Let's start with the fact that there are two checkpoints on the territory of the hotel, the security is friendly, they will tell you if you need something. There is a large parking lot, there is a gas station and a shop nearby.
Next, we enter the hotel and find ourselves in a huge lobby, incredibly beautiful, with good furniture. The hotel has its own bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, INSANELY DELICIOUS TURKISH ICE CREAM, chips and various snacks. The reception staff is very good and qualified. We had an early check-in and we gave only 1000 rubles, we didn't want to wait for 14:00. We had a 10th floor with mountain views and a huge balcony. It is on this floor that a wonderful maid works, thanks to her for a clean room, you can always ask and they will clean you if necessary or change the bed linen / towels. All doors are optimized with key cards and light, air conditioning and hood work from them, very convenient.
Positive: a beautiful and new hotel, good furniture, responsive staff, two clean pools, the first coastline, on-site cafe, 3 meals a day and very tasty, homemade. I can list the advantages endlessly.

A review of a vacation in the Black Sea Pearl (ex Ochamchira) in the period from 26.07 to 4.08.
We arrived on the night of 26.07 to 27.07, the road is very long, stock up on food and water, landed in Sochi at 18:00, we only found ourselves at the hotel around 2:00, of course there is nowhere to eat.
Initially, we had a standard room, but for some reason we were settled in economy, be careful, the next day they overpowered us after they came up.
The rooms are not bad, but it is clear that they were made in a hurry, there are no paper holders and a glass for brushes, the standard bath is several times smaller than in the economy, bed linen and towel have never been changed for 9 nights, beach towels must be asked for themselves, the reception says that someone has blue, someone is white, well, they just don't want to bother, there is not a single outlet by the bed, there is no kettle in the room, there is not enough large mirror, at least one per floor, there is an iron on the floor, but the air conditioning works well and there is Internet everywhere in the hotel and by the pool.
The elevator is the main pain, there is nothing to add, everything has already been said.
The food is the same for all 9 days, not bad, but not super, coffee is only for breakfast for some reason, for breakfast from eggs - omelette and boiled eggs, there are no fried eggs, there are no fresh vegetables at all for breakfast, at lunch there are sliced cucumbers / tomatoes, desserts are also all the same - roll / charlotte / biscuit pasta is often boiled, the food is almost always cold, there is one microwave, but there are all communications for heating trays, it is not clear why it is not used. On day 4, I already want barbecue, greens and wine. Compote - diluted, indeed, is poured from a red bucket. The store next door sells cool local lemonades.
Animation is the second pain of the hotel, Inga, of course, tries to attract people by shouting loudly "we're not going anywhere today, just to the program," but I don't know how much it works. I can't say about children's animation, but adult animation leaves much to be desired. For 9 days from the evening animation - Russian lotto / disco in the lobby at the reception / guess the melody / karaoke (but the songs are all old). There is no separate platform for this, so people are going hard.
The infrastructure of the hotel is also poor, there are two swimming pools - a regular and a thermal one, this is a plus, there is a cafe, but that's all, the territory is not fully landscaped, there are no gazebos, benches only at the entrance area. There are umbrellas on the beach, those who managed to take it, there are not enough places for everyone during the peak season, there are no umbrellas or awnings by the pool, there is no toilet on the beach, that is, only to return, the benefit is to walk close. There is a very interesting story with the pool, the thermal one is with blooming water and green slime, you can easily slip, why it is not cleaned is not clear, but the usual one, we arrived - we were told the pool is open from 9 to 21, but if you swim afterwards, we are not responsible for you, on the 4th day it became close it with tape, like it's closed, okay. Then in general it closed early in the evening, here is our last evening, after dinner we went to the pool at 7:30, they tell us today the pool is open until 8, they chlorinate it, but you chlorinated it for 4 days before that, we did not swim there yesterday, they do not warn us about this in advance, to Unfortunately.
Excursion programs to popular places for the whole day, the hotel guide deceives, saying that you will arrive for dinner and will walk on the lake for 2 hours. We left at 6 a.m. and arrived at 22:15.

I'll start with the bright one: the hotel has 16 floors on the first line and we got room 1210 with a sea view. I have been living in Sochi, Tuapse since 2003, but falling asleep to the sound of waves is the first time! And the smell of clean sea air was so exciting that I woke up early in the morning in good health and it began by admiring the seascape from the balcony of the 12th floor. Only the sea, no screams from cafes, it feels like you're on a ship. And the balcony reconnects with nature even more. By the way, there is a clothes dryer on the balcony!
About the room- fresh, clean, modern, soap and soap are available, except for hair conditioner, hair dryer, pillow is average, but you can sleep, the mattress is comfortable. There is no kettle, but we took a thermos and took boiling water at the reception at any time.
The dining room is a great meal for a Swede 3 times a day, but take your cup with you, not always enough for everyone :). Fruits: persimmons, tangerines, pears. Baking is great. Tables with sea view!There is no fuss. Everything is decent, the only drawback is there is no background music.

