I advise you not to use the delivery of the golden apple. I ordered a gift certificate for 200 rubles.
Firstly, there is no notification system regarding when and in what range the courier will be.
Secondly, I had to contact the call center staff for a day and a half to remind myself of myself and clarify the details about the delivery. "We'll pass the request on to our colleagues," period. No assistance or real help in solving the current situation.
Thirdly, communication between departments is terrible. I had to wait and remind myself again.
And finally, the couriers. They promised to deliver the order before 23 pm one day. Of course, no one came and called back with a warning.
The next day, I called the call center several times again. "We will pass on your request."
After a while, the main courier called back. He assured me that I would have the card within 3 hours. Of course, after 3 hours, no one was there.
As a result, the delivery of my card took exactly 30 minutes after I called the call center / main courier / courier who brought me the card.
Management should build processes internally, hire responsible and empathetic employees, develop a loyalty program, and optimize overall performance.
I strongly advise against it.
