A very old hotel. The room was given a small one, without air conditioning (heat 35), squalid, the bathroom door opened halfway because it rested on the toilet. To warm the kettle, plug it into an outlet under the table and leave the kettle there until boiling. The TV is from the 80s and not working. The room was ordered with air conditioning, I had to endure a battle to change it. In general, the result: the hotel is not worth the money. Their advantages: convenient location, great view from the window and good staff.

Fire safety is not respected, the stairs between the floors are closed, on the first two floors of the cafe bar lobio, the exit to the stairs was closed. I had a case when there was no light, the elevators were standing, they could not go up to the office.

Everything is fine, but if the windows overlook the dance floor from below, then the music is on weekends until 5 a.m., so if you need silence, take a room with windows on the opposite side. The reception normally solves problems. The cleaning is great! Breakfast is good, but if you are outside, guard against birds because the "avgans" attack the food immediately)))

Did not meet expectations.
1. The windows are blowing. There was a strong wind, it was already whistling. Never set foot there in winter.
2. The overhead shower does not work. Water is barely flowing from the watering can. It is difficult to choose a comfortable water level: either boiling water or ice water.
3. If you have a room with windows facing the mountains, and there will be weekends, then you will have to sleep all night to the music from the club. We were on the 17th floor. It was sooo loud. And you remember about the windows in paragraph 1. They do not limit the sound from the street at all.
The staff couldn't do anything about it. They only sympathized with us.
Maybe I'm so lucky. There were no other available rooms, it was not possible to check.

The location is just a chicardos center, pinta, koktobe, you can relax enchantingly! Comfort depends on the class of the room, but the beds are comfortable, the mattresses are normal, sleep well. The hotel is very good. The price-quality ratio is applicable here. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. A few require minor repairs (but the building is not new either). I would like to note the responsiveness of the staff, even despite some comments, they react VERY adequately, help in everything, try to fix everything so that there are no inconveniences. In addition, I want to mention a comfortable bed (get enough sleep, relax), a great breakfast. The Internet worked for me without any problems. Everything is very good, I will recommend it

I was there for work at the Hyatt Project design company on the 15th floor. The hotel on all other floors is not very good. Everything is very Soviet everywhere, it seems, and there is a repair, but in order to be proud of this hotel and boldly advise its guests of the city, you do not need to refresh much. I can't say anything about the rooms, but the corridors are in a sad state, as well as the basement where the staff canteen is just a disgrace.

On the one hand, there is a touch of the modern history of the city and very friendly staff, on the other - the old room stock, terrible layout, cracked wooden windows, ill-conceived switches and sockets in the most unexpected places. The city center assumes round-the-clock noise from the street.

The location is excellent, the advantages end there.
The hotel is tired, the rooms in the photos are fresh and modern, in fact not very shabby in places. The corridors, which have not been restored at all, smell of the Soviet Union and the hotel is being renovated, and therefore it is impossible to relax here - someone is constantly drilling. Look for alternatives for that kind of money.
