Good afternoon, we stayed at the hotel in December before the New Year, the only big disadvantage was waiting for the room from 6 am to 4 pm!! It was very tiring, especially after the overnight flight. And the rest of the rest was wonderful! Everyone is very responsive and friendly! Pool and beach workers Sajid, Shahid,Mahmoud, Abdul, Kayum. Instructor Anastasia conducted excellent classes on the beach. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied.All this is thanks to the chef, and as a person he is very attentive and has a sense of humor. Have you always been interested in how things are going, how is the food? And his assistants Mena Nabil and waiter Mahmoud are a very good employee. It was my first visit in tis beautiful country! When I arrived I feel like at home. I stay for nineth days for holiday. Now I July, I am still here. I enjoy every my day. The weather is nice, the sea near my hotel. Usually in the morning I swim then go to have breakfast. Now I would like about meal. Its delicious!! Every day its diffeenot the same, Most of the people aftet every meal said Thank you to the chief and all the staff. About the room every day has cleand. I have a holiday like a queen!! We chose this hotel based on the recommendation of the tour operator. Everything is in order. 1) We flew with air arabia, a regular flight. In both directions without delay. Service is available for an additional fee. 2) Check-in at the hotel from 15.00. We were checked in at 13:30. We were not allowed breakfast. There was lunch. But the staff misinformed us, so we had lunch outside the hotel. By the way, we had a missed lunch rescheduled for the last day. So we haven't lost anything. 3) The food at the hotel is good, quite varied. On day 7, of course, you want something different, you have time to try everything. But in general, there is always something to choose. We had full board. You have to pay for drinks at lunches and dinners, but the child was allowed to take water and juice with him for free. Half board was enough for adults. There is no need to purchase full meals in my opinion. 4) The beach is great. The hotel has its own one. White sand, smooth entrance. It's perfect for kids. 5) The staff is very responsive, all problems were solved quickly and without problems. Room cleaning is daily. 6) The territory of the hotel is small, but well maintained. There are 2 swimming pools on site. One adult, the other child. And there's a hot tub outside. 7) Animation is sluggish. But we were ready for it. 8) Our room had a sea view. Cool view (seen in the photo). The room is spacious. Everything was working. We were satisfied. I recommend the hotel to visit. Since the end of September. It used to be very hot.

We had a rest in July. We arrived at the hotel at 19:30, immediately checked into a room on the 3rd floor, the Windows overlook the city. There is no noise. In the room: there is a tea set: black and green tea, coffee, cream, sugar, 1.5 liters of water per room. In the bathtub: shampoo and gel in one, conditioner, liquid soap and lotion. After asking about toothbrushes at the reception, within 5 minutes they brought: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes with paste, washcloths, a shaving machine and shaving cream. Daily cleaning: our room was cleaned by Enam. I changed the bed linen, towels, added water, tea accessories. It's always clean and unobtrusive when he does it. It was my birthday during my vacation, and it was so nice when we returned to the hotel from the mall in the evening, there was a surprise waiting for me in the room: a cake with candles (even matches were put). Thanks to all the hotel staff. Everyone is friendly and smiling. Nutrition: the breakfasts are more monotonous, but very tasty. The meals are varied every time, every day chicken, beef and fish, in different forms. Lots of salads, soup, various side dishes. Sweets at lunch are also not repeated. (There are no drinks at lunch if you have a power supply system) I will be happy to return to this hotel and recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

The hotel is located on the first line. 20 meters to the water. I took elevator -1 down from the room, walked past the large pool, and here's the bay. A gorgeous clean sandy beach, sun beds with umbrellas next to the pool or next to the water at your discretion. The water is clear, the bottom is sand, the slope is gentle and well suited for children. The water is a little hot (we were in early July), but it doesn't interfere with the rest. The pool is deep, and there is also a water slide for children. The hotel itself is large and has an air conditioning system. Rooms are cleaned daily. The room itself is large, there is a balcony, about 1/3 of the size of the room. When leaving the room, taking the electronic key with you, the air conditioner is working. The room has a modern TV. There are 6 Russian-language channels. The food is very tasty, it doesn't have as many spices as in Turkey. There is a large selection, not the same as in Turkey, BUT enough for a good breakfast or lunch. There are also plenty of sweets, and they all taste different, and not like in Turkey, they just looked different. In July we had watermelons, melons, oranges, apples. The staff is polite, they always try to help with various questions. The rest in this hotel is simply GORGEOUS!!! A very decent hotel. Be sure to come.

