We had a rest in this hotel twice. Both times in the spring are school holidays. Last year it was a delight, I liked everything, the rooms, the service, and the attitude. I advertised and recommended it to everyone. We were disappointed this year. At first, we were given washed robes, my robe just had a part of the sleeve missing. My friends just had holes in their robes. After asking for a replacement, we were given new robes. Further, one of the rooms did not have a refrigerator or a mini-bar. So, to cool drinks or buy yogurt for dinner, or cheese for a child, there is no place to put it. They said everything was dilapidated and we were writing off the mini bars. Room cleaning is superficial, if you do not remind them, they will not put water in your room, but will offer to buy it at the bar. It's a small thing, but it's not pleasant. Arrive after the tour at 21 o'clock and run for water. It seems that we tried not to get upset about the little things, but the Internet not working for 3 days is already something. I had to pay for roaming the way I had to work. And apparently, the hotel just had to pay for it. There were also a lot of groups of children, they were everywhere. You can't get to the SPA, 50 people there, as we were told, you need to choose the time when all the groups swim. There is no supervision for the children, they ride the elevator, run, scream

A modern hotel near a chic park. The room is very large, everything is clean and comfortable, especially the beds - I slept great! there is a tea and coffee set in the room, a very convenient and powerful hair dryer (which is not often found). Very friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast is a buffet, everything is delicious, there is something to choose from and hot, and fruits. And I also really liked that the hotel has a SPA pool, Jacuzzi, etc., where you go down from the room directly in a bathrobe by elevator. It is a pleasure to swim in the morning before breakfast or in the evening after the day.

Who cares: there are no bathrobes and slippers, there is a hair dryer, you can ask for a dental kit - they will bring it within 5 minutes. excellent and varied breakfasts, as well as full lunches) friendly staff, quickly settled in, told everything, there is a luggage storage. We visited the spa area: we relaxed well in the sauna with a swimming pool after a long journey. We recommend the hotel. It is located in the modern part of the city: opposite the big Victory Park: we rode a boat, walked. The Castle shopping center is nearby. The historical center is about 40 minutes on foot. The nearest metro station is there.

A great hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The price included breakfast (buffet), and access to the SPA. I just didn't understand why there was no air freshener, we bought it ourselves. It's a small thing, but it's strange. The huge disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator in the room. The SPA has a very cold pool. In one of the Jacuzzis, the water is warm (it should be hot), and in the other it is cool. We didn't understand what kind of SPA it was. Hammam for a maximum of 3 people, a tiny sauna. There are a lot of people, not only from the hotel, but also from outside. Once was enough for us, we didn't get any pleasure, we didn't go anymore. Of course, there is no comparison with the Moscow SPA clubs. The girls at the SPA reception are friendly. But the cleaning lady at the SPA is a tin. She tried to hit us with almost a dirty rag for looking into the SPA locker room without shoe covers. A scoop . The bar is wildly expensive. The restaurant is just a canteen. We had breakfast at the WTC Castle, I recommend the Embassy cafe (to the left of the main entrance to the shopping center), delicious, WI-FI, pleasant lounge atmosphere. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but we will not go here a second time. Very far from everything. We constantly rode by taxi, you can't walk anywhere except the park and the Castle shopping center.

A good option to stay in Minsk. Good breakfasts, but if you come at 10.20, they won't report anything until you ask for it. The room is cozy. Victory Park is nearby, where it is very pleasant to spend time. You can quickly get to the center by bus or minibus from the hotel. Also next to the hotel is the Castle shopping center with a large grocery store "Korona", where we bought. Also near the hotel there is a shopping mall with shops.

Of the cons:
- in hotels that position themselves at 4*, it is usually possible to take a normal orthopedic pillow, but this is not the case here
- the curtain in the bathroom does not perform its function at all, after taking a shower, the entire floor is flooded
- one day, for some reason, the maid decided to lock our window with a key - and almost at night the reception and security searched for a miracle key for 40 minutes so that the window finally became functional
- they did not have much time to clean the breakfast restaurant, and the tablecloths as a separate monument to the union

Near the hotel is a large Shopping center Palace. Opposite is the residence of Lukashenka. If you want to go somewhere, then it is optimal to take a taxi.

The toilet set consists of a shower cap, bottles of shampoo, gel, body cream and a piece of soap (the packaging of which is difficult to open). The hair dryer is very weak, it is impossible to do styling.
The hotel has a spa area with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. To visit the spa area, there is a terry bathrobe and slippers in the room.
An excellent varied breakfast, two coffee machines, a spacious restaurant hall, and if there are no tour groups, you can have breakfast in silence.

We walked to the center to drive the shingles from the sides, about 30 minutes, by taxi it would be 5 minutes. Lovers of silence may not like the road nearby, then you need to choose a room on the other side. The view was important to us, so the window was closed at night, as it turned out, there are also fans of speeding up at night on a motorcycle. In general, we were satisfied, we recommend it.

A disgusting hotel.... having traveled a long way from Moscow Time, we got to this hotel.... we were surprised that there were not even slippers in the room... everything is on request. Well, OK, they called - they brought it in a place with bathrobes. We settled down and decided to go to the SPA area... and oooh surprise that it doesn't work. And the girl at the reception proudly declares that there is no hot water. They say there's barely enough for the rooms. How so??? A commercial institution cannot provide a service for which, in fact, it has been paid..... And in response, just "well, I'm sorry." Besides this, there are many points... from unlit light bulbs in dark corridors to disgusting WiFi.... I won't come back and I don't recommend it!
