The three of us stayed in a suite during the January holidays of 2025. The hotel is very nice, from the entrance group to the elevators and rooms, even at a high cost it's worth it, a nice bonus is a one-time free visit to the spa area. The check-in was not without its rough edges, the room turned out to be without an additional third place (the sofa was not folding), but the receptionist resolved the issue quickly enough, although there were no available rooms in this category, they were provided from the hotel reserve. The view from the room was great of the presidential palace, the floor was high. Everything in the room was very clean, and it remained so during the subsequent daily cleaning, for which thanks to the maids. The room is filled with excellent furniture and the quality of its contents. There were nuances with the light and the number of cups, and the hard pillow, which were resolved very quickly after treatment. The room has a huge bathroom with bathrobes and a second bathroom with a washbasin, in this regard, the room is luxurious. The main bed is very large and comfortable, the sofa bed is normal. The quality of the linen is excellent. The bathroom has excellent filling, there is everything to brush your teeth, wash and shave, towels are changed daily. The breakfasts are excellent, especially when the cook is working on omelets and fried eggs that are prepared in front of you, the choice is varied and high-quality. The SPA area is very nice, a large swimming pool, two Finnish baths and a hammam, two Jacuzzis, sun beds. Massage treatments (master Natalia) and spa treatments are available separately, very cool! The location of the hotel is very convenient and it takes 10 minutes to get to the center by taxi or bus. There is a great Castle shopping center nearby. A great hotel, the rooms are large, cozy, clean. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary hygiene supplies: a dental kit, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shower cap. The water pressure from the tap was excellent, but not from the shower head, it was weak. The breakfast is good, the choice of dishes is quite varied. The hotel staff is friendly.

We stayed for one night. In general, a good Hotel, but the price seemed a bit expensive in terms of price / quality. Of the advantages: 1) clean spacious room, comfortable beds 2) private parking. Of the cons: 1) I did not like the SPA, the hammam did not work, the steam room is small, there are a lot of people in the pool 2) the restaurant is already closed at 21:30, although the reception said that the restaurant is open until 22:00 3) sooo slow Internet. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but we did not go, because we preferred to have breakfast in the center.

I visited this hotel for the first time. Everything is good, clean, cozy. But... I arrived in the midst of the corporate New Year celebrations. The restaurant is closed for 3 days! From the word at all! Breakfast only. Why can't the restaurant close at 15-16? It's not clear. I'll never choose this hotel again, what if someone has an anniversary or a wedding? The nearest decent cafe is 20 minutes away by taxi....

Hotel ****, good location, several bus stops from the center. Nearby is a huge park on the banks of the Svisloch River, government buildings. The shopping center is also a 10-minute walk away. The room is spacious, a great bathroom with a bath/toilet. Wonderful Plumbing, we took a shower with pleasure. Breakfast is a buffet, everything your heart desires: both dairy products and hot, fresh vegetables / fruits, fried eggs to order in your presence. There is a bar in the lobby 24/7. There is a SPA area with a swimming pool, but we didn't get there, we just didn't have time. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a change of bed linen, but we stayed for 2 nights, so I won't say how often the linen is changed. Towels are changed on request. We decided that if we come to Minsk again, we will stay at this hotel.

In general, it justifies its four. The food is a bit monotonous. But everything is delicious: pancakes with cottage cheese, omelette, meat, and coffee. The hotel has a swimming pool, access is included in the price. The pool is 20 meters. The depth is the same everywhere 1.5m. there are also two Jacuzzis. I consider the pool to be a very pleasant bonus to your stay. There is a covered 6-storey parking lot, free of charge. The rooms are clean, the garbage was taken out and vacuumed every day. The linen was changed 3 days after arrival. From disposable: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hats. There were no slippers, dental kit, or shaving kit. Considering that our room was booked for 4 people, but one child without a place), we were given everything for three people: three pillows, three sets of towels, three bottles of water. Slippers, a towel and a pillow were provided on request. The staff is polite. Location 🔥🔥🔥 opposite the presidential residence and Victory Park. There is also a large shopping center nearby.

We didn't go to the restaurant. The only NEGATIVE thing was that I was very thirsty when I was evicted, I bought a bottle of water near the reception, paid with a card, and when I saw that 20 white rubles = 600 Russian rubles were written off, I was very surprised and realized that I drank the most expensive water in my life, although I bought coffee at an adequate price in the same place in the evening.

I was on a business trip, 2 nights. The room is clean, the towels were cleaned and changed every day.
The Wi-Fi was a little slow sometimes, but overall everything is fine.

Good location, next to the Presidential Palace with a wonderful view of Victory Park.
The room is modest, but OK, the air conditioning is working, the room has a kettle, tea set, water. A bathroom with a bathtub, in principle everything is OK, for those who count - there are no dental and shaving kits.
The breakfast is quite decent, nothing special, but also ok.
Now the disadvantages:
1. The room was not cleaned the next day after check-in. There were no signs that it was not necessary to clean on the door (and I did not see them in the room). Accordingly, the water bottle did not appear in the room either. I don't know if I was lucky, but I haven't seen this in any of the hundreds of hotels I've visited. The next day (I called the reception), the cleaning was, but also strange, the hotel robe was lying on the chair, so it remained there, a trifle, but I was already used to that after cleaning the room, order.
2. Upon check-in, a certificate was given for visiting the spa area. So in the spa area, towels are not given out (at the same time they are there, but it was immediately stated that we do not give them out, in general, the girl at the spa reception was not very friendly, 07/06/24). Ok, I got up, took it from the room, but only it is the only one and it is clear in what form it is after the spa area. In general, it is very strange.
The spa area itself is modest, the pool is good, the sauna is ordinary, two Jacuzzis and an inactive hammam, it seems to sound good, only uncomfortable.