I really liked the hotel. It's 4 stars, though. But the service is just great. I liked everything. The location of the hotel (close to shops, just past McDonald's, who needs it), food, very tasty. The only negative is that we were in August and the water in the sea is 34. Well, I just didn't cool it. My daughter didn't want to swim there. The staff is excellent. The room was well cleaned. The cleaners Sohel and Tapas are great. The pastels and towels were changed during the day. In general, I will definitely return to the hotel. We stayed at this hotel in September-October 2025. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is always happy to help if you have any questions. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, very nice and helpful. The beach at the hotel is clean, there are plenty of sun beds. The pool has several levels of depth, which is marked and signed along the length of the pool. There is a children's slide, which is also a plus. The animators, 2 girls, conduct programs for both children (disco and watching cartoons) and adults (darts, stretching on the beach). The food is good, there are always fruits, juices, porridges, pastries, a cook stands alone and prepares 3 types of omelets and scrambled eggs, no one remains hungry. It hides its head only near the buoys, a fairly large strip from the shore is quite shallow, it is very convenient for children. The staff is lovely and friendly. What I didn't like. Sleeping with an open balcony is not always possible! On the 4th floor, all the balconies at the top are interconnected. People bring alcohol with them and hang out on balconies, as a result, it is impossible to sleep with an open balcony. Cigarette smoke from other balconies drags onto the balcony, plus constant animated speech from all sides. The first couple of times I complained, then I realized that this was a problem precisely because of the design feature. I've never encountered this before in other hotels. For those who need to sleep without a conditioner, keep in mind.

Sooooooo cool sea!!!! One of the best. Maldives doesn't count 🤪 clear water. The purest. Minimal waves. "Open" water. The coastline in Sharjah is not very large. It looks like this hotel has the biggest beach. There are always sun beds. The peak hour is from 9:30 to 12. The swimming area is large!!! Looking at other hotels nearby, our island is allowed for swimming 3-4 times more. The hotel's contingent is mostly retired. Everyone speaks Russian. There are free buses to Dubai‼️by appointment in the app. There is a children's animation. It's quiet and peaceful at night 🙏🏻 Food: nothing supernatural. You won't leave hungry. Tea/coffee for breakfast only. In other receptions, only water. Either everything is included - there are always drinks. There is no alcohol in the emirate. It would be very nice if they appeared. The cleaning is very good, daily. Towels are changed every day, they are snow-white! Bed linen is changed very often. We had booked a Deluxe room with a sea view. We decided to pass the waiting time at sea. After changing our clothes, we went to the sea to sunbathe and swim. Plastic cards are issued for beach towels, and you change them at the entrance to the pool and the sea. There are free umbrellas and sun beds on the beach. Everyone had enough. On the day of our arrival, there was a big wave - two red flags. No one was allowed into the sea. Everyone was sitting in the pool. On nutrition. We had half board. The choice of food was small, minimal. But they weren't hungry. For breakfast there were porridges, sausages, omelets, various yogurts. You can order scrambled eggs - the cook will cook in your presence. It seemed to us that the lunches and dinners were very similar. There was always meat, chicken, fish in various sauces. Very tasty. There were grilled and boiled vegetables. There were salads and vegetable cuts. Of the fruits, we liked watermelons the most. The choice of desserts is small. Who took half board and board - drinks are free only at breakfast. You have to buy even water for lunch and dinner. We didn't have enough water. There is not much in the room - one 1.5 l bottle for two people. I had to negotiate with the staff or go to the nearest Copins store.

