As a result, I realized that I just didn't want to. As a result, he did a general massage, which is designed for an hour and a half. But he walked for 15 minutes somewhere and in fact I was given a massage for 15 minutes less, but calculated according to the full price list. When I explained this to the administrator during the calculation, she said that she could not do anything, since it needed to be clarified with the masseur personally. I wanted to swear, I came to the spa to relax. I also ordered a facial massage, the woman who gave it to me was drunk, because she smelled of alcohol, she was without a mask. Of course, I did not expect this from this complex. Don't go there anymore.

We rested at the hotel during the New Year holidays . The room is excellent, high floor, view of the park and the city. The cleaning is satisfactory. The spa area is not bad, there are a lot of people in the evening, there were not enough lockers , there was no place in the sauna and hammam. There was no such problem in the morning . The breakfasts are standard, the choice is not great, but you can have a comfortable breakfast. One day there were New Year's activities for children in the lobby with small presents. When checking in 3 people (2 adults + children), we had to wait for an additional pillow for almost a day (although we could have provided for this moment). Transport accessibility, in my opinion, is not the most successful . We wanted to give up car rides and walk on our own , but as it turned out, this is not very convenient. As a result, they got behind the wheel all day. The staff is polite.

I only went to the hammam, I liked it. There is snow after the bath and a tub of cold water (I did not use it). Closer to 11, there were more people and it became less comfortable. There is a water cooler.There are soap dispensers in the shower. There are two hair dryers and a hair dryer in the locker room, you can rent a towel by paying a deposit of 20 buns, which will be refunded after the towel is returned. I have visited the hotel more than once. Everything is on the level. Clear. Good linen. There are shopping malls nearby. But in the restaurant, I must say right away, in my opinion, the kitchen has deteriorated. My opinion. Try it. There is a shopping center nearby where there is a bunch of different food courts where everything is still delicious. Come to Belarus. Go try the prices will surprise you. People are kind. The air conditioner does not work with the window open (logical in principle), BUT: you open the window - there is no traction in the room, close the window, the air conditioner is at maximum - a slightly cool breeze blows a little. Dear hotel management, be sure to think about how you can solve this problem. The maid said that all the rooms were like this...

I really liked the hotel! There was a room for two. The windows faced Pobediteley Avenue, an undoubted plus! A large room. The room has a spacious closet, a corner of the hallway, and an excellent set of towels. Slippers and a bathrobe are on request, but we didn't ask, we didn't need. The room also had a dressing table with a mirror and a chair, 2 armchairs and a table to drink coffee/tea/drinks... there was also a minibar in the room (it was empty, we did not need to fill it), a teapot, 2 cups, 2 glasses for water, 2 bottles of water are brought daily. There is a safe. There is a hair dryer, powerful, but very heavy. The price included breakfast. The breakfast restaurant is open from 7.00 to 11.00. Quite a varied breakfast, for everyone, I think you can find what you want. Within walking distance of the castle shopping center, a public transport stop, from where it is easy to get to the center. There is only one drawback - lazy cleaners. One day she just didn't even come to us. I had to go down to the reception at 10 p.m. and solve this issue. This is probably the only thing that upset me.

Pleasant staff, very clean, the room is nice and comfortable, the pool and saunas are on a solid 5k, but the restaurant is stretched 4k. The breakfast is very weak for such a large hotel, the assortment is meager, the food is bland, the chef's work is not visible. But the Belarusian cuisine is so gorgeous.
But all the shortcomings fade before how animals are treated here. We lived with a dog, there were no questions at all.

The breakfast is bad, 1200 Russian rubles, for the same money in a top restaurant in Minsk you will get a 1000 times tastier dish!! I didn't like the pool at all, few people will like it. The cleaning is very strange, I will not say that it is dirty at all, but it is not clean, some garbage was lying behind the furniture, in the bathroom drain the hair of former guests. The result is over, no 4 stars, 2 or 2.5 stars probably. We had a rest in June 2024. The hotel is clean. The room is cozy and clean. They cleaned it every day. Towels were changed every day. Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion were put on every day. A bathrobe and slippers, on request, were brought instantly. We took a room with breakfast. The choice is huge: porridge, broth, cutlets, sausages, eggs, omelette, potatoes, pasta or rice, sausage, cheese, fruits, vegetables, cake, liver, juice, tea, coffee, milk. We are picky about food. There's a lot of food. We left early in the morning, we had breakfast packed with us (two huge bags), we finished it at home. The place where the hotel is located is very beautiful. The park is magnificent. I recommend.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, excellent cleaning. The breakfast is not bad, the omelette is very good.
There are a couple of comments:
1. We couldn't sign up for a spa for two days. They asked the reception to pass the info, as a result, there was zero reaction. After a long story, we finally got in touch, but there were no convenient massage windows left, and it was a birthday. The sediment remained, we wanted to spend our birthday at the spa.
2. They brought a leaky foot towel.

Overall, it's not a bad place. My score is from 3 plus to 4 minus. A comfortable, beautiful room. On the downside, daily cleaning is carried out only in the garbage disposal format. Vacuuming and wiping the taps in the bathroom are probably less common. Tea and coffee bags are provided only once, as a gift from the hotel. We returned late in the evening and could not drink hot tea in the room, the receptionist does not solve these issues. These are small things, but the little things are strange, I'm used to the fact that hotels provide tea/coffee to guests, and cleaning is done better. One of the advantages is a board with an iron in the room, a comfortable bed, parking and a beautiful view from the window. We haven't used the SPA, but it's a nice bonus for anyone who cares. By the way, it turned out to compare this hotel and Victoria without the prefix "SPA" nearby. The room was nicer here, without the smell of cheap furniture, and there was a refrigerator. I was somewhat surprised by the administrator's reaction to the question about the excursions conducted by their agency. It seems that the girls are completely uninterested in the clientele. In general, it's hard to call the administrators we've come across very friendly. We also wanted to have lunch at the restaurant, but there was no one from the staff there. 🤷♀️

There is a kettle in the room for half a liter. The spa area is nice, clean, free of charge for residents. There are 2 buildings in the Victoria Hotel, they settled me in the second one, where there is a SPA complex and a swimming pool. I'm not a fan of water stories, I can't say anything about this part, but otherwise the hotel is cool: friendly staff, ready to help in any situation, delicious breakfasts, a varied selection of dishes for every taste, high-quality Belarusian products, everything is fresh, even jam is not a simple jam from a plastic jar as in most hotels, but real, with whole berries, with pancakes is very good. The rooms are spacious, modern, air-conditioned, the room is clean and bright, towels are changed on request (you can change them every day, just leave the old ones on the floor and the maid will replace them for you), everything is thought out in terms of comfort. On the ground floor there is a spacious hall with a bar and a seating area. There is a kettle, glasses, safe in the room, bottled water is provided every day. The only thing I didn't find was the refrigerator.
