In Dubai, we stayed at three hotels in different years: at the "Sofitel", at the "Sheraton" and at the Hilton Hotel. The hotel "Sofitel" is good, 5*, but it does not have its own beach. The Sheraton had its own beach and was quite spacious, its territory became smaller, because many different pavilions and cafes were built. But the Hilton has all the infrastructure preserved. A good hotel for your money. The location is almost perfect, 100 meters to the sea at most or from the hotel past the pool and the distribution of towels. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, there are no problems with their employment, although, judging by August, it's not the season, but 70-80% is free. On the contrary, 80 percent of the pool is occupied, there is mostly everyone with children. I liked the beach towels, large, completely cover the chaise longue, soft, do not smell. The sun is setting behind the Ferris wheel, beautiful sunset photos can be taken from the beach when it is not cloudy. After sunset, everyone is kicked out of the sea. I'll rate the food at 4. There is a choice on the buffet, but that's the problem with really delicious dishes. An important point is that in the basic HB plan (without a plus), there are no drinks for dinner (or lunch, yes, you can choose), not even water. I did not offer to pay extra (55 dirhams per person per day). You can come to the main restaurant with your own water. You can visit other restaurants of the hotel, I tried several, not impressed with the food. Everything is fine with the placement, they are cleaned as expected, although sometimes with a delay. They give you extra water if you ask. The room stock is not fresh, the condition is not perfect, but it does not cause problems, except that, visually, the acrylic bathtub is far from white. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to 2 malls - Dubai hills, Dubai Emirates. They don't drive often, and I haven't used it. I read before the trip that there is a transfer to Dubai mall, but there is no such thing, you can get there by metro, as well as to other places, including the airport. At the entrance to the subway at each station there is an information desk where they will tell you how to get there and which ticket to buy. I did not like it, it is not typical for 5*, there is no entertainment in the hotel. At least in the evening there would be some music in the lobby, but there is nothing.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and were absolutely delighted! Great location – the hotel is right on the beach, as well as close to the best restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, very clean, with stunning sea views. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The breakfasts are simply magnificent, with a large selection of dishes for every taste. I was especially pleased with the pool area and the beach with comfortable sun beds. We had a great time and will definitely come back again! We recently stayed at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, and it was an amazing experience! The location is perfect – right on the beach and close to the best restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and offer breathtaking sea views. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast is simply outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the beach with comfortable sun loungers. We had a fantastic time and will definitely come back again!

A very bad hotel!!! And there are a number of reasons for this: 1. Most of the rooms face the street where restaurants and walks are. Everything would be fine, but when teenagers start their cans at 2-3 o'clock in the morning (old Lamborghini, McLaren, Ferrari, corvettes, etc.), you involuntarily shudder, as a sooo loud echo of direct exhaust is created in the alleys between the houses. This is unpleasant to say the least. (I must say right away: closing the balcony is not an option, since the air conditioner does not regulate the force of air velocity, but only the temperature. If you close the balcony, the room heats up very quickly. All systems are old) 2. Upon arrival, they ask you to make a deposit of 2,400 dirhams (you should not do this, even if they say that it is refundable - it will be frozen from the card for 2-3 months, and the cash will not be given to you in full), although it is not written about the deposit when booking. Of course, I didn't contribute it, because it's useless to argue with me. I only paid some kind of incomprehensible non-refundable tax of 140 dirhams, if only they would get rid of it as soon as possible. Upon arrival, we were given a piece of paper in Russian, where everything was shown and explained where to eat for a fee and where to eat for free (because breakfast and dinner are paid for and included) BUT!!! These people did not say that drinks are not included partially in breakfast and in dinner in full, except for tea, coffee and juice for breakfast and water from the cooler for dinner, which stands in the corner and is not immediately visible. They simply record everything that you drink in your room, then deduct from the deposit a five-fold amount (coca-Cola in an iron bank: shop - 3 dirhams, hotel - 15 dirhams for 1 jar; beer and wine, respectively, are more expensive in progression). How I found out: we did not leave a deposit, but in the restaurant we thought that there was one, and recorded everything for the room, and after three days of our stay, they were told that we had no deposit, and then, right at dinner, they came up to us with an invoice for today's drinks, and they said that our room was in debt for the past few days. It's not pleasant at all! The reception said that when booking, a separate letter arrives in the mail that drinks are not included at all, even if the food system is "all inclusive", and they take a deposit to write off all expenses from it, without warning or writing even in that brochure in Russian that drinks, it turns out, are not included. When you check out, you say:"that you did not spend or buy anything and did not write it down to the number, you expect to refund the deposit of 2400 dirhams (63,800 rubles), but they tell you that this is not the case, you just did not know that everything is paid and we wrote everything off the deposit without your notification. Everything is so flimsy that if you lay down to look at your phone before going to bed, and someone is turning over on the bed behind the wall, you will feel small undulating swaying lying in your room. 5. There are many more nuances and disadvantages of this hotel, such as: large waves, algae in a large layer, sometimes jellyfish, a lot of ants, a lot of flies, a lot of birds shit on sun beds, mold in the bathroom due to condensation and temperature drop as a result of an arbitrary shutdown of the air conditioner, they won't even talk without tips, I forgot my ticket for breakfast / dinner - they won't let me in, even though they have a computer where they double-check everything, I forgot individual cards for towels - don't get anything, even though they have a computer In short, for such money for accommodation, and ha previously paid for breakfast and dinner, you expect at least some comfort and stability in your vacation, and not that every step is for an additional payment and without explanation for refusal.
