That's the end of our vacation at the Black Sea Pearl Hotel in Ochamchira. What I would like to say.... This hotel can only benefit from the staff, proximity to the clear sea, good pools, especially with thermal water. It's just super, especially in bad weather. But, probably, all the delights end there. The responsive staff becomes responsive when you remind them that you need to change the bed linen, towels, and hygiene supplies in your room. There is no drinking water on the floor, it may not be in the entire hotel by evening, and the nearest shops are closed. There is nowhere to boil water either. An electric kettle is not on every floor, fixed with tape to a stool may be missing. Ksatati, the cafes closest to the hotel are also closed by 23 o'clock. There are 2 small elevators on the 16 floors of the building. There are no trucks. All the staff travels with vacationers, transporting huge trunks of linen. It was very often necessary to climb the stairs to the 14th floor, and most often they also went down the stairs. Regarding nutrition, this is generally a separate trash. Guys, if the food is a buffet, it may be a little different for Abkhazia. This is the norm, as I realized by talking to people who came from other hotels. They say that the food here is excellent. Every time there is a struggle for a plate and a mug, forks,
unripe fruits and dessert. For most, this is a quest! The plates are almost all broken. Spoons and forks are always sticky. People almost snatch plates from each other to put food on themselves, sometimes there is a battle for pancakes and pies. You have to wait for the cake and get it in your hands from the account...1 or 2. Wait for up to 10 minutes. There was enough delicious food for the first hour..especially the curd casserole. Yummy!Then what's left. Rice porridge is inedible, it turns out it is easy to spoil.. overcooked and as if diluted with milk... a kind of soup... It's only good for pudding. All other porridges are practically the same. Once, garbage in the form of paper floated in semolina porridge. I say right away about nutrition - not ice Overcooked pasta, mackerel fried to a dried state. There was sometimes not enough soup by the end of the first hour of lunch. The fruits were more often not ripe. And most importantly, when you eat, you need to put the tray behind you on a special rack, along the way to which trays often fall, dishes break and there is a queue. Be prepared for the fact that you will sit down to eat at a dirty table. Do not forget to take wet wipes to wipe the table before eating. No one will do that to you. You can call the staff to clean up, but you still need to find a person. A special wish to the canteen staff: please read, there is such a book about delicious and healthy food. Specifically, it says how porridge is cooked , how soup is prepared , what ingredients are put into the soup , that potatoes need to be boiled. You won't leave hungry. There was no satisfaction from what he ate. We liked the room. The sea is super. The pool with thermal water should be cleaned periodically. Algae grow very fast, you can slip on them.
The hotel also has a medical base at a fairly good level. I recommend going for a Thai massage. My wife liked the cosmetologist Svetlana Vladimirovna, the massage therapist Roman, excellent positive nurses in the physical room (they can treat you to delicious coffee while waiting). It is necessary to go there. The transfer is also interesting from Biblio Globus. It takes from 4 to 6 hours, not taking into account crossing the border, with transfers to Sukhum in minivans, where you carry your suitcase on your lap, because there is not enough space in the luggage compartment for things. In general, everything is not bad if you are ready for adventures and are unassuming about food and hygiene around. Will we go there again? Probably, yes.

Great modern new hotel. The food is delicious. Daily cleaning, clean. The entrance to the sea is flat, but the pebbles are large, so sneakers are needed!Nearby the territory is unsettled, but there is a promenade for walking. On-site baths with a spring, admission is free. Excursions from here are expensive, and there is ruin all around, but the hotel is good, the staff is polite.

