A wonderful hotel!!! It was from 5.10 to 13.10.2023. The hotel is located in a very green area, which is rare for the UAE. SHARJAH IS BEAUTIFUL!!! Near the hotel there is a beautiful palm grove, the KHALID lagoon. It's not far from the beach, and yes, it's COOL too!!! I really liked the hotel:modern, there is a good swimming pool and sauna, excellent food-THANKS to the cook!!!In the lobby there is Svetlana, who sells tours-a pro in her field (I advise everyone). It was my birthday on 6.10.-in the room in the evening I saw a delicious cake - a complement from the hotel! There are a lot of shops nearby:famous trains, markets (just super!), outlets, malls.From the hotel they take you to the beach and to Deira (Dubai area)In general, I recommend a wonderful stay at this hotel to everyone!!! We have vacationed in Sharjah many times and when we were in Marbella, I noted a well-located hotel with balconies and a good view. He was under repair at the time. They were brought to the hotel at 9 a.m., but check-in was only at 14.20. The administrator Yusra was at the reception at that moment. At 13.30, she began to approach and ask: Why is it taking so long? Cleaning room madam, 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes, and another 10 minutes. Have you forgotten about us? At 14.20 we went into the room, condensation on the floor, it smells very good. The shower switch button works very poorly in the bathroom. There is water in the sink and starts to flow from somewhere from under it to the floor. At the same time, the smell of sewage appears. We tried to use the shower, not the sink (to brush our teeth). There is high humidity in the room, but at first I attributed it to the peculiarities of the climate. On the second day, small blackouts appeared on the wall. They weren't there when we checked in, the walls must have been washed. On the third day in the morning, oh horror, three walls are covered. We slept with a conder, because even the floor was covered with moisture when turned off. In the morning, I showed a photo to Yusra with a request for a change of number. The lady suggested cleaning and deodorizing the room. There are no available rooms, she told me. It's dangerous for my health, I need another room. If something gets loose, come up after 15.00. Wonderful customer orientation of the Usra administrator!!! In the evening, after returning from the tour, our room was changed in 3 minutes. There were other administrators. Just by looking at the photo and I didn't have to explain or prove anything. It is a pity that guests are accommodated in such defective rooms. Is this a personal decision of the administrators or an order from the management? As a result, the other room was in good condition with a hood, everything was OK, Even we slept at night without air conditioning.

I can recommend this hotel. Of course, it is not on line 1, but buses to Al Khan beach (10 min) in the morning there and from 13:00 back to the hotel. In addition, there is always a line of taxis (15 dirhams to the beach, also back). The most pleasant thing about this hotel is a 5-star view of the lagoon, if you are lucky or you are strongly, but kindly, ask to be accommodated on this side of the hotel (attention, an additional fee will be required, but not much). It's quiet there (a slight hum of cars from the road on the opposite side of the lagoon 1.5 km away from you). It doesn't tire you out. And what sunsets are visible from there! We took full board. Everything is edible. Of course, there were not many delicacies in the food, but everything was sound, satisfying and delicious. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, there is also a steam room and a Jacuzzi (by appointment, women and men separately). The Dubai Mall is 45-50 minutes away, depending on traffic (longer in the evening). You can save money on excursions to Miracle Garden and Global Village (great places to spend time after lunch). They are offered for $ 70/person. There were three of us and we just bought tickets there via the Internet (about 100 dirhams per person to one and another place) and took a taxi for 100 dirhams to the Garden. Closer to 17:00, we went to the Global Village, where many pavilions from different countries and continents are represented. We also took a sightseeing bus tour of Dubai places with a guide. Although I read about the shower in the reviews, I thought they just don't wash neatly, but no, it's true, the barrier is narrow, water easily gets on the floor to the toilet. There was no desire to go to the beach in the morning, it was cool, we took a taxi 15-17 dirhams in one direction after lunch. By the way, you can't call a Yandex taxi in Sharjah, but in Dubai without any problems, we used it. Despite all the shortcomings of the hotel, we had a good rest, visiting various excursions, but if we go again, it's definitely not this one, since there is something to compare it with (that year we were at the Ramada hotel in Ajman, an order of magnitude better, there was also a free bus to Dubai Mall every day).

In December 2024, my friend and I decided to fly to the UAE. We chose this hotel based on our financial capabilities - based on breakfasts. I really liked the hotel, beautiful reception, lobby, corridors on the floors, humidifiers with a pleasant smell everywhere. I can't say anything about the food, because we only had breakfast, and I don't go to it. But everything seems to be fine. The territory is small and there is only a swimming pool. The staff speaks only English. By the way, you can't take anything with you from the dining room, they just shoot and swear. Nonsense, of course, since I don't eat in the morning, but I would have made a sandwich later, but alas and ah :) The hotel itself is located in a very good location, all the beautiful places are nearby. We went around everything we could on foot. There is a market in the form of a trailer nearby (we bought souvenirs there and did not regret it, since everything is much more expensive there after going to Dubai) Butterfly Island is also nearby, opposite an amusement park, a dancing fountain, shops, and a palm park. We found a day-to-day store nearby, like our supermarkets, we took home sweets there, and of course a mountain of different Dubai chocolates (and again, we didn't regret it, since in Dubai we were taken on excursions to the markets and there it is of course very expensive :/) The beach is not close to the hotel, there is a bus, but we they didn't have time for it and took a taxi, cars were always parked at the hotel.

I'll start with the disadvantages that I noted: - battered rooms (despite the recent renovation, everything in the rooms looks very worn, also on the floors, panels from the walls are falling off in some places, everything in general looks pretty sloppy) - not all rooms have USB sockets, we did not have and had to buy an adapter - the bathroom looks very bad ((( the constant smell of sewage, the extractor hood could not cope with it, although it worked constantly. a sink with cracks, hastily smeared, midges flew from humidity, when flushing in the toilet, water splashes all around, a meager set of accessories. - the public toilets of the hotel (including near the pools) look bad too: there are always dirty floors, toilets and never any toilet paper (which is strange for the UAE) - for some reason, we decided to fix the pool during the season, but we offered to use the pool from a nearby hotel (deep, heated, but it's a long way to go) - there is no mini-bar in the rooms, only water is brought - the transfer to the beach was also frustrating: you have to take a queue to get on a small bus, if you don't get on, wait for the next 25 minutes. there are much more people who want to go to the beach than there are seats on the bus(( - you will not find alcohol anywhere in Sharjah, and the one that you brought with you can only be drunk in the room (or in closed dishes such as thermal mugs by the pool). There are few advantages, but they are quite fat: - the beach to which they take you is beautiful and large, there is enough space for everyone (but sun beds and umbrellas are paid) - the location of the hotel is TOP! 10 out of 10: there are a lot of cafes around, an exchange, a beautiful and large embankment, do not walk too far) there is a rental of bicycles, boats, kayaks, a beautiful area around, a beautiful view from any window! I recommend taking a room with a view of the lagoon! - the food at the hotel is really delicious, although the choice is sooooo small (the smallest that we have met in hotels)
