The overall impression is good, unlike the networkers, this is a hotel with a local flavor. The rooms are different, we lived in an improved one, but standard rooms - with questions, a friend had a room without repair. We asked for a room with 2 beds, but they gave us one large one, offering to move the next day to a room with separate ones. Overall, it didn't spoil the experience. There are significant advantages - the view from the rooms to the mountains, an excellent restaurant, bar and karaoke on the 26th floor, where the friendly staff and a very tasty menu. If you like wine, champagne, then the restaurant has it, but it was not in the room service. The breakfast is a very varied buffet, but on weekends it is better not to come at 10:30, there are practically no free tables at the popular hour ... The location is good, near the funicular, restaurants and shops. Honest 4 stars.

Everything is just on the level! We have never stayed in this hotel before, but now we will choose the Kazakhstan hotel! The staff is very polite, the rooms are clean, the rooms are cleaned daily! The breakfast is just super, a huge selection of dishes!

A normal hotel, just take rooms on the floors where the renovation took place, for example, on the 9th floor there are good new rooms, on the 24th floor there are old rooms. There are no questions about the quality of service and filling, everything is fine, the cost of the room is acceptable, 50-60 thousand tenge per night with breakfast.

A hotel that you no longer want to return to.. Breakfast is meager.. The rooms are shabby.. Music is blaring under the window until 4 a.m.. There is no way to rest.. There's a nightclub there.. I called the reception for 30 minutes and they didn't pick up the phone.. All the staff came down on the spot. When I asked why they didn't answer the phone, they replied that they were busy..??? To the question of why music is blaring under the windows of the hotel and hundreds of guests cannot relax? Answer.. This club has rented a territory and the hotel cannot change anything... But I can say for sure.. They lose their customers..
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! SERVICE FOR 2 !

Excellent location. We lived on the 20th floor - a beautiful view from the Windows. A variety of breakfasts. Friendly staff. Everything is clean and tidy.

The Bar Fly restaurant on the 26th floor is a great place to dine in a romantic setting with a wonderful view of the city. I recommend. I liked the rooms too. It is very expensive and everything is quite old and out of order. Almost $ 200 a day for a room where the taps with water do not work, the plug in the bathtub and the flush buttons on the toilet do not press and shoot on the floor. I have not seen this even in 2-3 star hotels.
There is also no sound insulation, the 24th floor and the disco rumbles from below until morning, as if behind a wall. I absolutely couldn't get enough sleep in 2 days!
The only thing that pleased me was the view of the mountains.
Well, I did not understand with a tourist fee of 5% of almost 9000 tenge, although since July a maximum of 1700 tenge has been accepted.

Excellent hotel and staff. Although it was built in 1977, it has been modernly renovated. The rooms are clean, everything is 10/10.
One drawback is the sound insulation. There is a club downstairs, if it works, then everyone can hear it. We lived on the 21st floor, there was no sleep until it closed. And that's almost all night.