We visited this hotel in July 2024. We took a tour through Biblio Globus. A transfer from the airport took us to the hotel. We drove for a long time - 4 hours, because Zhemchuzhina is far away, 170 km from the border and on the way we stopped in different cities to leave tourists there who chose other hotels for their holidays.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m., we were immediately sent to dinner. Meals are served buffet style. There is enough food. There are almost no desserts. There are few fruits.
The rooms are all clean, bright, the beds and mattresses are new and comfortable.
The hotel was renovated last year.
The sea is nearby. The water is clean. There are sun beds and umbrellas. Free of charge ).
There are also two pools, one with thermal water - it's very cool! We relaxed there every night before going to bed.)
The hotel has guides from Biblio Globus who sell various excursions. We went from them to the Golden Ring of Abkhazia and Rafting on a mountain river. Everything was on the level! The guides who accompany you on the tour are professionals. Drivers too. Special thanks to the young guide Konstantin. He was very tactful, friendly, attentive to tourists all day, told a lot of interesting things on the way.
There was one disadvantage in the hotel: they did not change the towel even at the request - they forgot. The service is a bit lame here.
We were satisfied with the trip to Abkhazia. Wildlife, sea, mountains, clean air.

A freshly renovated hotel, so far everything is clean and new, but the renovation is more cosmetic than major. Freshly plastered facades and tiles on the balconies of the upper floors are already beginning to fall off and some of this stuff falls on the blades of the central air conditioners, breaking through the plastic protection. Which obviously has a bad effect on their work. The facade begins to fall off, which is visible to the naked eye.
This makes it sad, it is a pity that a lot of restoration work is being done, the building is clearly being overlooked. The hotel has buffet meals, the chefs are trying their best. The dishes are more like home cooking, but everything is quite diverse. There are many meat dishes, some fish dishes, sliced boiled sausage and sausages and dishes made from them. During the 2 weeks of rest, no negative aspects were revealed. The staff is friendly and friendly, everyone is ready to help. Special thanks to the maids for cleaning, clean, fast, unnoticeable. The overall impression is positive, it's just GORGEOUS for Abkhazia!

It's time to write a review. I had a vacation with my husband from 16.08 to 26.08 and I can say that it was one of the coolest vacations.
Let's start with the fact that there are two checkpoints on the territory of the hotel, the security is friendly, they will tell you if you need something. There is a large parking lot, there is a gas station and a shop nearby.
Next, we enter the hotel and find ourselves in a huge lobby, incredibly beautiful, with good furniture. The hotel has its own bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, INSANELY DELICIOUS TURKISH ICE CREAM, chips and various snacks. The reception staff is very good and qualified. We had an early check-in and we gave only 1000 rubles, we didn't want to wait for 14:00. We had a 10th floor with mountain views and a huge balcony. It is on this floor that a wonderful maid works, thanks to her for a clean room, you can always ask and they will clean you if necessary or change the bed linen / towels. All doors are optimized with key cards and light, air conditioning and hood work from them, very convenient.
Positive: a beautiful and new hotel, good furniture, responsive staff, two clean pools, the first coastline, on-site cafe, 3 meals a day and very tasty, homemade. I can list the advantages endlessly.
Cons: And here is the most interesting thing, but the cons are our people…
Who do not understand that you do not need to get into the elevator for 15 people, it breaks down because of this, if you press the elevator button 1000 times, it will not arrive faster.
If you shove everyone in the dining room, run for mugs, take dessert from each other, then from the outside you look worse than animals. Therefore, we went to the dining room at the end and all the food was the same)
But I haven't seen such a circus for a long time, as people take food into containers, carry cutlets in napkins, and shove desserts into their pockets (this is actually so, it's already funny)
I would advise the hotel administrator to make suggestions, instead of self-service in the dining room, give food in portions and then there will be no such menagerie. The man came up and said what he wanted, they put it on him and he left.
It's not a pity to eat, but when we take 8-10 cutlets for two adults, why? You don't eat them and then they throw them away. Did you really come from a hungry land?
To sum up: there are no complaints about the hotel, we really liked everything, thank you very much for your work! But you need to get used to such people and not pay attention))

The hotel has just been renovated! A saltwater swimming pool, paths, and parking were completed.
The staff is very friendly, especially lifeguard Adgur, who was ready to solve any issue. Great Job!!!
The thermal pool was very helpful when it was raining. The therapeutic effect was also obtained, the skin became very smooth, it was enough for 4 months.
The food is a little greasy, there is plenty to choose from. We paid 100,000rubles for 10 days. We believe that everything is in order.

