Convenient location there is a shopping center and a nightclub in the building, the breakfasts are gorgeous, the staff is very friendly and courteous, everything is new in the spa, especially the hammam and the open-air area.

1. Early check-in is impossible arrived at 6:30 a.m. check-in at 15:00.
2. Breakfast for 1 guest is about nothing, the cost is 17,000 KZT, $ 40, 3200₽, there is not even carrot juice - are you in your right mind comrades?
3. WI-FI is very slow, Skyeng will not work, do not even hope.
4. There is boiling water or ice water in the shower, it is impossible to choose only according to the mood of the hotel.
5. It is impossible to reach the reception.
6. The lamp switch in the room did not work, unplugging helped.
7. The doors at the entrance are not automatic, the doorman is always walking somewhere.
8. On the second day, the foot mat disappeared from the bathroom.
9. The bed linen was not changed on the second day.

The hotel is not very bad, but there are a lot of joints in everything!!! We took things to the laundry absolutely new, and returned them as if they had been worn for 3 months. When asked to resolve the conflict, they began to cheat. They shifted it on top of each other, asked to talk to different managers each time. And when these managers appeared, they said that they did not know, they asked to explain everything again, knowing that we had a flight. As a result, they got their way by starvation, and had to leave with damaged things. I will write a complaint to the head office of this network. If suddenly you do end up in this hotel, never use its laundry, your things will be ruined, and nothing will be refunded to you. We lived for 2 days. From October 20 to 22.

I did not use all the services (Breakfast, Spa and restaurants), because I only stayed overnight in a standard room, but it seemed to me that the room was not worth the money.
It seems to be a fresh repair, but the wallpaper is peeling off, it's dusty in places, the light bulbs are blinking, the shower is barely set up, the watering can of the ceiling shower is pouring in different directions. The bathroom set has a toothbrush and toothpaste (cheap), a gasket, but no cotton swabs. Soap dries the skin very much, i.e. it is not pleasant to wash the face.
Well, there is water in the room (a compliment), because I arrived at night, and everything was already closed in the area.

Very bad. I couldn't get enough sleep, because the hotel has the know-how to clean rooms at night! Despite the fact that there is no sound insulation in the rooms at all, you can hear people in the next room just talking quietly. From 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. - several cleaning crews in the corridors, the noise of a vacuum cleaner, slamming doors, negotiations of workers.

We stayed together in this hotel for a day. They met us well, they said they were waiting for us. But there was everything in the room for one person, I had to call and ask for everything that was missing several times.. And there was a completely empty bar. We did not expect that hotels from the Marriot chain could have such annoying little things not taken into account.
