Hello everyone I had a rest in this hotel from 03.09.23 to 15.09.23, I liked everything, I didn't even expect it, because I was in Abkhazia for the first time and I read all sorts of stuff about the republic on the Internet. The hotel staff is very friendly, any questions will always be answered and will help. The rooms are new, large and clean, I made friends with the woman who cleaned the room, so there were no problems with shampoos, towels, etc. Inga from the cultural and mass sector tries very hard and entertains vacationers and arranges various contests. Well, I am silent about nature, everything is fine with this, local people are very friendly and respectful. In general, as you are to people, so they are to you!

I don't know where the positive reviews come from) the rooms are good, there is no drinking water, the coolers are constantly empty. you can't get into the elevator, it's stuffy, it drives slowly, there are constant queues. Nutrition puts aside doing the best, they don't know how to cook. Children don't eat. Everything is monotonous. I do not recommend the Black Sea pearl, I am sorry for the money spent. And you will also be surprised by the wonderful transfer, kindly provided by biblioGlobus, 170 km from the airport, but they will bring you in 7 hours)))) Have a good rest!

PS The hotel itself cannot reduce the room class, only the tour operator can, and the tour operator says that there are no available rooms.

Before booking a room, you need to call several times to get the reservation number sent to you. Since there is no direct payment, only through a call center that does not want to work, from the word at all. This is the first thing I came across when booking this hotel.
Secondly, this is a room, we booked a room for 6500 rubles a day, in the month of April, it's not the season!
Three meals a day , but honestly meager .
There was only one set of towels in the room, the duvet cover was bigger than a blanket. Despite the fact that you need to put on the duvet cover yourself. Bathrobes and slippers are only available in the suites. Of the bathroom accessories, only soap and shampoo. There are no toothbrushes. There is a plastic stool in the room. The furniture and the whole interior are very, very simple.
One lamp for the whole room. The bathroom has a small shower and there is not even a place to put the accessories. One hook in the bathroom.
There will be no desire to visit this hotel a second time.

We were in this boarding house in the period from 08/18.23 to 08/25.23 and decided to leave a review)
I was here with my husband and child (6 years old), in general we really liked it!
Positive:
1) The number. We got a room on the 12th floor, with a balcony and sea view, it's incredibly beautiful! Many people say that there is not enough space, but it did not matter to us, they came to rinse off and sleep! If you plan to spend your vacation in the room, then yes, it will be cramped) there is a large closet where suitcases can easily fit, there is a large table where you can put all your creams, jars / jars, a huge bed for us personally, the child was given a separate sleeping place, there is a shoe closet, a clothes dryer, a shower, The toilet, everything is as it should be!
2. Nutrition. It's dietary, homemade, don't expect lobsters, but you can always find something to eat. Baking separately impressed! Fruits every day, but, as we understood, seasonal, we were lucky to get watermelons, apples, oranges and plums) if you are tired of hotel food, then 200 meters away there is a good cafe with delicious khinkali and khachapuri)
3. The sea! It's magical! Clean, this is not the first time in Abkhazia, there is something to compare it with! We were lucky, the water was +29, a lot of small fish and dolphins! The beach is literally 50 meters away, there are sun beds and umbrellas, but they need to be occupied almost from 5-6 in the morning)
4. Staff and locals! The staff is amazing, they answered any question willingly, friendly, 99% of the time someone is at the reception, they will be happy to tell you, show you if necessary, draw a map, how to get to the market 😄 The maid cleans well, a kind girl, we are delighted! The locals are very talkative, responsive! Dear vacationers, be polite, smile, do not forget to say "hello", "thank you", and generally polite words, and you will be surprised how kind and kind the Abkhazians will be towards you!
Now there are a few disadvantages (it's more a question for vacationers, not for a boarding house):
1. Elevators. There are only 2 of them on 16 floors, and almost every day one of them is under repair (not for long, up to 15 minutes), and at this time the guests begin to go crazy and cram into a working elevator, I had to explain to the woman once that there are two children in the elevator and I don't want to get stuck from the word at all!
2. Distance from the airport. We drove from the airport to the hotel for almost 5 hours, keep in mind! When the airport in Sukhumi opens, it will only take 40 minutes to drive, but in the meantime, keep in mind.
3. The impudence of the Russian flavor! I just don't have any decent words here. We left our inflatable pizza in a common place where everything is left, as a result, in the morning I saw from the balcony how the children swam on our pizza! I'm not sorry when they ask me, I'll take the kids for a ride and help them get out of the water, but when they take mine without asking, I'm furious! Keep in mind, it's better to bring your own to the room so as not to observe such a picture in the morning!
And parents also have a separate request, be human, do not let your children take someone else's! Teach them to ask permission from others! I took mine in silence, another person could have knocked on the head for this! Be human, stop embarrassing Russian tourists!
And so, we put a 5* hotel, we are happy with how the airport opens, we will return again

