An excellent museum, I recommend visiting with children. The future generation should know the history and keep the memory of the feat of their ancestors. There are storage rooms for things, a wardrobe, a toilet. There is a lot of interactive content, a large number of authentic exhibits. A decent museum. All the best and further prosperity to all involved in the organization of this space.

We were on a guided tour of this museum. The exhibits are interesting, you don't have time to look, the guide is in a hurry to meet the hour. We got a very young guide, a girl named Daria, who spoke very softly, chattered, lost her way. Tired of walking (4 floors)

Excellent exposure. It is mandatory for every patriot to visit. The guides chatter as if they are in a hurry. It would be necessary to diversify the stories with some interesting stories. The staff member conveyed more information in 5 minutes of communication than the tour guide during the entire process.

What can I say?.. It is simply unbearable to be in some halls: my chest aches, tears come to my eyes, and my mind refuses to somehow realize and accept all the horrors that the Soviet people went through during the Great Patriotic War. I couldn't look at the paintings of the artist M. Savitsky, the hero of Belarus, who was imprisoned in a concentration camp during the war. His paintings poignantly convey the artist's memories of that terrible time. The museum itself contains a huge number of exhibits, interesting expositions. It is necessary to visit it, take children and teenagers, tell and visually show what war is.
We accidentally got on a sightseeing tour, as they explained to us, they sign up for such an excursion two months in advance. The tour itself lasts 1.5 hours. It is, of course, compressed, but, in my opinion, necessary, after it you can wander around the museum
on your own. P.S. I attached photos of German commanders from the museum specifically to my review. Look at how brazenly and confidently they feel on our territory. This shouldn't happen. Therefore, they were destroyed at any cost.

Oh, it's just a heartbreaking place!!!! 4 floors of incredible expositions, installations, as well as authentic exhibits! I did not remember the name of the guide (a young girl with blond wavy hair) led the tour with such anguish that tears flowed and there was a lump in her throat! I recommend that all guests of Minsk visit this museum first of all!

It is difficult to talk about such places, especially when they tell how the people were exterminated en masse, especially on Belarusian soil. The ticket office offered a guided tour, the guide spoke clearly and answered questions. The exposition is gorgeous, people work who love their job. You will be greeted by the Kholm gate of the Best fortress, the inscriptions of soldiers on the wall and Mark Naumovich with "Cranes". I advise everyone. go with a guide, and then look at all the expositions yourself.

I liked everything very much, I disagree with previous reviews about the excursions, we came up at 15 minutes to 16 hours, got there without any problems. A great museum.
Grandiose expositions, many exhibits from the Great Patriotic War, a lot of interactivity, music, frames from movies. All this creates an immersion in the wartime era and penetrates to the depths of the soul.
A lot of historical material has been collected, processed and exhibited, a lot of work has been put into it by many people, which causes deep respect. I bow low to the museum staff and all those who participated in the preparation of the information.
Well, in the final, the beautiful, shining dome of the Victory Hall, instilling faith in a bright future and hope for world peace.
The museum is a must-visit.
The world must remember this war and honor the memory of the dead.
This is one of the best museums.

High-quality, atmospheric and historically correct content. For obvious reasons, there is a bias towards the Belarusian part of the history of the Great Patriotic War, but it was also pleasantly surprised by the presence of expositions dedicated to other sections of the front (for example, about Stalingrad). They tell with enthusiasm ☺️ Two halls are inspected independently. The museum differs from others with interactive expositions and real exhibits. We liked it very much. 😍

The grandest museum! The exposition is large-scale, detailed, artistically significant, with interactive features, with a lot of real things dear to the hearts of the heroes' relatives. The same style. Wonderful staff. We did not take a tour, we moved independently from hall to hall, so it turns out that the caretaker of the hall was watching us with one eye (probably) and when we got a little lost in the further direction, she came up and directed us. I repeat, a grandiose museum, the most sincere impressions of what I saw! The Belarusian people took a lot on their shoulders and stood up!
