A chic hotel, not a single complaint. Very beautiful and stylish common spaces; excellent interior of the rooms (especially impressed by the wall in the shower and perfect lighting with convenient controls); capsule coffee machine in the room with excellent coffee; delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed juice; excellent spa; polite staff; cool selection of books at the Sheraton club and delicious snacks / drinks.

a great, chic hotel. in 3 words, it is beautiful, modern, automated, cozy, breakfasts ....I have not seen such breakfasts yet, a full menu for every taste, you are full for the whole day and very tasty. spa hammam , sauna, swimming pool is open all day, it is included in the room rate. the room itself is small, but everything is there, the view is great. the staff is polite, helpful, friendly, I am very happy, you will not regret it!

Convenient location, close to a shopping center and attractions. Beautiful lobby and views from the windows. The lockers in the room opened with difficulty, it was very cold, they came, fixed the air conditioner, then only hot air was blowing and it could not be adjusted in any way, since the control panel was broken, and for some reason everything in the room was for one, two people were indicated when booking, after the request everything was brought.

It is expected to be a good hotel for its 5*. The rooms are well and modernly furnished, the bathroom is in very good condition, the beds are wide and comfortable + a sofa for those who want to lie down by the large window, if they are lucky with a view. Very good lighting and control throughout the room.
I was pleased with the capsule coffee machine in the room. The breakfasts are some of the best I've eaten in chain hotels lately.
The sound insulation in the rooms suffers - you can hear what is happening in the corridor. I would like to lower the rating for refusing to accept Russian MIR cards.

Polite and tidy staff, reasonable prices, besides, due to the lack of a room that I booked, they gave me an even better room and made a discount.
There are also disadvantages, but not significant for me.
It's the dust on the cupboards, the lack of toilet paper in my room and a leaking window.

The service is without complaints, the location is convenient in the city center, the rooms are gorgeous, the staff is friendly, polite, the breakfasts are simply gorgeous, the assortment is huge, everyone will find to their taste, there is a spa, cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the hotel, the pool is gorgeous, there are simply no words. There is an ice pool after the Finnish sauna. I really liked it, compared to Moscow hotels, Astana at the Sheraton is on top.

This hotel has a swimming pool (and not one, but 3 pools), 3 saunas, one larger (communal) one in a smaller men's locker room and one in a women's locker room, also smaller, there are also 2 shared wet steam rooms and in the men's and women's locker rooms there is one such steam room, near the shared sauna there is one ice generator (it started working when I went to the sauna), there is a spa, the breakfasts are very tasty, the rooms have a large TV (53 inches), panoramic windows, the rooms are warm.
In principle, that's all. Here I have entered what others considered to be insufficient.

Pros:
Nice and beautiful hotel in the city center. The main attractions are accessible on foot. The reception staff is very polite and friendly. Room service and room service from the hotel's restaurant are available around the clock. Quickly and efficiently. Comfortable beds, large room, clean.
Minuses:
The hotel is not new, it is noticeable by the condition of the bathroom in the room. There was a coffee machine in the room, but there was no coffee - I had to ask. Three capsules were brought. The container containing the hair conditioner turned out to be empty.
In general, the hotel is good, everything is convenient and the price is very adequate.

The hotel has exceeded all expectations! Very fresh, there are so many electronics in the rooms that they didn't figure it out until the end in two days. In addition, there is a capsule coffee maker in the room! Water was supplied every day. Excellent service on the floors, instantly solve all issues.
Thanks to the specialist named Gaisa at the reception who received us. As we asked, we were given the highest floor possible, the views are awesome.
SPA is a separate topic. Just great! You can really swim in the pool, a large Jacuzzi for many people at the same time. There is a cool sauna in the common area, with the right temperature. There are already three hamams! At any temperature. Water with lemons is always worth it. Bathrobes were taken in the rooms, you get to the SPA through the third floor, you don't embarrass anyone with your appearance. Very competent!
Overall - one of the best hotels in my memory!
