The exterior and interior design are pleasant.
Two people were accommodated in a single room, and only one was given a room key.
There is no refrigerator in the room, although there is a place for it (in the photo). I have vital medicines that need to be stored in the refrigerator. The administrator stated that there is no way to install. Although there are other rooms. They offered to go to the reception for medicines every time. Oh, how convenient.
And in the summer, where would you like to go for cold water or ice cream?
The buffet is not delicious. The food is better in 3-star hotels and restaurants. And there are refrigerators in every room. The coffee in the coffee machines is sour.
The brunette receptionist with glasses is extremely customer-oriented.
Why this hotel has 4 stars is not clear to me. It will take 3 minutes. And go with reservations.

The hotel is modern. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pastels are clean and fresh . The bathroom is clean, there are all necessary accessories. Great view of the park from the room. I remained indifferent to the SPA, although the pool is large, there is a hammam and a sauna; in principle, a standard hotel SPA, without enthusiasm.
But because of the attitude of the staff, I take off the star: they made an application for bathrobes , so they did not reschedule in two days . The TV did not work, it was not repaired in two days. Customer orientation is very weak. For such a price and the rating of the hotel, the service should be at the same level.

We were at the SPA, a great and spacious place, insanely beautiful, clean, a huge plus that children under 6 years old are free! It was not possible to eat in the restaurant, as only the cold shop was open in the evening, but we managed to drink delicious coffee! The staff is very friendly, we will definitely visit more, and we would like to open Hamams as soon as possible😁

A great New Year's Eve party. A chic appetizer table and another hot buffet line. The New Year's program is excellent 5+ (We were at a corporate party at the Dresden Club), you can't just watch anything. The concept of "amuse yourself and the guests with your performance." And you treat your guests with respect. They don't want to go on stage..they work on their own.. Just WELL DONE. Beautiful room, excellent service, very tasty, spacious. Well done..

True, lockers for personal belongings are not very "naughty", but against the general background, this is not critical for me personally. The staff's work is visible, but not intrusive. I was pleased with the efficiency of the technical staff in solving the replacement of the lock in the room. Any questions were resolved quickly, politely and without comment. I recommend it!

Great hotel! I recommend it to everyone! Very friendly and courteous staff! Perfect cleanliness! High level of comfort! The rooms are very cozy! Great restaurant and delicious food! The bonus is a cool SPA center, in which a 22m pool with warm water and hydro massage, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. And you can also drink hot tea on the sun loungers after water and bath procedures, for this there is a cooler with hot and cold water. Unlimited access to the SPA was included in the room rate, very convenient. If to Minsk, then only to Victoria & SPA!
There is a night club and a casino nearby. A large shopping center is a 3-minute walk away. There is a transport stop in front of the hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

Clean, cozy, comfortable. The furniture in the room is good, without signs of old age. The bed is very pleasant, I slept well.
The only thing I didn't like was the service... they asked for a corkscrew at the bar, no one provided it. The administrator/manager came and immediately started talking aggressively.
The next day I came to the restaurant at 21:27 to order a Caesar salad. I was turned around by the same administrator/manager, saying that they do not accept orders at 21:30 (apparently, her watch is in a hurry). In general, the service is for two, and the hotel itself is for 4+

The room itself had a bed with a glorified mattress, my lower back ached, and most of my body sank into the soft mattress. There is not a comfortable sink in the bathroom, while there is a good water pressure on the 9th floor and a good flush in the toilet.
The breakfast was a buffet, but the dishes were not delicious, as well as two dinners for a fee. The stem devices were specifically from the Soviet dining room - made of thin stamped metal, similar to aluminum.
The service wasn't very friendly, and I got the uncomfortable impression that I was bothering the staff with my presence.

Of the cons: the girls at the reception are cute, but soulless (if they have such instructions, if they don't want to help themselves) I asked them to bring tea, they say they only put it once per check-in (is it three bags for three days?) . We were waiting for a courier in bathrobes with a child , sent a pool in the lobby , because the girls can 't bring it to the room . They left the room at 12 and hung a request on the door to clean the room, returned in the evening - it was not cleaned. Here is such a service . A very absent-minded girl at the reception got caught. We were with my family in May, arrived at two o'clock in the morning. At first, she put my sister and me in the wrong room (one double bed instead of two single beds). We went down and changed it. But then I had to go downstairs again because there was only one set of towels in the room. On the second day, the key (the only one!) I stopped opening the door — we went down to the reception, it turns out that the girl set the wrong time for eviction (four days earlier).
It's unpleasant, but not critical.
But the presence of wool in the room — on the carpet, on the bottom shelf of the cabinet — that was a surprise. Plus, there was a piece of gum glued to the bedside table under the TV — how could it have been overlooked when cleaning, a big question.
The trip fell on stuffy days, and the air conditioner in the room did not cool down at all — it just drove the heated air, so we were all wet in the morning. They told us at the reception that they couldn't do anything about it.
The pool and sauna with a hammam pleased us — we went early in the morning, there were two or three people besides us, no one bothered anyone.
The breakfasts were also delicious, omelets were fried to order, there were always fruits, a large selection of tea, the only thing was that sour oatmeal was served one day.
The impressions of the trip to Belarus are vivid, but if we go next time, we will definitely choose another hotel.
Two stars just for the awesome view from the window and the sauna complex.

