We were in May, the rooms themselves were good, we had breakfast and dinner, but we changed dinner for lunch, it's possible there, it's a plus, there's a pool too, but we didn't swim there, not when it was, the food is like everywhere, delicious menu, good lunches, dinners, more modest, next to the hotel a great promenade, a palm grove, and a large lake, there is a place to walk, we drove to Dubai by taxi according to the meter, 75-85 dirhams, to the Oscar liquor store, where you can buy different alcohol, 60 dirhams there and back in both directions! There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and to the Deira City Center in Dubai. The condition of the room was average. There's mold in the toilet, don't be too scared. Cleaning is lame. We have vacationed in Sharjah many times and when we were in Marbella, I noted a well-located hotel with balconies and a good view. He was under repair at the time. They were brought to the hotel at 9 a.m., but check-in was only at 14.20. The administrator Yusra was at the reception at that moment. At 13.30, she began to approach and ask: Why is it taking so long? Cleaning room madam, 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes, and another 10 minutes. Have you forgotten about us? At 14.20 we went into the room, condensation on the floor, it smells very good. The shower switch button works very poorly in the bathroom. There is water in the sink and starts to flow from somewhere from under it to the floor. At the same time, the smell of sewage appears. We tried to use the shower, not the sink (to brush our teeth). There is high humidity in the room, but at first I attributed it to the peculiarities of the climate. On the second day, small blackouts appeared on the wall. They weren't there when we checked in, the walls must have been washed. On the third day in the morning, oh horror, three walls are covered. We slept with a conder, because even the floor was covered with moisture when turned off. In the morning, I showed a photo to Yusra with a request for a change of number. The lady suggested cleaning and deodorizing the room. There are no available rooms, she told me. It's dangerous for my health, I need another room. If something gets loose, come up after 15.00. Wonderful customer orientation of the Usra administrator!!! In the evening, after returning from the tour, our room was changed in 3 minutes. There were other administrators. Just by looking at the photo and I didn't have to explain or prove anything. It is a pity that guests are accommodated in such defective rooms. Is this a personal decision of the administrators or an order from the management? As a result, the other room was in good condition with a hood, everything was OK, Even we slept at night without air conditioning.

In December 2024, my friend and I decided to fly to the UAE. We chose this hotel based on our financial capabilities - based on breakfasts. I really liked the hotel, beautiful reception, lobby, corridors on the floors, humidifiers with a pleasant smell everywhere. The rooms are cool, there are two large beds, a kettle, tea, coffee, and the view from the balcony to the lagoon is something incredible. I can't say anything about the food, because we only had breakfast, and I don't go to it. But everything seems to be fine. The territory is small and there is only a swimming pool. The staff speaks only English. By the way, you can't take anything with you from the dining room, they just shoot and swear. Nonsense, of course, since I don't eat in the morning, but I would have made a sandwich later, but alas and ah :) The hotel itself is located in a very good location, all the beautiful places are nearby. We went around everything we could on foot. There is a market in the form of a trailer nearby (we bought souvenirs there and did not regret it, since everything is much more expensive there after going to Dubai) Butterfly Island is also nearby, opposite an amusement park, a dancing fountain, shops, and a palm park. We found a day-to-day store nearby, like our supermarkets, we took home sweets there, and of course a mountain of different Dubai chocolates (and again, we didn't regret it, since in Dubai we were taken on excursions to the markets and there it is of course very expensive :/) The beach is not close to the hotel, there is a bus, but we they didn't have time for it and took a taxi, cars were always parked at the hotel.
