The second time we come to Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. Both times our stays were perfect. We were pleased to see the same people working. This year speacial thanks to Pabi from Housekeeping team for perfect cleaning and wonderful towel figures for my daughter and Lea Rose from Housekeeping also for perfect cleaning and great present at the end. For sure we will return next year.

I really liked the hotel, there is everything for a quality stay. Excellent, varied food. There is even a Russian corner with porridges and dumplings. There is always plenty of everything. Comfortable rooms. Cleaned daily. Always fresh bedding. Everyone is always smiling. The location is excellent. Near the exchange office, cafes, the embankment. We only had breakfast. One of the disadvantages is the night noise from the city side in our case. But it's not the hotel's fault. If there is an opportunity, I will come again.

I liked everything very much. We lived in a 4-star building, but ate in a restaurant, used the pool, etc. of a five-star hotel. They have the same territory. Everything is fine, the food was just great during our check-in. Seafood at every dinner, there was Russian cuisine several times, everything is delicious. We paid in advance for 2 drinks per person at dinner, it is very profitable, because drinks at dinner are really expensive. Everything else was fine too. Large beach towels are provided near the pool, our room was cleaned constantly and well. We constantly changed towels and bed linen, twisted some swans, washed all the dishes, etc. We took a superior, it seems, or a junior suite, in short, some kind of slightly higher standard. We had a kitchen in our room, etc., we always leave tips in the room.
By the way, at dinner, when they signed for drinks, they also tried to leave them.
I read reviews that people were given something extra from the minibar at check-out, so we need to give up the minibar and the deposit immediately upon arrival, which we did.
And yet: our daughter and her family had a rest in front of us for a month, we compared our rest upon arrival, so, for some reason, their food in the same restaurant was worse. Seafood was served only twice during the entire vacation. So, here, apparently, how lucky!…

Great hotel! I really liked the hotel. Excellent location, there are pharmacies, a supermarket and many shops nearby, it's nice to walk. It was very nice, they made a pleasant surprise for my birthday, congratulated me on my birthday and presented me with a very delicious cake. This is my second time in Dubai and the first hotel was nearby, but an order of magnitude lower. The Hilton hotel, although it is declared as 4+stars, is simply excellent. The room itself, the eac had a two-room family suite, towels, room facilities, furniture. We had a balcony, which allowed us to ventilate the room, not from the bedroom, we lived on the 23rd floor. I liked the breakfasts and since we had lunch or dinner to choose from, we want to celebrate the buffet lunches and dinners, very diverse (not Turkey, but not sparse), the Italian restaurant and the restaurant on the 35th floor, just wow view. I recommend the hotel, the beach is nearby, everything is on the level, you can walk to the Marina Pier, the metro is also nearby, a taxi from the hotel is always available and you do not need to wait.

Minuses:
- I expected to see a bunch of beauties in bikinis, but either I'm unlucky, or families with butts always relax there. In general, there were very few beauties.
- the bathtub in the room leaves much to be desired, worn and there is no pull-out shower.
- there is no smart TV, YouTube yet, for 5 stars this is stupidity
- queues for dinner just to sit down
- there are very few coffee machines, and there is no room at all, which is unthinkable for 5 stars
- long service in the restaurant
- well, the ocean, since there's a free beach and a bunch of boats is always pretty dirty, plus parkas go and stare at your blonde friend.
So now the pros:

We recently stayed at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and were absolutely delighted! Great location – the hotel is right on the beach, as well as close to the best restaurants and shops. A good hotel on the first line, its own beach, well-equipped territory. The cuisine was pleasant, everything is delicious and varied, 7 restaurants to choose from. Of course, the views from the windows are stunning to the Palm Jumeirah and the Ferris wheel (the largest in the world). There are many shops around and a cinema nearby. The air temperature is 34, the water temperature is 31 at the end of October. I recommend it!!!

