We had a rest in January 2024.We bought a hot tour for 88 for three people for five days , we were delighted . Near the hotel there is a promenade and a palm park , a shuttle service during lunch and dinner can be ordered without a buffet.The average price for two pizzas is 750 rubles and is brought to the hotel. The rooms are clean.All shops and a market are within walking distance.We will definitely return

It would seem to be a cultural capital, a beautiful park in front of the hotel, mosques, a lagoon... But the garbage that just drowns the whole area is something you wouldn't expect to see in the UAE.And all the garbage is left by crowds of migrants who arrange receptions wherever they come to mind and do not clean up after themselves, although there are garbage cans at every step. We stayed at the hotel from 04/08/24 for two weeks. The hotel has a very poorly organized transfer to the beach! There are constant queues, everyone is pushing, climbing out of line, in order to leave, the queue must take 40 minutes before departure, since the bus is very small and accommodates only half of those who wish. There is an alternative by taxi for 400 rubles one way. We "tried" the transfer for a couple of days, and decided to take a taxi so as not to spoil our vacation with this nightmare! The hotel has a very poor breakfast, only an omelette and boiled eggs and watermelon are edible) tomatoes and melon are constantly green, paper sausages. I have been to many countries, the hotel does not correspond to 4 stars! After the flooding on April 17, the pool was closed for 3 days, there was no transfer to the beach and Dubai for several days, there was no way out of the hotel, everything was flooded, they were not in a hurry to pump out the water. They were able to leave the hotel only two days later, they found a way around. And so everyone walked above the ankles on the water, with the smell of sewage. There is no organization, even if they put up a bridge! People have been sitting on sun beds by the non-working pool for 2 days, they can't leave the hotel! As in the conclusion!It turned out to be a good vacation! I do not recommend the hotel!

We liked the pool at the hotel, clean and spacious with different depths, there are umbrellas and sun beds, towels are given both to the pool and to the beach. There is a small Playground, large tennis, table tennis, football field, indoor gym. Food - we were 12 days, I can say the breakfasts are monotonous but delicious, though in the end I didn't want to eat them anymore. The dinners were delicious and varied, sometimes there was even a barbecue and barbecue, pilaf with large pieces of meat was served, desserts were always at lunch. Dinner is almost the same as lunch, only not as chic as lunch. The food is not spicy, but there are dishes for an amateur. Delicious fresh pastries for this hotel plus! The location is gorgeous, there is everything nearby, a park with palm trees where you can sit and have a picnic in the evening, grocery stores, I advise everyone Lulu prices are good and a large assortment to walk 5-10 minutes and buses to Dubai run just with this store, there are no high-rise buildings nearby that would block the sun, the only thing is being renovated on the hotel and under the windows construction, but no noise just spoils the view. In general, these Arabs are very slow people. I wouldn't hire such people! There is a palm grove near the hotel - you can walk there, however, there are a lot of visiting workers from other countries who look at you as a Martian, not a particularly pleasant feeling (( The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers, after lunch you can lie there, as the transfer to the beach is only in the morning. In the evening, it's nice to sit with a cup of tea in the lounge area by the pool. The hotel left a pleasant impression. The staff is attentive and friendly)

As a result, we went for 2 days, begged. Terrible, of course. Even in 3 stars, I don't remember this ... everything is fine in the room, except for the shower. Water flows all over the floor through the partition. After each wash, you need to wash the whole floor yourself, wring out towels. Very uncomfortable. For 7 days, the floor was washed 1 time and then the guy sprayed with a means, like for glasses and wiped his hands with a rag .... I hope this is just an accident. After all, the whole hotel is clean, the floors are washed even on the street at the entrance with a mop. Meals were taken for breakfast/dinner. The choice is sooooo small, very straight! But the food is delicious all over, and meat and fish, sweets are also 5 types in total. Dinners can be changed to lunches without any problems.
