Good afternoon, we stayed at the hotel in December before the New Year, the only big disadvantage was waiting for the room from 6 am to 4 pm!! It was very tiring, especially after the overnight flight. And the rest of the rest was wonderful! Everyone is very responsive and friendly! Pool and beach workers Sajid, Shahid,Mahmoud, Abdul, Kayum. Instructor Anastasia conducted excellent classes on the beach. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied.All this is thanks to the chef, and as a person he is very attentive and has a sense of humor. Have you always been interested in how things are going, how is the food? And his assistants Mena Nabil and waiter Mahmoud are a very good employee. And the receptionist also helped us, we didn't remember his name, but he's the only one there. Thanks a lot to him! The sea and the beach were warm and clean, there were plenty of sun loungers, and the wonderful people who serve this hotel made our stay wonderful!

It was my first visit in tis beautiful country! When I arrived I feel like at home. I stay for nineth days for holiday. Now I July, I am still here. I enjoy every my day. The weather is nice, the sea near my hotel. Usually in the morning I swim then go to have breakfast. Now I would like about meal. Its delicious!! Every day its diffeenot the same, Most of the people aftet every meal said Thank you to the chief and all the staff. About the room every day has cleand. I have a holiday like a queen!! Next year I will be back again to continue my unforgetful holiday in this beautiful country!!

Great hotel! Price and quality are comfort! Everything is thought out in this hotel. It's compact. The territory is small, but very well maintained. The pool and the sea are so close to each other that you can lie on the same chaise longue all day. Which is very convenient. Towels can be changed constantly and this has its charms. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The room has everything you need for convenience: shampoos, gels, creams, toothpaste, a brush, and all sorts of little things that we can forget at home. Hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers! Kettle and accessories: tea, coffee, cream, sugar, several bottles of water. Replenishment every day. After the change of ownership (the Spanish Barcello line), the hotel has changed, and so has the catering system. At first glance, there is absolutely everything and no one will starve. Breakfast-dinner (lunch) is standard, if there are excursions, you can change them. But drinks in the evening and at lunch are paid. Of course, 15-25 dirhams is not very expensive, but still. There are not many fruits either. Children have plenty of space- ice cream always! There are different porridges and soups. You can leave the hotel for free to any Mega Mall and return as scheduled) once every few days to Dubai Mall) The hotel has animators and no one will be bored. The program includes yoga, joint exercises, aqua, darts and much more, mafia games, karaoke and dancing in the evening. The food is a buffet, the choice is not very large, but you can find something for yourself. Most of the hot dishes are filled with spices and herbs, there is a small children's table, but it is for an amateur. The rooms are different. They didn't clean my place very well. I wiped everything thoroughly myself upon arrival, all the tables were stained, and there was a strange dust in the cupboards. Curtains with spots. As it is, the room is quite good. Perhaps a lot depends on the specific cleaner, before I left, another, better one cleaned my place. Not all rooms have a clothes dryer on the balcony, I didn't have one. The beach is wonderful, the water is turquoise , the sand is most likely imported , clean, but a little to the right of the beach there is some kind of factory and either fuel oil sometimes gets on the body from it and you can wipe it off, or from jet skis. And it 's really annoying! That 's a minus star . The food is good. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere of relaxation ! I would return to this hotel if the promotion was again not 200 thousand for two , for 7 days, but at least for 150 thousand with breakfast and dinner, because the prices are biting for this hotel . Very large loggia with two armchairs and a coffee table. Cleaning is daily, garbage is taken out of the buckets. Change of towels, put 500ml bottles of water per person, tea, coffee. Let's say the food is normal, without peddling and without variety. There are clothes dryers only on the lower floors, and there is no iron or ironing board. The refrigerator in our room was broken, and a second one was put next to it. The sockets in the room are not European, if I'm not mistaken, the British standard, so take the adapters. The sockets at the bedside tables also have Usb connectors. My socket was of very poor quality, the adapter did not hold, the usb did not work. There were also scales in our room. In my subjective opinion, the lighting of the room is insufficient, there is a lack of a common lamp or brighter sconces, but, I repeat, this is subjective.

We were a family of 4 people vacationing at the Occidental Sharjah Grand 4 Hotel from 30.05 -10.06 25, staying in 2 rooms. The overall impression of the hotel remained good, but there were some "+" and "-". From "+": the hotel is conveniently located 30-50 minutes to Dubai, depending on traffic jams, 1.5-2 hours to Abu Dhabi; there is not much food, but everything is delicious; the rooms were cleaned quickly and efficiently; the Nargiza hotel guide organized a trip to Sea World and Ferrari World at prices lower than I explained everything in detail on the official website, oriented where it is better to go, how to get from one park to another, it was a very pleasant surprise. From "-": the hotel rooms are very tired, 1 of the 4 outlets in my room was working stably; from Friday to Saturday, the local population is allowed into the hotel, which occupies all the sun beds near the pool and starts talking loudly, smoking (I have not met smoking women in hijabs in Russia, but there are a lot of them here) endlessly eating by throwing garbage under sun beds, swimming in the pool on mattresses, children endlessly jumping from the sides into the water and splashing on vacationers, etc . Unfortunately, we had to stay near the pool because 5 out of 10 days were not allowed in the sea because of the waves, and the children really wanted to swim.

