I stayed at this hotel in July 2024 Positive: 1. Polite employees. I didn't come across any boorishness or even a hint of such a thing. Everyone was emphatically polite. 2. I was checked in at 11 a.m., although they officially check in from 15:00. 3. The food was good for my taste. It was quite varied and tasty. The working time was also optimal. But without any frills. 4. Location. During the transfers for excursions and to/from the airport, I was in the most advantageous position. They were picked up last, and dropped off first. 5. Proximity to the sea. You need to literally go down to the 1st floor, walk 50 meters and you are already on the boat. 6. An empty beach. I always found a place on the sunbed in the shade. 7. A good room. I got a corner room with a huge balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. The room had everything you needed. Cons: 1. Doors with poor sound insulation. The walls themselves are thick enough, but through the doors you could hear everything when you were walking down the corridor. I had a door to the next room in my room (apparently they do this for families), so I could hear everything perfectly when they were just talking. Fortunately, they were quiet. 2. Garbage that sailed from the sea in the form of empty plastic buds, some pieces of wood and other plastic. This happened regularly and noticeably. So much so that during the lunch break, the beach was littered with a thin strip of garbage near the sea and the staff had to clean it up. 3. For some reason, it was at our hotel that organisms on jet skis liked to hang out in the evenings. One of the rental locations was right on our beach. Instead of the sound of waves and the smell of the sea, you could enjoy the sounds and smells of the exhaust of these organisms for more than an hour. P 2 and 3 are outside the formal area of responsibility of the hotel, but it is quite possible to somehow negotiate with the authorities or rental points In general, I liked my stay at this hotel, but there is something to work on.

Room cleaning is standard (as in all countries). From the hotel you can go to the shopping malls of Sharjah and Dubai. The cuisine is ordinary (if there are chefs from God in the Ramada hotels, then there are just chefs here). At the same time, no one was left hungry, of course, everything is there. I really miss tea or at least water at lunch and dinner. If they put it in the rooms for free, why not put it in the restaurant???? People say that the hotel was bought by a Spanish chain, and perhaps this is why there are not the most positive changes in the catering system and in the attitude towards guests. A very arrogant young lady at the reception (I think her name is Victoria). She's not rude, she doesn't shout, but she talks as if she's lending money. The hotel staff is neutrally polite, trying to follow instructions rather than solve the guests' questions. They refused to replace one dinner (we had full board) with lunch on the day of departure, but at the same time they asked us to take a free photo for the hotel's Instagram. It's a small thing, but it's significant. As a result, there was no desire to return to this hotel. In general, I can recommend the hotel to tourists with children and those who are not spoiled by client-oriented hotels.
