And of course we also had a snack to last for the whole day. The departure was at 14.10. We arrived at about 20.10 at Dubai airport. A driver from Al Khalidiya company was waiting for us at the exit. He also drove 2 more families heading to other hotels. It was 1.10 to the Hilton, taking into account traffic jams. Upon arrival, our luggage was unloaded and carried to the room. Registration took no more than 10 minutes. Thanks! No one speaks Russian at the reception, as well as in the restaurant where they eat according to the HB system. Although they say that they work there, but we did not meet. There are always few people in the restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are held, apparently few people take full board. We certainly liked it)) So the Deposit. It is mandatory. I was vacationing together with a 7-year-old child and they charged us 1,700 dirhams (about $ 500). The tax has not yet been announced. The room is good. Solid 4+. Why not 5 - well, because the view is like the sea, but also the city. Side view, so to speak, but for someone it's even a plus. There is simply no sound insulation, you can hear everything that is being said in the next room and in the corridor. The plumbing is obviously old, but the truth is that everything works properly, the bath is full, but the shower is not removed from the rack. There is a bidet. The bathroom has everything except toothpaste and toothbrushes (maybe you could have asked, but we took our own).Deluxe room with a balcony, about 38 meters. There is a safe, TV (two Russian channels - RTR and STS); air conditioning adjustable up to shutdown (we worked at +25); Refrigerator, WI-FI, water 3 booth; free. By the way, Wi-fi works throughout the hotel, even on the beach and in the sea. The mini bar is paid, of course, but we did not use it. The mattress on the bed is hard, apparently designed for a weight of 80 kg))). Even the child noticed)). There is a balcony, there is a table and two armchairs, but I didn't want to sit there because of the partial view of the construction site, and it's very hot in August, +40🙈. The territory of the hotel is small, if compared even with Rixos, the pool, respectively, too, but the beach is large. , or rather, it is bshy, for all hotels and everyone who wants to go down to the sea, there is no end in sight)). Everything is being built around, so the landscape is controversial. The water is the purest, the sand is also fine and pleasant, it is cleaned regularly, but on the last evening bags and bottle caps were lying near the shore, and some green and black pieces similar to moss were floating in the sea, there are guards and rescuers, but the water temperature in August is about like in your bath when you want to warm up, that is, it will not cool down, after all, the best time to visit the UAE is October, November and March. I would give nutrition 10 points out of 5. This is a paradise for seafood lovers and a little exotic. Fish in salads, snacks, red, white; fried shrimp, squid, duck pilaf, kebab, chicken or meat kebab; etc. The sweets are delicious, especially liked the little puffs with nuts, here called baklava. In each dish you can feel the natural product and the soul of the cook. Just well done. But, how strange it was to find out that you need to pay separately for coffee and any other drinks (except breakfast), even for water, of course they will be recorded and deducted from your deposit, you don't need to carry money with you, but I didn't want to think about it every lunch and dinner. After all, we Russians are spoiled by the all inclusive system.)) Sockets are a separate topic, here they are three-plugged, I don't know what they are called correctly, but I advise you to buy an adapter for charging the phone in advance, it will definitely come in handy). I didn't take it, but I saved myself with an outlet in the bathroom, in my opinion it is not designed to charge a smartphone or tablet, because it charges for a long time, but as an option. You can buy an adapter here, but it will definitely cost more. I didn't find a supermarket within a kilometer radius, although a couple of days later I learned from a Russian girl that it still exists. If you walk across the bridge-crossing to Hilton The Walk, then you can find it somewhere there. About the sensational promenade The walk. Everything is so bright, beautiful and very expensive). Again, the heat did not allow us to go far from the hotel, although we went out for a walk only after dinner. The child walked wet as if doused with water. People of different nationalities are practically jostling, I don't want to condemn, but I noticed that people of Arab appearance walk without looking, they ran over me with a stroller, a guy shoved my child passing by, and without turning around, without apologizing, went on. . I want to say "the culture of behavior" has its own here, be vigilant. There are a million cafes and restaurants on the promenade, there are even exercise machines, hookah cafes, sports cafes, one with a huge screen on the entire wall of the cinema building, they watch football there(in general, many people love football in this country) and there is a metro station nearby (we didn't use it, really). And along the entire embankment there is an eternal evening traffic jam. That is, a hangout place for those who like it when it's