The hotel is generally good, really 4 stars, no stretch. Located on the first line, the sandy beach, which is cleaned, the transparent sea with fish is a beauty. The hotel offers easy access to both the center of Sharjah and the airport. There are free transfers to Malls, including the Dubai Mall (by appointment). The food is varied, lots of fruits, delicious desserts and non-alcoholic cocktails. The rooms are also good, BUT the hotel has 2 rooms (209 and 211), which have balconies facing the ventilation of the kitchen - the noise and smell are appropriate. We were checked into room 209 on the first day, and the next day, after talking with the reception staff, we were moved to another room, where we were able to fully enjoy our vacation. I'm taking a star off for this incident. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas on the beach and by the pool, plus the hotel staff can bring an additional umbrella or find a sunbed on request. If our compatriots did not occupy sun beds from 6 a.m., it would be wonderful in general, especially since the hotel rules prohibit this... but, unfortunately, the hotel staff does not monitor compliance with this rule, as well as smoking on the beach (which is also prohibited) - we had to ask the neighbors not to smoke directly on the sun beds, and retreated to a specially designated place. There is children's animation, mini disco, adult animation by the pool, but everything is very unobtrusive, does not interfere with relaxation.

I had a vacation in May 2025. A good hotel on the first line with its own beach, justifies its 4 stars. Spacious room with excellent sea view. Beach towels can even be changed several times a day. Cleaning is done every day, but not 100% cleaning (by men). There was no animation or entertainment. The main restaurant serves delicious food, a large selection of dishes, lots of vegetables, desserts. The only fruits were oranges, watermelons, and melons. The staff is Russian-speaking. There is essentially no territory, just a swimming pool. And there's nowhere to actually walk around the hotel either. There are two supermarkets nearby. There are free transfers from the hotel to shopping malls in Sharjah and Dubai. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel.

Room cleaning is standard (as in all countries). From the hotel you can go to the shopping malls of Sharjah and Dubai. The cuisine is ordinary (if there are chefs from God in the Ramada hotels, then there are just chefs here). At the same time, no one was left hungry, of course, everything is there. I really miss tea or at least water at lunch and dinner. If they put it in the rooms for free, why not put it in the restaurant???? People say that the hotel was bought by a Spanish chain, and perhaps this is why there are not the most positive changes in the catering system and in the attitude towards guests. A very arrogant young lady at the reception (I think her name is Victoria). She's not rude, she doesn't shout, but she talks as if she's lending money. The hotel staff is neutrally polite, trying to follow instructions rather than solve the guests' questions. They refused to replace one dinner (we had full board) with lunch on the day of departure, but at the same time they asked us to take a free photo for the hotel's Instagram. It's a small thing, but it's significant. As a result, there was no desire to return to this hotel. In general, I can recommend the hotel to tourists with children and those who are not spoiled by client-oriented hotels.

For some reason, these boys were constantly lying at the door of our room and for some reason, without headphones and with the sound turned on loudly, they were playing games on their phones (allegedly the Internet was not working in their room). I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, but prepare for such options.

The staff is friendly, the food is not great, but it is quite possible to eat. It's the same thing almost every day. The hotel has one deep pool, 1 small children's pool, a Jacuzzi (hydro massage) with hot water, there is a slide (it says that the hotel has a water park, but really one slide). The beach is beautiful, white sand, clear water, water aerobics takes place in it at 11-30 in the afternoon (knee-deep water), there are few places in the world where classes are held in the sea, of course, it is more effective in the pool, but it is apparently deep for classes. Animation for adults (women) was every day: exercise, water aerobics, yoga, healthy back, step aerobics, bachata, zumba, and there wasn't enough time for everything, led by a very nice girl Anastasia, thank you very much, this is a huge plus of this hotel. The next morning, I went to the reception with a question about compensation, they started offering me a move to another room, I asked for a compliment, and then the manager decided to meet me halfway and offered me a free dinner at a street restaurant, it was pleasant and delicious. There is an aquarium within a 15-minute walk, we came for the first time at 17:00, it was closed due to Ramadan, it was open from 9:00 to 14:00 from Saturday to Thursday (check the schedule in advance), the aquarium is small, but we liked it, we paid 40 dirhams for two. I would like to ask the hotel staff not to ask for a review when the hotel is doing well, people will give it anyway).
