I liked the hotel! The animators are great! We became friends with Kostya, a cool guy! I didn't really like the spa center, it was expensive, and massage for 4, I did massage a lot of places, but here I just wanted to take the money, and as soon as they do, they will do so. Everything is fine with nutrition! The hotel itself is beautiful, the beach is super! I advise everyone!

Our family are regular guests of Mercury, we love this hotel very much. The staff is top notch, the food is delicious. The beach is great. Special thanks to the bartenders Omar, Taftaf, Shahin, Hussein. The general manager, Mr. Karim, is very friendly and sociable. We also want to mention the Administrator Marina, a very beautiful, friendly girl who will always help everyone. Mercury is our second home, despite the fact that direct flights from Russia are closed, we find any ways to return to our beloved Mercury.

I rested from 30.07 to 9 08.2022, the first disappointment is that there is no beer in the beach bar, only for money, but they pour some cocktails, the food is all peppery, we ate fish and donuts all week, the menu is the same almost every day, I ran to the reception for three days to fix the plumbing, there are no free sun beds at 9 a.m., ants are running around in the rooms. After 23 days (09.04.21 to 02.05.21) of staying at this hotel, we can say that it is good. The reception is friendly and helpful. Room cleaning every other day with a change of linen and towels. Of course, when there are fewer guests in the hotel and the variety of dishes is less. The animation, in my opinion, worked well, not intrusively. Almost every evening there is a show program.
The beach is big and sandy, there is enough space for everyone. The beach is cleaned every evening. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the restaurant and the relaxation area by the pool. The hotel has a good surf and kite station with European prices, but the scope for skiing is huge. On the beach and by the pools, rescuers are constantly not just sitting, but really controlling the situation on the water. The hotel has its own reef with a beautiful underwater world. The territory is not large, well maintained, but there is a place to walk after dinner. The hotel has a massage parlor. Prices are negotiable from $ 20 to $ 40 per session. This fence weighing 40-50 kg accidentally fell on an 11-year-old child, he received a severe leg injury, now he has been on crutches for 2 weeks. There was a meeting with the manager of Elia Zakaria, who accused us that we allegedly did not keep track of the child! For a moment, these fences are falling down periodically. If there was a small child, it would kill. The manager's attitude is disgusting. In any country, the hotel would have been reimbursed for such negligence and apologized. This hotel is the bottom in terms of the main managers. + hotel staff steal towels on the beach so that vacationers pay $ 10 for the loss of a towel.
