The modern museum of the history of the Great Patriotic War, there are also types of weapons and life-size models of tanks, interactive stands, military uniforms, medals. The atmosphere of the museum conveys all the horror of that time from the fascist genocide in the occupied territory of Belarus. The museum is not boring, understandable and accessible to children and adults.

I really liked the museum. The exhibits are selected correctly, according to the theme. Real equipment, spacious halls. I stopped for a long time at the picture of the "day of the war" when the enemy entered the village / town. Everyone does something different - who runs, who resists, who tries to evacuate people, and a wounded person from the Jewish people performs the last rite over the deceased (probably a brother). It will take a long time to tell, you will be in Minsk (as I have been for several days), come here, at least for an hour. You will find your own.

The Museum of the Great Patriotic War is an informative and interesting place. Of course, it's worth a visit, because the memory of those events is necessary. The horrors of the war, how it took place, documents, decorations, equipment, weapons.

A good collection of exhibits. Wonderful guides. It is interesting and informative. I let down the buffet - it's not quite clean, plastic dishes, unfriendly staff, minimal choice and it's expensive for such a meager choice

Very cool experience. It's just space. They are represented with full-length wax figures. The excesses are very interesting. Everything is great.

An excellent museum with very interesting exhibits and a lot of personal belongings, documents, and photographs. First, we went with the museum guide on an introductory tour, about an hour. Then we independently inspected all the halls again. One can only envy the respect with which Belarusians treat history and the memory of the war... A ticket for two adults and a child plus an excursion of 50 BEL. rubles.

What can I say, this is the darkest museum of the Second World War that I have seen. I especially remember the paintings (I don't remember the artist). I definitely recommend this place, but be prepared that the mood may be quite sad and depressed after visiting. About the war, after all...

I am very impressed with the scale of the complex. And types of weapons. Of the expositions, I liked the multimedia of events for a certain period. Newsreel. I would like more material to be viewed. And headphones would be. I really liked the story about Operation Bagration. And the most "cherry", the top floor with a wall of memory. I would like to suggest putting an eternal flame there. I couldn't book a tour. Since all the guides were busy, so I can't appreciate it.

We visited a group tour, we really liked the guide, he told us everything clearly and interestingly. There are a lot of exhibits: there are military equipment, weapons, and expositions of military situations, letters, personal belongings of wartime heroes. There is a cafe and a souvenir shop at the museum.

I really liked this museum. Before that, I was in the WWII Museum in Volgograd, so this one is even better, there are tanks and airplanes, a huge number of WWII objects, even a drill of that time. The subjects are very well arranged in the halls, each has its own theme: one is all about the partisans, the other is all about medicine, the third is about weapons, and so on. It gives me goosebumps. Definitely welcome to everyone who will be in Minsk. We did not take a guide and did not regret it, because the group with the tour, in my opinion, passed through the museum too quickly, the tour started 20 minutes after we entered, in the end they caught up with us and beat us)))

An excellent museum, real tanks and airplanes, howitzers and mortars, pistols, rifles, machine guns, both Soviet and united Europe. The real things of the defenders of the Motherland. Expositions of the liberation of Belarus, the siege of Leningrad, concentration camps and other stages of the Great Patriotic War! I definitely recommend you to visit Minsk!

I was there recently-the first few minutes were not impressive, but the further into the forest the thicker the partisans!))) I really liked it, there is a lot to see, a lot of equipment. I regretted that I did not take a guide, listened to the tour of another group out of the corner of my ear- it was very interesting! Must-visit

We visited the museum, the impressions are twofold. It is clear that the materials were collected from the heart, the guide was rather weak, and only memorized phrases sounded. Two things struck me unpleasantly: 1. The absence of any significant references to Rokossovsky. And Operation Bagration to liberate Belarus is in many ways his brainchild. There is not even a banal bust. 2. Among the hero cities, many are missing, there are only Murmansk and Novorossiysk. Apparently, Leningrad, Moscow, and Stalingrad did not deserve this. In general, this is most likely a museum of the history of the Great Patriotic War on the territory of Belarus and no more.

A wonderful museum dedicated to the Great Patriotic War. The entire exposition is under the roof - including military equipment. There are exhibits that you are unlikely to find anywhere else - for example, weapons made by the guerrillas artisanal. The tour is inexpensive - in my opinion, less than 10 Belarusian rubles. It's worth paying extra, it seems to me. I think that it is necessary to go to such places with children.

A great place, we went with the children, it was interesting for the children and for us. Children should know the history of warriors and victories! There is also a cozy cafe in the museum where you can have lunch., there is a park nearby where you can walk, there is a beautiful fountain, you can also ride boats and catamarans.

The museum is very good, anyone who comes to Belarus should definitely visit this museum. Everything is very well shown about the partisan movement. There are many exhibits and photographs. On Victory Day, a parade takes place near the museum. Be sure to go, immerse yourself in this period, we need to know more about this time.

I've been to this museum. I didn't really like it. I'll tell you why. In the old museum, many of the moments were more detailed. Everything is compressed here. When this museum was built. I've seen the project. Yes, it looks more vivid. But many reproductions are compressed. A lot of things have disappeared. In the old museum, many things were more detailed. More interesting.

Perhaps this is the largest, most detailed, best, most-most museum about the Great Patriotic War. A magnificent exposition! Walking through the halls, you experience the whole range of emotions: pain from colossal human losses, compassion for the exhausted, tortured in camps, burned alive and poisoned in gas chambers, women, children, and the elderly. There are separate halls telling about the partisan movement in Belarus, one of the most massive in that war. You experience a storm of positive emotions in the Hall of Fame, where the names of those who died for the Motherland, for Victory, and for us to live in a free country are carved in gold letters in stone. And nostalgia for that huge, invincible, great country called the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics will involuntarily rush in. Only by visiting this museum can you realize that at that time there was no stronger and more powerful fist capable of stopping this fascist infection.

I recommend everyone to visit. It is better to take an hour-long tour. There will be a lot of impressions, both for adults and children from 8 years old. Interesting exhibits have been collected and the expositions from 1939 to 1945 have been recreated, as well as there are separate halls dedicated to the wars after 1945.

A very good museum. You can see how it was in the form of scenes: equipment, figures of soldiers, moss, trees, everything is as in reality. The exhibits are interesting. Captured not only motor saws, but also, for example, a boron machine (dental). It is better for children to eat before visiting - it takes a long time to walk, but it is interesting

The best WWII museum that I managed to visit. You can't look at everything carefully at a time, but the atmosphere is very soulful. When we were at the museum, my daughter was a little old, but she remembered something anyway. This year we want to repeat the trip to Belarus, so in the list of places to visit in Minsk, husbands are in the first place. My daughter has grown up, so I will book a tour. Visit this museum, pass on to your children and grandchildren knowledge, memory and personal pride about this terrible war, so that it does not get lost and forgotten in memory. Have a nice day, everyone!
