I recommend a great location, the sea, cafes, shops, a promenade, an exchange office all within walking distance. The hotel itself is decent, everything you need is available. Food for an amateur. But it's not scary, because we ate in the nearest cafes. We were there three times at different times. We will definitely come back again.

Several restaurants at the hotel (which are included in the price), sea view, private beach of the hotel, friendly staff, daily cleaning, convenient location near the Marina and metro station with tram. We had a vacation in March 2025. Overall, we were satisfied, but there were a couple of moments for which I gave 4 stars. Sometimes I had to stand in line at a table to eat. There were not enough seats in the hall. I even had to sit outside. But they didn't let you eat birds on the street. They brazenly sat down with you and tried to take your food. The room was booked for a certain number of people, but I had to go down to the reception and ask for extra bathrobes and cosmetics. Also, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were not replenished.

Beach 3 ( very poorly cleaned (algae debris) , employees huddle together and sometimes hang out there pretending that they are cleaning something) , food 5 (at the beginning of the vacation it is very tasty , at the end it is monotonous, but also delicious) we constantly tried not to write down somewhere that drinks were included in the dinner (so 4 times out of 5), location 4 ( to the metro 15 minutes, to the Marina Mall 15 minutes) , service on the beach 3, when entering the restaurant 3, in the restaurant 4 (we waited for drinks 45 minutes, some mistake was, there were no apologies, as it was not respectable for such money) . Room cleaning 5, the staff is very different ( there is a boorish one ), rooms 3 ( pillows and blankets stink very much ) , territory 3 ( small ) are constantly trying to impose some services , drinks, in general everything to withdraw more money. For some reason, they refused to enroll h Honors days of residence, although they were credited in other countries without problems. I will not come to this hotel on vacation anymore.

We contacted the reception to help us solve the problem with the air conditioner, which automatically starts working at full capacity EVERY night. The technician came, put it on silent mode and that's it))) I didn't do anything else, conditionally making it clear that we were the fools. I stubbornly explained that we TURNED OFF the air conditioner, but it didn't help, it eventually starts working at night and it's not about us. And so it went on for the whole week of our stay there. 2. Also an addition about the beach. My mother smokes and, like a decent woman, went to a specially designated area for this. But on the last day, I saw a couple who sat on chairs and started smoking right by the water. They put out the steers on the water and threw them in the same place. I told the Coast Guard about it, told them everything, and pointed out the people. The employee did nothing)))) nothing!!!! Why does my mother HAVE to go to a special smoking area, and the rest can do whatever they want and THROW cigarettes into the BAY?! After that, it felt like going into the water, I would swim in a large trash can. In addition to cigarette butts, there were bottles and plastic wrappers.

We are not spoiled by premium, to put it mildly, therefore 5 stars. We lived in a regular room on the 2nd floor. A big plus is the cool view from any room (skyscrapers, bay). Good food, we tried 4 different cuisines of the world in a week (including Russian (try Olivier!!!)). Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are 90 minutes away by taxi and an hour away at the most.

We had a rest at the marina for the third time, at this hotel for the last time, and all times these were Hilton hotels, so the comparison will go with them. We had a partial sea view with breakfast and dinner. The room is generally like a regular room, not new, and not too old, for 4 rooms. The old air conditioning system, which needs cleaning, and there is only cooling, there is no dehumidification mode, which was very necessary, apparently past guests often opened the balcony, there was a lot of moisture, in the early days all the things were saturated with it. But most of the time we didn't turn on the conditioner and everything dried out, on day 4-5. Despite the fact that the side is sunny, the sun practically did not get into the room. In the double three by hilton 4 we had a room of 80 sq. m. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, super comfortable, the climate is always even, the air conditioning has not been used, it is not hot, it is not cold, and it is not humid. And there all the numbers start from such a quadrature. Most of all, the food here fascinated me, the meager breakfasts that got boring after 5 days, they can't even cook porridge properly, but the saddest thing is the dinners, they have a different country's dinner every day of the week, and it changes every week. Let's say there's nothing to eat on an evening of Indian cuisine, everything is spicy, there was also a day of Russian cuisine, dumplings, borscht, which dogs will not eat, just water and beetroot in it, bigger than cheese in a Greek salad, fresh cabbage that is not boiled, some more swill, vegetables with water, yes you can go to the same marina in Babushka and try borscht for 75 dirhams there, maybe you can learn how to cook if you have no idea about Russian borscht. The chefs in Dubai are mostly Hindus, as I understand it, and they have their own ideas about cooking that don't quite suit a Russian. Another joke, there's no tea for dinner, it's stupidly paid)) Of course, they surprised you, they pour cold water on you and think it's the right thing to do, ate a lot of greasy and spicy water and washed it down, the buzz is supreme. My wife stopped taking pastries for breakfast when she saw a cockroach near her) The beach is the first line, you can't think of a better one, the sea is just a stone's throw away, there are a lot of sun beds, you don't have to run in the morning, let's say in the hilton double three by hilton 4 the beach line is deep and due to the location, and there you had to go straight to the sea from the sunbed, it was easier to put a towel near the water on the sand. There is only one pool and it quickly gets full of people who want to, almost in the morning. The towels were dirty a couple of times, and not some hard-to-remove stains, but straight from tomatoes, as if they hadn't been washed, but simply dried and folded, in general, there was an impression that the staff didn't care. Again, comparing double three by hilton 4, there were much more orders of magnitude, you can feel the difference between the administrations, if you try to jump into the pool, you will be whistled from three sides at once, children are not allowed in bathing clothes, I see this for the first time, meaning a turtleneck sweater. The conclusion of the hotel is that you can relax for no more than 5-7 days, we were there for 10 days, depending on your taste habits, it will suit everyone who likes to get drunk. For connoisseurs of delicious and high-quality food, there is nothing to do here. Most of all, we were satisfied with the double three by hilton 4, in second place is the hilton walk, which was the first vacation on the marina, and the last in this hotel. But I don't want to come back here anymore, alas.

We had a vacation with my husband and daughter (2 years old) at the end of September 2023. I really liked it, it's definitely worth the money👍🏼 I read some reviews. I disagree about the fact that the child has nothing to choose from food, my daughter ate everything a little bit, there is an unrealistic lot of choice as a buffet, and chefs cook different things every day, then pasta, then seafood, then meat. There are a lot of sweets😊 There are a lot of fruits and if it ended, they always brought another trough))) There were watermelon, papaya, pineapple, mango, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries every day. I had the most favorite breakfasts.Pancakes, waffles, pancakes were cooked in another room and you could pour any sweet sauce or sprinkle with anything. The coffee machine is also excellent. I also liked that children will always be given a balloon at the entrance 🎈 I also disagree about the elevator. There are a lot of elevators there, both basic and if you're in a swimsuit at the entrance of the elevator. Everyone arrives pretty quickly. The beach is clean, there are always free sun loungers no matter how many people come. I liked that there is a chest with children's bunnies and toys next to the rescue booth.
