We had a rest in early December. The hotel is cool, small, clean and cozy. Repairs have been made everywhere, everything is spot on. The rooms are normal. The staff is polite and many speak Russian. The food is very tasty: great honor and respect to the chef!!! Smooth entry into the sea, clean white sand on the beach. Wonderful animation: aqua aerobics, yoga, Pilates, dancing, hanga master class, various evening programs (but not often). There is a children's club, they take children from 4 years old. We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. As for check-in (standard in the UAE check-in at 15:00, check-out at 12:00) - early check-in is possible, especially if with children - they check in earlier even without additional payment. The cleaning in the rooms is consistent - clean. An extra bed for children is given a good, full-fledged one. The staff knows different languages - no one has any problems. In this price category, perhaps one of the most worthy hotels in Sharjah.

We took a room with a sea view-I recommend taking it, the view of the road would have upset me very much, and in the evening it was a pleasure to watch the beautiful sunset and the sound of the surf. The hotel has one deep pool, 1 small children's pool, a Jacuzzi (hydro massage) with hot water, there is a slide (it says that the hotel has a water park, but really one slide). The beach is beautiful, white sand, clear water, water aerobics takes place in it at 11-30 in the afternoon (knee-deep water), there are few places in the world where classes are held in the sea, of course, it is more effective in the pool, but it is apparently deep for classes. Animation for adults (women) was every day: exercise, water aerobics, yoga, healthy back, step aerobics, bachata, zumba, and there wasn't enough time for everything, led by a very nice girl Anastasia, thank you very much, this is a huge plus of this hotel. We played lawn tennis: 50 dirhams for 2 rackets, 40 dirhams for balls, the price is very comfortable, we played almost every day, we wanted to practice tennis for a long time, and this opportunity presented itself. The breakfast was good, dense, and I was pleasantly surprised by fresh juices, smoothies, and yogurts, but lunch/dinner was sometimes very sad, there were few dishes, they were all edible, but if you like to savor and pamper yourself, definitely not at this hotel. The next morning, I went to the reception with a question about compensation, they started offering me a move to another room, I asked for a compliment, and then the manager decided to meet me halfway and offered me a free dinner at a street restaurant, it was pleasant and delicious. There is an aquarium within a 15-minute walk, we came for the first time at 17:00, it was closed due to Ramadan, it was open from 9:00 to 14:00 from Saturday to Thursday (check the schedule in advance), the aquarium is small, but we liked it, we paid 40 dirhams for two. The staff is trying very hard. Everyone is friendly, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The only thing that was a little annoying was the noisy aquabikes behind the buoys with our tourists and other people's children from the next room, whose grandmother and mother for some reason lived in the same room at the other end of the hotel, and these children (boys) in another room opposite ours. For some reason, these boys were constantly lying at the door of our room and for some reason, without headphones and with the sound turned on loudly, they were playing games on their phones (allegedly the Internet was not working in their room). I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but prepare for such options.

About morning activities, I can say for sure that they charge for the whole day and are suitable for any age (both children and the elderly are engaged), so this is a very unexpected and pleasant bonus, also the instructors are charging funny girls, I mainly studied with instructor Anastasia, I liked everything, I wanted to go again and again. in 2024, we faced such a problem as pigeons in our room on the balcony)) perhaps previous tourists fed them on this balcony and pigeons flew to us in a crowd and left behind not very pleasant traces)) it was already impossible to walk, everything was fine ... after reading the ways on the Internet, we scared them off with foil from a chocolate bar that was brought on a rope from above, maybe it will help someone. The air conditioners are really noisy, someone gets in the way of sleeping, someone doesn't (I don't). but in Carlton there was much more noise at times and it is not clear what. we used air conditioners before going to bed, then turned them off at night, but do not open the balcony, otherwise it will become stuffy at one moment. The rooms are cleaned every day, water is brought, cream, coffee and tea. everything is fine in this regard. The beds are comfortable, but the cots are hard (but I don't care, I slept like a baby). She seemed to mention everything, I liked everything in general. (do not feed pigeons, at least on balconies, they shit wherever they are fed, and sometimes they arrange sparring concerts)

