I want to share my story of buying in the Golden Apple." 07/26/2023 my daughter and her friend (both 13 years old) decided to visit the store. A friend needed eyeliner. They turned to a consultant, who simply pointed out the cosmetics stand where the eyeliners and pencils are located. The girl chose an eyeliner by the probe and took the packaged goods behind the probe, made a purchase, left the store, opened the package and found not an eyeliner, but a pencil, asked to change, but she was refused, citing the law. The argument that the reason for the erroneous purchase was the incorrect location of the goods in the window did not confuse anyone, they said that they always had the goods mixed up (the packaging of the pencil and eyeliner is identical). They offered to write a claim. I repeatedly called the hotline of the retail chain, indicating that the girl turned to a consultant for help in choosing, but they just showed her where the goods were, no one checked the goods at the checkout and they returned a couple of minutes later...No arguments were accepted. Then an employee of the store called and said that the manager invites you to drive up to the store, because the decision on the claim has been changed (there was a refusal earlier). I arrived, the manager Polina came up to me, told me about the law of the Republic of Belarus, said that she did not know who called me and in general the children themselves were to blame, let them look at what they take. No arguments touched her, even the video where the girl takes the goods from the stand with eyeliners is not an argument. As a result, they didn't even change it, not even to return the money. No one apologized to me for just being forced to come in the rain, I could have heard the refusal on the phone. The conclusion is as follows:no one is responsible for anything, the consultants worked,"get off", the cashier is not obliged to check the goods, the store employee does not know that another employee invited the buyer to refund the money, and in general, a 13-year-old girl turned out to be guilty, who did not know the laws, did not assume disorder in the window, did not check at the checkout immediately the product. Given the price level in the store, the staff could have been more attentive.

Why do you need an app?! Why put "in stock in the store" if you don't bring this company to the store at all???? I've wasted an HOUR of my time! Firstly, to catch a consultant and find out about the availability of one product, and then another, so that it is also not available. The golden apple exports only by monopoly and an abundance of cosmetics. There is no choice in Minsk except for him, if we are talking about more interesting brands, professional cosmetics.
And yes, I do not advise ordering anything in advance. In case of cancellation, you will receive a refund for a month and then only if you remind them to contact the relevant authorities..they promised to return my 200 rubles in 7 or 10 days, as a result, they returned more than 2 weeks (taking into account the fact that I was interested every day in what status my order was).
Another nuance: I would not be sure about the originality of the perfume either. I definitely do not recommend taking Olympia Paco Rabanne. They are very different from those that I brought from Russia both in durability and flavor)))
