First of the advantages is the wonderful red sea, with a large abundance of marine life, one of the most beautiful seas that we have seen. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and the concept of houses with zodiac signs is very interesting.
The territory is well cleaned and cared for, crows really like to scatter garbage everywhere. That's where the advantages end.
They put us in a room with very old worn furniture with separate beds (a married couple, for a moment), it turned out that all the rooms in this hotel are like that, unfortunately. It doesn't look like 4 stars at all.
While relaxing on the beach, one by one people come up who offer paid services (boat trip, beauty salon, paragliding, etc.), which is very annoying.
The biggest disappointment was the food. It was the same thing every day, and every day there were only unripe melons, tasteless oranges and apples from fruits. Once there were bananas and once there was a watermelon in 10 days). The food is all seasoned, the meat is rubbery and very spicy. There were no seafood except battered fish (stale), sea bass (also a couple of times) and rubber stale squid (once)! No shrimp, no red fish, no fresh fish-nothing!
Chefs can only cook white rice, it has always been perfect. And they couldn't cook scrambled eggs and omelets without a bunch of shells. The desserts are all tasteless, although they look appetizing, but they don't taste like anything. Of the free bars on the beach, all we tried was ice cream (also tasteless); the driest burger with the driest cutlet in the world, without sauces and good vegetables - it was impossible to eat; shawarma with chicken (for them, this is a hot dog bun with chicken kari); French fries, here it was It's delicious.
You can pour free soda, water, juice (orange or apple, there were no more). Out of alcohol, my husband tried red wine once at dinner, after which he had a stomach ache all night and felt bad. Freshly squeezed juices and cocktails for a fee (for some reason this is not included in their all-inclusive package).
Check-out from the hotel at 12:00 on the day of the end of the tour, although we had plane tickets for 23:50, we could extend the room for a fee until 16:00 for $ 35.
Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby near the reception and near the pool.
There are a lot of shops on the territory of the hotel, which are right on the way to the lobby and when you pass there, everyone shouts and calls tourists like dogs, if you ignore them, then they say something unpleasant in their own language, it's very disgusting. I gave my hotel 5 stars, of course!). I do not agree with this assessment, the maximum that I can give is 2 stars, for the architecture of the hotel and for the sea. That's all.

Not far from the airport, but the planes are almost inaudible, they were brought second from the airport. We arrived at night and settled in. They didn't ask for money. We booked 2 rooms, asked for a room nearby. They gave one number above the other. Both have sea views. Nice. But there are always lettuce leaves. Fruits include melon, grapefruit, lime, dates, oranges. Fruit salad - red and green apple, melon, syrup. There is a children's and diet menu. For dinner, grill outside. Everything is delicious.
In an Italian a la carte restaurant, I took shrimp, the child took pizza (it doesn't look like pizza), the husband beef, the grandmother chicken. Everyone liked everything. But you need to order from the menu at the time of booking. I didn't like the Oriental restaurant at all - the grilled chicken is burnt, the salad is about nothing, the dessert is cold rice porridge, sprinkled with coconut.

The territory is very well maintained, the location of residential buildings is thought out as much as possible away from all entertainment, so it is always quiet in the residential area. The sea is beautiful, a quiet bay with a smooth sunset. There are always enough sun beds for everyone. 3 swimming pools. Two in the residential area and one large separately. The water in the pool is not heated, it does not warm up - it is always cold. There are several bars, everything is conveniently located. Soft drinks are available in all bars. The food variety does not differ at all. There are practically no fruits at all, only grapefruit and dates, melon sometimes, but not as tasty as possible. Otherwise, everything is standard for such places - chicken, beef, potatoes, pasta, etc. all with very specific spices and spices. The rooms are nice and spacious. Cleaning is daily, towels are also changed every day, but no one washes the floor) don't expect cleanliness in the room, even for a tip. Swans will be made up of towels, an extra roll of toilet paper will be put for a tip, but they will not clean it up. It is better to take gels and shampoo with you, they are in the room, but they are not always replenished, you will need to monitor this right every day.