Good nutrition, almost everything is quite tasty. There is a small selection of dishes, but there are always greens and meat. The fish is the usual type of cheap tilapia, we didn't take the fish in the end. 5. The travel agent advised not to take drinks when booking, as a result, they were included only for breakfast. There is no alcohol in the hotel, we went to a nearby supermarket for water and drinks. He worked until one o'clock in the morning, and in the evening, without the scorching sun, it's great to take a walk. 6. The beach is sandy, not too deep. 7. The sun beds are already occupied by towels at 7-8 in the morning. It's a pity. But the sun beds themselves are of good quality. Four out of seven days there were waves and a red flag, you can not swim. Back then, the seats were on sun beds. So even in the calm Persian Gulf, you can get on strong waves. 8. The room is clean enough. But there is always something to wipe on the first day (door handles, cabinet surfaces). 9. Tea, coffee, cream, 0.5 water per person is eaten every day. We went to this hotel in early August 2024. Yes, many people said it would be very, very hot. And there was a constant feeling of a steam room in the bathhouse. Because of the heat, the hotel made access to the beach from 6.30 am, and we walked like that. But the Persian Gulf did not cool down either in the morning or in the evening))) more than 30 degrees. We arrived at the hotel to check in, we were given a room on the 3rd floor, there is no repair, everything is very, very old, especially the bathroom. We went to the reception to ask for a change, but the hotel was fully occupied and there were no available rooms. Anastasia's manager suggested contacting us the next day, for which I thank her very much. As a result, we moved into the 5th floor, the room is much fresher and cleaner, a bathroom with a new modern renovation, two sinks, a shower. The only thing is very bad water pressure, at least for me. The balcony door was also poorly closed in the room, and since we sleep without air conditioning at night, the hot air blew so well that by morning the floor was just wet, well, it became very humid and hot in the room. We liked everything about the food, in the morning they make scrambled eggs and omelets with you, there are also potatoes, sausages, shakshuka, vegetables, fruits, porridge with milk, buckwheat as a side dish. Dinners every day are themed, national, beef and chicken were for every dinner and lunch. There are all drinks in the morning, and for lunch and dinner for an additional fee, if you do not have everything included. But we calmly brought water from the room for dinner. There are not many sweets, but they are all very tasty. The children were hanging out at the chocolate fountain. The hotel has transfers to two shopping centers in Sharjah - this is the City and the Sahara, there is also a Dubai Mall, but we did not manage to make an appointment, booking for three days in advance))) recording is done independently in the Barcelo application. As a result, a good hotel on the first coast, with its own beach, pool and sun beds, with good food. The numbers are really a lottery, after all, the price is the same, but the conditions are completely different. Most of the hot dishes are filled with spices and herbs, there is a small children's table, but it is for an amateur. The rooms are different. They didn't clean my place very well. I wiped everything thoroughly myself upon arrival, all the tables were stained, and there was a strange dust in the cupboards. Curtains with spots. As it is, the room is quite good. Perhaps a lot depends on the specific cleaner, before I left, another, better one cleaned my place. Not all rooms have a clothes dryer on the balcony, I didn't have one. The slide, praised by tour operators, does not work, and as always, no one knows anything. 4. The tour operator introduced this hotel to us as a children's hotel. It is NOT childish and is not suitable for children! The slide doesn't work, the kids' club is a tiny room with some rattles, the playground is generally tears, no one even went there. The pool is very deep, about 3m, which is very cool for adults, but not for children. There is no animation for children, only sports events 2-3 times a day and only for adults. Dear tour operators and hotels, you should already establish contact with each other so that tourists receive normal and complete information BEFORE buying a tour, and not after. Of the advantages, this is of course the location. Very well, on the shore of the bay. But it is important to note here, no one warns about this: out of 6 days of vacation, it was stormy for 5 days and swimming was forbidden. We swam for one day… We also saw how the staff from the beach took out small snakes on a mop. We've seen it twice. Again, no one warns about this, I hope they are harmless. The Swedish line is of course tiny, but this is compensated by very tasty dishes! The hotel is open not only for guests, but also for everyone who pays for the day and can use the beach and pool. But in general, there was enough space for everyone. The cleaning in the rooms is good, we cleaned the Enam, great job!

There is mold in the shower, the lock on the balcony is broken, the fire alarm turned on by itself: okay during the day, but at night twice a week - this is a mistake! The room had everything you needed, even an extra bed. They wanted to take her away, but for the jamb with the check-in (it was a long time and not what they wanted), they left her for the entire period of residence. Probably due to the proximity to the bay, the humidity in the hotel is very high and everything quickly comes to a slightly tired look. The hotel is directly oriented towards Russians: there is a Russian-speaking staff at the first lunch (we booked a day ago that we would check in at 10 a.m., and not wait 15 hours after a night flight, so we missed dinner and breakfast the first day, the hotel kindly invited us for lunch, I have never met this anywhere, very nice). So at the first lunch we met borscht, olivier, herring under a fur coat and buckwheat! During the week, these dishes (except buckwheat, it was every day) were served two or three times. They feed well, they try. There is a children's table (small 2 trays of 2-3 dishes each), but there is also something to give children to eat from the main table. The pool is good, there is a slide, there are caretakers. In the summer, it is cooled, it is comfortable to stay in it for several hours in a row. There are enough sun beds for everyone, towels can be changed as much as you want. Bass's bar wasn't working. There was boiling water in the shower) There are many sun beds with mattresses and umbrellas on the beach. The water is close, in summer the water is about 40C - not comfortable, not a claim to the hotel, just for info. It's good to swim until 10 a.m. The bay for swimming in buoys, classics are already everywhere🤦♀️ There is a lifeguard on the beach, there are waves. Of the disadvantages, you can bring fuel oil on your heels According to the infrastructure of the hotel: there is Parking - we always had a place, but not everyone was so lucky, it is difficult to get up in the evenings. The children's club was not seen to work, there was an announcement like that it was working from Mon to Thu at certain hours, we did not try to catch it - it was so inconvenient.
