We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai! The location right by the sea is perfect, with stunning views from our room. The room itself was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was delicious — every meal was a delight, and there was plenty of variety to choose from. The pool area is fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Huge thanks to Janaka, Sam, April, EiEi, Ellen, Erika, Ruslan for their warm hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience.

I love this hotel very much with a tender love. We were in it 2 times, even before the renovation. It was small, cozy, and a little old, but that didn't bother us. Now it's already after the summer renovation, I don't know what exactly was included in the renovation, they seemed to say that they would change something in the beach area and in the lobby. The air conditioner in the room is noisy, but we always turned it off when we were in the room, there is a thick (uncomfortable) terry bathrobe, slippers, toothbrushes, paste. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, omelette, scrambled eggs, egg Benedict, vegetables, salads, sauces, pancakes, puffs, toasts, red fish, fruits, awesome waffles with whipped cream, strawberries, chocolate and nutty sprinkles, tea, coffee from a coffee machine. The dinners were themed every day of the week. I was surprised to find that the most tasteless day was Russian. Russian Russian dumplings were the only ones, and everything else was thought up as Russian dishes. There was not enough children's menu for dinner every day. It would be possible to create a small children's corner for children every day. The sweet table is very tasty for dinner -every day the main part of the desserts changed, mini-cakes, pies, souffles, puddings - everything is incredibly delicious. In fact, you don't have to buy dinners, there are a large number of different cafes within walking distance, the most delicious are Lebanese. The very convenient location of the hotel makes you go there again: in one block and across the bridge over the strait there is a walking area of the Dubai Marina with speedboats, boats, the Marina Mall shopping center, a cafe. Immediately behind the hotel there is a cinema and the JBR walking area begins, where there is a small playground, lawns, cafes, benches. Along this street, you can easily walk to the Blue Waters bulk island, where there is also a place to walk, there are small shops, including branded ones, as well as the tallest Ain Dubai Ferris wheel - the tallest in the world. It didn't work for several years, but on our last visit in June 2025, we managed to visit it. There is also a metro station not very far from the hotel-go towards Dubai Marina and after the bridge there are a couple more small blocks. You can go to the Emirates Mall, Dubai Mall or Nasser Square or anywhere else, we went to Ibn Batutta Mall. In addition, there is a stop for free shuttles to shopping centers near the hotel, which run on a schedule and also bring them back on a schedule. To find out which centers and schedules you can contact the concierge who handles the luggage. The hotel has a very nice beach, plenty of space for everyone, sun beds, umbrellas, towels - everything is available. The inconvenience is that towels are only given to the beach from 8 a.m., usually we are already on the beach at 6. No one controls access to the beach, when you want, then go, there are lifeguards from 8 to 18h, and security guards who do not allow anyone close to the sunbeds from strangers and also escorts those passing by from the sand. And during the holidays of the end of Ramadan, the guards generally closed the passage through the beach. A mahout with two camels walks along the beach all day-you can ride for a fee. The only big disadvantage of the hotel for me is a very large deposit for a room, they ask for about 800 dollars for two people, which if they charge in dollars, they return in dirhams on the day of departure, deducting from there the tourist fee and payments for drinks, ice cream-if you take it on the beach or at dinners, and a minibar if you use it. The last time we were there before the renovation, the minibar was abandoned and we were settled without a deposit, but we paid the tourist fee immediately. At the beach and dinner, everything that was paid for was paid immediately with a Union Pay card. We will definitely return to this hotel again!

It's just perfect for families with 3 children. They asked for an extra bed, they brought it without any problems. 3 bathrooms in the room. 4) there is no territory, but they share the same territory with the Hilton Jumeirah hotel. Accordingly, all the infrastructure can be used. Sun beds on the beach, pools, hammam are all common. 4) deposit 300 dirhams per day. She said whether it was possible not to use the mini-bar and not to pay, but they refused. In principle, it is even convenient with this deposit, for dinner tea, cocktails at the bar, pizza in the restaurants, you pay from the deposit amount. I want to warn you right away that we are not picky and we did not check the dust under the bed) we really liked the hotel itself, the service, the daily cleaning. Always clean and fresh towels! Zahid is our friend from Pakistan, thank you for his work, he is a very kind and good person! We had room 240 (the second floor, and in fact the fourth), it turned out that there was an exit to the street on the most interesting avenue, where we looked at passing sports cars, beautiful people, as well as the sunset and a view of the wheel and the bay with beautiful Yachts! We decided that this was the perfect location for us! Meal. Everything was sooooo delicious, every day was varied and there was a barbecue area, fresh vegetables and fruits! A huge variety of desserts. We took half board and it was enough for us, because we didn't drink much alcohol, we bought some fries at the airport exit and drank in the room in the evening, looking at our stunning view. There is an ice machine on the floor, with a lot of ice! We still haven't figured out if alcohol is even available at the hotel or not)) We had breakfast and almost always had dinner, we had lunch at the hotel in restaurants, there are 5 of them! The prices are reasonable (5-6 thousand rubles) for two people. Or we went to the beach to the food street, where they sell a lot of delicious things (corn, ice cream, waffles) The hotel has two swimming pools! There are always children swimming in one, sooo many children, lifeguards are watching from morning to dusk) and in the other only adults + 16, but this pool is hot) we didn't appreciate it, we love cold water) The beach is always clean, there are plenty of sun loungers, there are enough for everyone, the lifeguard guys are on the alert, the guards are vigilant and do not let passers-by. There are many interesting things near the hotel and within walking distance! The promenade with shops, the Ferris wheel, the Marina Port, Dubai Marina Mall, the promenade at the Mall and the subway that takes you to Burj Khalifa. Very tasty breakfasts (dinners are not worth taking), excellent restaurant staff, friendly, it is clear that they try to do their job perfectly. Hilton is one of the first hotels on the Jumeirah coast, so it has its own coastal area, a large enough area for Dubai.

