Our favorite hotel for many years. The service is beyond praise. But...Currently, on 09/23/2025, the main restaurant is closed for renovation, and the interior of the hotel is also undergoing renovation/reconstruction. The pool is open, but there is no access to the beach, the passage is only through the street. Heavy construction equipment is working on the beach from Rixos onwards: excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks unloading sand arrive one after another in order to increase the beach area due to the sea. It is very difficult to hear the noise of the sea behind the roar of construction machinery. But the hotel itself lives a normal life: everything is clean, everyone is well-fed and tanned.

We visited twice, but not in the hotel itself, but in the apartment across the street.It's very budget-friendly, there's a decent store nearby. You can even find Russian and Belarusian products in it. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurants at the hotel, dined in the heat in the room with salads and fruits from the store. The beach is great, the rooms in the apartments are large and varied.they are cleaned by 4+. There were Russian-speaking staff at the reception. It is easy to travel with a guide and on your own:The metro is 10 minutes away, taxis are easy to find.I recommend

Caution!! On the second day of our stay, 5 thousand euros were stolen from the safe! They called the police , they say if you don 't have receipts for the purchase of this money , they won 't even look for it . The employees came , checked who opened the safe - this day was erased , they said the program was not working . They just don 't do anything . So much for a safe country. I asked the policeman, meaning that anything could be stolen from me, and if there was no receipt, then no one would be looking for anyone. The answer is yes. I read that recently at the Romada Hotel ( located nearby ) money was also stolen from the safe . About hotel meals - the worst breakfasts and dinners . It's not even 3 stars, but 2! The impression of Dubai has been ruined, although we have been here every year since 2017 and considered this place safe and comfortable.

We had a rest in the first half of April 2024. Compared to 2018, the vacation experience was spoiled. At the reception, they began to offer a room of the highest category for a small surcharge, but after our refusal, there was immediately a free room for a small fee for early check-in. Breakfast was refused (last time they kindly offered to eat). The sunbeds on the beach were turned in the other direction and placed so tightly that you just lie with a stranger leg to leg… The mattresses are dirty, torn, and the tables by the chaise lounges are dirty. The level is clearly not 5 stars. We tried to leave twice on a free shuttle to the Mall , but alas it was not there . The answer was- I didn't get to the traffic jam.... I was also very disappointed with the food… Seafood is just a problem. There were none at all, if last time there were shrimp, salmon in different forms for breakfast, lunch and dinner, now there was nothing at all!!! The cook cut the chicken and fish into small pieces ( the men were nervous and asked for more). A meager selection of vegetables and herbs (there was no usual Bulgarian pepper). In short, the food was very disappointing. The conclusion is that if after the last trip we really wanted to return to this hotel, now we obviously won't go anymore.

I would like clearer explanations about the payment of services and additional payments at the booking phase, because with an imperfect knowledge of the language, it will not be easy to explain to a person at the reception.
