The Leon Hotel is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Sukhum. Convenient location, cozy rooms, wonderful cuisine and of course great staff. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the administrator of Victoria. She is so friendly and does her job well with a large flow of customers, she always explained everything very politely and calmly to everyone and at the same time did her job clearly, creating an atmosphere of friendliness!
We will definitely return to this hotel next year.

Very tasty cuisine. Whatever we ordered, we were always satisfied. We tried both European and Japanese cuisine. We discovered a cocktail with an interesting name "Frangipani", it seems to be called that. Awesome! Pleasant raspberry flavor. And tellingly, unlike regular cocktails, when ice conceals, the cocktail does not lose its taste at all.
The restaurant has been well thought out, if all the tables are occupied, then there is a place to wait. And when the table is vacated, you are invited. On average, if you don't deny yourself anything and take food with cocktails, tea and dessert, then 1,500 rubles per person went out.
From the negative. There are not always available seats. Sometimes you have to wait, especially to have dinner.

We rested for 2 days, everything was just wonderful😍 The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is helpful. The only thing is that we had to wait 30-40 minutes for breakfast, because of this we lost our precious time, instead of relaxing on the beach. To our complaints, we received an answer that the porridge was cooked for a long time, and so on. Well, why couldn't you cook this porridge by 8 a.m., if it is stated that breakfast starts at 8 a.m.? Coffee is brought at the very beginning, while breakfast has been brought, it is already cooling down. I had to drink it before eating in order to somehow distract myself from such a long wait, and coffee on an empty stomach is bad for the stomach 😞

The most wonderful hotel and the most magnificent restaurant I've ever been to!
The hotel:
Top-level service, cleaning every day. Upon arrival, we saw that there was something wrong with the screen on the TV, the hotel staff replaced the TV with a new one within 2 hours. Almost any request is ready to be fulfilled immediately, well, with the exception of the microwave, it will not work to warm up something)) but this minor disadvantage is covered by hundreds of advantages!
Restaurant:
Ooo what kind of restaurant is this? The breakfasts are not only varied, but also insanely delicious. The rest of the dishes are also great: rolls, desserts, hot dishes.. Absolutely everything is delicious!
I strongly advise you to visit this restaurant, if you want to come in the evening, be sure to book a table in advance.

Nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is cozy. We rented a room with a balcony, admired the beautiful view. They are cleaned daily, so there were no questions about cleanliness. It is located in the city center, which allowed you to see all the sights.

I liked the hotel - cozy, cleaned every day, clean, but there are cockroaches ((- delicious and varied breakfasts, large portions, for dinner - table reservation is required, always full boarding, but there is also room service, the table in the room is also served, a menu for every taste, barbecue is served! I liked the kitchen, an excellent restaurant, good breakfasts, there is one feature in Sukhum from 14 to 16 in the whole city, electricity is cut off and only a few restaurants and hotels have a generator to meet the need for electricity, so in this hotel there is a generator and you can eat! You only need to book the restaurant in advance
The rooms definitely cost their money. The sea is 5 minutes on foot and there is a great promenade 10 kilometers long along the sea.

2 weeks of paradise! None of them. Clean, comfortable, especially mattresses, quiet air conditioning, a large ironing board and a good iron. There are several similar breakfasts, but the main menu is just one big like to the Chef. And what a coffee on the sand!!!
By the way, you can see famous people in Russia at the hotel, especially politicians!
The owner of Givi is a real Abkhazian man. He loves his country and is very hospitable!
I recommend. It is necessary in advance, you will not get into the season!

We had a great rest at this hotel in early July. The accommodation conditions were arranged, everything was as stated at the time of booking. If you want to have a guaranteed delicious and beautiful meal, you are definitely here. A very pleasant restaurant located near the waterfront. Interesting and delicious dishes, excellent service (greetings to the waiters Timur and Madina). We were at the end of May 2023 and were delighted, we returned to them almost every day after experimenting with other institutions (we must give everyone a chance), but Leon is out of competition. And, maybe not the main thing, but important, the quality is higher than the prices)) I recommend definitely trying the charcoal soup - it's very tasty, just ask what it is first)) and tartar (photo) is very tasty.

Clean , everything you need is there , cleaning is daily .
In the restaurant, as already written, it is delicious , the only thing at breakfast is porridge served with milk and sugar, I am not picky , several people nearby refused porridge for the same reason. But, these are all small things.
I have been vacationing in Sukhumi since July 26, 2022 , I stayed at the Ritz hotel for three extreme nights , I wanted to because of the location and the building itself.The disappointment is complete , in everything, the hotel seems to be without an owner and just lives out its existence.Several times, returning from a walk, I caught myself thinking that my feet lead to Leon.

I really liked the LEON hotel. Small, cozy and comfortable, conveniently located in the very center of the city, everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel is more suitable for couples, quiet, cozy. It is 150m to the Makhajirov embankment, which turns into the Diaskurov embankment (the very center of Sukhum). In the afternoon and evening, the embankment is crowded, lighting in the evenings, cafes, restaurants, shopping stalls are open. If you want to swim, then you need to walk 10 minutes to the beach of the MVO sanatorium, you can walk or take public transport further to Mocha beach. The breakfasts at the hotel were included in the price, they were delicious and very satisfying, just delicious, they change every day. The hotel has a restaurant where there is a very varied and delicious food, and the portions are simply huge! Very helpful staff (all without exception) will always help and prompt. THANK YOU very much and sincerely! Special thanks to the waiter Sasha from Belarus. It so happened that Sasha was the one who served us most often in the restaurant, who delighted and admired us for her rhythmicity, well-coordinated professionalism and unobtrusive service. It is worth noting that all the waiters work quickly and smoothly. The dishes on the menu are varied, most of them delicious, although the price tag is quite high.

A good hotel. Clean, white robes, towels are changed, cleaning is daily. The hotel has a good (very good, especially by Abkhazian standards) restaurant, which is surprisingly inexpensive. Hotel guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, everything is nearby.

The hotel is wonderful! We stayed in an apartment with a huge covered veranda. Very high-quality materials in the decoration. There was everything you needed and even more . Nespresso coffee machine (take capsules with you !) , kettle , refrigerator , dishes . Breakfast at the hotel restaurant - includes a set of porridge, cheesecakes, omelette, sliced meat + drink. It was too much for us - they took one thing . It was possible to order from the menu, there is more choice there - for Muscovites the prices are ridiculous. The place is pleasant : the embankment - park is very entertaining . The restaurant downstairs is very decent and cheap. I would not recommend going to the nearest beach - it is dirty and unkempt . It is better to take a taxi to Mocha beach for 200 rubles ( sand, lots of entertainment with children) or for 300 rubles to a small luxury beach Del Mar - there are pebbles, but very comfortable.

Perhaps the best hotel and especially the restaurant. The rooms are very clean. There are all the accessories. Attentive staff and waiters. Food is 5+. You are unlikely to find such sushi even in Moscow. European cuisine is also beyond praise. We and the children were delighted. I heard out of the corner of my ear that the owner of the hotel is a Turk, maybe that's the point. But this is not accurate))) You will not find such a service and attitude in Abkhazia. The breakfast is excellent at 300rubles per person. We did not go to the sea from the hotel, as we were traveling East with an overnight stay. The price of the standard is very acceptable.