The hotel is very old.
The rooms are small and super small. We've changed the standard to executive , but it's not much more spacious.. instead of 25m 40m
The view of the sea is either "from the side" (the sea is also wine, or at best between buildings, (see photo).
The breakfasts are decent. But even with 30% of the hotel's occupancy, there are not enough tables.
Russian tourists greatly spoil the world with themselves ... attempts to "take a sunbed" by employees do not always cope.
The hotel is 4 rooms but with a very strong tension.
Both hyltons nearby are much better and for some reason cheaper.
Breakfast. It's packed, it's better to eat at any nearby restaurant, since there are a lot of them.
People sleeping in clothes are a daily accompaniment to breakfast outside. (See photo).
Polite staff. Cleaning without question.

The hotel is not new, but everything is great. The location completely satisfied me, the JBR beach is nearby, there are enough places on the sun beds, the pool is normal. The food is excellent. If we evaluate HB, then it is quite enough. The best thing about the hotel is its team! At the reception, in the restaurant, yes, anyone! The hotel staff has a solid 5) One of the disadvantages is not the hotel, but the location - in the evening all the entrances to the hotel are in traffic jams. But it's good to walk from the hotel on foot - the promenade near the beach, around the Dubai Marina.

This is important for my work, but for tourists it is absolutely necessary. I have long dreamed of visiting the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah 5* hotel, and the stars have come together.
Due to the fact that the reception already knew that I was a travel agent and was actively selling this hotel to my tourists, as a compliment, the usual standard room was upgraded to a two-room deluxe family suite with sea views. For that, many thanks to the sweet and pleasant Russian-speaking girl from the Assel reception. We took a photo with the hotel staff, printed it out and brought it to the room, and in the evening we also brought a compliment - delicious treats, Very nice.
1. Check–in is excellent, fast, ahead of time, we were in the room approximately at 12 p.m.
2. The main advantage of the hotel is its location. Metro 10 min. There is a spectacular boardwalk and many pedestrian streets nearby. There is a grocery store about 300 m away.
3. The first coastline, which is quite rare in Dubai.
4. The room is great. Furniture and plumbing are outdated, but renovation is coming soon from June 16 to September 1. Shampoos, toothbrushes, cotton swabs – everything is in the room.
5. Buffet breakfasts. Pancakes, waffles, ice cream, scrambled eggs, buns, salads – everything is very tasty.
6. The territory of the hotel is compact, well, well–equipped and very cozy pool with cool water, which is located in the shade, a beach with a good entrance to the sea, pleasant sand, lots of sun beds. Next to the beach, on the territory of the hotel, there is an excellent cafe where you can have a snack, the prices are expensive, in other ways, just like everywhere else in Dubai.
7. The staff is sincerely smiling, always interested in how your vacation is going and wishes you a good day.
Bottom line: I conducted a survey of vacationers - 99% are completely satisfied with the hotel, and when the renovation takes place, it will be just wow. Therefore, you will not regret booking safely. And I wish the hotel to continue to thrive and have positive tourists.