We lived from December 12-16. Among the advantages: convenient location, beautiful view from the window, decent breakfasts. Cons: the room is very hot (heating is not regulated), the Aqua zone is crowded. The car is offered to be parked on a multi-level parking lot. The barrier is constantly open, no signs of security were found. Upon check-in, they promised a birthday compliment from the hotel. Alas...They apologized, promised congratulations the next day, and oops again...

In general, everything is friendly, the hotels of this level are approximately the same. Upon arrival, I asked to be accommodated as high as possible in order to at least see the city in the palm of my hand, I went to a meeting, thank you!
I took a three-seater room, and here there was some inconvenience, large rooms look "at the factory", it's a pity, of course, but not critical, after all, with a child it's better to look at the presidential residence and the park than at the factory.
The room was large, with 2 beds and one disassembled sofa, there was more than enough space.
Shower and toilet with everything you need.
In the evening I went to the pool, there are not many people, there is a sauna that is not bad, (the people are sociable, while we were steaming we chatted)2 warm Jacuzzis, one of the disadvantages smelled very strongly of bleach, and one of the advantages was that you didn't need to wear a hat in the pool, you had to wear it in China.
Breakfast is included, the food is not thick (no frills), but you definitely won't be hungry.
The price for three people, 2 adults and a child of 12 years old, was 400+ Belarusian rubles per day.

The hotel is wonderful, excellent repair, made of good materials, large rooms, many thanks to the owners of the hotel for making high-quality repairs. I especially liked the view from the window of the presidential palace. But there is one huge BUT, it's breakfast. In such a cool hotel, such a mediocre breakfast, as in an ordinary Soviet dining room, is at least disrespectful to the guests. How to fix the situation, just look at what breakfasts are at the Marriott Hotel and do the same, maybe not with the same amount of variety, but of the same quality.

I thank the SPA area of the hotel for the opportunity to recover.
I like this place for its energy and simple, but high-quality filling of water procedures, with guns in the pool and a glass ceiling.
It is comfortable after a working day and it is good to relax after the gym in the hammam and swim.
The only thing that often bothers is that there are a lot of people, especially when there are big arrivals at the hotel.

The hotel has huge problems with service and with staff who do not know what politeness and competence are. Situation: they saw that there was a refrigerator in the room, they bought cheese at the market at home. We came to the room in the evening and found that the refrigerator was not working. They called the reception for an hour, but no one answered the phone. When the girl answered, she explained that the refrigerators were being prepared for replacement, so they were not working, and offered to leave the groceries at the reception, so we did. In the morning I went down to the spa, it turned out that there were no towels in the spa, they had to be taken from the room, unfortunately, they did not tell us anything about the infrastructure and rules of the hotel upon check-in. I went to the reception, asked for a room card (my boyfriend had the first one), and the interrogation began: "Where's your card?? We can't give you a second card, we can't do that!" And then her colleague, who was staying with the guests nearby, started hitting on me so that we could immediately pick up the groceries: "YOU shouldn't have left them with us at all! My colleague was wrong when she allowed you to do this!!!" At 9 a.m., I stand at the reception and hear from the staff of the 4* hotel that I am to blame for putting food in THEIR refrigerator on THEIR initiative, because their refrigerators are not working.
The breakfast is terrible, purely Soviet, there is no choice but strange pancakes, cutlets, buckwheat and boiled potatoes. There was a table with "desserts" (these are cheap waffles and cookies purchased) and bread, where I almost broke my teeth on oatmeal cookies and a bun.
The room is old, the mattresses are sagging, the air conditioner groans and exudes unpleasant odors, something was constantly knocking in the bathroom and outside the window.
The hotel is far from the center, there are no cafes or shops nearby, and the center can only be reached by taxi or bus.
I don't set foot in this hotel anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel! Beauty, cleanliness, large and luxurious rooms! The rooms have everything you need - bathrobes, slippers, all bathroom accessories. The ironing board is in the hallway. The SPA itself turned out to be just a name for me. Chlorinated swimming pool, horribly chlorinated Jacuzzi, which hurts my eyes. Hammam and sauna. Maybe we were at the wrong time, but the people were like in China. But I didn't have any expectations for the best. But the view from the windows of the 13th floor of the presidential residence compensated for everything!! I definitely recommend the hotel!!

Across the street there is a beautiful park with a lake and a promenade. The hotel is decent, the service is excellent, the buffet is very tasty. Great hotel, stayed in it for over a week. The eighth floor offers a magnificent view of the city. You can walk to the center, there is everything for life nearby. I was pleased with the presence of a spa that was included in the price, went daily, but there are a lot of people on weekends. Not the best 4-star hotel. The refrigerator (mini-bar) was not working and it smelled of fish. He worked in my colleagues' rooms, but they tried to prove to me that they didn't work anywhere else. They moved into a room where there was no running water from the tap, and dirt came out of the shower when it was turned on for the first few minutes. Not rust, but bits of dirt. I haven't asked for it yet, it hasn't been cleaned, but even after that I had to constantly drain the water. Disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste will be brought, of course, but for this you will have to call the reception.
In the spa, there is always dirt in the locker room area, because people go there without glasses, they don't control it. The breakfasts are mediocre (I compare them with 4 stars in Moscow/St. Petersburg). But there is delicious porridge, cheesecakes, I had enough.
The rooms are well cleaned, the bed linen and towels are clean, and it is generally pleasant to be there.

A chic spacious room, the furniture is in excellent condition. The room service is excellent, the staff is polite and friendly.

The hotel is located opposite the Independence Palace, near the Svisloch embankment, a great place for walking.
In 5 minutes of the shopping center, you can buy groceries and generally shop.