Disco- yes, not for young people, but 5-10 percent of it is there, so everyone danced, and it depends on both the music and the disc jockey, again Inga slowed everyone down. And now about the dark side of the Soul of Abkhazia - hungry, abandoned animals, greedily ate bread, even cats. It's just not possible to look at it. Yes, I bought food and bread, but you can't feed everyone, and it's a terrible sight! For some reason, booths have been built in Turkey for homeless animals, and feeders are lying in parks. And here!!!- well, you take vacationers, so you need to allocate them to animals so that our hearts don't hurt! A very unpleasant aftertaste from this. So they also wrote, do not feed the animals / a fine of 5 thousand. I took off one star for that.
City: I would call it an urban-type settlement- there is nothing to see- a consumer goods market, several shops and many pharmacies and beauty salons)
And now how to get there: you can take a train to Sukhum comfortably, and then transfer from the Sukhum market to a groove and count bumps for 1 hour and 20 minutes on all speed bumps:(. I thought my liver would pop out of my throat. Duru and I sat in the back seats. And then a local Abkhazian asked if I would mind if he smoked. After 20 minutes, I moved forward to the vacant seat and he lit up anyway, which stank all over the slot, and in the end he threw the butt on the floor, putting it out there.The driver didn't take the cigarettes out of his mouth either. Then we decided to take a tour from the guy who stands outside the gate, there are a lot of people offering, but guys, you're looking for the one I'm writing about, you won't regret it.It's just super.His name is Akhra, he is not just a guide who knows the whole history of Abkhazia perfectly well and will tell you everything and answer all your questions, so he is also a singing guide, singing professionally, believe me, you will never forget excursions with him, everyone knows him locally, a real professional in his field and a wonderful person.

The hotel also has a medical base at a fairly good level. I recommend going for a Thai massage. It's mid-September and there are sliced apples and plums in the fruit canteen... This is in the season of watermelons, melons, grapes, etc. But even this did not mar our rest at all... The sea is clean, sun loungers are plentiful, the weather is gorgeous.

We rested in the Black Sea Pearl from September 4 to September 14 in the standard room on the 11th floor overlooking the sea. The hotel is located on the first coastline. The view is gorgeous. The room itself is small (the renovation is fresh, but you can see that it was done in a hurry), but there is everything you need: a table, a chair, a wardrobe, a double bed (high, comfortable, but the pillows are small and uncomfortable), bedside tables, a refrigerator, a refrigerator. The bathroom has a hairdryer. Soap supplies and toilet paper were provided every day. Cleaning was done every day. The linen was changed twice, the towels three times. Many thanks to our maid for such a job!
The dining room is spacious and bright. The food was quite tasty and varied. There are two porridges to choose from for breakfast. Several side dishes and a meat dish, omelets, boiled eggs, casseroles, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, pancakes, donuts, buns, I really liked the apple pie. Sliced cheese, sausage, butter, milk, cereals, jam, condensed milk, black and green tea, instant coffee. For lunch, three soups to choose from, several side dishes, several meat dishes (chicken, pork, fish, chicken liver, cutlets, meatballs, stuffed peppers), several salads with mayonnaise and butter. Fruits (apples, plums, oranges, watermelon), pastries. There are various dishes for dinner as well as for lunch. There was always enough food for everyone, if something ran out, a new portion was brought in a few minutes later. Only the trays in the dining room are slippery. The dishes must be carried carefully.
Elevators are a separate story. One broke down periodically. It is not clear how the elevators are configured at all. I mostly walked. The staircases are low and the staircase itself is on the street. So it is good for your health, and you can admire the view of the mountains and the city of Ochamchira.
Landscaping work is still underway on the territory. A swimming pool and a cafe are being built. But there was no noise. The thermal pool is already functioning and various spa treatments are available.
There is a guarded parking lot on site.
The hotel has an animator. It entertains both children and adults.
There is a shop with everything you need next to the hotel. There is one cafe on the embankment. The menu is very poor. Mullet and trout are delicious.
The beach is shallow and clean. There were enough umbrellas and sun beds for everyone.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest. Thank you very much to all the staff!