A very bad hotel!!!
And there are a number of reasons for this:
1. Most of the rooms face the street where restaurants and walks are.
Everything would be fine, but when teenagers start their cans at 2-3 o'clock in the morning (old Lamborghini, McLaren, Ferrari, corvettes, etc.), you involuntarily shudder, as a sooo loud echo of direct exhaust is created in the alleys between the houses.
This is unpleasant to say the least.
(I must say right away: closing the balcony is not an option, since the air conditioner does not regulate the force of air velocity, but only the temperature. If you close the balcony, the room heats up very quickly. All systems are old)
2. Upon arrival, they ask you to make a deposit of 2,400 dirhams (you should not do this, even if they say that it is refundable - it will be frozen from the card for 2-3 months, and the cash will not be given to you in full), although it is not written about the deposit when booking. Of course, I didn't contribute it, because it's useless to argue with me. I only paid some kind of incomprehensible non-refundable tax of 140 dirhams, if only they would get rid of it as soon as possible. Upon arrival, we were given a piece of paper in Russian, where everything was shown and explained where to eat for a fee and where to eat for free (because breakfast and dinner are paid for and included)
BUT!!! These people did not say that drinks are not included partially in breakfast and in dinner in full, except for tea, coffee and juice for breakfast and water from the cooler for dinner, which stands in the corner and is not immediately visible. They simply record everything that you drink in your room, then deduct from the deposit a five-fold amount (coca-Cola in an iron bank: shop - 3 dirhams, hotel - 15 dirhams for 1 jar; beer and wine, respectively, are more expensive in progression). How I found out: we did not leave a deposit, but in the restaurant we thought that there was one, and recorded everything for the room, and after three days of our stay, they were told that we had no deposit, and then, right at dinner, they came up to us with an invoice for today's drinks, and they said that our room was in debt for the past few days. It's not pleasant at all!
The reception said that when booking, a separate letter arrives in the mail that drinks are not included at all, even if the food system is "all inclusive", and they take a deposit to write off all expenses from it, without warning or writing even in that brochure in Russian that drinks, it turns out, are not included.
When you check out, you say:"that you did not spend or buy anything and did not write it down to the number, you expect to refund the deposit of 2400 dirhams (63,800 rubles), but they tell you that this is not the case, you just did not know that everything is paid and we wrote everything off the deposit without your notification. You have a plane in 4 hours, and you don't want to figure it out - you just leave with a bitter aftertaste.
3. A taxi right next to the hotel is very expensive and without a meter (they say "eitin", and when you arrive at the point they say "eitin", it's 18 and 80, you will feel the difference immediately, but they say that they warned at the beginning, difficulties with translation and all that), a taxi in 10 motors from the hotel according to the meter, the official one is cheap for this city (Yandex has gone badly wrong; the drivers saw through the chip, and knowing that there is a paid wait here as soon as the driver arrived, and they will write off 7-13 dirhams for cancellation, they immediately click and drive past, saying that there is no parking here, although everything is worth it; this money is written off from the card in the app, support says that everything will be back in 2 days, only half is returned)
I've tried 3 times and, all three of the three times, this is the situation.
4. Walls made of cardboard or gypsum cardboard, what kind of audibility is there, especially if elderly vacationers have a cold under the air conditioner - coughing, sneezing, blowing their nose, snoring, as if a meter away from you in front of you. Everything is so flimsy that if you lay down to look at your phone before going to bed, and someone is turning over on the bed behind the wall, you will feel small undulating swaying lying in your room.
5. There are many more nuances and disadvantages of this hotel, such as: large waves, algae in a large layer, sometimes jellyfish, a lot of ants, a lot of flies, a lot of birds shit on sun beds, mold in the bathroom due to condensation and temperature drop as a result of an arbitrary shutdown of the air conditioner, they won't even talk without tips, I forgot my ticket for breakfast / dinner - they won't let me in, even though they have a computer where they double-check everything, I forgot individual cards for towels - don't get anything, even though they have a computer
In short, for such money for accommodation, and ha previously paid for breakfast and dinner, you expect at least some comfort and stability in your vacation, and not that every step is for an additional payment and without explanation for refusal.

In Dubai, we stayed at three hotels in different years: at the "Sofitel", at the "Sheraton" and at the Hilton Hotel. The hotel "Sofitel" is good, 5*, but it does not have its own beach. The Sheraton had its own beach and was quite spacious, its territory became smaller, because many different pavilions and cafes were built. But the Hilton has all the infrastructure preserved. As they say, everything is learned in comparison, so we liked the Hilton hotel more.

Of the cons: lunch and dinner, if you take them, they are so-so, and according to the principle of Europe, drinks are all for a fee. I took lunch and dinner because of the child, but even the little ones don't have much to eat there....
There is no point in comparing with Turkish in general, but if you compare with local ones, then at its price, it is a very decent option.