noisy and crowded. What I liked was looking at the huge towers, different and beautiful hotels, clean sea, attentive staff. A spacious beach with lots of sun beds and umbrellas over every second. The sea is probably 40 meters from the sunbeds, you can still take a high chair and put it near the sea to dip your feet right into it. But on the beach, especially in the evening, some people go in droves into the sunset, not hotel guests , but rather working in Dubai, these are men from 20 to 35 years old wildly staring at sunbathers in bikinis and filming on video. At the same time, there is only one desire to wrap yourself more tightly in a towel. True, the security tried to drive them away, but they are in a change. Coincidentally, we arrived when Muslims celebrated Eid al-Adha. For three days there were loud and incredible fireworks. On the first evening when it started, we were in the room and suddenly it rattled so, I thought the war. On the third evening we went to the beach ourselves to watch this fireworks, it was very cool, it seemed the whole of Dubai went to the beach)). There are few Russian vacationers in the hotel, there are more guests from Kazakhstan than from Russia, to be honest, it's better for children when there are Russian-speaking people, so I was glad that the child was able to find new friends, albeit for the duration of the trip. There are a lot of Africans and Arabs in the pool, Arab women, of course, mostly in clothes. On the last day, we still looked into the spa to share the price tag with the readers of the review, of course we did not go to the procedures, there are plenty of them in Moscow)). But a girl who speaks Russian works here, we were pleasantly surprised)). Then we looked into the game room on the third floor, it's a little room about 30 meters. There are a lot of toys and a lot of books in English). And two black women are looking after the kids, Arab women are sitting here in their usual clothes with their babies, in short, it's a little cramped. There are no recreational activities by the pool or on the beach, and there is barely enough space. But those who wish can go to the neighboring Rixos, where all this is. There are also disco clubs on the embankment, (of course we haven't been there). Day X😎 has arrived. The day before, they put an envelope under the door with a reminder of departure and a request to be in the lobby at 4:30., I went down and asked to prepare breakfast for us with myself. Departure at 8:45, rise at 4:00. Let's calculate, out of 1,700 dirhams of the deposit, 1035 remained, I was pleasantly surprised, although during the day they took only drinks and ice cream a couple of times. Transfer at 5:15. It's a little early, of course, but we managed to change dirhams back to dollars, buy a gift and write a review. Decide for yourself whether it is positive or not, who likes what. We enjoyed the sun, the sea and ourselves tanned. PS: places that we would visit if the sun was not so hot: Dubai ZOO from 10 to 22.00; Mercato shopping center in the Deira area and Spinneys supermarket in it. The reviews were good, the location and proximity to the beach was also very pleasant, so we chose it. In reality, we were completely disappointed. We were met at the hotel by a terrible woman at the reception in a wheelchair, who did not bother with smiles and pleasant speeches, as is usually customary in five-star hotels. It was very unpleasant and rude to ask for passports, threw them back, threw the keys at us and didn't even explain how to find the number. It was terrible. When we entered the room, we realized that it was not an improved one that we had booked, but a regular standard one. We were forced to go down to understand how it happened. We were told with an absolutely impudent face, "well, we don't have any available superior rooms now, live there as you were given and be content. Maybe tomorrow we will settle you in the room that we booked." So that you understand - the overpayment for improved amenities is about 10,000 rubles!!! We have not received any apologies, no refunds!!! Having survived this horror, we went to the beach. He also disappointed. Small, noisy, lay on towels on the sand, as there were not enough chaise lounges at all in our posh hotel. What can I say about the room itself: small in size, what is standard, what is superior. A small balcony with a view of the construction site, instead of the promised bay. The audibility in the rooms is simply terrifying. You hear someone walking down the corridor, a neighbor blowing his nose in the bathroom. The walls are made as if out of cardboard. Unfortunately, staying at the hotel was simply unbearable, so we left after a couple of days. I really don't recommend this place.

The hot water in the shower periodically disappeared. In the bathtub and sanitary shower, it was generally cold... This is 5*????????? The sound insulation is so-so ... Very noisy from the road- even on the 9th floor ... The air conditioning system is terribly noisy. It is not noticeable during the day, but at night there is a hum and doors slam, because they are old and there is no seal on them. This is the worst Hilton we've been to. From the good- location, beach The food is varied, but without the wow effect... My husband had a doctor- they decorated the bed... but the bedspread...everything is dirty and old...