It was in June 2024. A wonderful place far from civilization. I liked everything in the hotel itself, except the elevators, so ask for rooms as low as possible so as not to depend on the elevator. The food is excellent, the food is hearty and healthy, the staff is friendly, the sea is nearby, there are enough sun beds for everyone. Don't forget to feed the local dogs with sausages from the canteen. I recommend it to everyone!

We had a rest in September. A more or less clean hotel, the rooms were poorly cleaned, from which they left and came to that. The maids walk with brooms, with rags and mops have not seen. Of course, an elevator is a disease of all high-rise hotels - you can't wait. It is not possible to sleep with the balcony door open.since everyone smokes!!! They complained!The hotel administration does not take any measures. The air conditioner worked perfectly. wifi in the hotels worked well, it didn't work on the beach. The three-course meal was over, the omelet was generally funny, like a pancake with a crust, the crust was removed and there was nothing to eat, then there were no plates, then mugs.
The animator conducted the program in the evenings, even with the windows closed, it felt like she was on the 12th floor talking under her ear)))). There were enough sun loungers for everyone, but people (cheknuts) took up a queue for umbrellas from 7-00, and then left the beach and they were gone for half a day.

I really want to share my impressions of the rest at the Black Sea Pearl SPA Hotel in Ochamchira, which exceeded all expectations.
I, a lover of SPA holidays, quite a sophisticated person in this, was greatly impressed by the very high professionalism of the specialists. First of all, it is a very competent selection of procedures for each patient, taking into account individual characteristics, anamnesis, and even mood, as well as the ability to correctly combine my "wishlist" with the real needs of my body to get the best result. In addition, the SPA area is superbly equipped with very modern and efficient equipment, which pleasantly surprised, as well as the prices that turned out to be affordable. And, thanks to the effect obtained in a short time, there is a sense of satisfaction for the money given.
Separately, I would like to tell you about the professionalism of the staff in terms of communication with vacationers. The whole team works as one team, the purpose of which is comfort and pleasant rest of the hotel guests. Chief physician Angelika Nikolaevna, receptionists Saria and Olesya, all medical staff, cooks and employees of the food department, masters of cleanliness, security, absolutely everyone is friendly, friendly, ready to help at any time.
I really liked the pool with thermal water, the location of which allows you to admire the extraordinary magnificent view of the mountains, while the water directly from the hot thermal spring has its magical effect. I felt it after the first time - an extraordinary relaxation, great sleep and very smooth skin. Speaking of skin! The hotel has a great cosmetologist Daria, a sufficient variety of cosmetic procedures for any request, and very high-quality equipment. This was also pleasantly surprised, as well as a variety of therapeutic and physiotherapy procedures.
I also want to tell you about my impressions about fire massage, SPA programs, Thai foot massage and general relaxation massage. All procedures are very full, they are carried out in a specially created atmosphere of relaxation, the duration of the procedures is sufficient to fully enjoy the sensations, and the professionalism and hands of the masters - Sabina, Kamila, Tatiana, Daria, make the impressions unforgettable, experience and ability to understand the patient are felt.
Many thanks to the chief physician Angelika Nikolaevna, who has not only highly professional communication skills with guests, but also knows how to "see" the patient. If you get confused by the variety of procedures offered, you can safely rely on her recommendations, and you will be satisfied with the effect. That's exactly what happened with my friend and me. In general, switching to the "relax" mode happened to us from the first minutes of our arrival at the hotel. As soon as we approached the reception desk for check-in, very friendly administrators offered us an oxygen cocktail with wishes to switch to rest and relax. Now, after the rest, I can confidently write that this is the credo of the Black Sea Pearl hotel team - rest and high-quality relaxation of guests, for which my friend and I are very grateful to the staff and management of the hotel!

Nice new hotel, large bright rooms.
A hot pool with mineral water, it's just a delight!
Very close to the sea, near a beautiful park and a promenade with pine trees, relaxation for body and soul.The only drawback is the very cramped showers, the toilet is so close to the shower and sink that you just can't turn around.

Well, the food is strong 3, this is not Turkey.
As it is, it is quite a pleasant place. It is clear that the head of the hotel is working on mistakes.