We are currently resting in the department and would like to leave a review already. The hotel itself has indeed been recently renovated, is clean enough, and it is comfortable to stay within its walls. BUT the transfer there took 6.5 HOURS.
I liked the guides from biblioglous, they painted everything correctly, told and devoted to the nuances (the service is a separate plus for this). There are questions about the competence of the staff, they will always help at the reception, they will tell you, but there is no interest in the actions of the staff, no one smiles and sincerely does not want to do something for you (but to point out that you did something wrong is always welcome). It seemed that the employees were just holed up. To visit the thermal pool, you will need to see a doctor after filling out a standard questionnaire. The therapist was sitting eating during the "reception" and talking to someone on the phone at the same time, the whole reception consists in imposing various procedures of the center, I personally was not even asked about anything. I would like to say separately about cleaning. We did not understand its schedule, but it consisted of wet floor cleaning (not everywhere and not very efficiently), the issuance of toilet paper and hygiene products. Towels were not changed, bed linen was not changed for 7 days, sometimes they did not even take out the trash from a small bucket in the bathroom. The room itself is clean and tidy, but objectively there are not enough shelves, shoe spatulas and, most importantly, sockets! Do you want to charge all your gadgets? Take the tee. There is one large sheet on the bed and a thin blanket in the closet, there are questions about its cleaning method, since there were stains on it (a blanket for 1 person, I had to ask for a second one). There is no sewing kit in the hotel, when I was there, a woman asked the staff where she could buy a thread with a needle. There are only two pillows and they are thin. I would like to mention a really good WiFi, but it no longer loads on the beach, and in the restaurant too. there are enough sun beds on the beach, you can take an umbrella (a little shabby already). They write the truth about elevators, it takes a long time to wait, personally, we always went down on foot from the 13th floor and often climbed the stairs. The food is fine, the food is like in the dining room, do not expect frills, but you will not stay hungry, we ate normally. The girls in the dining room quickly wipe and clean everything, but also not without jambs (in a stack with clean trays there were trays with dirty napkins and stained). Desserts are given at lunch, but it's not a fact that you'll get it. We arrived exactly at the beginning of lunch and for some reason the desserts were always taken out, but after 30 minutes we saw people with them on trays, but we could not catch the dessert. If you are going on excursions and skip dinner, then you will definitely be given a lunch box (well, sooo modest: a sandwich, a vegetable / fruit, an egg and a bottle of water). We've been wondering all along why we can't put some more substantial dinner food aside for this lunch box. Another disadvantage is that a cockroach was noticed and killed in the room (the darkness of insects in the south is not outraged, and this is not something unusual). A huge plus is the cleanest sea and the beach is 20 meters away. The beach itself is dirty, the locals do not clean up the garbage and leave it themselves.

I wanted to visit this hotel, but I was completely disappointed.
Of the cons:
- customer orientation is zero.
- for 6.500 there are plastic stools in the room, the room itself looks very, very simple.
- there are no bathrobes and slippers.
- the blanket is smaller than the duvet cover and you also need to put it on yourself, it's in a 4-star hotel!!!
- the bathroom is small, one hook, the door does not close.
- the food is also modest like the whole hotel (breakfast photo)
- there is no bar
- you need to take a towel from the room to the pool, there is no changing room by the pool (you change in the toilet).
- the pool is very slippery!! tile steps (be careful when you go down into the water!!!)
Of the advantages:
- sea view
- comfortable mattress
I visit Abkhazia often, but I will not return to this hotel anymore.

The hotel is renovated : cheap wallpaper and furniture, plumbing fixtures from the fixprice. The food is normal, but the soups were surprised: you'll never guess which one, they could have signed it. The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean. Very far from all the sights of Abkhazia, splurge on a guide and excursions. At the reception, they stare and offer to go around the rooms themselves and offer vacationers somewhere to go. Customer focus is closer to zero. There is nothing to see in Ochamchira itself, if only to drive the dogs.

