We stayed at this hotel in January 2025. Overall, I liked the hotel. Nice beach vacation. The rooms are bigger and clean. The staff is friendly, the food is not great, but it is quite possible to eat. It's the same thing almost every day. Great hotel! On the shore of the bay with its own beach! The perfect entrance to the water and gorgeous sand! As everywhere else, the staff is responsive. Food is a sure five! Sun beds, mushrooms on the beach and towels are free of charge. A reasonable price for a vacation. We stayed at this hotel from March 18-25, 2025. family and friends. We arrived early in the morning, left our luggage under the stairs in the room, and heavy suitcases were lowered down the stairs, they didn't put any tags on our luggage, but just told us everything under surveillance cameras, gave us towel cards and told us to wait for the room. Access to the beach is via the 1st floor, the pool is not large, but warm, the slide is turned on from 10 o'clock, a lifeguard is on duty on the beach too. The sea was cold +23, few people swam, the sun beds near the pool and the sea were occupied from early morning, towels were lying. We changed clothes in front of the towel dispenser at the hotel, where they give us a key in the luggage room with a 20 dirham deposit and you can leave your things. I was struck by the dirty toilet at the restaurant. After 12, they said that our room was ready on the 5th floor, they booked a room with 1 large bed and 1 small, gave us a room with 3 beds, asked to replace it, the next room was already ready, but they held us for another hour and said that an inspector would come and we would check you in and that check-in would start at 3 p.m. I know this perfectly well, but when you're flying all night and you want to get to your room as soon as possible, instead of sitting in wet swimsuits, it's annoying. Catering: It's not a big restaurant, there's a queue at 19.00 for the start of dinner, it's hard to go up and get food, at 19.30 you come and there are no seats, you had to wait, it was also the first time I encountered these. An omelet and scrambled eggs are being prepared for breakfast, and they have already prepared the blanks. When I asked them to make an icing with sausages, they were very surprised, but they did it with a dissatisfied expression on their faces. You won't stay hungry, but the selection of dishes is not large, for 4 stars. The rooms are tired, I can't find another word, although I was convinced that the renovation was done recently, there is not enough light, all some kind of sconces. We had 2 rooms, one of them smelled, sorry, of cat urine, and the water was on the bathroom floor, although we washed carefully. The card sparkled, the light went out, the electrician came and said that everything was fine))). I was particularly surprised by the balcony door, which was tall and heavy, and I had to prop it up with an uncomfortable chair to ventilate the room. The chairs on the balcony are not comfortable, you sit down and fall through and there is no view of the sea. There are pigeons on the balcony, spikes from pigeons around the perimeter, really spoils the whole view. The rooms facing the road are noisy. I liked the double sink in the bathroom. We didn't sign up for a transfer to the shopping center, we took a taxi everywhere, especially to the Dubai Mall in Ramada (and we got there), he left at 20.00. There are 2 supermarkets behind the hotel, it is dirty behind the hotel, it was not pleasant to go there. Of the 6 holidays in the UAE, this is the worst hotel of all, I do not compare it with the top five, but it still grows and grows to the top four.

