A great hotel with its own beach, rooms are certainly better to take Seaview, the view is much better. If you take FB, I liked the restaurant in the neighboring Hilton on the 35th floor, it works only in the evening, there is also a Thai, Italian and Mexican and a pub, they work both in the afternoon and in the evening. The water in the pool is warmer than in the sea.
The rooms are good, the air conditioning cools well. In general, the emotions are positive!!!

If you want to spoil your vacation, go to this charming hotel.
We spent a long time choosing where to stay and decided to choose a hilton. The reviews were good, the location and proximity to the beach was also very pleasant, so we chose it. In reality, we were completely disappointed. We were met at the hotel by a terrible woman at the reception in a wheelchair, who did not bother with smiles and pleasant speeches, as is usually customary in five-star hotels. It was very unpleasant and rude to ask for passports, threw them back, threw the keys at us and didn't even explain how to find the number. It was terrible. When we entered the room, we realized that it was not an improved one that we had booked, but a regular standard one. We were forced to go down to understand how it happened. We were told with an absolutely impudent face, "well, we don't have any available superior rooms now, live there as you were given and be content. Maybe tomorrow we will settle you in the room that we booked." So that you understand - the overpayment for improved amenities is about 10,000 rubles!!! We have not received any apologies, no refunds!!! Having survived this horror, we went to the beach. He also disappointed. Small, noisy, lay on towels on the sand, as there were not enough chaise lounges at all in our posh hotel. What can I say about the room itself: small in size, what is standard, what is superior. A small balcony with a view of the construction site, instead of the promised bay. The audibility in the rooms is simply terrifying. You hear someone walking down the corridor, a neighbor blowing his nose in the bathroom. The walls are made as if out of cardboard. Unfortunately, staying at the hotel was simply unbearable, so we left after a couple of days. I really don't recommend this place.

The floor covering was changed . And they brought us to the 8th floor - the elevator doors open- and there's dirt! Everything is in the substrate removed, the smell is noise!
And this ... Upgrade the room!!! And at the reception, like, they don't know what kind of dirt and ruin is on the floor. They transferred it to 9, the coating was also changed there, but very carefully.
The hot water in the shower periodically disappeared. In the bathtub and sanitary shower, it was generally cold...
This is 5*?????????
The sound insulation is so-so ...

The air conditioning system is terribly noisy. It is not noticeable during the day, but at night there is a hum and doors slam, because they are old and there is no seal on them.

We arrived at the hotel two hours before check-in, 2 adults and a child. They offered to pay extra for early check-in, like our room is not ready. We chose to wander around the hotel for 2 hours, but the sediment remained, especially when we checked in, we were given the same room that was offered for an additional fee. In other countries, they arrived at hotels at 7 a.m. and were accommodated without problems and without additional charges. I didn't like the pool without heating, almost always in the shade and cold. We were in February. I was pleased with happy hour, where they offered alcohol of any kind without restrictions and for free, and along the way all sorts of snacks. The rooms are normal. The location is top!

The hotel is not new, a little tired, the service is simply at the highest level, there is a Russian-speaking employee Denis at the reception.
The rooms are run away every day, slippers and bathrobes are available. The breakfasts are high-quality and delicious, there is fresh orange.

I stayed at this hotel 2 times, I can only say good things about the hotel. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. The location is perfect. From the airport 35 km., 25 minutes by taxi. There are no traffic jams. The hotel is on the first line. Your own private beach. There is a swimming pool. Fitness. Spa. There are many restaurants on the territory of the hotel.
The hotel is located in the Dubai Marina area. There is a wonderful promenade The Walk with an endless variety of restaurants.
If you are on the beach, you have a view of the Ferris wheel, in the evening you can also walk to it by going over the bridge. This is 20-25 minutes at a leisurely pace. While you are walking, music will play around you and everything will sparkle with lights. There are also many shops, restaurants, cafes near the Ferris wheel.
The hotel is also conveniently located in terms of visiting attractions - Dubai Mall with aquariums, dancing fountains; Burj Khalifa Skyscraper, Atmosphere Restaurant, which is located on the 122nd floor; La-Perla by Dragone show, which will not leave you indifferent; Miracle Garden - flower park with incredible flower arrangements; Madinat Jumeirah - Venetian Village in Dubai-all this in 25-30 minutes by taxi.

It was in March 2021. The hotel has lived, of course:) It's time to do a major overhaul. No, everything is clean, but ... for such money, you can find more modern accommodation.
I had a suite, first settled on the side of the construction site, which rattled for 24 hours. At the request, they moved the next day to the quiet side.
There is a private access to the beach and free sun loungers that cannot be moved even an inch. (((

There is a restaurant serving Italian cuisine. I've been in it twice. The food is too salty, a lot of oil. Although I asked not to add this to the dishes. Not mine at all.
And I didn't like the restaurant staff at all: for my second time, a girl in very simple clothes came in, although the hall was empty, they didn't want to put her in.
She said she needed to have a quick dinner (the time was about 17:45) and she was going on an excursion. She was barely planted. She ordered a couple of dishes and a glass of champagne. So they brought her a terminal for payment after ordering, without yet providing the requested dishes. I didn't go to them anymore after that. Ugh, how unpleasant.

We had a rest in this hotel twice. The hotel has a good location and a nice private beach, as well as balconies in each room with sea views!
By local standards, the hotel is considered old, but this is not critical, given that the price of accommodation for a family of 4 people is an order of magnitude lower than similar offers for hotels on the first line and in a shopping and entertainment location.
In October 2021, they lived in a two-room room.
In March 2023, the family lived in two deluxe rooms, adults and children separately, which everyone was very happy about)
In general, this hotel is a compromise between price and quality!
