The room is nice and spacious. The hotel is large, the spa area is too small for such a hotel. Saunas are small, on weekends, in addition to those living in hotels, locals also come, there is not enough space. The girls at the reception at the spa are not very friendly, one even scolded the guard who was talking to the visitors in front of us. Breakfast was meager, coffee cups ran out and I had to wait a very long time for someone to bring it, coffee also ran out, in general, only the prices in the bar and for additional services pull for 4 stars. Good 4 stars. Polite staff, we were at the New Year holidays on January 3, there was animation for children in the lobby of the hotel. A nice large swimming pool with warm water, 2 Jacuzzis, sauna, hammam are included in the room rate. The breakfasts are standard, no frills, but you will not stay hungry. In general, I recommend it! Opposite the park, there are 5 bus stops to the center. There is a bus stop nearby. If you are from Russia, it is cheaper to book through aggregators and pay in rubles than in a hotel with a card.

Among the advantages - a good location, excellent spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean, nice comfortable pool. There is a luxurious park nearby. There is a parking lot.
Now the cons:
The view from the window to the industrial zone, and something very noisy is working around the clock under the window, perhaps a hood, we lived on the 10th floor, but you can hear it so that you can't sleep with the window open. The air conditioning in the room is very weak. Breakfast is no good, everything is cold, the scrambled eggs seem to have been cooked the night before ((( we went only once, there was no desire to repeat. I do not recommend paying in advance for the entire stay. The biggest disadvantage is the hotel staff. There are openly rude girls at the reception. It took two days to get the bathrobes brought to the room. If more serious problems arise, the staff generally withdraws. A very drunk guest joined our company in the lobby. He began to molest the girl, swear, and spread his hands. The guards, watching all this, do nothing at all! He does not respond to the call to calm down this person. The reception staff is in solidarity with the security. Blatant, in my opinion, unprofessionalism!

Conflicting feelings.
Stayed at the hotel with two children in early November 2023.
Positive:
1. Equipment: furniture, plumbing, room decoration - solid "four". Everything is fine, what we expected, we got.
2. Breakfasts in general also pull 4 stars (if you make an effort and improve annoying little things, it will be fine in general). Well, what prevents, for example, to buy teaspoons in the dining room?! And they don't exist as a class!!! Although they are in the room! Or increase the number of cups? When there are few guests, everything is OK, but sometimes you have to wait for them. It's not expensive, but the impression will be completely different.
3. Location. The hotel is not in the center, but it is conveniently located: right in front of Victory Park, the Town Hall is literally 5 minutes by car. The nearest shopping centers: Castle - 10 minutes on foot, Gallery - 20 minutes on foot.
The Museum of the Great Patriotic War - 15 min pc.
Now about the bad:
1. For five days our room has not been vacuumed once! I think this is certainly beyond the limit ...
2. On the day before departure, they did not even come to us. They didn't take out the trash. I had to go and ask. They did it "through the lip". Okay...
3. The number of pillows and blankets was less than the number of residents. Asked, brought.
4. Slippers and bathrobes are also available on request.

A good hotel for a solid 4*. The rooms are large, clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is friendly. This is the first hotel where I was able to really sleep and relax, because the room was absolutely quiet, the staff did not wake me up walking through the corridors as it usually happens.
There were wonderful, friendly and helpful maids on our floor who solved the issue at the first call. I do not know what is the reason for the lack of bathrobes and slippers in the rooms, but after the request, the maid gave them to us immediately. It would be nice if they were right away because some guests go without luggage with a minimum set of things, and the hotel offers SPA services and it's somehow inconvenient to leave the room without a bathrobe)) but again, this is not a minus, but a wish.
Regarding food, everything is certainly more modest than in 4 * Moscow and St. Petersburg, but it is quite decent and delicious. The dishes are fresh, everything is delicious and homemade, there is a choice. You definitely won't stay hungry at breakfast.

