Good afternoon, we stayed at the hotel in December before the New Year, the only big disadvantage was waiting for the room from 6 am to 4 pm!! It was very tiring, especially after the overnight flight. And the rest of the rest was wonderful! Everyone is very responsive and friendly! Pool and beach workers Sajid, Shahid,Mahmoud, Abdul, Kayum. Instructor Anastasia conducted excellent classes on the beach. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied.All this is thanks to the chef, and as a person he is very attentive and has a sense of humor. Have you always been interested in how things are going, how is the food? And his assistants Mena Nabil and waiter Mahmoud are a very good employee. And the receptionist also helped us, we didn't remember his name, but he's the only one there. Thanks a lot to him! The sea and the beach were warm and clean, there were plenty of sun loungers, and the wonderful people who serve this hotel made our stay wonderful!

It was my first visit in tis beautiful country! When I arrived I feel like at home. I stay for nineth days for holiday. Now I July, I am still here. I enjoy every my day. The weather is nice, the sea near my hotel. Usually in the morning I swim then go to have breakfast. Now I would like about meal. Its delicious!! Every day its diffeenot the same, Most of the people aftet every meal said Thank you to the chief and all the staff. About the room every day has cleand. I have a holiday like a queen!! Next year I will be back again to continue my unforgetful holiday in this beautiful country!!

We had a vacation here in January 2026 with two children. There weren't many people at that time, and the weather was great. If in order: 1. We arrived at the hotel at about 1 p.m. Check-in started at 15, we were accommodated immediately and were able to have lunch right away. 2. Our room was overlooking the sea, very beautiful. But they smoke on the balconies. The smell from the neighboring balconies stretches straight into the room. 3. The territory of the hotel is small, there is nowhere to walk in the evening. There are two pools for adults, deep and children, and there is a slide. The water is heated. Plus there is a Jacuzzi, the water is already hot there. 4. The beach is private and clean. The entrance is shallow, you can walk for a very long time and it will be shallow. There are always rescuers. 5. The food was delicious, we went Al in so the drinks were included. Ice cream and snacks at the bars are also included. + it was nice that after skipping dinner once, we were able to order food directly to the room, without extra charge. There are also maps on the territory of Alaska, there is a menu with a sea of products. It's not exactly overly refined, but it's not bad, and the service there is very polite. 6. The staff is responsive. If you don't have enough knowledge of Russian, use translators right away. 7. Animation. During the day there were activities: yoga, volleyball, darts. There is a table for tennis. In the evening, there is no animation for adults at all. There is also billiards and movies are shown. 8. Children's animation. Special thanks to animator MARYAM here. It's rare to find such a sympathetic children's animator. She entertained the children as if they were her own. Which greatly contributed to the rest of the parents. This is a special thanks. The children's club was open from 11.30 to 17. Super! 9. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall, you need to make an appointment through the app and much in advance! So ask as soon as you arrive, it's better to refuse later. In general, the children and I are happy. If you are considering a family-friendly hotel, I recommend it.

I decided to add to the review) we arrived around 12, but checked in at exactly 15. The room was on the minus first floor (181) and the first thoughts were - basement) but it turned out that the room was cool and the sun came to the balcony at lunch, not all rooms could boast of this. And the biggest plus is not to use the elevator, they realized this already at the end of the rest, when they were waiting for him with suitcases (he is slow). We took everything inclusive and there were no questions with water or other drinks, the staff is trying very hard, running smartly around the restaurant. I liked the hotel, the territory is small, it catches the eye right away, but the atmosphere is so cozy. The food was delicious, the kitchen was very adapted to the Russians, the child ate with appetite, cleaned well, special thanks to Kabir. The animation was soulful, Oksana did a great job, dancing on the beach in the morning, darts by the pool, board games and yoga in the evening! We are pleased, we will recommend this hotel for a family and relaxing holiday! It's great that the aquarium is within walking distance, but on the other side it's even more interesting, 2 km to the left there is a very beautiful embankment, a flag, a pier, a Ferris wheel. A walk in the evening is a fairy tale. And a small request, there is a Kupins supermarket 400 m from the hotel, cat food is sold there, there are a lot of cats on the territory, and this may be a feature of the breed and the hot climate - they are thin and you want to feed them, do not spare the money (a large package of about 1000 rubles) and you will have enough 5-7 days to please your tummies

