Excellent hotel, a buffet breakfast!

The building dates back to the USSR and it feels like the last renovation was around the same time. The furniture is old, it has been asking for an oven for a long time. The carpet on the floor is so dirty that it's not that it's not pleasant to walk barefoot, it's even unsafe. The old wooden frames in the windows are so cracked that the windows don't even close tightly. The guys at the reception are great and the restaurants are not bad, only for this 2 stars

Those were the worst nights, it was just hell! A cafe-restaurant next to the hotel with loud music and shouting until 4 a.m. every night spoils the whole stay. On my next visit, I will stay in another hotel because of this, but it's a pity. The hotel itself is good, such nostalgia for the USSR. The room is cozy, clean, everything you need is there. The breakfasts in the restaurant are delicious!The location of the hotel is very cool!

The most important priority was Wi-Fi, which they could not provide, I changed two numbers, both did not work and did not work before departure! The second room that was changed was very smoky and very cold, I caught a cold, got sick, an ambulance was called there, as they said at the reception that there was not even a thermometer! And it's a shame, in the end, when I handed over the card and the number, I find out that I could go to the sauna or spa every day, no one talked about it!!!!! The reception in general barely lifts the bodies 10 times, even more insulting is one guy at the reception just hung up on my question, to which they upgraded me later.

The hotel has my favorite Podology center "Healthy Legs" on the 5th floor.
I highly recommend it, experts in their field work there, solve all issues with the feet of the feet. Professional hand and foot care is important for everyone. With the help of the best podiatrist in the country, Asel Malaeva, I was able to save both nails on my thumbs when they wanted to remove them in other salons and not keep their shape, but for a Woman this is a tragedy :))) how can you do without a beautiful pedicure 😊😊😊

One of the best hotels in the real capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was built under the USSR with steel cables stretched inside, which have nothing to do even with a powerful earthquake. It was 3-4 points at night and I almost didn't feel it. A high-floor restock offers stunning views of the city. The room had a mountain view, for which you could pay extra, but got it for free.

Nice hotel, lived in room 1902, stayed 7 days. The breakfasts are excellent, delicious - everyone will find a set to their taste. We cleaned every day, the furniture was new, the repair was not tired, there was even an ironing board with an iron in the closet (!), which was new to me. If I find myself in Kazakhstan again, I will check into this hotel.

I have long wanted to spend the night in the famous hotel of the same name throughout Kazakhstan. And here we just had a free day. The building is very beautiful and majestic. Beautiful lobby and very polite and pleasant reception staff. But the employee of the spa, the cost of which is also included in the room rate, has no idea about politeness and manners. I understand, perhaps the fact is that those who have already paid for the room do not often order additional services, but they do not want to fork out for them when you see such a dissatisfied and boorish administrator. But the hotel has a wonderful restaurant on the 26th floor. The views from there are amazing. The whole city is in full view. You can eat a delicious dinner, then take a cocktail and watch the nightlife of Almaty.

In general, the room is clean, the towel is changed daily, the bed is clean, but there is a very large layer of dust on the glass shelves in the bathroom. Apparently, the maid does not consider it necessary to clean there . Soap is not disposable , gel and shampoo in one are presented in a container of 150 or 200 ml. It's a little doubtful, a hotel with high traffic and such savings on disposable shampoos and gels.Breakfast is on the second floor, everything is usually in the food + in the diet with Turkish dishes. The hotel is located in a good location.

I stayed in February 2023 for a few days, the impressions were mixed:
Minuses:
- The room needs to be repaired. Poor condition of walls, switches, shower room and plumbing
- Problems with hot water. In the morning and evening, the water was slightly warm, contacting the reception did not solve the problem
- Poor WIFI quality
- There is no hair dryer in the room
Positive:
+ Good breakfasts, a variety of dishes
+ The room is very clean. Despite the general "fatigue" of the room, it is clear that the staff is working well.
It seems to be a good hotel for my money, but I don't think I'll stay here again because of the water problem