A good hotel, excellent location, normal breakfasts, but customer orientation is worth a boost! If the cost per day was 3-5 thousand rubles, then OK, but for 15, you can at least clean the room!! the maid (there are no complaints about them, lovely and responsive girls, a question to the manager about the organization of the process) came at 9.30 am - without knocking, of course, apologized and left, but the child woke up ((we were not in the room from 11.00 to 15.00, at 15.30 there was another attempt, but I already asked to remove it in half an hour, apparently postponed until tomorrow! We returned at 21.00, I was very surprised!! It did not even occur to me to inform the reception about the need for cleaning, we did not come to the sanatorium for a free ticket, you can probably control before closing the shift!?
There is a hair dryer in the room, but it is extremely inconvenient, I asked several times at the reception (personally and by phone) to bring a normal hair dryer, so no one and he did not come and did not bring anything (( therefore, if you plan to do styling or dry the child's head, take it with you!
The restaurant in the hotel is open until 22, the kitchen until 21, they also do not warn about this in advance, as well as about closing for special service! It was not possible to eat at the hotel for three days.
The spa area is more or less, without frills, noisy, saunas are good, but if you suddenly forgot towels from the room, then others will not be given to you, be kind enough to return to the room, take your own! And in the morning we couldn't find a maid to change to clean ones! It is better to visit the spa during the daytime, in the evening there are crowds of people, because the spa is available for a fee for everyone. It is also not particularly pleasant, neither did they come to the public bathhouse to relax. The lifeguard on duty was not seen during the day, in the evening there was a young man sitting at the bar, his functionality remained unclear.
In general, I can recommend the hotel to those who do not expect premium service

The most disgusting hotel I've ever seen in my life! Upon check-in, they were rude about arriving half an hour before the official check-in. The room does not have a complete set of hygiene products, there are not even garbage bags in the bins, when the water was turned on, dirty black smelly sludge began to rise from the drain hole in the bathroom, which did not leak for almost an hour! They wrote to the hotel's telegram, read the message, but did not respond, did not apologize, did not come to clean up, did not even respond a few days later!!!! The breakfasts are bad! The choice is very small, the food is empty. There are queues at the spa for the sauna and hammam, the pool and the Jacuzzi are packed with people. There is practically no lighting in the rooms of the hammam and sauna. You can't even see where people are sitting. The hotel is too small for such a large one, or you need to limit the time of visits so that people can relax comfortably. A good hotel, but rather it's a solid 3 stars. Of the advantages:
1. Good location. Opposite there is a beautiful garden and a river. Stop and transport anywhere.
2. Spacious room (there were 2 in the triple version). Everything you need to eat. The furniture is in good condition. There is a refrigerator.
3. Cleaned every day. Water and room supplies are always replenished.
4. The availability of a SPA included in the price.
Disadvantages:
1. The SPA is tired, and the saunas are just small. Considering that the load of the hotel was a maximum of 20% and people came from the street, sometimes it was impossible to go to the hammam and sauna. There will be a disaster in the season.
2. The sound insulation is really bad. In addition, when loading the hotel by 20%, noisy neighbors with children were moved in for some reason. I had to move (fortunately without any problems). But why to stuff guests in one corner remains a mystery.
3. The breakfasts were just average. It seems that everything is basic, but only potatoes were delicious and well cooked. The same Oatmeal is different every day, once it was wildly salted)).
In general, we were satisfied and had a good time. But this is all out of season. If the load of the hotel is at least 50%, then there will already be questions...

Now from the cons. Maybe they will be critical to someone, maybe not. The cleaning could have been better. There are no questions about gender. But they didn't even try to wash the sink. Often, when they returned, they found that the bed was made somehow, sometimes they forgot to throw out the garbage, dirty glasses were still on the table...
The air conditioning in the room is for show. In the heat, it did not save me. Only the open window helped. Speaking of the window. We had the 11th floor. The window sill is below the waist... In general, it is very dangerous for people with poor vestibular apparatus. The Wi-Fi is working strangely. We took a TWIN room-big, clean. The staff is excellent, friendly, the spa is fine, for the first time I saw ice /snow in access for rubbing after the sauna-an interesting solution.
Cleaning, room service-everything is fine. The transport and location are also excellent, next to Lukashenko's office, we could admire it in the evening.
The only drawback is that the room has a very noisy ventilation system that does not turn off.
The breakfasts are varied, there are many positions, delicious, the interior is original.

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, clean, there is a safe, a hairdryer, a kettle with cups, a refrigerator and a TV. There are plenty of towels in the bathroom. Very soft mattresses on the beds, you sleep like on a cloud, the pillows are quite comfortable. The girls at the reception are sociable, polite, provided bathrobes and slippers for the SPA without any problems. The SPA is wonderful.