The hotel is very simple, as for me 4 * is even a lot (we took it because our travel agent assured us that it was a very good four and pulled for 5. Initially we considered only 5 *. Plus, the score was surprisingly high, higher than some 5). At a price (we got it) more expensive than many fives. Everything is old and simple. I liked the sleeping place in the niche (a two-year-old child was delighted with such a corner). For some reason, they settled on the 4th floor with a small child, there is nowhere higher. We lived in the farthest building: there are pros and cons, it's a long way to go, but animation in the evenings is either not heard at all, or very remotely. I had to ask for a set of underwear for the child, initially they did not give it. Towels and water were also given only for two, after the appeal they corrected themselves, but in the following days they were given two towels each. I was just infuriated by the situation with entering the room: almost every day I had to reprogram the keys (once, well, twice - okay, but not every day!), we go with the child to the room at one o'clock in the afternoon, it's sunny and we can't get in - it's daytime.
But the swans were wound up every other day (for a tip, probably). Nutrition: the children's menu stated in the card is missing (there is a small children's corner with a distribution in the dining room, there are vegetables and, for example, pasta and sausages - the same as in the main hall). There are always crowds and queues at lunches and dinners, I've never seen this. Meals are essentially only three times a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner (maybe that's why there are queues). The bars are empty during the day, there are no snacks, there is a counter with ice cream and popcorn, but I only saw them working once. That is, if you arrived from the tour at 15.00, you were late for lunch, and there is still 4 hours before dinner, there is nothing to eat here. There is an afternoon snack - a dish with cakes is displayed in the bar. Compared to other all inclusive hotels, it is very weak. The food itself is not bad, but it gets very boring - you don't want anything for a week (but it's like everywhere else). Sausages, sausages, hard cheeses are absolutely not tasty (in Egypt, these products are not very good at all). A large selection of baked goods and cakes, to taste, though I don't know how. Fruits are a small set: oranges, melon, fresh dates - every meal; sometimes: guava, grapefruit of two types.
There are two restaurants to visit: local cuisine and Italian. Local cuisine (I read a lot of negative reviews, but we liked it): they bring a set of snacks, tortillas, lentil soup (we all liked it), meat on coals and rice (also delicious), dessert with coconut. Live music is great here for a change. In an Italian restaurant, you need to order dishes when booking, you didn't like any of the dishes.
There is also a fish restaurant for a fee, but we never went - we went to the city.
The sea: a small dedicated piece for swimming (half is reserved for wine surfing, half for swimming), but this is enough. The beach is flat and sandy. The travel agency assured us that there is a reef, we found it, but of course this is one name. The beach is good, it would be better cleaned - it would be very good. There are enough sun loungers, there was no such thing that we did not find a place.
I also liked the pools, there are adults and children (70 cm) closer to the beach, more lively, animation nearby. And there are two more adult pools and a children's pool (50 cm) - a little deeper. It's much quieter here, there are almost no people. What's amazing: wi-fi is catching here by the pool. The pools are open from 8 a.m. until the order of the sun (until about 6 p.m.). In the morning the water is very invigorating, in the afternoon it is warm.
Somehow strangely, the territory of the hotel breaks off on the right side and immediately some kind of landfill or construction site begins (garbage and construction materials are lying around).
The hotel is close to the airport, there is an aquarium nearby (if desired, you can walk). It takes 20 minutes by taxi to the Sheraton (they gave $ 7 back and forth, maybe it was cheaper by Uber - they were too lazy to check). You can buy a SIM (vodafone) at the hotel. If you leave the hotel and walk 200 meters to the left, there will be a small shopping center (souvenirs, clothes, groceries). We had a late check-out, the extension until 6 pm cost $ 45 per room, accordingly we did not get to dinner, they do not collect lunch boxes (only for breakfast).
There are no special activities for children (although the agency advertised this hotel as special for families with children), there is a disco around 9 pm (I don't remember exactly), children's entertainment is not very relevant to us yet, the child is too small, but it's boring for older children. There is a tiny slide on the sand on the beach and another one was found on the outskirts of the hotel - it's more interesting there, but you need to look.
In general, I did not like it, I will definitely not recommend it to anyone and we will not go here anymore. Three stars. April 2024.