Good afternoon! I want to share my opinion about the Black Sea Pearl Hotel.
I'll start with the pros:
1) The location of the hotel in Ochamchire, in seclusion from the mass tourist flow. Sovetskaya embankment is virtually deserted in the morning for a kilometer ahead;
2) The view from the hotel windows is gorgeous. Sea and mountains;
3) Friendly and courteous staff, which is now rather rare for Abkhazia.
4) Swimming pools. A great opportunity to find an alternative to the sea in bad weather in a regular pool or to improve your health in a thermal one.
Minuses:
1) Elevators. A lot has already been written about them. It is simply impossible to get to them during meal periods. Of course, there are vacationers who call the elevator to the 3-4 floor and create a collapse, but me and a small child had to climb to our 11th floor on foot;
2) Nutrition. You can find very positive reviews about nutrition, which we bought into. In fact, the diet is extremely monotonous, repeated day after day. There are no basic products. There are no scrambled eggs, just an omelet! Boiled eggs every few days. Of course, there is no cottage cheese for breakfast either, although it is given in other famous places in Abkhazia. Compote for all meals of only one kind, mixed with water. The water in the coolers in the dining room was poured from a red bucket before my eyes, it is interesting to track the route of non-origin: a faucet, a spring, bottled containers? But the most striking situation is around baking. An artificial shortage of it is being created. One tray is taken out, an employee distributes, a lot of hands of vacationers are stretched, not everyone has time to get what they want. After 10 minutes, the epic battle for dessert repeats. I have never seen such a picture, it would seem that it is simply a thing of the past. You will not stay hungry, but organizing a diverse assortment for a period of 10-14 days of stay will be another puzzle, the cafes of the city will help.
3) Lack of basic infrastructure for children. There is simply no Playground on site, although the prices for playgrounds are very affordable, installation takes a minimum of time, there is a lot of free space on site. The nearest playground is 15-20 minutes walk away in the city center, but, unfortunately, it is in a sad state, even the swing is not functional. In principle, the same applies to the infrastructure for vacationers leading a sporty lifestyle. The nearest playground is even a little further away, and there is not at least a horizontal bar or a bench for the press on the territory.
The general conclusion. If these shortcomings are corrected, the hotel will be significantly transformed. I hope that the administration will review the pricing policy, which will improve the quality of food and its diversity, organize a second distribution line, and establish an infrastructure that does not burden the budget. There are plans to return to Ochamchira, but there are no plans to return to the hotel in the current state of affairs. I understand that everything is still getting better, a lot has been done, but these shortcomings spoil the overall picture.

For some reason, there is one chair and one stool in the double room. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony. There is a TV. We got into the full workload of the hotel. In the morning, I had to queue for umbrellas. There were always enough sun beds. The sea is cool, but the approaches are different everywhere, where there are large stones, small pebbles to the left of the hotel, and even further away like sand.. During the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours, there was a problem with the elevator, we had to wait a long time, but not critically. There was always enough food in the dining room, you won't be hungry. There were watermelons, melons, plums, apples, oranges everywhere. I will not tell you about the food, who is used to eating seafood, steaks and other things, you are not here. There are two pools-one with a thermal spring, the other simple with bleach. The service is good, both in the rooms and in the dining room. Everyone is trying 100%. There is nothing in the city of Ochamchyry, an embankment, several shops, a meager market. A minibus of 250 rubles or a taxi goes to Sukhumi. Overall, the hotel is for a very relaxing stay. The main advantage is the sea. It feels like the hotel is located alone on the entire coast of the sea. We were driven back by a travel company, we got there in 4 hours. Who is not bothered by the road and infrastructure can drive safely

This year, I was lucky enough to relax at this hotel. The impressions are great, a calm, measured rest. However, for active young people, it will be boring here. There are few entertainment events, cafes, and no clubs at all. And those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the people, welcome. The food is excellent at home, but the choice of dishes is not so great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sea is gorgeous and clean without jellyfish, but after the rains it can be dirty, since the flowing water from the mountains flows into the sea and the result is, well, it is quite rare. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Everything is fine. I highly recommend it.

And here is the Black Sea pearl.We were told that this is a quiet hotel.In a quiet"hotel, out of 13 nights we slept peacefully for 3 nights.Since a cafe restaurant has been built on the territory of the hotel and after ten hot local Abkhazian guys will dance lezginka and other dances to Asian melodies, mixing it with shouts in their own language, with whistling.You will not hear the TV in the room.After a couple of days, we went to the reception to ask them to yell more quietly, we were told everyone has a different rest.We were shocked.If this had happened in Turkey or even in Tunisia, the next morning everyone would have been properly built there.And only when my wife and my neighbors went, they turned down the music and began yelling towards our windows in their wonderful language.In the afternoon, a local company comes and occupies the pool on site and spends half the day yelling playing ball in the pool.The hotel guards are their relatives or acquaintances.You won't tell anyone anything, it's useless.Go to the dining room together because one eats, the other has to ward off flies.The older population is more tolerant, I would say.We waited for departure faster.I liked the sea and nothing more.If they want to be called a hotel, then the staff needs to be like in a hotel.In short, I do not recommend it even once.