The hotel is good, excellent service, towels are changed every day, cleaning is done every day, there is a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. 1.5 liter bottle of water every day at full board. The beach is spacious, clean, soft white sand, comfortable sun beds and good towels. It hides its head only near the buoys, a fairly large strip from the shore is quite shallow, it is very convenient for children. The staff is lovely and friendly. What I didn't like. Sleeping with an open balcony is not always possible! On the 4th floor, all the balconies at the top are interconnected. People bring alcohol with them and hang out on balconies, as a result, it is impossible to sleep with an open balcony. Cigarette smoke from other balconies drags onto the balcony, plus constant animated speech from all sides. The first couple of times I complained, then I realized that this was a problem precisely because of the design feature. I've never encountered this before in other hotels. For those who need to sleep without a conditioner, keep in mind.

Sooooooo cool sea!!!! One of the best. Maldives doesn't count 🤪 clear water. The purest. Minimal waves. "Open" water. The coastline in Sharjah is not very large. It looks like this hotel has the biggest beach. There are always sun beds. The peak hour is from 9:30 to 12. The swimming area is large!!! Looking at other hotels nearby, our island is allowed for swimming 3-4 times more. The hotel's contingent is mostly retired. Everyone speaks Russian. There are free buses to Dubai‼️by appointment in the app. There is a children's animation. It's quiet and peaceful at night 🙏🏻 Food: nothing supernatural. You won't leave hungry. Tea/coffee for breakfast only. In other receptions, only water. Either everything is included - there are always drinks. There is no alcohol in the emirate. Upon arrival: toothbrushes, razor, comb. 1.5liters of water per room every day. Dolphins were seen right by the buoys one day 😍

I really liked the hotel! We had a rest here from 02/28/2026 to 03/07/2026. There were dates for disturbing events, but the hotel staff did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Special thanks to Bahar - we always knew that by going to her at the reception, we would get the necessary information, learn about new places and just have a nice conversation! The restaurant was very tasty, there was something new every day, every evening was dedicated to a country. The restaurant staff did their job well and were always friendly. The cleaning was done every day, the guys cleaned well. There is a heated swimming pool on site, it is cleaned every evening, everything is neat, lots of sun beds. There is a beach bar where you can get cocktails and some food. Everything is also very tasty, the guys are great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have large beds. The sea was warm, the tide was always out after lunch and you could walk around the islands that had formed. Many thanks to this hotel and the staff! We hope to come back here more than once and recommend it to our friends.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, 302, with a balcony with a great view of both the sea and the city, since the room is angular, this is what wins. The food is very tasty and varied. We had breakfast and dinner, that was quite enough. If you want to go out in the evening, you can change dinner for lunch so that dinner doesn't go to waste. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai Mall, which takes you away at 15:30 and back at 20:30, which is also very convenient, you can take a walk and so on. The food in the restaurant for a 4* 4+ hotel, there is always something to choose. Rooms are cleaned every day. The waiters in the restaurant are very helpful, the tables are cleaned casually. There was one disadvantage of our arrival: upon check-in, we got room 549 with an unpleasant smell, we were asked to relocate, they said that the hotel was overcrowded, there were no empty rooms, after 7 days they found cockroaches in their room, complained to the reception and we were immediately moved to another floor.

A great hotel for relaxing holidays with children. I was with my son from 02/21/2026 to 02/28/2026. The location of the hotel is very convenient, not far from Dubai, you can take a taxi and take a walk. There is also a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai Mall (reservations are required) and to the local Caricature shopping center. There are shops nearby, there is a place to walk. The main thing about this hotel, of course, is the beach, just great, lots of space for swimming, lots of sun loungers. The rooms are good, the cleaning is good. The food is not very varied, but there is always something to choose from, and there is a separate menu for children. I think we'll come back here!