Stayed here for two nights in September 2023.
Fresh renovation, modestly, clean (well, as after the repair when they didn't wipe it off, they didn't peel it off here). Cleaning the room every day, specify what you need.
We lived in a two-room apartment on the first floor 101. The Windows are on the floor and face south-east, the sun rises in your window and shines all day, warms (there is air conditioning). In one room of four walls, two are windows (sea view) - the sun shines all day, and at night the lantern that stands on the corner (there are curtains but not blackout) woke up at night from the fact that it is light. The beds are very comfortable, the ceiling is very high (I like it), there is a refrigerator, a TV (although 2 channels of poor quality), the bathroom is optimal in terms of equipment, but the area is very small (when you wash in the shower, water just pours on the door). By the way, there is no balcony and there is not much place to dry towels and bathing things (there is not enough towel rail in the bathroom for four). But the main disadvantage of the room is the constant round-the-clock buzz from those rooms that are located in this part of the building on the ground floor. Coupled with the night light, it was very annoying.
There is also a dining room on the second floor where there are such heavy chairs (you have to pull with both hands to move them, which they do) and the sound of chair legs on the tiled floor is perfectly audible in the room.
The food is varied: for breakfast there are two types of cereals, casserole, omelette, a couple of side dishes, sausages, pancakes, pies, sour cream, jam, cheese, margarine instead of butter, breakfast cereals, instant coffee, tea in bags; dinner - 2-3 side dishes, meat dishes, cutlets, vegetable stews, vegetable slicing (tomatoes, cucumbers), pies, cakes, compote. The dishes are simple and not very tasty.
I ate only casserole and something understandable meat with vegetables. We never got to lunch.
The beach is nearby, the sea is open (it's not a bay like in Pitsunda), respectively, and the waves are stronger, and there are jellyfish, and there is turbidity.
There are medical procedures (I have not visited), a swimming pool with thermal water (it is necessary to adjust the work schedule - from 10 in the morning to go to the pool, the water in which is ~ 40, in summer it is so) on the street.
The city of Ochamchira, unlike Sukhum and Gudauta, is not so tourist - quiet, calm.
The only thing we stopped here to travel to see the sights nearby.
In my opinion, for a purposeful visit to this "pearl", the ratio of quality of accommodation and price is too expensive (for two nights ~ 23,000). Do not book rooms 101-104, unless, of course, there is a blackout and they decide something with a hum from those premises. Better from number 105.

I had a rest from September 7 to September 15. The hotel is very nice, everything is the latest. First, the Star was lowered for flies in the dining room, something must be done about it! A big request to the staff to solve this problem. But then I decided not to remove the star, let it be five stars! Because the impression of the hotel after a while is very good and I want to return, despite the long road.
In general, I liked everything. I lived in an economy room, earlier I called the booking department listed on the website, they said that all economy rooms have no balcony, in fact, the economy rooms have the largest balcony, but only with mountain views. But there are no balconies in comfort rooms! There is a clothes dryer, which is very important on vacation.
The hotel itself employs wonderful people. On the 13th floor there is a very nice and responsive maid, big hello to her! And in general, thank you to all the staff for your work!
The beach was cut at the end of the holiday, this is a big minus, if this issue is not resolved by the next season, then there will be a big problem, because there will be very little space on the beach.
The food is good, there are a lot of pastries, the cakes are very tasty. They gave both chicken and pork and fish. Something is very tasty, something is not very. I was always very full, even excessively)
I am happy with my rest. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Moreover, next year for sure the hotel will only get better, the territory will be brought to mind and another pool will be launched. We had a swimming pool with thermal water only. But unfortunately there are moments that are frustrating: the maids do NOT forbid smoking in the rooms. Because of this, we have a chicken stench in the toilet through ventilation. To the remark, the maid said, "well, what am I going to fight? ".

2 days before the visit (November 1), they wrote to the email address listed on the website. We clarified the opening hours and the cost of visiting the pool with mineral water. There was only this mail on the site. One. There are no prices for visits.We were promptly answered. We arrived and were very surprised. It turns out there is no water in the pool. It's being cleaned. The notice on the door states that the cleaning is November 1-3. But apparently the administration did not know this or considered it unnecessary to notify customers. Well, we drove an extra 100 km .... The area around the hotel is like around a new hotel in Hurghada.that is, all the construction debris is not covered yet.
As a result of further correspondence, we were made extreme, if we had to ask if there were any planned cleaning works in the pool....
It seems that the task of the administration is to attract customers, not drive them away
It is not yet clear about the second pool. It is there, but what's the point of pouring arrest water in there? It is better to warm up the sea. But this is my personal opinion