From the negative in the Black Sea Pearl Hotel (Ochamchira, ABKHAZIA):
1. There are not enough glasses, forks, spoons and food in the Soviet dining room of the hotel. Fighting over desserts and fruits is a daily marathon)
2. When we checked in at 3 a.m., they DIDN't give us lunch boxes with food (although they promised it nicely on the phone in advance), they said it wasn't ordered for you, as it turned out later it was just a divorce, they didn't give lunch boxes to ANYONE (at least you say it right away and don't breed people with promises).
3. Upon check-out at 3 a.m., they ALSO did not give lunch boxes with food (although they had already promised it in advance at the reception).
4. When we checked in, we were charged extra money instead of lunch boxes. It was reported that a fee was introduced for tourists without citizenship. Only after paying 800 rubles. for 4 we were able to move in. Later it turned out that 200 rubles in Abkhazia is the state fee for registration at the place of temporary residence of foreigners. It must be paid if a person plans to stay in the republic for more than 14 days. We came for 10 days.
5. Elevators are a HUGE problem. There are only two elevators on 16 floors, and this causes constant queues. We had to walk up to the 16th floor several times. This is due not only to the load on the "number of residents + 16 fl." for only 2 elevators, but also to the fact that the elevators are not configured, they open the doors 18 times and people do not leave, they stop on each floor even when they go up.
6. The rooms lack amenities: there are no sockets by the bed and no toilet paper holder. There is a weak water pressure in the shower, the sewers are clogged, in the morning the stench is like in a pigsty, not in a hotel))) the shower is clogged, and half of the holes simply do not release water, the drains are clogged. The balcony door won't close, there are no TV remotes (they tell us the end of the season, what did you want?).
7. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. The room was dirty when we checked in. Cleaning was reduced to taking out the trash and throwing toilet paper (sometimes). The linen has never been changed in 10 days. The blankets are stained.
8. The food in the "hotel" is monotonous. There are questions about the quality. Spoiled dishes slip through.
9. The impression is spoiled by those who believe that it is possible to profit from vacationers.
10. It was the first time we were in Abkhazia at all – we won't go here anymore, or to Abkhazia in general. The rest rating is 1 out of 5.
11. We took a suite, they didn't give us bathrobes. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are also not included in the standard set of hygiene products.
12. The most disgusting transfer. The road from the airport is the hardest. We were traveling with transfers, at night. The drivers are racing. The journey from the airport took 14 hours in both directions. We left and arrived at 3 a.m.
13. The water cooler is only at the reception on the 1st floor, there is no drinking water on floors 2 to 16.
14. The presence of a large number of incomprehensible drunk, screaming inadequate local personalities on the territory of the hotel was annoying. These are locals, not hotel residents, who hang out and fight in the on-site cafe and in the hotel itself until 3 a.m.
15. There is no telephone in the rooms to communicate with the reception, stray dogs and cows walk along the beach, there is no locking mechanism in the interior door.
16. The reception is generally zero) They don't know anything and they don't do anything. The young Abkhaz boys at the reception with the menacing faces of the guards are simply rude and yell at the visitors. We saw how someone was yelled at for asking for the promised lunchboxes))))
17. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to ANYONE the similarity of the Black Sea Pearl hotel (OCHAMCHIRA, ABKHAZIA), it is a complete horror, not a vacation. If it's free, then it'll go for the money we gave away, never again. Unfortunately, this is our first experience with Abkhazia, I don't know how it is in other cities, but we never set foot here again.

I specially paid for the Comfort room in the voucher, since initially there were no high expectations.
On the first night of arrival, they wanted to move into a room on the 1st floor under the stairs, there were cockroaches in the room. We spent the night in an ordinary room, which was promptly cleaned for us and the next day they gave us a good room on the 8th floor. There were no more complaints about the room, but the decoration and furniture were at the level of the 2000s.
According to the dining room: the food is good, but not varied. There are also no forks and mugs all the time, people almost fight over mugs.
The staff works well, responds to requests adequately and promptly. But be prepared for the fact that the bed linen is changed once a week.
The hotel is still half empty, huge empty spaces, unfilled, looks strange. Well, the elevators are constantly breaking down and on the 16 floors of the hotel, 2 elevators - this is very little. We walked all the time, it didn't bother us, but it will be very difficult for older and overweight people.