The air conditioner also works, so it won't be hot. Near the beach, on the 1st floor there is a shop / cafe, where you can buy drinks, ice cream, soft cocktails. There are small grocery stores near the hotel, as well as a large hypermarket within 10 minutes, and of course your favorite mac. The beach is beautiful, sandy, clean. I really liked the fact that the sun beds are free and each guest is given a towel for this sunbed. It's also a very nice pool. In total, my overall score is 10/10. I advise you to stay while visiting Dubai!

We stayed at the Sharjah Grand Hotel twice - in March 2013 and in November 2015. Spring and autumn are the most pleasant months to stay in the UAE. There are Russian-speaking managers at the reception, as there are many tourists from Russia. We always took a room with a sea view. The small slide by the pool was turned on several times a day. The children really enjoyed it, and the adults enjoyed riding down the hill. Meals used to be either breakfast or half board. The restaurant on the beach is also very tasty. A free shuttle service runs to Dubai Mall. The hotel is a solid 4*. A quiet hotel. Sharjah is chosen by those who want to get a great beach and cultural holiday at prices lower than in Dubai, as well as those who like peace and quiet. And we love peace and quiet. It should also be taken into account that Sharjah is an emirate with the strictest mores. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited here. Even bringing alcohol into the territory of the emirate is severely punished, up to and including expulsion from the country without the possibility of return. There is alcohol in Dubai. There you can drink whatever your heart desires in the cafe and restaurant. We have vacationed in the UAE 5 times and always chose Sharjah. Watermelons and melons cover the drinks every day. Special thanks to the chef of the restaurant. The food is very tasty and quite varied. The staff is very helpful. The territory is not large. They write about the fact that there are not enough sun beds. There were free sun beds all the time, there is a moment that tourists run to occupy in the morning, but still there were enough sun beds. Although it felt like the hotel was fully occupied. We went shopping daily by taxi from the hotel. The prices are almost the same as in city taxis, maybe a couple dirhams more expensive. We went shopping in the Sharjah city center (we mostly bought gifts at a nearby store) and found nothing special for ourselves (a one-way trip of about 20 dirhams), Mega Mall (we didn't really like it), al zahia (a one-way trip of 35-40 dirhams, but at the same time I really liked the store both externally and in content. I advise you there are brands and networkers here, and of course my favorite perfume store is Sephora). There is a grocery and souvenir shop across the street from the hotel (products at a good price are not overpriced). There are practically no people on the beach from 12 to 15:00. There are big blue jellyfish in the bay. I've seen them twice. I don't know how dangerous they are. There are 2 restaurants in this hotel, one of them has a delicious buffet, and every day there is some variety in food on different topics. The service is excellent, I really liked the waiter (unfortunately I did not recognize the name) he always smiled, I wanted to talk to him, a very positive person. The beach is very nice, clean, smooth entry into the water, and I was also very impressed by the beach lifeguard, who always looked after people if they swam behind the buoys, whistled when there was a storm, did not let them into the water, taking care of the vacationers. The rooms are very nice, there is a balcony overlooking the sea, very nice and kind room cleaner. Russians Russian-speaking staff were few when I visited last year, but this year there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. The hotel has activities for adults and children: aqua aerobics is held for adults and children at 11:30, a darts game for a prize is held at 17:00, at 17:30 at the beach with a very good animator. The hotel's restaurant deserves special words of admiration. The food was varied and exceptionally tasty, and the level of service was truly the highest. All the staff, from receptionists to waiters, always showed courtesy, attentiveness and willingness to help. We were pleasantly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of everything: the room was cleaned daily and very carefully. Any issues that arose were resolved instantly and without unnecessary effort on our part. But the real gem of the hotel, without a doubt, is its beach. He's amazing! Perfectly clean sand, crystal clear water and well-thought-out infrastructure. We especially appreciated the presence of a professional lifeguard who closely monitored the safety of the guests on the water, which allowed us to relax and enjoy swimming without a shadow of worry. Fresh, varied and delicious food. The rooms are clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. There is animation for children. The beach is clean, cleaned every morning and evening, and the sun beds are washed. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, enough for everyone. There is a large swimming pool and a slide.