We had a vacation with our family from November 7 to November 18, 2023.
The transfer is of course long from the border, but the scenery along the way is excellent. The check-in was quick, the room was given at our request with a sea view. The view from the balcony is the SEA 200 meters from the hotel. The room is on the 10th floor. Two elevators worked without problems all the time. I just don't understand the positioning of the spa hotel, if the spa does not relate to the hotel (according to the medical staff of the spa, they only asked for a certificate for a child to school, there were no questions wherever they rested). Meals on solid 4 tried, special thanks to the head of production. SPA workers, having no time to enter their office, ran to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are two pools on the territory, one was painted with warm sea water, NO with fresh and cold. The second one from the thermal spring is warm, which is a big plus for the Hotel in the morning and evening to swim in the pool with mountain views. The territory and the hotel are still under construction, but we were not disturbed by noise, and we mostly came only closer to dinner. We went on excursions with a private guide. Temur, thank you very much, I have never seen Abkhazia like this before. Ochamchira is not Gagra and Pitsunda IS OCHAMCHIRA. A personal guide is not a bus from point A to point B. Come to Ochamchira to relax your body and soul.

The territory of the hotel, the hotel itself and the beach are a passageway. There is a piece of paper on the entrance - "No unauthorized entry", but the guards do not care who enters, who leaves. No one checks.
A simple bracelet, as is customary in many hotels, will remove the problem of being on the territory of the hotel, in the pools, strangers.
You can rent cheap housing nearby and quietly visit the pools and dining room (no one will stop you, since the "guard" does not care about everything.)
No one cleans up on the beach, bottles, cans and other garbage, vacationers themselves clean up, because they do not want to sunbathe among the garbage.
There are a lot of stray dogs on the beach, who knows what they are sick of. Cow cakes are everywhere.
Two elevators in the hotel for 700 people, this is something with something. There is no air conditioning in the elevator.
In the dining room, the food is almost always cold, and the microwave is the only one in the whole room, and it's running on its last legs. Add a couple more pieces.
Add juices and fruits.
There is a toilet in the room, so to sit on it, you need to climb under the sink. And sitting on the toilet, you can wash your face and brush your teeth, and wisely, save time.

But if the owners and the administration had read the negative reviews and promptly corrected the shortcomings, everything would have been just great.
And finally, any vacationer in the Black Sea pearl does not feel safe. This is essentially a minefield - if you're lucky, you won't be lucky. Only now do I understand the warnings of our Ministry of Internal Affairs to limit travel to Abkhazia. To date, I do not advise you to go here, even to this hotel, to rest.

I am writing a review while staying at the hotel. Today, on 15.06, the heat is 30 degrees, the sea is warm, adults and children swim with pleasure. The big plus of the hotel is that it is on the shore 50 meters from the sea, a thermal pool

The first two days of arrival, sleeping with an open balcony is just a fairy tale, the sound of the surf, a light breeze, but the last five days are terrible - they are always yelling, someone is fighting, cars drive up, turn on the music and hang out until the morning.
The food is delicious, but there is only one distribution line for such a large hotel and for some reason there is always cold food, queues, people grab everything.
The beach is a pebble, the first days without slippers it hurts, then you get used to it. There is fuel oil in the water, swimsuits and towels get dirty. There are enough sun beds, but there are not enough umbrellas, and this is a HORROR for such a hotel. There are no umbrellas in the pool at all. The staff is lazy, they can bring a sunbed to women if they are begged, they shout a megaphone if they leave so that the umbrellas are cleaned after themselves. At five o'clock they can come up and pick up the umbrella without asking, when asked why you took the umbrella, they answer that I need to collect all the umbrellas, I have a working day until eight.
Cleaning the room is just mopping the floors. To change the towels and linen, it is necessary to catch the maid and ask. Beach towels are not really possible to change at all, but let me remind you, they get very dirty on the beach in fuel oil.
The most painful part of the hotel is the elevators. The building has 16 floors. Two elevators that lack logic in driving. You can wait for the elevator "at rush hour" for 10 minutes. I hope this review will help you make a choice in favor of another hotel. And the managers of the hotel may make you think and bring the hotel to a normal level. I will not compare what happened and what has become, since I will not go here again.