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. I liked the hotel. Everything is fine at the hotel . The food is delicious. Beef is very tasty in all dishes, soft! Special respect for this!!!They know how to cook it a little bit where . Chicken, fish, salads. The breakfasts are standard, everything is there. In the mornings, from 9.15 to 10.00, the restaurant is the most crowded. There is a queue . Lunch is always the most respectable. It's quiet and peaceful, apparently the flow of tourists is sharply decreasing. Not everyone has an inclusive approach . We had dinner a couple of times at 21.45 (dinner until 22.00). At the same time, there is always a complete choice . The only thing I would like is a bigger selection of fruits. There were watermelons (very tasty) , melons , apples , oranges. All seven days are the same set . The heated pool was working , and the slide was almost open from morning until dinner .The Jacuzzi . The sea was cool ( for me anyway ) , I only ventured to wet my feet and walk knee-deep . But there were also brave tourists who swam . The water is 20 degrees (information from the hotel stand) .The beach is gorgeous, with a large , wide , sloping entrance. The sand is fine . The staff is friendly and attentive. I especially liked the Russian-speaking girl at the reception. She patiently and kindly explained all the incomprehensible points to us and other tourists. On the downside, we flew a package tour from Coral Travel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this agency. 1) We were taken from the airport by a large bus, first Bahi and Farmont were dropped off in Ajman, then there was also a hotel, we arrived after a "sightseeing tour" in 1 hour and 20 minutes!!!(it takes 16 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport!!!) 2)There was no accompanying guide . They took us to the hotel, the bus stopped on the street!!!( it 's obvious that it 's not fate to go to the entrance ) and without getting off the bus , the driver muttered something . We understood - it's time for us to go out! At a meeting with the guide, we learned that a couple from St. Petersburg with a child were dropped off on the opposite side of the road!!!( however, the driver moved them across the road) . It's okay, right? After the flight , with a child and suitcases . Is taking tourists to the hotel entrance a separate option for CORAL ? Not included in the transfer? There are many places for walking near the hotel. I advise everyone to read the reviews , we have learned a lot of useful information. This is the first time we've been to this hotel, thanks for the tips!Overall, the rest was a success!We are considering the hotel for a repeat visit. Have a good mood and a wonderful holiday!!!

Occidental Sharjah Grand Sharjah is a great hotel that has everything for a comfortable stay! We stayed at the hotel from November 18, 2025 to November 29, 2025 and we were very satisfied. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, we were offered a choice of drinks (green tea, water with lemon and some kind of lemonade), warm towels (wet). Check-in usually starts at 15:00, but if the room is ready, they will check in earlier. Our room was ready at 12:30. Room 410, chic,large,comfortable, large balcony and gorgeous views of the pool and the Persian Gulf. They usually say that lunch is not served on the day of check-in, only dinner, but they fed us lunch without any problems (thank you, it's very cool) The staff is excellent, they will understand you even if they don't speak Russian) What can I say, everything is at the highest level. I definitely recommend this hotel. We had a rest from 11.1.26 to 18.1.26. The weather is great. Up to 26 degrees, the air and sea are 21-22 degrees. It is quite possible to swim and sunbathe. The beach is great. lots of sun beds, towels are provided. Jet skis are available on site (150 dirhams per 15 minutes). The pool is not hot, but it is quite warm and large. 2 jacuzzis. I personally saw how every evening the workers clean the pool after another day. Free buses to Sharjah Shopping Center and Dubai Mall. A very punctual hotel. I advise you never to be late. We had a rest in the first week of February in 2026. The room had a view of the city. The disadvantage was that this part of the hotel building is located above some kind of annex, which has either a ventilation or an air conditioning system. We constantly heard a hum from her. At first we thought it was from the road, but then we realized that it wasn't. The location of the hotel is quite good: its own beach, clean, heated small pool, one slide. The pool depth is minimum 140 cm, maximum 250 cm. If a child cannot swim, then he must be caught from the slide. There is only a paddling pool for children. There is also a Jacuzzi. The food is decent, not very diverse, but there is always fish, chicken and beef, several side dishes, only watermelon and melon from fruits, very often not tasty, or rather tasteless, sliced apples and oranges. There is always a chocolate fountain for dinner. There are sweets too, cupcakes, pastries, yoghurts, etc. There is a ferry station next to the hotel, a 15-minute walk away, from which you can get to Dubai, the old part, in 35 minutes and 15 dirhams. There's a connecting metro station, and in 40 minutes, at a leisurely pace, to the Dubai Mall. The city itself with embankments, shopping malls and parks is at least 2.5 km away. There are 2 large shopping malls within walking distance, but it's still 5 km away, and a market. You can also walk to the Rain Room, a modern art museum. There is a marine museum and an aquarium near the ferry station. The ticket to both places is 25 dirhams. The aquarium is decent, we were surprised, because the exterior is very small and did not promise anything particularly interesting. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to several shopping malls and city attractions. The kids will probably be bored here.

