adults in the evening. I was impressed by karaoke in the evening on the street.
And yes, if you are going to relax here, and you are heading from the airport toSochi to this place, stock up on water and food, the way is not close.
With the transfer from Biblio-globus, it took 9 hours to get there and back....

The food is delicious, there was a little lack of fruit and with dessert, whoever managed to eat it, but you can buy fruit outside the hotel. Of course, people were surprised in the dining room, well, put on a plate how much you eat, why put a mountain and then just leave it. And the problem is the elevator, there are two of them, beautiful, but small and sometimes you just can't leave, we went down from the 12th on foot, and we were already waiting for the top. But they have an excellent SPA for an additional fee. There is an animator, You can also go on excursions. The hotel is still developing the territory. Of course, the beaches still need to be cleaned. It is far from the border, but nothing, we do not regret that we chose this particular hotel. There are a lot of abandoned houses, but Abkhazia is gaining momentum, rest is becoming more comfortable. We wish the hotel prosperity, I hope to come again.

Today we visited the swimming pools in this hotel. The territory is very clean and beautiful. By the pool, a hotel employee advised on visiting the thermal water pool. There are changing cabins, showers and toilets next to the pools. A ticket per person costs 300 rubles. We really enjoyed it. We will come back again.

Of the five hotels in Abkhazia that we visited this fall, we liked the Pearl the most, there are still nominees, so only 4 stars. Advantages location, rooms, thermal and conventional pools, SPA, beach. And the disadvantages are the elevator (2 for such a bunch of people, very few), the catering is weak. The hotel has been open for the second year, and the territory is covered with rocks, potholes, and zero greenery. I didn't like that there are a lot of locals in the cafe on the territory.