The hotel was restored well, but the rust on the railing made it clear how old the building was)) the owners are great fellows for making a paradise island among such an environment! The view from the window is just awesome!!! The sunset is gorgeous! 2 pools, hot and regular. In the rain, swimming in hot is just chic!! The rooms are clean and well maintained, the snowstorm is new, they were cleaned in my opinion every day or every other day. There is not enough table on the balcony to watch the sunset and drink wine))
But the breakfasts, lunches and dinners of the buffet type leave much to be desired. The distribution is not organized for inadequate and wild people, of whom there were a lot, like crows swooping in from all sides and snatching up all the desserts, 10 pieces per person, and then they don't finish, they leave on the table and with the rest of the food the same way. The taste is for an amateur, but you can find something to eat, although the choice is not great, and sometimes it is not there because they snatch it up, but they do not have time to bring it,
Elevators are a separate story, from when they go they collect everyone along the way and who goes up and who goes down, as a result, while you are doing up to the 16th floor, you will turn gray because stops on every floor and the experience is already complete, especially terrible during breakfast lunch and dinner.
But overall the hotel is very good and the price was very attractive! If you just want to relax by the sea, you can safely go here.

The price for the rooms is too high (from 5 thousand).

The hotel territory is a beach line, a large parking lot with a barrier, an unfinished outdoor pool and

A review of a vacation in the Black Sea Pearl (ex Ochamchira) in the period from 26.07 to 4.08.
We arrived on the night of 26.07 to 27.07, the road is very long, stock up on food and water, landed in Sochi at 18:00, we only found ourselves at the hotel around 2:00, of course there is nowhere to eat.
Initially, we had a standard room, but for some reason we were settled in economy, be careful, the next day they overpowered us after they came up.
The rooms are not bad, but it is clear that they were made in a hurry, there are no paper holders and a glass for brushes, the standard bath is several times smaller than in the economy, bed linen and towel have never been changed for 9 nights, beach towels must be asked for themselves, the reception says that someone has blue, someone is white, well, they just don't want to bother, there is not a single outlet by the bed, there is no kettle in the room, there is not enough large mirror, at least one per floor, there is an iron on the floor, but the air conditioning works well and there is Internet everywhere in the hotel and by the pool.
The elevator is the main pain, there is nothing to add, everything has already been said.
The food is the same for all 9 days, not bad, but not super, coffee is only for breakfast for some reason, for breakfast from eggs - omelette and boiled eggs, there are no fried eggs, there are no fresh vegetables at all for breakfast, at lunch there are sliced cucumbers / tomatoes, desserts are also all the same - roll / charlotte / biscuit pasta is often boiled, the food is almost always cold, there is one microwave, but there are all communications for heating trays, it is not clear why it is not used. On day 4, I already want barbecue, greens and wine. Compote - diluted, indeed, is poured from a red bucket. The store next door sells cool local lemonades.
Animation is the second pain of the hotel, Inga, of course, tries to attract people by shouting loudly "we're not going anywhere today, just to the program," but I don't know how much it works. I can't say about children's animation, but adult animation leaves much to be desired. For 9 days from the evening animation - Russian lotto / disco in the lobby at the reception / guess the melody / karaoke (but the songs are all old). There is no separate platform for this, so people are going hard.
The infrastructure of the hotel is also poor, there are two swimming pools - a regular and a thermal one, this is a plus, there is a cafe, but that's all, the territory is not fully landscaped, there are no gazebos, benches only at the entrance area. There are umbrellas on the beach, those who managed to take it, there are not enough places for everyone during the peak season, there are no umbrellas or awnings by the pool, there is no toilet on the beach, that is, only to return, the benefit is to walk close. There is a very interesting story with the pool, the thermal one is with blooming water and green slime, you can easily slip, why it is not cleaned is not clear, but the usual one, we arrived - we were told the pool is open from 9 to 21, but if you swim afterwards, we are not responsible for you, on the 4th day it became close it with tape, like it's closed, okay. Then in general it closed early in the evening, here is our last evening, after dinner we went to the pool at 7:30, they tell us today the pool is open until 8, they chlorinate it, but you chlorinated it for 4 days before that, we did not swim there yesterday, they do not warn us about this in advance, to Unfortunately.
Excursion programs to popular places for the whole day, the hotel guide deceives, saying that you will arrive for dinner and will walk on the lake for 2 hours. We left at 6 a.m. and arrived at 22:15.

