In general, I liked the hotel, but according to my requirements it does not meet the international rating of the hotel. The room was small enough, but clean. The view from the window is unremarkable. I liked the spa complex as a whole, but it is inconvenient because of the corridors, the sauna is located next to the dispensary, to go to the pool through a long corridor, which causes some discomfort. The staff is helpful. But unfortunately, I was issued the wrong document, upon returning to my city, I wrote to the hotel and could not resolve the issue with the documents for about a month, as a result, after long correspondence, they were sent to me. I believe that the hotel should respond quickly and efficiently, there should be no such temporary delay.

Sheraton left a very good impression. A well-designed, kind space, beautiful design, no worse than in Singapore. The work of the services is well organized, everyone is very friendly, decent cuisine. Among the disadvantages are loudly popping locks in the rooms, tough chicken meat. I recommend.

The best hotel in Ksakhstan and the best SPA! The service is impeccable! There is even an alternative milk at breakfast, and even when leaving they offer coffee with them.

Convenient location. A very good breakfast. But the rooms are "tired". The cleaning of the room leaves much to be desired, the garbage on the floor that remained from previous residents was not cleaned. There were problems with payment, the reserved amount was not debited from the card (booking and payment via booking). They said that there were other rules, but they did not warn about it in advance. I had to run to change the money in cash.

The hotel is gorgeous, I really liked it. Cozy, comfortable rooms, beautiful views from the window. The room is cleaned very well. Friendly, attentive and courteous staff. A big plus is the pool and SPA. I recommend it!

Good evening!
I was vacationing in Kazakhstan for the first time, the choice fell on this hotel.
Single room with a large bed, as soon as I entered the room, my eyes fell on a dirty mirror, everything was stained.
The mirror was just as dirty in the bathroom.
Dirty toilet rim.
The bed linen is just terrible, it stings washed
Tea and coffee were constantly not reported, I had to ask.
But most of all I was confused by the cleaning in the room, for the first time such an impression after a high-level hotel, there was no cleaning.
About the SPA.
I did not consider the baths, but the jacuzzi is dirty, the water is green.
The pool for children (the administrator called it a paddling pool) also has green water.
I do not advise bathing children there.
Advantages of this hotel
1. Friendly staff.
2. Excellent breakfasts.

Polite, clean, great spa. It's a long way from the saunas to the pool to freeze, so take the bathrobes.
A wonderful breakfast with dishes of the national forge. The basis is a continental breakfast and there is a corner with national cuisine.

I really liked the hotel.The staff is very friendly. It justifies its 5 stars by 100%. Of the cons, for some reason there is no brush and air freshener in the toilet. Although we are fairies at heart, unfortunately we don't poop like butterflies.

The staff at the hotel is friendly and trying, but the hotel itself clearly needs updating. The room turned out to be in a tired state: all the surfaces were badly scratched, the carpet was stained, the doors and jambs were killed, and the curtains were stained with something. The bathroom lacks basic supplies such as a toothbrush and cotton pads. The hotel's spa area is heavily overloaded, there are not enough free places, and children are running and making noise everywhere, which makes it difficult to relax. The breakfasts barely deserve a 3+ rating

We were in a suite on the 10th floor. Everything is great. Service, attention to children (me and the baby), location, new, modern. Breakfast on the second floor is a bomb! A little too much flavoring at the reception, it's expensive (although everyone has their own) and the new Salters restaurant is still in trouble (except for steaks, they are on top!!!). I advise everyone.