We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., two adults and a child of 8 years old. At the reception we were told that there are no available rooms, of course, because check-in takes place at 15.00. We decided to go to the beach. This is not the first time in this hotel, so we prepared before departure, put beach things closer. There was no limit to happiness when after 20 minutes they came up to us and offered to check in, for this the fattest "+" to this hotel, but ... there is always but, we had 3 meals a day paid, the guy from the reception said that today we are supposed to, REMEMBER!, either lunch or dinner. This alerted us, we came up to clarify once again, said that we had breakfast-lunch-dinner meals, to which he once again said that we were supposed to have either lunch or dinner on the day of arrival!We were checked in early, it was time to go to the store (it's across the street, 3 min walk, near a pharmacy) and buy something for lunch, since we decided to go to a restaurant for dinner). The room stock, basically, is not new rooms, slightly tired, if we talk about the room, it is quite on its 4 pulls, but the bathroom urgently needs repair. There are a lot of black spots on the seams between the tiles and on the sealant. After taking a shower, I went out into a huge puddle on the floor... I found a hole in the sealant between the bathroom itself and the glass partition, into which all the water from the watering can flowed down the bathtub to the floor, besides the watering can itself was leaking. BUT, and this is again a "+", after contacting the reception, the shower head was replaced within an hour. Now let's move on to equipping the room, we had a reservation for 2 adults and a child of 8 years old. If only for one extra bed for a child, I would go to this hotel. A normal full-fledged bed for an adult. There were all the accessories for 2 people, and there were no slippers at all, but we quickly ordered 3 pairs of slippers, 1 more set of towels and 1 more tea pair for the child through the application. Depending on the shift, we were replenished with a tea table for 2 or 3 people, mostly for 2, although it was clear that 3 people lived. Water is replenished every day (1 bottle of 0.5 liters per person per day). In conditions of heat +35, this is catastrophically small, but the benefit is a supermarket nearby and the price of water for 1.5 liters is 2.5 dirhams. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every day. But one small nuance, the floor on the huge balcony is not washed at all, and therefore, when you return to the room after the balcony, it becomes dirty. The floors in the room are washed every day, I almost always watched the cleaning in my room, it just so happened🤷🏼♀️ Basically, on the first day we eliminated all the shortcomings of the room and then had a quiet rest. Because we came to rest, and not, like some, to be constantly dissatisfied with even the smallest detail. Sun beds on the beach (I'm talking about those under a fairly large wooden canopy, let's say the most "top" places) as in a good Turkish hotel, they are already busy at 6.30, but we almost always arrived at 8 and could take sun beds under small umbrellas. I don't know if it's true or not, but the guests say that for a certain fee to the beach staff, they can be asked to take the "top" places🤔 It's a pure lie (I read somewhere that they clean) that employees clean towels if they see that guests are gone for a long time, no one is watching this. There were a couple of days when we spent the whole day on the beach, and those very towels on the "top" places lay all day, but no one came, they are called neither themselves nor people, in a word pigs🤷🏼♀️ This is a fat minus, rather than for the hotel, but for the low education of vacationers (they are not cunning, but just wild). The territory of the hotel is small, clean, 1 large and 1 children's pools, as well as a Jacuzzi. There is a slide. Russians are more at sea, foreigners are by the pool. 70-75 percent of the vacationers are Russian. The staff speaks Russian well enough (given that they are not native speakers). For the management who reads the reviews, just a huge thank you and a low bow to the young man from the reception, whose name is Samith, when I saw him at the workplace, I knew for sure that either I would have no problems at all that day, or if they appeared, he would solve them all. He is as loyal to customers as possible, he will always find a way out of the situation, he will always help. If possible, give him a bonus! Information for Russian tourists, look for the name Samith on the badge, it will solve all your problems! The restaurant is always greeted with a smile. The dishes are maximally adapted to Russians, there are always 3-4 types of meat and fish, 7-8 varieties of desserts, steamed dishes in the middle of the hall behind the aquarium. The most important thing is that there is always something to feed any child. In the morning, there is always tea/coffee, juices and always freshly squeezed orange juice. For lunch and dinner, all drinks are paid, an average of 20 dirhams per glass. If you've noticed, there's always a BUT… Dinner until 22.00, that's what I mean, there are wild traffic jams from Dubai to Sharjah, from 1.5 to 2.5 hours. We went on excursions and once we didn't get to dinner at all, we arrived at 22.35, the second time we flew in with a bullet at 21.57 (the main thing is to run before 22, then dinner will be), and the third time, by the way, we arrived by hotel shuttle from Dubai Mall, we ran at 21.40. Dear management, there are many of us, make dinner before 23.00, or at least until 22.30 The hotel has a souvenir shop on the 1st floor, I must say the prices were pleasantly surprised, quite adequate👍🏻 If you read the review carefully at the beginning, then I specifically focused on nutrition on the first day, we were allowed to eat only 1 time. The day before departure, I decided to clarify, on the day of departure, we are supposed to have breakfast and lunch, because on the first day we ate 1 meal, and we have 3 meals a day. In general, it turned out that on the day of arrival we were supposed to have lunch and dinner, and on the day of departure only breakfast. If we had gone to a restaurant twice on the first day, I wouldn't even have any unnecessary questions, on the day of departure I would have claimed only breakfast, I can count. On the first day, we were oriented incorrectly, and a young man named Samith had to sort out the problem again, at his own risk! For which I am very grateful to him, it's just a lifeline of this hotel, he wrote us a card for lunch. I didn't need anything extra, I wanted to get what I paid for.