The room is clean, tidy, everything is new. You can choose a room with sea or mountain views. Excellent staff. Three meals a day are included in the room rate. There is no need to go to the sulfur springs. They have their own with a pool, without a bunch of people and perfectly clean.
If you are a wine lover, it is better to bring it with you to Abkhazia.

They complained!The hotel administration does not take any measures. The air conditioner worked perfectly. wifi in the hotels worked well, it didn't work on the beach. The three-course meal was over, the omelet was generally funny, like a pancake with a crust, the crust was removed and there was nothing to eat, then there were no plates, then mugs.

3. Shitty rap. What the hell is he rumbling since 7 in the morning, just because someone from the staff likes it and he has the opportunity to connect to the column at the reception. Similarly during the day and in the evening especially. Quiet background music is enough.
4. Dining room. Poor quality of some products: loose sausages, sausage, cheese. Well, raise the price of something and get a better and decent one. Or make a custom system to optimize your expenses. In general, it is enough to get enough, but not to enjoy eating.
5. Dogs. Packs of dogs run along the beach. Do not say that they are kind, do not bite, etc. Just do something. They scare some people. Also, some aunts feed them sausages from breakfast (write an ad that you can't!!!!!) Solve the problem.
6. Morning coffee. You can get it only from 9 in the morning at the bar or instant with 7 in the canteen. We wake up very early and would like to get a cup of freshly brewed. Not for free, so that you understand. To the question: why not open early and make coffee for people - the answer is: why do it for 3-4 people? Then. This is a service. Don't want to wake up and come to work earlier - put a great coffee machine and the question will be closed.
7. Territory. At the end of September, the saltwater pool is not functioning, the pool bar is not functioning, there is no movement there. There is also no awning over the thermal pool. PS: in the evenings, the children of employees periodically hang out there. We don't mind. But do not jump on the "bomb" from the sides. Or walk with a rumbling column in your hand "brother-Serega-on music".
8. Spa. Massage/mud/physio - everything is there. The price is not low. For 4.5k for a general massage of patients, cover with a towel so that the part of the body that is not massaged does not cool down. Men's disposable underwear for men, not for women, a towel under the face in the hole in the couch, too, so that the face does not break from contact with the leatherette, under the feet when you get up, too, a towel / disposable sheet. They began to lay / cover. OK. Everything is here: nature, sunsets, dolphins, the sun sets directly into the sea, overflowing with fantastic colors. So make it so that you want to come back here and spend money (small / big as you want). We want you to get better, so we decided to write a review. The building has 17 floors !! 2 elevators can hardly carry 30% of the guests. Everyone goes down on foot , on the rise you need to wait in line for slow elevators for 20 minutes.
Nutrition is generally a shock. There are 2 side dishes to choose from, zucchini and some kind of goo with chicken. That's all.
The territory is completely without trees, the building was rebuilt on a vacant lot in 2023. There is no coastline, it's just a remote village. Nearby there is 1 modest shop and 1 kebab shop.
Rude employees check in at the reception desk. The bracelets were not given out. They didn't tell me where or what to find. As you want, delve into it yourself and study where to go.
Wellness and spa complex. We called in advance before booking this hotel. We wanted to clarify by appointment for spa treatments. We also wrote to them in WhatsApp, we received a complete ignore.
Upon arrival, we wanted to sign up for a spa or massage. Everything is scheduled for the week ahead. In general, it is almost impossible to get there. The spa complex is busy recording among the locals. There is practically no place for vacationers .
The disco takes place every evening under the windows of the rooms, the audibility is like in a well, we lived on the 4th floor