Pros: not far from the airport, a fresh room with a good cubicle, we had a sea view, cool balconies. Our room was cleaned very well by Enam, towels were changed every day, the balcony was cleaned, the linen was also changed often. We were in the middle of December, a New Year's atmosphere was created in the lobby of the hotel and by the pool, there are several decorated Christmas trees, there are New Year's photo zones. There is daytime animation activity during the season. Dancing-aerobics by the sea, 10 min neck stretching, pilates. Nice, big towels for the beach, sun beds. Heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Food is the weak side of this hotel, I compare it with Ramada. There is no meat grill, there are no kebabs, fish is always made from frozen raw materials and 1 cooking option, rice without frills, there is no delicious pilaf, almost all sweet is chemical. The only delicious soups are mashed potatoes. Morning baking is also not popular. No spring rolls or shortbread cookies. During the loading period of the restaurant, the staff cannot handle the cleaning of tables. Transfers to the shopping center are a laugh. There is a minibus for 18 people on the flight to Dubai Mall, so it is unrealistic to sign up for it. Transportation to the shopping center is not limited to this hotel. Minibuses often arrive already filled and those who wish simply do not sit down. The same problem with the reverse transfer. You can't stay here. The transfer of meals (if you were on an excursion all day and did not use the HB) is possible on the day of departure ONLY if you provide a voucher. If you travel privately, you will be left with nothing, the arguments that they can check that you have not checked in at the canteen do not work. I won't come here a second time because of the food and the format of the transfers.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to shopping malls and cultural facilities. Friendly staff, daily high-quality cleaning. We settled in earlier than the agreed time, which was a very pleasant moment. Upon arrival, we were treated to a refreshing drink and offered a cooling towel. I had a vacation with my wife from January 14 to January 23, 2026. Upon check-in, room 505, floor 5, city view was provided. Everything is really available in the room, as indicated in the description on the website. The room is large and cozy. Large balcony (loggia). On the balcony there is a small dryer (we had enough), wicker chairs, a table. One of the advantages of the hotel: -compact and convenient area (sea/pool). You can relax by the pool and go to the sea and back in 2 minutes; - non-intrusive animation; -availability of seats / sun beds at any time (no need to run around at 06-07 in the morning with towels to occupy sun beds); everything is fine with food (for every taste and preference). Of the cons: - as it turned out, the services of the hammam and table tennis, listed on the website as free, are actually paid. Guided tours: all tours (sightseeing Dubai (1), Flower Park/Global Village Fair (2), Abu Dhabi (3) was purchased from the hotel guide from Coral Travel - Odeon. Everything is great, we liked everything, we didn't regret it. We visited the water park on our own, it is next to the hotel, and went to the Al-Majaz embankment, where the Sharjah singing fountains start working from 18-30. We were very pleased with what we saw. The rest was great! I recommend.

We were a couple from 1/02 to 07/02, 2026, we took a package tour: Fly Dubai flight (departure from Moscow was delayed for 45 minutes, everything was fine, they were feeding on board, the plane was clean), all inclusive meals. The transfer from Dubai Airport to the hotel took 15-20 minutes (morning arrival). High level of service, the staff is polite and attentive. Everything is fine: from check-in to departure. Check-out time is 15:00/12:00. If possible, they will be settled earlier. Breakfast is not allowed upon arrival, meals are served from lunch. Excellent location of the hotel: there is an opportunity to combine a beach holiday, an excursion, go to neighboring Dubai, explore Sharjah. There is a ferry station nearby (sailing to Dubai, RTA is a transport hub. the company operates a single travel card as a troika in Moscow for ferry, bus, metro in Dubai) ferry schedule can be found on the RTA website, you can walk to the bus station, the embankment. You need to put at least 25 dirhams on the travel card, the card costs 6 dirhams. Dollars and euros can be exchanged at the guide in front of the reception for dirhams.
