Briefly about the hotel:
1. In the same building there are: karaoke and a separate nightclub with a DJ - it is very noisy at night: the music plays until 4 in the morning, so there was no chance to sleep.
2. The rooms are not put in order. There are cracks in the doorways somewhere. There is a huge gap in the window, through which the barrel and appeals to the staff did not bring results during the week.
3. The toilet in the room is for thin users, so I tried to use it only in exceptional cases.
4. Some channels do not catch on TV, or they catch with huge interference.
5. The food in the dining room at breakfast is tolerable, but you will not be able to enjoy it.
Bottom line: I will no longer choose this hotel during my stay in Almaty (I really liked the city).