We were at this hotel from 13.09 to 09/24/2024. I will start with the transfer. I took the Biblio Globus to the hotel." It took 6.5 hours to get to the hotel. There was always enough food in the dining room, you won't be hungry. There were watermelons, melons, plums, apples, oranges everywhere. There were 2 adults , 3 children , 16 years, 7 years and 7 months on vacation . We flew from Moscow, for the first time in Abkhazia, we had to go abroad because of very expensive prices, like Turkey. We knew where we were going and were ready for anything.
There are a lot of locals in the hotel , they come for the weekend , they hang out drunk in noisy heaps . There are a lot of pensioners and a lot of families with kids .
The hotel is worth the money if the price is adequate. We paid 70 thousand for 5 and 7 nights with meals , a 2-room deluxe room ( Biblio Globus - flight , transfer )
We took an individual transfer from the airport for 9500rubles . We got there in 3.5 hours (we lost 1 hour at the border) We drove back by transfer from Biblio Globus for 5 hours.
PROS:
delicious homemade food, but you need to have time to grab it, get it .
There is an animation . Animator 1 is a woman of 50+ years old, but such a cool, smart girl! Exercise in the morning, then crafts and games with the children at lunch. In the evening, entertainment for children and adults for 2-3 hours. Music , dancing , games . They make a caster by the sea once a week with games and fireworks were on May 9th .
The guards at the checkpoint at the entrance , they seem to be watching everything , they did not let strangers in .
The rooms are nice, clean, everything is new. We haven't been to the spa- we haven't reached it. the pools are gorgeous , one thermal +40 , the other cold 23 somewhere , everything is clean and tidy . The only staff in this 5+ hotel are maids, smart girls - I haven't seen them anywhere. Only they found a cot for the child , only they snatched bathrobes from the hands of other vacationers for us on the 5th day of the 7 😂 vacation, the reception only promised…
Wi-Fi is free and normal throughout the territory, but sometimes it took off for 15 minutes.

They save a lot on food , there is no choice at all , 2 types of porridge for breakfast , omelet , sausage, cheese , rice or buckwheat , cereals and milk and not every day pancakes or sausages . Powdered coffee . Lunch 2 soups , pasta, potatoes sometimes , 2 types of meat , 2 salads , fruit apples and an orange . Dinner is like lunch without soups only .
There is no choice of food, and when something is taken out, the people, like crazy, grab everything with their hands, who managed to get enough. We often went to eat in the cafe next to the hotel and a little further along the embankment
Ochamchira is a village, a scoop , well, it 's really boring, we had fun ourselves, there are a lot of us. The embankment is normal , well , there 's nowhere else to go .
There is a pharmacy in the center with baby food and everything you need is there! With small children, it is better to bring everything with you for the child! There's a real problem here, even with baby water.
2 cafes on the embankment are sooo delicious and the coffee shop is good. The taxi drivers at the hotel are arrogant and expensive, we rented a car (3500 day minivan) and drove ourselves, the bartender's contacts are business cards. In Sukhum, cafes are cheaper even in the center of the embankment. We went to the waterfalls in New Athos , it was great .
In principle, for such a free price , all the disadvantages do not count , and if such a price turns up again , then we will even return , there is no more expensive .