We had a rest in this hotel twice. Both times in the spring are school holidays. Last year it was a delight, I liked everything, the rooms, the service, and the attitude. I advertised and recommended it to everyone. We were disappointed this year. At first, we were given washed robes, my robe just had a part of the sleeve missing. My friends just had holes in their robes. After asking for a replacement, we were given new robes. Further, one of the rooms did not have a refrigerator or a mini-bar. So, to cool drinks or buy yogurt for dinner, or cheese for a child, there is no place to put it. They said everything was dilapidated and we were writing off the mini bars. Room cleaning is superficial, if you do not remind them, they will not put water in your room, but will offer to buy it at the bar. It's a small thing, but it's not pleasant. Arrive after the tour at 21 o'clock and run for water. It seems that we tried not to get upset about the little things, but the Internet not working for 3 days is already something. I had to pay for roaming the way I had to work. And apparently, the hotel just had to pay for it. There were also a lot of groups of children, they were everywhere. Who gives a rating of 5, I do not know why, I will write a detailed review: when checking into the room (it was open when we approached, maybe this is their practice), the hair in the sink in both bathrooms, walking through the room in white socks, they turned black. You can judge for yourself about the cleaning. Before going out for a walk from the hotel, they asked the reception to bring slippers, the girl kindly wrote it down and said they would bring it now. Upon returning, there were no slippers or cleanliness in the room, we called the reception to bring them to us, the girl rudely replied: come and take them yourself, there are no maids! There is also no refrigerator in the room, although the hotel is 4*!!! Will we come back here again? Of course not, and we don't recommend it to anyone. I would add that the breakfasts leave much to be desired… This hotel clearly does not meet the stated stardom and service.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. It's not a cheap treat, but there are a lot of advantages. Excellent location, beautiful views, convenient access by car and public transport to the center and attractions. The room is large, we took a 3-seater for 4, 46m. A buffet breakfast, quite varied and delicious, is included in the price. The price includes access to the spa, a nice swimming pool with a panoramic roof (we were lucky, it was sunny all day, so the pool was very bright and comfortable), sauna and hammam (not very hammam), Jacuzzi. There is a large park opposite the hotel. I want to come back again.

We visited the spa area: we relaxed well in the sauna with a swimming pool after a long journey. We recommend the hotel. It is located in the modern part of the city: opposite the big Victory Park: we rode a boat, walked. The Castle shopping center is nearby. The historical center is about 40 minutes on foot. The nearest metro station is there.

It was October 2024 from Moscow region, in general it went down, BUT there is nothing in the rooms to cool drinks, there is no refrigerator. The air conditioner in the room lived its own life and did not really cool the room, it turned off itself, it turned on itself, they could not open the window at least for ventilation, it was locked with a key in the window handle, it was stuffy and what to do in summer at +35 on the 11th floor did not understand. The SPA has a very cold pool. In one of the Jacuzzis, the water is warm (it should be hot), and in the other it is cool. We didn't understand what kind of SPA it was. Hammam for a maximum of 3 people, a tiny sauna. There are a lot of people, not only from the hotel, but also from outside. Once was enough for us, we didn't get any pleasure, we didn't go anymore. Of course, there is no comparison with the Moscow SPA clubs. The girls at the SPA reception are friendly. But the cleaning lady at the SPA is a tin. She tried to hit us with almost a dirty rag for looking into the SPA locker room without shoe covers. A scoop . The bar is wildly expensive. The restaurant is just a canteen. We had breakfast at the WTC Castle, I recommend the Embassy cafe (to the left of the main entrance to the shopping center), delicious, WI-FI, pleasant lounge atmosphere. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but we will not go here a second time. Very far from everything. We constantly rode by taxi, you can't walk anywhere except the park and the Castle shopping center.

We came as a group to this hotel, problems arose already at the check-in stage, lists of people who were in the room with whom were submitted in advance, they were refused at the reception and we were settled as they wanted. The room key was given to one for two, the spa program was refused. There is no tact, but only rudeness on the part of the staff.
The overall impression of the trip was spoiled, I categorically do not recommend going there if you are from Russia.

- the curtain in the bathroom does not perform its function at all, after taking a shower, the entire floor is flooded
- one day, for some reason, the maid decided to lock our window with a key - and almost at night the reception and security searched for a miracle key for 40 minutes so that the window finally became functional
- they did not have much time to clean the breakfast restaurant, and the tablecloths as a separate monument to the union