We just returned from vacation. The hotel is wonderful - just a delight! The room is large, with a sea view and a balcony. Cleanliness, daily cleaning with change of bed linen. The room has all the cosmetics, iron, hairdryer, kettle, coffee, tea. 2 liter bottles of water are provided daily. The deposit was refused, no one insisted on payment, but the minibar was removed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone is trying to help, to make sure that the rest was at the highest level. We have never seen such attention anywhere. Meals were taken for breakfast, dinner, which can be changed to lunch. The food is excellent, a wide variety of dishes, very tasty. For dinner, as in Europe, all drinks are paid, and so is water, but the restaurant has a cooler with cold water for free. The beach is private, towels are provided from morning to evening, there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. There is a beautiful entry into the sea. On the beach, the guards helpfully escort to the sun beds and spread towels. Outsiders are not allowed on the beach. There are 2 pools for children and for adults. The hotel is very well located, there are many shops, cafes nearby, and an exchange office across the street. We stayed at this hotel for the first time, but we will definitely come back again!

My wife and I spent an unforgettable week at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and were absolutely delighted! This was our first visit to Dubai, and the choice of hotel was just perfect. The hotel is located in the heart of the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), which means direct access to the famous The Walk and the beach. It's just fantastic! The main attractions of Dubai (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall) can be reached by taxi or metro.We lived in a family room with a sea view, and it was amazing. Spacious, bright, with a comfortable bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleaning was carried out daily and very carefully. Every evening we enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony, it was real magic. The hotel staff deserves special praise. All the staff, from reception to waiters and maids, were incredibly friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Sincere hospitality was felt. We took half board, and the choice of dishes was simply huge! The breakfasts and dinners in the main restaurant were amazing in their variety, from local cuisine to international delicacies. Always fresh fruits, pastries, meat and fish dishes, seafood. The hotel grounds are well maintained and beautiful. There are several pools, including a children's pool with slides, which our children really liked. The beach is equipped with everything you need: sun beds, umbrellas, towels. The water in the sea is warm and clear. Direct access to the beach and JBR The Walk: This is an undeniable advantage! Excellent service and friendly staff: Always smiling and ready to help. A wonderful location on your favorite Marina, everything is nearby, in the mornings we ran along the embankment, and in the evenings we enjoyed a walk. The metro (if you really need to get somewhere quickly and inexpensively) is also within walking distance. I truly loved this hotel and I will be happy to return there!

There is one big disadvantage, there is a city beach nearby. And I've seen a couple of times how a couple of local guys inspect the deck chairs. The food is quite tasty, there are no complaints. The location is very convenient, there is a beach and a beautiful promenade with restaurants. The staff is very kind, when I passed by, they smiled and said "Hello", and during check-in they told me which Wi-Fi and gave me a card where everything is (this will be very necessary, since the answer is quite large). I really liked the hotel. There are Russian-speaking managers at the reception, which made communication easier.Lovely rooms. The view from the window is amazing.We took half board. In the morning, breakfast is for every taste, dinner is also decent, and you can have an a la carte dinner at the nearby restaurant. We rented an apartment, it was very important for us because we were relaxing with a child, we could cook something for lunch. Since I wanted not only to lie on the beach, but also to see Dubai and return to the hotel for lunch, it was unrealistic.The beach is beautiful, all the staff are friendly and considerate. The rating of the hotel is 9 out of 10, minus 1 point for a small number of elevators, but this is such a small thing.

We had a vacation with my wife and son in December 2025. The room was on the 12th floor with a view of the bay and a Ferris wheel. The drone show is visible from the window. The room is spacious even for three people. They are cleaned frequently and efficiently. The food is good. You can eat at your hotel in the next five. We paid in advance for 2 drinks per person at dinner, it is very profitable, because drinks at dinner are really expensive. Everything else was fine too. Large beach towels are provided near the pool, our room was cleaned constantly and well. We constantly changed towels and bed linen, twisted some swans, washed all the dishes, etc. We took a superior, it seems, or a junior suite, in short, some kind of slightly higher standard. We had a kitchen in our room, etc., we always leave tips in the room. By the way, at dinner, when they signed for drinks, they also tried to leave them. I read reviews that people were given something extra from the minibar at check-out, so we need to give up the minibar and the deposit immediately upon arrival, which we did. And yet: our daughter and her family had a rest in front of us for a month, we compared our rest upon arrival, so, for some reason, their food in the same restaurant was worse. Seafood was served only twice during the entire vacation. So, here, apparently, how lucky!…