How they get through security is not clear. They gather in a crowd, talking loudly, practically shouting. What is the checkpoint for if anyone can enter the territory?
Otherwise, everything is fine. There are flaws, but you can close your eyes to them. (Elevator, crowd in the dining room near the distribution.)
The hotel is good, the sea is nearby, two swimming pools, but the feeling of defenselessness is keenly felt. On the closed territory of the hotel, the beach, if it belongs to the hotel, there should not be outsiders, even if you are a local three times.
In cases of conflict with outsiders, the "guards" pretend that nothing has happened.
The Foreign Ministry's warning in April about restricting visits to Abkhazia makes sense. Until the administration corrects the shortcomings in the safety of vacationers, I advise you not to play with fire. It's like being in a minefield - lucky, unlucky.

1 Everything is very nice and clean. The room has a refrigerator, a TV, a wardrobe, only one chair, a table, 1 large bed, bedside tables and a shoe rack.

Now the hotel.
Positive:
1. Affordable price for a new spa hotel with meals. They said - they have all check-ins with full board.
2. Two swimming pools and the first line from the sea. Moreover, one of the pools with therapeutic flint water. Heated swimming pools! Hung out there for hours) The usual pool is with a sea view.
3. The pebbles on the embankment are small and do not stick into the legs. But that's for me. Sun beds are in abundance.
4. Very friendly staff. The room was cleaned regularly.
5. A set of good equipment. One procedure as a gift. A role-playing therapist who does not impose procedures, but only strives to do everything for the benefit. Discourages unnecessary procedures.
6. A huge hall for a dining room with a sea view. All breakfasts and dinners I admired the landscapes. The food is fresh and excellent. Buffet! I'm picky about food, but everything is on top here. There is no alcohol, but it's for the best) A quiet family hotel for a rest after all.
7. There is a real geyser on the outskirts of Ochamchira. It can be seen from the road and marked on the maps. It's going pretty high. Local children play in it))

10. I didn't notice any problems with elevators (as in other reviews). Apparently, when there are a lot of people and the heat - 10 people are crammed in and after a hearty breakfast, the engine overheating fuse is triggered.
The disadvantages are minor, but there are:
1. The hinges on the balcony door are not designed for such an opening. The doors are sagging and require adjustment
2. There is no shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower. All hooks and shower holder are screwed on one screw)).
3. The furniture is new, but inexpensive. It will be cleaned up pretty quickly. So hurry up to visit this hotel early.
4. It is better to take a room with a sea view. There is a smell from the flint water. The pool is just on the other side. Personally, the smell did not bother me, but someone will not be comfortable.
For such money and advantages, I'm just in love with this hotel. I recommend visiting in October. It's still hot, the sea is warm, and there are no people anymore. You just can't imagine what a thrill it is!

Good location and that's it. The hotel cannot cope with a full load. I can't wait for the elevator. There is a queue in the dining room, there are not enough plates, spoons, glasses and tables. The on-site cafe is just a gloom. A scream, a noise until late at night. Not a hotel, but a passageway for locals. Constant conflicts and shouting. The administration and security do not respond to complaints from residents about this night's farce. The hotel is definitely not for a relaxing family holiday.

The hotel is renovated, but the elevators are not configured correctly, if you need to go down, then the elevators stop and go up and you have to ride in a crowded elevator, which is very stuffy. The staff is helpful. The furniture in the rooms is minimal, there is a wardrobe, but it is useless, there are no shelves for clothes. There are no shelves for shower accessories in the shower room, you have to put them on the floor. In the dining room, the food is monotonous every day, there are cool compotes, but all diluted- unsweetened, almost tinted water. Desserts and pastries are taken out one at a time for all vacationers at regular intervals, it turns out like a handout, which is immediately sorted out who gets it. The service needs to be improved.
